Hey there! Im a really friendly and outgoing individual who will get on with anyone and anyone. I work around 4-5 days a week, like to socialise over a few drinks, like things tidy, getting things done that need to be, and am really laid back. I am also currently studying marketing with media & design as a full time student.
A large, 5-bedroom house with three existing housemates, looking for one more. The house is fully furnished, with pretty much everything we need, although there is space for additions if you have some furniture. Your room is the biggest space consisting of two rooms upstairs. The upstairs area is shared with one housemate, Chantel, with the other two bedrooms downstairs. The first room, overlooking the back garden, fits a queen bed. The second room can be used as a study/dressing room/storage/chillout zone - perfect second lounge if you prefer your own space. It has two storage cupboards and a clothes rail is available. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet, shared with one other person. The house is spacious, with plenty of communal areas including a large outdoor deck, which looks out onto the leafy surrounds. It has a bench, couch, barbecue and dining table. It's great hang out area in summer, especially for watching sunsets. The house is surrounded by greenery and feels like you're almost in a National park - Lane Cove National Park is a 10 minute walk away. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away with buses running between Chatswood/North Ryde/Macquarie Park. It's a 20-30 minute walk to the station and a 10 minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Chatswood. Just a 25 minute drive to the city. We keep an organised, clean space with everybody expected to clean up after themselves and do their share of communal chores. All bills, including a gardener, household cleaning products, toilet paper, etc. are included in the rent. The kitchen is well kitted out with a large pantry and two fridges.
G'day. At home I'm a use it-clean it type. I love cheffing in the kitchen (majoring in thai and asian food - particularly fish) where I practice clean as you prep where possible - it's so much easier that way. I'm busy all the time, so usually only spend time at home planning next adventure. Into lots of sports I can share with interested people...Rock-climbing, mountain biking, wakeboarding, skiing. I'm moving back to Sydney area with work (was in the Blue Mountains 2 years ago), coming across from Perth with a house full of stuff...kitchen/laundry appliances, couches, tv etc. Most importantly, I need a place that accommodates my 6m gamefishing trailer boat that sits 3.2m high on the trailer. So a long driveway, or accessible yard is key to fitting with my needs (if it has a normal height carport that blocks access, it's no good for me). More than happy to throw together into a team and get a really nice place. The suburbs I've mentioned are flexible, just using them as a starting point as I'd like to be near the National Park for running and bike riding. Cheers Matt
Hey, I finished my degree in Perth and I am coming to sydney to find jobs in my field. I am of Indian origin, but have lived in India, Ireland, Singapore and Australia in the past 23 years. I am a pretty fun person to live with as I do not like to live in my room 24/7, but would like to hang out with my housemates to have a drink once in a while, catch up for a movie or to go out to wander the city. I do enjoy a drink once in a while, but I do not smoke. I also prefer a place without pets as I am allergic to them unfortunately :-(.
My name is Laura, I am a 26yo vet nurse. I am not much of a party animal, super clean, friendly and of course I love animals. I just returned earlier this year after living in South Africa for 3 years. I also have my 2yo Wiemaraner joining me later this year. He is castrated, very well behaved and well socialised with all animals great and small (from little kittens to rhinos!).
Looking for a furnished place (not sharing) to stay for 3 months while visiting family in Sydney, from 17 Feb to 17 May 2018. Studio, granny flat or 1 bed place would suit. Thanks. :)
Love good conversation, quite intellectual, enjoy sharing a meal and some heady discussion, mature minded, LGBTI friendly, clean up after myself. I have a cat as well, and am an animal lover. Work part-time in mental health, but will happily work elsewhere if someone's prepared to pay me for my time (lol!). Keen to move in as soon as possible.

Hey I'm Collins. I'm a full time professional working in HR for Health. Generally I'm a really chill, easy going and laid back person. I have a high tolerance for most things and think I'm really easy to live with! I'm clean and tidy and enjoy the company of other people. Hoping to find a place close to public transport.
I am moving to Sydney for work and leaving Melbourne makes me sad so I need to live with someone who does not hate my beloved city. I am super clean and tidy. I cook almost everyday, but I clean after myself. I love the outdoors, I go to the gym quite often and I do not mind going for drinks with my housemate, but I definitely need my own time as well.
I am an easy going flatmate. I'm quiet and spend alot of time in my room studying. I am respectful of other peoples privacy . I like to enjoy a glass of red wine or g&t and chat with the housemates every now and then.
Hello everybody! My name is Andrés and I'm coming to Australia (woohoo) to do my PhD at Macquarie University. I'm arriving in Sydney on January 30th and I'm looking for a nice place, with nice people and nice location to live. I've been sharing a flat in Amsterdam during the last year, and before that I've been living in shared flats for almost 10 years in Barcelona... So, yes, I know almost everything about roommates, weekly cleaning and shared dinners... :) I am 29 yo, gay, clean, tidy and outgoing. I enjoy talking with flatmates, but also enjoying time by my own. I like cooking and share meals with roomies. I also enjoy outdoors, cycling, movies, netflix... a normal guy. Not a party animal, I prefer having dinner with friends or chilling at home... but sometimes partying is also nice. If you think I can be your next flatmate message me! I'm also available for teaming-up! Cheers! :)

Hi all! I've just graduated high school on the North Shore and am really interested in sharing a place at the beginning of next year until I start uni in 2018 or 2019. I'm really easy to get along with and am very independent. I also love animals so i'm more than happy to look at a place with animals. I love being outside or at the beach and then winding down in the afternoons. I have a part time job at a child care centre on the North Shore and looking for another part time job during the day. I do have a boyfriend/best friend who i'm looking at sharing a place with, so if you're open to sharing a place or teaming up with a couple that's also great! If you'd like to know anything more, simply send me a message! :)
Hello there, I'm a current postgraduate student at Macquarie Uni and am looking for a place to live close by! I also work as a gym trainer near the uni as well, so convenience is key! I will be looking to move around late December/early January. I am clean, honest, respectful and friendly! I’m always keen for a few casual drinks or a night out every now and again but I wouldn’t say I’m a party type at all. I would prefer my own bathroom if possible. If you think I would fit into your space, send me a message.
I'm a 19 year old software engineer who grew up in Australia, working on my own startup. Here's what makes me a cool flatmate: - I'm friendly and get along with people easily! - I'm respectful of other people, property, and personal space. - I have forest green hair (pic is slightly outdated). Umm. Colored hair points? - If I'm sharing a bathroom, I'll keep it clean and leave the toilet seat down :) I'm looking for a nice and quiet place to call home, so no more than 1-2 other flatmates. Cozyness and a decorated atmosphere is definitely appreciated!
Hi, my name is Tom and I come from a small town on the Mid North Coast. I will be commencing work at Fox Sports at St Leonards in November, which will involve mainly weekend and some overnight work. So therefore I am looking for accommodation nearby (or along the north shore line). I have been living in share accommodation for the past 4 years at uni which I enjoyed immensely. I am a pretty easy going, relaxed guy. I don't smoke or use drugs. I do enjoy a few drinks socially with friends. I like to keep the place clean and I like to think that I can cook, and I am prepared to contribute to the running of the household in any way I can. Cheers, Tom
Hey there, We are 2 friends looking for 2 rooms with a budget of 440, looking to move in by first week of December. I work with Optus and my other friend is doing his MBA from Macquarie Uni. Cheers Rahul
