I am a tidy, well organized and friendly, professional, who loves to stay busy, fit and active. Although, i do have tendency to stay back at work / go out to gym / meet friends most evenings. I do equally love and enjoy a quiet night in with a movie alone or with housemates. My cooking skills are limited and i mostly eat salads or light meals at home. I am looking for pleasant and peaceful place with positive, happy, like-minded flatmates / housemates, who enjoy their work and life. :)
I am friendly, neat and easy to get along with. Looking forward to renting a room preferable females only. I am willing to share kitchen, bathroom and the living space.
I'm a 20 year old open minded chilled student coming to Sydney for a 3 Months full time internship. I currently lived in a flatshare in London with two other flatmates and it was an awesome experience. I'm super tidy and give everyone his or her personal space. But I'm still up for a nice chat, a joint dinner or a night out. I love traveling and getting to know new cultures, I'm pretty adaptable and calm. Would love to get to know some nice people who could give me some tipps for going out and meeting new people in Sydney, since it will be my first time in Australia. I'll be in Sydney from the 1st of July on, and will be free for viewings than.
I'm a student in my final years of studying both law and psychology. All this hard work means that I like to sit down and have a fun relaxing chat every now and then. Admittedly, I'm not home all that often. However, when I am I like to cook new foods, whilst making sure the kitchen isn't left in a state. I love to get out and explore during weekends. I'm interested in pretty much everything except for heavy metal and gherkins. I'm half South African and half Spanish, so if you're from there too, HOLA! I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and intently listening to their stories. I like to rollerskate, pet all the dogs and joke around most of the time. Despite being easy-going and playful I will always pay the bills on time and treasure the happiness of my housemates and myself. Since I am a student, wifi MUST be included in the bills and I can't deal with $200 excluding bills. I've even been to a house inspection where they wanted me to put $3.00 each time I washed my clothes, yeah no thanks! I love to cook so a house/apartment with a spacious kitchen is bizarrely mandatory and I am not looking for a party house because my life is busy and happening enough already. Non-smokers are preferable but I won't kick up a fuss if you smoke outside. I don't mind a house with a small animal scene. I am friendly but live like a closeted grandma, that's all the tea I have to spill.
We have one single room (picture 3-4) available in the house we're renting located in Chatswood West. We're two students (25 and 31) working in a research center at Macquarie University and renting this beautiful house. We'd like to find a flatmate to rent the lasting available single room. House is fully equipped with kitchen, living room, bathroom, washing machine and dryer, air-con, etc. Kitchen is also fully furnished (microwaze, oven, fridge, dishwasher...). Bathroom has a bathtub. There's a second toilet in the laundry room close to the available room. The house has a backyard and most of all, a very lovely and open view on the Lane Cove National Park :) :) :) Possibility to park offstreet but we should be buying a car very soon ourselves so if it's needed we can discuss it. Bus stop is directly at the door either to chatswood trainstation direction (6 minutes, or 20-25 minutes walking) or to Macquarie University direction (20-25 minutes). Price is $225 per week bills not included (should be about $10-15 a week) / 2 weeks paid in advance and 1-month bond. Available now (8th May) and we're living the house 17th August, inspections after 6pm or in week-ends.
Hey guys I'm an easy going, social, young professional, looking for a place to relax after work and have a few drinks on the weekend in. I am a fairly clean person, conscientious and like having a chat, but respect people's need for space sometimes. Any place with a decent sized balcony would be great, as office work is meaning I'm starting to forget what the seasons are. Please shoot me a message if you want more info. Thanks, James

This is a lovely, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a modern building nestled in a quiet, leafy street in Lane Cove North. Both of the bedrooms are at the opposite end to the large living space. There is a decent sized balcony off the living area with gas fitting for BBQ (you're welcome to bring yours as I don't have one). The kitchen is great particularly if you like to cook. It is fitted with modern appliances including gas cook top and dishwasher. Air conditioning throughout and a self-contained laundry with a front loader washing machine, dryer and tub. The building is equipped with a lift. It is secure with a security camera for main entrance and garage access which ensures you know who is coming in. There are 2 designated undercover parking spaces in a secure garage. Sorry no storage cage. Walk to bus stops for the city and upper north shore suburbs. Short drive to Lane Cove shops and Chatswood. Please note that the bedroom can fit a queen bed and small chest of drawers but it is a tight squeeze. Move date can be earlier - negotiable.

We are a couple from the States who made the move to Oz for a second time. Both of us are originally from Cleveland, Ohio but previously lived in Lane Cove North before moving to our last home in Phoenix, Arizona. I was an Art teacher in the US and I am studying towards my Masters while working in education, and Chuck is working in the Warehouse/distribution sector full-time again. We mostly keep to ourselves and are very practiced when it comes to shared living spaces, but we also enjoy sharing meals and drinks with our flatmates. I love to cook for others and share my 'Murican delicacies with all.
