I am a happy, friendly, kind and considerate entrepreneur who loves dancing, playing tennis, meditating, music, healthy eating, doing random acts of kindness, finding reasons to laugh hysterically and better yet inspire laughter in others! I love being present to the incredible beauty and possibility in every new moment! and being around others that share that love. I am currently writing a book and beginning some new ventures that will require me to spend a large amount of time at my computer so I am hoping to find somewhere I can set up a desk which enjoys a beautiful inspiring view. My favourite views being boats bobbling on the harbour, surrounded by nature and rooftops. If you have the perfect space for me please get in contact. Can not wait to connect :)
Hi all, I'm a down-to-earth 21yo gal from Gold Coast looking for a place in Sydney, preferably close to Chatswood, as I'll be starting my new job at a travel magazine on July 4th. Recently graduated from UQ in Journalism and Communications, I'm easy-going, tidy and fun! Love to just chill out at home but also keen to go out for a few social drinks and get to know the city :)
The room is 12 sq metres and unfurnished although it can be rented furnished. It has an outlook to the back garden. A fridge and washing machine are available if needed. Three minutes walk to buses to the city, North Sydney and Chatswood and five minutes walk to shops with a supermarket. Rent includes internet but not gas and electricity. We are in a quiet area not too far from the beautiful shores of Middle Harbour.
Stay long-term or short-term in this room in a beautiful executive home close to the shops in Castlecrag. Castlecrag is a quiet and safe neighbourhood and a unique suburb with personality! There are excellent shops and cafes and interesting walking tracks along the bush and the foreshores of Middle Harbour. Please note that this room is for a SINGLE OCCUPANT ONLY. It is also only available to females. The type of person who would fit in well would be a mature minded person who is considerate, friendly and clean. We just chill out at home and value peace and tranquillity. The house is big enough so that you can mix with the occupants or do your own thing! The enormous kitchen is usually the social focal point. Clearly also, since we have a cat and a dog, you'll need to be OK with pets. They are both mostly outside and are clean, quiet well-behaved creatures. Two minutes’ walk to the bus stop to the city. Takes around 20 mins to get to the city by bus 5 mins in the car to Chatswood. It's near to Crows Nest, Cammeray, St Leonards... This huge 3-level 700m2 air-conditioned house is shared. We've been doing it for years and really like the flavour that people add. Everyone cooks for themselves. You will have your own space in the cupboards and fridges. Use all the facilities: solar heated salt-water swimming pool in private setting, large fully equipped laundry, very large very well equipped kitchen, TV entertainment system with big TV + unlimited Netflix. Unlimited fast WiFi internet available and included in the rent. No bills to pay! as gas and power are included in weekly room charge. Your room is on the first floor. It is large room with a large balcony with table and chairs and a northwest outlook so you get the afternoon sun. Peace and quiet in leafy garden setting. Bird life aplenty. The room is furnished with a queen bed (with an organic cotton mattress), storage space in drawers underneath, huge built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and a full-length mirror, TV, small desk and bookshelves and bedside table and lamps. You have the sole use of the adjacent bathroom – that has a bath and a shower! The toilet is separate and next to your bathroom. We have just had the whole house re-carpeted with beautiful woollen sisal carpet, so it's lovely and soft under foot. We've also freshened up the interior walls with a repaint, so the house is looking good! We have a housekeeper 2-4 days a week so the house is regularly cleaned by a professional. However you need to keep your own room tidy and common areas neat. As we have a fully equipped home office we can also help you out with printing, scanning and copying if you need it. Please call to discuss. Inspections by appointment - can be managed most times of the day. It's a great atmosphere - we are fun easy-going people - used to sharing and it's a very comfortable home - especially amazing in the summer when you can easily go for a dip in the solar-heated pool.

My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
I am social but reserved. I like to share but like my privacy also. I am very respectful and clean. I like to cook. I am from South America but live in Sydney, Australia for 12 years and at the moment I am working as a house keeper, so have flexible hours. I usually work from morning to around 4 pm and have weekends free. I do volunteer for three hours every other Saturday. I like to go out during the day, I'm not a night person except to go to the movies or have the odd dinner with some friends. I like nature, the beaches, animals, going for a walk, sitting in the park and reading a book!

Hello! :) My name is Kelsey, and I am 23 years old and just graduated with a degree in Microbiology last year, and Mike is 25 and also just received his degree in Psychology. We're both from Canada and are currently here on a working holiday for a year. We're both really easy going and friendly, neither of us are smokers or huge partiers, but we do like to enjoy a few drinks on the weekend. Interests include going on road trips and adventures/hikes, movies, music, video games, and just general hanging out. We're both clean and respectful people, and are hoping to find some like-minded flatmates. We're currently living in Brisbane at the moment but need to move for work in Sydney for six months. Hoping to meet some great people during our stay!

Hi, I would love to find a 2-3 bedroom house, apartment or similar in Northern Sydney for myself, my boyfriend, my best friend and her boyfriend. A bit about me: I'm currently living around the Northern Beaches of Sydney, working 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). I consider myself to be easy going, down to earth and very, very tidy. Iv'e lived out of home for 6 years now and have only had great feedback from my landlords. A bit about my Boyfriend, He is 23 years old, a 3rd year mechanic, works full time 4 days a week and does 1 day at TAFE. He's very easy going, realxed and tidy A bit about my best friend and her boyfriend; Both 23 years olds, my best friend works full time as a nurse and is very bubbly and active. Her boyfriend works part time at a hospital and study's part time as a teacher. Both are easy going, tidy people who love to be outdoors. Ideally we would love to find an unfurnished place with medium-large sized bedrooms. We are after a carport or garage for 1 car and parking available along the street.
Hi. I'm a Brit working full time as a teacher in the Ku-ring-gai area and I need a place to stay for term three of the NSW school year. I'm looking in the North Shore (preferably lower). My budget would be around 220 for a private or 150 for shared (so lower end) The social aspect is important for me. I want to live with sociable people who like to spend time together. I like to go out and have fun but also keep noise and cleanness levels reasonable while in the house. The only absolute requirement is that there must be somewhere to park. If the building has a gym / pool or the house has a piano that's a massive bonus. Cheers, Mark
Spare room in a four bedroom home is available for short term lease. The house is on a lovely quiet street with houses on one side of the street only. It's nice to sit on the large back deck and listen to the birds or just read a book. The rent of $300 per week includes Internet and utilities. There is also a free Hop, Skip, Jump bus that comes past the house that goes to Manly via Stocklands. If you work in the city there are good bus links into the city about 5mins walk away. I would like to rent the room out on a short term basis only, up to three months. It's perfect for someone just moving to the area who wants to scope out the area before committing to a place or a suburb. If you need it I'm happy to supply linen and a towel.
