Hi I am clean and tidy 31 YO moving up from Canberra for work, I am a divisional manager in a national company. I am looking for somewhere to live until I find a house to buy. I work long hours and I am away every weekend.
Hi. I'm moving to Sydney at the beginning of April to start a new job as a radiation therapist at Frenchs Forest. I'm looking at moving to the Northern suburbs of Sydney around Chatswood. I'm a friendly, easy to live with person who likes to spend time with friends and family, bake and explore new places. I am looking forward to sharing with likeminded people who don't mind an occasional night out or a night in watching movies with wine. I will need to be somewhere with on or off street parking as I will have a car which will be needed to get to work each day. I can provide rental references if needed. Please message me if you want any more details :)
I cook I like a clean house especially the kitchen, though not a clean freak (Chef trained). I am also happy to do garden chores (a vege' patch?). Currently I work as a Sydney Harbour Tallships Historical tour guide and host. I love the smell of Real Coffee anytime of the day ..... Sport interested and active. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture, and some baggage too .... O well. Into education, currently studying eco/sustainability with Inner West Councils. The photo is of The Sydney Harbour Pirate show. Me offering a challenge to the Captain.
Hi there, I’ve recently found a new job as a project consultant in Lane Cove and am in increasing need of a new place to match, with a move from Melbourne to Sydney being problematic without one. Preferably I’d be looking to live within a reasonable distance of work, haven’t thought far beyond that at the moment. I’m a very relaxed person and don’t stress or rush over many things, not too worried about housemates having a similar outlook, I’m sure everything will be manageable. On occasion I’m fairly quiet, outgoing most of the time though. Prefer things clean and tidy and I'm sociable while being respectful of others privacy. Would prefer something mid to long term rather than shorter and I’m open to teaming up. If all sounds good feel free to drop me a message. James
It's country-style living, with easy access to national park and golf course, for jogging, bush walking and cycling. Seven minutes to the Chatswood CBD, and ten minutes to Macquarie University. The house has extensive views. Non-smoking accommodation (strictly) and no pets. Prefer 6 months letting in first instance. Furnished room, bathroom and kitchenette. Well maintained swimming pool and large patios.
I am offering larger bedroom in two bedroom apartment, it has its own large balcony and large inbuilt wardrobe, room has been renovated less than 1 year ago, it has brand new carpet. There is reasonable sized bathroom with bath and shower cabinet, all in new condition. It has large carpeted living room, with second balcony, renovated kitchen and laundry. There is a car space available on property as well as ample unmettered parking on the street. As well as small storage room, next to the covered parking spot. This is a very nice green area, quite yet in very close proximity to North Sydney and City. Travel time to North Sydney or the City is 30 minutes including walking to the bus stop, To Chatswood 6 minutes by bus or 25 minutes walking. One bus stop is just across the road ( to Chatswood and City) and it is approx 10min walk to city bound bus interchange.
Quiet and a clean person.
Hi, I'm a young mexican (or not that young - 28 yrs) moving to Sydney for a master degree (Biotechnology at MQ). I love music, biking and reading. I also like languages and it would be nice to practice some french or german on the way. Quite, easy-going and non-smoker.
Hello there, I am returning to AUS after a career break travelling. I am working full time and most weekdays I go to the gym after work. Although I have an active social life, I enjoy chilling out at home every now and then. I like to cook (one of my hobbies) and share a glass of wine or two over a nice talk.
Hi everyone! I'm friendly, tolerant, reasonably clean and tidy, and ready to do my fair share of house chores. I respect peace and privacy around the house, but I'm happy to befriend housemates too. I'm an IT professional. I'm quite and I keep to myself but that's not to say that I don't enjoy having a drink and a chat over a barbecue! For in-house fun, in my past years sharehousing in Sydney and Newcastle, I've been known to occasionally cook the house dinner (barbecue!). I'm good with sharing my coffee in the morning, and I don’t have a problem sharing little things like washing power, sugar etc. I can enjoy housemates' company for movie or game nights, or back-porch beer banter or random-topic TED Talks. Outside of the house, I'm planning on doing more fishing, bush walking and I’m working up the courage to sign up to a gym because desk job :( Would love to live in a house of people with similar interests.
Keep to myself. Social. Self sufficient. Quiet. Considerate of others and their space. Work 8 hours a day. Electrical Tradesman.
I'm currently in North Sydney and seeking to stay in the area. I'm happy to chat and be social or to mind my own business. Christian, non-smoker, respectful and neat. Always reliable with rent.
I'm an easygoing and considerate guy who enjoys the outdoors, cooking and browsing local markets. I've always lived in Sydney and work in the health sector as a social worker.
Hey :). Im quiet, respectful, clean and helpful. Work as a bartender during nights and study at uni during days so you wont be seeing much of me haha. Been in Australia for 8 years. Im 23 and originally from Siberia, Russia.
Hey! I'm Zara :) I'm 27 (just) work full time as an Account Manager and live a pretty active lifestyle outside of work. During the week I'm pretty much 9-5. I travel for my job a little, enjoy rock climbing, play the piano and like to keep fit. Most nights I'll home cook food (i'm pescatarian, not that it matters!)- and I love a good glass of red. Weekends are usually filled with activities/ friends. I'm all for a social dinner and a few good bottles of vino- but my party days are behind me. I'd like to eventually become friends, but i have a good network already and wont invade your space. I come with an adorable Ragdoll kitten, Luna. She's well trained, quiet and loves to just snuggle!!! :)
I'm a quiet female professional who loves her own space and privacy. However I am very friendly and cheerful even though I don't like noisy atmosphere. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker of alcohol. I am very clean and tidy and would appreciate sober housemates. 😊
Hi! My name is Cristiano and I am looking for a single room in nice atmosphere house. I am going to apply to English exam soon for immigration purposes. I am friendly and easy going.
Kiwi aussie, looking for a fun share house with some quirky people to hang out with. I have only lived with friends or partners so want to give this a go.. I love hanging out and having a chat but also appreciate alone time. I like climbing, chilling and camping. I like other things to, not just ones that start with 'c'
I'm a nursing student in my final year at the University of Sydney. Work part time at Ryde Hospital and study full time. Hi there, I am a 22 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my first year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker and value my privacy. I do have a boyfriend that I like to spend time with, but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I'm aware that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker and non-drinker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I can happily live with cats, though dogs will have to be on a case-by-case basis. I can supply all of my own things like towels, plates/bowls/cutlery and bedding, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer and fridge. I am looking for a preferably unfurnished room, a large room is preferred, as I am a bit of a hermit and tend to live in my room, so being able to comfortably fit a double bed and a desk is a must, however a furnished room is also okay. Anywhere along the North Shore, Northern and Western line is ideal, from about North Sydney to Epping and Hornsby as that would keep me close to uni. ~15 minutes away from a train station would be ideal. My rental budget is a maximum of $200/week, or $250/week if bills and utilities are included. I hope to meet you and become a great housemate, - Blake
I currently study IT at Macquarie University. I work part time but my work hours do vary sometimes. I am pretty clean and tidy and respect people's privacy.
