The house is quite large, and one existing house mate is a shift worker so very rarely around. The views are amazing as the house is near the top of a large hill. We are flexible with furnishings i.e. we can provide queen bed and chest of drawers or you can bring your own stuff! The bathroom is large and modern, with double vanity and double shower (so you don't have to share!). If I had to use one word to describe the property it would be peaceful. It’s fairly high up on the Mt, so no ambient traffic or other noise apart from birds and the wind. The lease term will be 6 months initially with possibility for 6 - 12 month extension. The only real house rules are that you treat other housemates and the property with respect, be mindful of others and generally be a clean person. Look forward to meeting our flatmate!
