This is paradise due to its integration into the national park and of course, the river. There are no houses on either side of us, just bush and there are many nature reserves around us. The rear yard is private and you can enter the river from it if you enjoy kayaking or swimming. There is a large workshop and a cellar. There are multiple living areas: a dining room with the record player, a lounge/cinema with a projector and serious sound system and the large music/study space with adjoining attic. The house is located just a stone's throw away from the bay, Luna park, and Wendy's secret garden. Very conveniently it is also only a few minutes walk from either North Sydney or Milsons Point station, so it's extremely accessible via train. The landlord and primary tenant staying here is a very friendly 50 year old lady who is a security operations manager, and she has an adorable dog and cat staying in the house as well - both of which love people! Move-in date for all three rooms is Sunday 17th of November. The property will be available for inspections the week prior - Sunday 10th November onwards. The house is a beautiful free standing 3 bed terrace. There is a great yard for entertaining, new kitchen and bathroom and plenty of space. Air Conditioning, Netflix etc all available. Drummoyne is a great suburb, close to the bay run, Balmain Pubs, Orange grove markets and is close to the water. Its a 10 min bus ride into the city. The streets are wide with lots of parking. Its close enough to the city without being in the craziness. I plan to fill only 1 room and keep one empty for use as a study or for guests.
The property is a two storied flat tucked away in the back of a quiet neighbourhood. It's crazy how quiet it is, but it's only a 2 minute walk to the main strip! I've attached plenty of photos so I won't go on too much about the place. The bus is very close and takes around 20-25 mins during the week depending on... well... Sydney but you won't have any problems getting anywhere when you're this close to the city. There's also access to the Ferry if you want to get to Manly.
