Large room for rent (3.2 x 5.3m) with own kitchenette. Floating floor boards, TV outlet and gas outlet (for heating not cooking). It is large enough to be a bedroom/lounge room in one and has a kitchen sink in the corner. There is a bathroom/laundry, which needs to be shared, but to offset the inconvenience of sharing you will not need to clean this. The room can come furnished, unfurnished or partly furnished by negotiation. We are a family of five (husband, wife and 3 well behaved quiet kids). There is space for a car on the front grass (only one car). The rent includes all bills (water, electricity AND NBN wifi). Besides the shared bathroom / laundry, the room is large enough for it to be your own lounge room and bedroom in one as we are not looking to share our house as much as we are looking to rent out a room to someone who wants their own space. It's a quiet street, 300m to the bus station and 800m to Cranebrook shops. The room is available to view now.

Hey All, My names Rachel and I am 23 years of age. I work full time in the city as a Office Manager so I do work long hours. On days off or on weekends I spend most of my time at the gym or with family & friends so I'm barely home. I like to keep to myself but am always up for a chat. I'm not a drinker or a party person!
I am a 48 year old working professional male. I have 4 children (unfortunately my wife and I have separated, amicably) who live with their mother in the local area. I am originally from a country town in western NSW where I grew up with a family of seven, so I have spent most of my life sharing living space with other people. I really do understand the need to be considerate, respectful of peoples personal space, flexible, honest, tidy and easy to get on with. Most of my spare time is taken up with spending time with my children however I do enjoy socialising and a few beers.

Hey there. I am an ESL teacher, but recently I retrained (MA in Special Education) and have taken up a F/T post at a state school in South Penrith. I have enjoyed fruitful experiences in shared houses in Australia, England, Brazil, Japan, Colombia & Afghanistan, so I am a fully domesticated (can cook & clean), sociable, and enjoy reading, rugby (union) & a riding my bike.
The house is 10mins to Penrith CBD & is a 5min walk to new shops with Woolies - BWS - Aldi - Cafe - Charcoal Chicken - Sushi - Post Office - Bakery - Chemist - Medical Centre & mens hair salon & specialty shops - there is also a bus stop out the front of the house. Foxtel is available in the room if you want it. The room is a large double bedroom. It is fully furnished with double bed (linen supplied) - wardrobes - & tall boy with mirror - bedside table & lamp; - desk & chair - The house is fully furnished & you need only your clothes & toothbrush! The room is for single people. Please msg or call Chris for inspection. Have a wonderful day!
What's great? Well, there's NBN and Foxtel included in the rent and your shared bathroom with our other flatmate is big enough to run laps in. The house is a two minute walk from a bus stop, so easy access to Penrith and Penrith Station. The room has a built-in wardrobe and queen sized bed ready to go. Kitchen fully equipped and the bar functions more than adequately.... You'll also become part of a pack. I have three dogs, all wonderful and snuggly with people, but unless you like getting licked and smothered with puppy love when you get home, perhaps this is not the place for you. Every so often I may ask you to feed the pups of an evening if I'm running late and you're home, that's the trade-off for having all bills and internet included in the $250. You'll get puppy love, so that seems more than fair...! The neighbours are fantastic and always pop in for a quiet drink or two and to watch whatever sport is going on that evening.
