Charlie and I are looking for a home that makes us feel comfortable, safe and live with animal minded individuals. I am considerate of others, I have a positive vibe and always smiling. I love what I do for a job and during my free time, I have a wild imagination which allows me to draw, so I do have a lot of pencils, paper and water color paint that come with me. What makes my life even better is my 4 legged other half, Charlie the Red Kelpie. We are animal enthusiast, weekends we are out bush walking, practicing sheep herding, exploring beaches and or camping out under the stars. I do have a full-time job, so Charlie does stay back, but Charlie has a quiet soul and prefers to stay in bed sleeping when I'm not there. I hope this blurb tells you a little about us, look forward to finding our new home as we are trying to save for our permanent home.
This property is located on a family run Equestrian farmk. The house will be finished in the next few weeks and we would love to get people in and settled as soon as we can. We have pets, so yours they are are welcome. The house has 2 outdoor covered living areas and 2 indoor living areas (open concept kitchen, dinning and sitting room as well as media room). The rooms are quite large and have built-in wardrobes. We are 17mins from Tuggerah and about 17mins from Gosford. I am a Macquarie Student and travel there frequently. I am moving into my first house and am looking to share it with other women...
Its nice waking up on this peaceful 5 acre property to the abundant birdlife and a chat with the farm animals. Summer days are comfortable with an in-ground pool and air/con. The house has been tastefully updated internally with modern tiles and new carpets, the neutral colours create a cosy clean vibe. Shopping is made easy with Rouse Hill (15mins), Windsor (10mins), Pitt Town (5mins) away.
Living on 5 acres is a whole special feel. We have two lakes on the property and an inground pool. We have unlimited Internet, full Foxtel and the room is fully furnished. As for Pets, we are open to certain pets but not guaranteed just any pet will be accepted.
Brand new modern home, high speed NBN internet, ducted Air Con and sunny backyard. Room available is large, has a queen bed, wardrobe and side tables. Bathroom is close to bedroom and has a bath tub, shower, sink with the toilet separate. This bathroom is not an ensuite but can be considered as virtually exclusive private use. Sustainable design means lower running costs. Double glazed glass. Solar Hot Water. Utility bills of water and electricity bills are shared.

We are a couple of French Geoffrey and Alice (30 & 24) just found a job in Arcadia and looking for a room. We are very tidy, very clean and easy going. We normaly work between 7:30 - 4:00/4:30 from at least Monday to Friday. Geoff loves gym and running but also wine and cheese, we both love chat and have a drink after work, and also have our own time. We already lived with flatmates in Melbourne and in New Zealand, and it was each time a positive and great experience. We look forward to hearing from you :) Alice
I work full-time. Easy going, neat & tidy, slightly OCD (clean wise). I have an old german shepherd dog (must be pet friendly). Preferably looking for a granny flat or shared house with a backyard. I would love to share a pet friendly house in Mt Kuring gai if the offer was available.
Hi, I recently finished engineering research postgrad at Newcastle Uni and have been living in shared accommodation spaces since 2015 with people from Australia, India, Korea, China, Bangladesh, Japan, Nigeria and Taiwan. I am more than happy to provide my previous landlord's contact for reference. I am a private person, who enjoys cooking. I love helping my housemates with household stuff and plan/distribute tasks to keep things neat and tidy. I enjoy talking about a range of topics from politics and history to science and philosophy and love exchanging knowledge and experiences.
I am a 24year old female. Looking for a room in a share house. I work fulltime as a nurse at Gosford Hospital. I am easy going and friendly. Have lived in a share house before. Message me if you have a room you think is suitable or want to start a new sharehouse with me :)
I am an easy going, laid back individual with a great sense of humour. I am honest, clean, tidy, and a non-smoker. I am sporty and love AFL and soccer. I am looking for a place in or near Gosford because I have been offered a role there as my organisation has opened a new office there. Thanks
Eccentric little 1870's cottage located close to town and river. Sits on a little bit of acreage and looks out over council land and turf farms. Lots of space and room for vehicles and toys (boats, motorbikes, horse riding gear, etc) if required. Owner has dropped off an open fire pit which we sit around and sometimes use for BBQs. There is an option to rent out one of the paddocks for an extra fee. Internet is $60/month and would be split between the two of us Electricity is approx $40/month plus a small final amount at the quarterly read and split between the two of us Water is unknown; still waiting for that to come from owners. New flat mate needs to be comfortable signing a tenancy agreement as it is a requirement of the real estate agent.
Very quiet single cottage. Single large room , air conditioning with kitchen, separate bathroom with shower and toilet Has its own backyard, with parking. Close to Tuggerah Westfield shopping center ( 10 minutes drive) , Wyong Creek school and the beach ( 20 min). Many footpaths in the State National Park. For a couple for 200/ week. Can be used as cheap weekender for a family up to 4 people.
This is a fabulous waterfront, penthouse style apartment on a marina at Brooklyn. 3 bedrooms all have their own ensuite. There is a huge north facing balcony with open waterviews. The apartment itself is spacious with quality appliances. The train station is literally one minute walk away.
