I have a very well behaved indoor male Maine Coon X cat who is very clean and although he's quiet he has a great personality and is more like a dog. I also have an equally well behaved, as well as respectful well mannered and easy going 14 year old daughter who stays with me every second weekend and week on week off during the school holidays. She's not your typical 14 year old who's loud and obnoxious, you barely even know she's around and is also happy enough to help around the house when asked. Hi :) not much to say really... I'm fairly quiet and clean so no worries on that account. I work different hours each week and I am also a full time student so I'll be out of the house at random times. I like to cook and I have my fingers crossed for a place that allows my beautiful girl Delilah (fat cat). She a three year old rescue who's only goals in life are to eat herself sick and to catch those pesky geckos.

You will have your own bedroom and bathroom with separate toilet. Note that it will also be a guest bathroom but we don't often have people over. We also have a study nook available if you're a student and need more space. The property is a decent size, we have a very small backyard but are surrounded by parkland and farmland, away from the noise of suburbia but still close to everything you need. Lounge room and Kitchen/Dining has air con and all rooms have ceiling fans. Bills are split evenly between housemates when they come in. Internet and electricity is monthly, water usually comes in quarterly. Smoking is outside only. Our lease will be up in May next near so looking for someone long term who would be able to go on the lease eventually. Would prefer someone working and preferably female but open to the right person. Pets considered (No cats due to allergies sorry) but they will be your sole responsibility and you will need to keep the house clean of fur, accidents etc.

Hello everyone, We have two rooms for rent in my Townhouse in Yarrabilba, one room is the master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, the other is smaller sized. The master bedroom will not come furnished however, I am looking to leave my bedframe for the next occupant. There is a built-in wardrobe in the smaller sized room, this occupant has access to their own bathroom/toilet. Shutters have been installed for privacy and cooling. The house is located in the developing area of Yarrabilba - approximately 40 minutes from the Gold Coast, 45 minutes from Brisbane CBD and 20 minutes from Springwood/Daisy Hill areas. It is at the beginning of the Yarrabilba estate, walking distance 5 minutes from the local Coles/McDonald's and bus-stops. There are four bedrooms spread over two levels, each level has its own bathroom and toilet. Upstairs is the main living area with the kitchen/pantry and two bedrooms including the master bedroom. Downstairs has two bedrooms with the laundry and garage. There are currently three of us living here, but, I am looking to move out late August. Between the three of us, we are very quiet and keep to ourselves or are out working/studying/socialising the majority of the time. There are a number of parking spaces available two in the garage, one on the driveway (covered by the front veranda) and also street-parking is available (usually first come first serve basis). The master bedroom is $175/week, with the spare room at $150 per week with unlimited NBN internet. All other bills are not included. Bond will include two weeks of rent. We are looking for people who clean up after themselves, respect privacy/property and is relatively organised. In the process of selling my own home so looking for a place to rent for myself and my 2 retired greyhound puppers for around 6 months to get back on our feet. I am clean and tidy and work 2 jobs so have a fairly busy schedule. Please note, yes greyhounds are big dogs and do not have a great reputation but I can guarantee my pups are not aggressive whatsoever, love a cuddle and will not dig holes or destroy anything.

The unit is 3 yrs old and has all mod cons like solar power to keep power bills low, air conditioning in the summer and our very own robotic vac that does daily house runs :)... also have the usual electrical stuff a ceramic electric stove, microwave, washing machine, 2x fridges, Gas hot water to again save on electricity costs. There are bills outside the weekly rent and these include: Gas and Electricity quarterly and Internet monthly. The reason the room rent is so cheap is due to the bills are not included in the rent although if you prefer we can agree to a higher amount if you don't want the added stress of paying the other three (3) utilities. My place is central to Griffith Uni (Logan Campus), Logan Hospital, Logan Tafe and shopping centers. (Meadowbrook Shops, Waterford Shopping and Marsden Shops and Hyperdome). Woolwroths, Aldi and Bunnings only 5 minutes away. Their is unlimited free use of tennis and basketball courts in Woodlands park as well as undercover bbq and kids facilities 50 meters walk from house. The location offers easy access to the Logan and M1 motorway. Woodlands also has very own hourly bus service 567 to and from Holmview/Beenleigh shops.
