Not the actual address but runs from East beaumont rd.the whole development is so new streets aren’t recognised on technology yet. Brand new home, I’m the first to live here. Close enough to the main road to get anywhere but far enough to avoid the noise. Only the bedrooms are unfurnished, main lounge area is completely furnished. Also air conditioned for the summer, completely tiled so cools down in minutes. Only myself and puppy currently living here.

I'm visiting Australia for 6 months while I work full time for a cyber security company in Queensland. I'm a very clean and friendly person who enjoys any kind of outdoor activities. My hobbies include working out, running/swimming, hiking, sports and photography. I usually keep to myself during the work week, but always up for a chat now and then. Also i'm fine with animals. I love living at Yarrabilba because its just far enough away from the city without being ridiculously remote :-) its a beautiful and peaceful estate with plenty of shops close by, cafes, monthly food truck markets, fuel station and medical centres. Bus services are running and there are plans for a train line. Coles is also due to open on 25th November at the entry to the estate :-) I am also lucky enough to have views of Tamborine Mountain :-)

This beautiful house is my first home which I have recently bought! It's very spacious with decent sized bedrooms (all with double wardrobes). You will have a choice of a furnished or non furnished room and your own bathroom. There is also a study room and large lounge area. Additionally there is aircon, a small outdoor area and if you have a small car it will fit next to mine in the lock up garage. The house is located close to the shops and public transport. I'm a 22,year old male that is professional within the healthcare/logistics industry. I don't party and very rarely drink, instead I'm focussed on fitness and work. I'm very easy to get along with and have lived in houseshare situations before so I understand the do's and dont's. I always have respect for the people around me and tidy up after myself.
