Hi there, I’ve recently found a new job as a project consultant in Lane Cove and am in increasing need of a new place to match, with a move from Melbourne to Sydney being problematic without one. Preferably I’d be looking to live within a reasonable distance of work, haven’t thought far beyond that at the moment. I’m a very relaxed person and don’t stress or rush over many things, not too worried about housemates having a similar outlook, I’m sure everything will be manageable. On occasion I’m fairly quiet, other times I’m a little loud but mostly I’ll fall in the middle. Prefer things clean and tidy and I'm sociable while being respectful of others privacy. Would prefer something longer term rather than shorter and I’m open to teaming up. If all sounds good feel free to drop me a message. James
Hi, Looking for a place between Macquarie Park and the city that is easily accessible by public transport and close to shops/cafes. I work in IT, I'm easy going, and respectful of space. I'm clean and tidy but also understands that it is a home. I'm up for a laugh and chat and most would say that i have a good sense of humor (but who am i to say?). I'm usually out on Fridays and Saturdays. I try to stay fit and eat well ... but I also like going to cafes, going out, and socializing. I like travel/adventure and try to squeeze in some of my hobbies (including hiking, photography/drawing) for some balance. Looking for a place to share with people who are relaxed / similar lifestyles.
I'm a 20 y.o. part time working student looking for a room! My lease is going up in December and would love to find some great roommates to share a place with. I'm relaxed, outgoing and quite a homebody! I like to keep my space neat and be considerate to those who live around me. Keen to find the right place for me to live whilst I study and work!
I have recently taken a full time position in Chatswood and currently reside on the central coast. I love the beach and dancing, I hope to find an adult dance school close by. I don't cook much so not much mess. I have a small dog, she will be at work with me during the week. I am a quiet person due to my work schedule but do enjoy socialising on the weekends. I am 31 so my party days are behind me with the exception of special occasions. Would like to live with similarly minded people (quiet through the week, social on weekends without the massive partying).

This is Chirag. I'm moving to Sydney on 2nd November and will be working at Optus. Currently I'm in India. Looking for a clean and tidy house and will be maintaining that as such. I'm a pure vegetarian and would prefer a vegetarian as a roommate.
Brand new apartment backing onto the national park. Amazing soccer field next door and great bush walks. Buses to Chatswood and Macquarie Park 2mins from the front door. If you are a city worker very near the train line. Property is a 5-star green rated so has a community veggie patch and GoGet car space right out the front! I will be buying a fridge and a couch, I already own a television and the apartment comes with dish washer, washing machine and dryer. I will also add that I have a free years sign up to goget, the car share company and as I own a car myself would be happy to give this to my flatmate for their use.
A great opportunity to move to Chatswood and enjoy the many conveniences and delicious cafes/restaurants it has to offer (with your housemates if your looking to make some friends). It is a lovely townhouse, located up the top of Fullers Road. It is a quite area that is off the main road and just around the corner of the park and tennis courts! I am offering a decent sized unfurnished room with built-in wardrobe. Bed pictured is a double bed (leaving with the previous tenant), leaving you ample room for a desk and book shelf or whatever you may require with plenty of room to stretch out. There is plenty of hanging places and several shelves in the wardrobe. Internet is provided (fast ADSL2+ speed) and water and electricity bills are covered. Only expense is Gas bill which is approx $100/quarter. The house: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. You will be sharing your bathroom with one other (Kim) who is respectable and as clean as they come. Large open plan carpeted living space with a floor boarded dining area. Large kitchen with ample bench space for food prep, and bar stools to anxiously watch your food cook. There is also a nice little courtyard which is great to sit in and enjoy a good cup of tea and catch some sun when the rays are out. House comes equipped with the normal stuff, fridge, washer, dryer etc. which is free to use at your liking. Roughly 10 min walk to Chatswood train station and a 20 minute commute to the city via train. Bond is $1000 as this is what i paid to secure each room.
Hello, I'm looking for a place with undercover parking as I have a car and motorbike. Preferably near public transport and cleanliness is a must. I will respect your privacy and house rules; or happy to socialise and join in activities. I don't smoke or drink.
I'm a network engineer working full-time MtoF. Not a fan of the kitchen. Huge fan of AS Roma football club. Love to watch football matches together. I'll bring my PlayStation4, then we can play together :D
I work full time in social media for Red Rooster and Oporto (unofficial title: dank meme master). I like wine and dogs (though I don't have one). I love to bake and cook. I am reliable and clean. Yeah, I'm not very good at talking about myself...
Hi There, My names Alex. I am English / Australian but have grown up overseas due to parent's work. I moved to Australia when I was 18, and have not looked back. I am currently working full-time in a marketing department in Macquarie Park. Enjoy my work and keep a pretty standard schedule with it during the week, 8:30 - 5:00. Outside of work, I like to stay active playing soccer and touch / oz tag (used to play rugby but stopped due to injury). I am also trying to get back into mountain biking which used to be a pass time of mine. Socially, I like spending time with mates, hanging out and having a laugh. Looking for a social house where I can meet some new people. Would not consider myself a party person but can get convinced to go out to the clubs and have a dance and a drink every now and again (but would much prefer hanging out at the pub). Generally speaking I look to keep my living space clean and am happy to help out around house (gardening can be strangely therapeutic). I enjoy cooking (especially desserts), and spending time at home watching TV or playing some PS4. Looking to move in somewhere late October. Cheers, Alex
Easy going and relaxed Respecting others' privacy Caring about cleanliness and keeping home tidy Industrial engineer by profession just moved from Perth to Sydney / Employed full time in Macquarie Park in transport sector
Work in professional field based at North Sydney. I am neat and tidy, I work long hours and sometimes i work in interstate. Grew up at Central Coast and family still living over there, sometime will spend my weekend over at my family's house. When I'm home I like to tidy the house and keep the place looking great as always, or wonder in the kitchen preparing food for the week. Or else I will be spending time out and about trying out new cafe/restaurant due to I'm a big foodie.
Single professional lady working in Marketing. Not a room hermit, would prefer a house mate that likes to socialise a little bit together but also has their own life. Party days are limited these days, prefer a nice dinner with friends with a bottle wine over clubbing every weekend. However, the odd night out dancing is ok. Not into hook ups or the drug scene. Prefer someone who is relatively clean and respectful of shared space.

Young married couple - creatives, looking for a private living space (flat, granny flat, unit..) with separate entry, fridge, washing machine and preferably a garden or courtyard - and feline friendly. We are polite, friendly and respectful. We generally keep to ourselves as we are always busy creating, but enjoy a drink or two and a friendly chat whenever the opportunity arises.
Hi, I will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane in January 2017 for work. I have run my own share house in Brisbane for the last 6 years so I completely understand the consideration and respect required when sharing a house. I also have two pets, an indoor cat and a 5 year old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, so I will be looking for a place with a yard (can be small) and that will allow my dog to be inside when I am home (I am willing to pay a pet bond if required). I am happy to team up with anyone else looking to rent a place as I already have all furniture and utensils necessary. In the case of finding a room in an existing share house I will have all my own bedroom furniture (and can bring other things if needed). I would prefer to have my own bathroom but can be flexible on that in the right share house. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in having me and my beautiful pets as roomies :-).
I am a very tidy and clean person. I am easy going and relaxed. I do have a small dog that I would ideally bring with me but it's not essential. I work full time and am a non smoker
Hello! Looking for a group of chill, fun and tidy girls and guys to flat with. I'm easy going, friendly, clean and fun to have around. I've been living in Melbourne for the past 15 years but I'm starting a new job in January in Sydney so I'm looking to move back as soon as possible.
I am a single professional looking for secure granny flat/unit or house share. Recently returned from four years in the UK and have just started a new in the North Shore area. Can be a bit of a neat freak but otherwise pretty easy going.
My Partner and I run an IT business in Brookvale and are looking for a place to live for 3-6 months or potentially more. We're very friendly and love to have a chat but also like our personal space. We're neat, tidy and clean.
Hi! My name is Robert and I'm 23 years old. I'm moving to Sydney from Adelaide since I've gotten a job in Optus' satellite control centre. I enjoy sports (tennis and afl) and socialising with friends
I am open and communicative man with good manners and tidy habits. The major part of the day I am spending on work outside the flat. Afternoons and nights, if I'm not outside, I will probably spend reading books and listening to music. The next period until the arrival of my family (July/August 2017) I would like to share flat expenses with a flatmate with whom I can achieve good communication. During daytime over some weekend I wish if there are a possibility to host my friends (everything would be previously agreed).
I'm Edu from Spain. I finished my studies and found a job in a well-known TV in Sydney. I wanna live close to my job but way more importantly, with cool and fun people. I'm clean and can cook the best paellas in the universe.
I am a 23 year old graphic designer who works full time in the CBD. I generally am quiet and have a pretty strict routine on weekdays working 9-5 and don't party to go out on weekdays. Similarly, my weekends aren't crazy and I would prefer to have a nice dinner party at home to going out all night. I love to cook and have a quiet glass of wine, binge on tv series and potter about in the garden. I do have a dog; a greyhound named Mandela who would need to be welcomed in to the house and other members willing to be a part of his life as well. Move date is not accurate. Just put in for mandatory purposes; I'm flexible
I'm a 22yo student working part time looking for a share apartment, house or granny flat. I have an indoor only ragdoll cat. I enjoy time out with friends and family but not looking for a party house.
I am a clean person and motivated with working towards my career in music and performing. I am a friendly, sociable person, but I am also happy to keep to myself company as I have a busy life between studying, working and working on performance opportunities. As a flatmate, my only desire is for Home to be a comfortable, relaxing place to be.
I am a professional Structural Engineer starting a St. Leonard based consultancy from 26th of September. I am 29, Looking for a share house with fun loving and tidy people. I would prefer an off-street parking, a built-in wardrobe and some furniture in the room, but happy to get more furniture later on for the house if required. I am a less kitchen user, occasionally have friends visiting me, pretty routine week days, movies or chatting over a drink..Pretty easy going I would say. Don't hesitate to give me a buzz if that sound's like you.
