Hi, My names Alyce streets I’m a professional 21 year old female from South Australia currently in Albury. I’m moving to Canberra for work as a vet nurse and need a place to live. I’ll also be working with racehorses early in the morning. I’m a very quite down to earth person I keep to myself and don’t cause any trouble. My rent is always on time I take pride in my living space as I’m very ocd about cleanliness. If you have anymore questions I’m absolutely happy to answer them, looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Alyce
Looking for a home for myself and my Kelpie Beau, we are moving back to Canberra after living in QLD. I have a job transfer with work full time Monday-Friday as a Case Worker. I adopted my dog Beau from the Animal Welfare League, he is 6 years old and is my running buddy. He would prefer a backyard to chill in during the day (doesn't need to be a big space) and prefers to sleep with me inside at night if possible. Happy to negotiate options, for example in my current home Beau sin't allowed in the living room which has new carpet and he understands this rule. We both have references too. Beau is a super friendly dog and loves cuddles with everyone. He is very well behaved, he is not destructive and loves the company of other furry friends. I enjoy spending time outdoors running, hiking and camping. I am social and love a chat, I am neat and tidy and happy to contribute to cleaning the house regularly. Please get in touch if you think your place might suit! :) Cheers Gemma.
Share luxury farm house with one other in Murrumbateman. Would suit busy professional. You get the large main bedroom with walk in robe and sliding door to the garden. We are close to Canberra, and have quiet trails for walking and riding. The room is fully furnished with bedding, and we have a fortnightly cleaner to keep us on top of things. It is a 5 minute walk to shops and chemist. It is a quiet studious atmosphere but we do have piano and cello. Happy to provide paddock and stable for one horse. Plenty of trails, easy access to cross country course at Murrumbateman and new dressage arenas by trail or ride at home. Veggie garden, fruit trees, bee hives and chooks well established.
My place is a little 3 bedroom, early 90's brick house. Located in Dunlop (near the border), a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and only a short walk to the closest park or small lake. There are many shop choices including Charnwood, Kippax (in Holt) and Belconnen westfield. There is off street parking, we are also in a close so there is minimal traffic. There is 1 bathroom/ toilet (seperate) and the choice of 1 of 2 rooms both reasonably sized, carpeted with built ins. Internet is soon to be Nbn but is currently adsl which you can use to your hearts desire. There is 1 dog (German shepherd, very friendly, only comes inside at night and sleeps in a crate) and 2 cats (also friendly, only indoors). I'm open to discussion regarding more pets.
I am clean and tidy. I always pull my weight with house work and pay my bills on time. I enjoy cooking, baking, craft projects, board games and curling up with a book and a cup of tea. I am often up for a chat but also like my privacy.
Friends call me Kichu. I'm moving to Australia from India for my PG @ ANU on Feb 1, 2018. I am a full time student and will be working part time. I'm clean, liberal and easy going person who have shared apartments with many awesome people. I like to sing, percuss and read. I am a good teacher and can talk about science, technology and Indian music for all day long. I love dogs (and cats) even though I don't have any. I play CoD and CSGo.
NS/ND who would like to live in a quite place in the belconnen area. I'd prefer to live with an owner (the inherent stability), or longer term stay, and I'd prefer an all inclusive rate. thanks
** I’m overseas until Jan 27, 2018 - shoot me a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can :) ** Situated on a quiet street opposite parkland is this modern 3 bedroom home. Located 5 minutes drive from Kippax Shops (Woolworths, Kingsley's Chicken, Aldi, Post Office etc.) and 10 minutes drive from Westfield Belconnen. Your room is located at the rear of the house with direct access to the living/dining and kitchen areas. Mounted to the wall is a LCD TV, Bose sound bar, and Apple TV for your enjoyment. Great news if you enjoy a sleep-in! Being at the rear of the property means you are shielded from the morning garbage truck noise each week. A double built-in wardrobe with sliding doors is all yours to hang clothes etc. Shared use of a new Bosch front-load washing machine and Fisher and Paykel dishwasher drawer, and fridge is included. Enjoy ducted reverse cycle air conditioning with motorised vents that allow you to control the airflow to your room. Kick back with unlimited super fast fibre-to-the-premises NBN via the enterprise grade WiFi access points. Free use of Netflix and Stan for entertainment. Simply swipe your iPhone screen to raise or lower your motorised window blind. Never worry about losing front-door keys again with the fingerprint/tag door lock system. Safety is important, that is why the home is fitted with a remote intercom system so you can let guests in the front door from your end of the house. Finally, 5 security cameras keep a watchful eye over your car and the backyard for those nights when you have the house to yourself. You can even view them on your iPhone! - Don't worry, it's not a drug house or bad neighbourhood.. I just like gadgets. Rules are pretty simple. Be respectful of each other's privacy and belongings. Be courteous and considerate when making noise. Keep shared areas clean and tidy. And don't be afraid to shout out if you need a hand with anything :)

Whilst the shower, powder room and toilet are listed as shared, I have a ensuite and unless there are visitors over, the shower/toilet amenities will be yours to use. My main bedroom is at the front of the house. The spare bedrooms that you can have (unfurnished) is on the diagonally opposite corner, next to the existing flatmate’s bedroom. I am a university student in my final year of study at the ANU. I work part time in Belconnen so I am pretty busy throughout the week and on weekends I am usually stuck in the books with assignments and study. However, I try to still be a social person by getting outside and exercising or catching up with a few mates. I am a very tidy person and I am respectful of other peoples space and would expect that in return. I am looking to find some easy going people that don't mind having a beer in a place that is close to either work or uni. If you would like to know anything more about me just flick me a message. Cheers
I’m a 23 year old South African, from Johannesburg. Been in Australia for 4 years studying a bachelor of law at UC. I’ve live in shared student accommodation so I’m respectful of people’s space, clean up after myself and always up for socialising. Ideally I would like to move into a place that has an already furnished room but if it's not, that's okay :-)
So.. I am 27 and currently working at ACT Health. My brother is now moving to ACT to study in University of Canberra. I am looking for accomodation for both of us. 2 bed room Apartment/House preferred.
I'm looking for a place and people that will be fun and cool to hang out with but also respect my privacy and space. I'm a pretty clean person so don't like when the washing up is left for 5 days at a time but also won't yell at you if you leave your clothes laying around. I'm young and looking for people I can do things with, I don't mind having a drink after work sometimes so if you love a wine you'll love me!
