new and renovated rooms with a shared kitchen two single rooms with shared bathroom one large room with en suite bathroom close proximity to bus stop (towards chatswood station/ macquarie /epping) 15 minutes walk to Chatswood near lane cove park
My name's Rachna, I'm an MBA student at Macquarie University (graduating in September). Originally from Pakistan, but have grown up in Saudi Arabia, and then studied and worked in Dubai so have some pretty interesting international stories :). Fell in love with Sydney almost two years ago when I first moved here! I'm quite easy-going and adaptive, like to keep my surroundings clean, love meeting new people and hearing their stories!
Hey! I'm a recent-ish law graduate and I'm about to start my full-time job in Haymarket. I'm pretty quiet and clean. Since I'm relatively new in town (moved from Melbourne), I'm unlikely to invite people over much but I'm not aggressively anti-social. I live in Chatswood at the moment and love the area, so I'm inclined to stick around - but I'd be pleased to move closer to my workplace in the city as well (who doesn't like sleeping in?). I don't drive, so public transport is a must. Mostly I like to cook, go out on weekends, and play a lot of PC games. I'm fine whether you prefer company or would rather us nervously avoid each other's gazes in the kitchen as we ignore each other's existence. It's aaaall good. I also don't care what you do so long as I get a good night's sleep before work, so please, my god, help me afford rent. I'm also emotionally reliant on high-speed internet but other than that, I don't need much. Cheers. I plan to move out around July 25th - but I can wrangle a date about a week before that if I really like a place! (More, if I REALLY like it.) PS. I have an electric keyboard that I use as something of a pocket piano, and I'd love being able to play it once in awhile - not often, but occasionally! I'd be happy to keep it to times people are out of the house or when it won't be disruptive, or laying off for a few weeks for deadlines, stressful periods, or any other reason.
I just moved from Canberra to Sydney and am a full time employee for the National Measurement Institute located in the CSIRO building in Lindfield. I am looking for a place to stay within driving distance.
Hi, I would love to find a 2-3 bedroom house, apartment or similar in Northern Sydney for myself, my boyfriend, my best friend and her boyfriend. A bit about me: I'm currently living around the Northern Beaches of Sydney, working 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). I consider myself to be easy going, down to earth and very, very tidy. Iv'e lived out of home for 6 years now and have only had great feedback from my landlords. A bit about my Boyfriend, He is 23 years old, a 3rd year mechanic, works full time 4 days a week and does 1 day at TAFE. He's very easy going, realxed and tidy A bit about my best friend and her boyfriend; Both 23 years olds, my best friend works full time as a nurse and is very bubbly and active. Her boyfriend works part time at a hospital and study's part time as a teacher. Both are easy going, tidy people who love to be outdoors. Ideally we would love to find an unfurnished place with medium-large sized bedrooms. We are after a carport or garage for 1 car and parking available along the street.
Hi, I'm Ash. I am on a Working/Holiday Visa, over from England and have about 4 months left here before the dream is over.... I've been out on the West Coast for the last year getting all hippie and that in the backpacker surfer town of Margaret River working on the land to make a living not earning much money. This was the best time in my life, getting back down to basics. But this cannot last forever..... So with my time coming to and end I'm back for another stint in the City of Hope walking straight back into my old Construction Engineering job to work Full Time for the next few month's to get some real money together. I NEED to earn as much as I can with the time left so no need to worry about having a drunken party animal type in the house because that is not me anyway, but I'm not here to party. Here to get my head down and work. In the house I am just chill. Sit and have a strum on the guitar, keep stuff tidy (to the extent I like everything even pointing in the correct direction), eat really day to day and so never take to much space in the kitchen, but HAS TO HAVE A CLEAN KITCHEN SPACE!! Fairly quiet mostly. I have been travelling for last few years, just seeking what the World has to offer, and forever keen to meet new people I'm a guy by the way too! You should probably know that. The name Ashley is kind of deceiving!
We are a couple living in Sydney look for a room to share either just us or in a share house. We both love people and are easy to live with. I am a music student working part time as a DJ and my partner has a full time job working as a vacuum salesman. We are looking for a place for the next year.
Hey there, My name is Rob, I am 22 yrs old working full-time in Hospitality. I am looking for a place closer to my work for a more convenient travel time from A to B and as of recently I unfortunately need to leave the room I am currently renting in which I have stayed the past 2 yrs due to age and environmental damages to the building. For now I am looking for a studio/room to rent for at least 6 months. I am usually out of the house all day almost everyday of the week at work or at meetings, on my days off I am usually running errands, cleaning and getting prepared for the following week. When I am at home I am usually quiet and keep to myself but am always up for a chat. I thrive in a neat, clean and simple environment. In my spare time I enjoy: - Eating out, love visiting different and new places to eat and to socialize with others. - Interior design, always refreshing my environment by changing furniture around, finding cute decor to liven up my living space. - Fitness, love a long walk whenever I can fit it into my schedule. - watching movies and catching up on my favorite TV Shows and - Reading.
It's country-style living, with easy access to national park and golf course, for jogging, bush walking and cycling. Seven minutes to the Chatswood CBD, and ten minutes to Macquarie University. The house has extensive views. Non-smoking accommodation (strictly) and no pets. Prefer 6 months letting in first instance. Furnished room, bathroom and kitchenette. Well maintained swimming pool and large patios.
The block is approx 1 yr old and has a lift. Nice bathrooms and the rooms are adequately sized. Each room is individually Air Conditioned. 50m from bus stop to city and Chatswood. The new flatmate will have exclusive use of the main bathroom. No couples please as the Lease allows a max of 2 people. You must have a sense of humour !! The room is unfurnished but would consider furnishing it for the right person
This could be the place if you dont like cooking. Optional, chef prepared meals are available at a very reasonable cost. Fully furnished and just like moving into a fully serviced apartment. Only 15-20 mins by Express bus to the city (Wynard) or Chatswood station. bus stop outside the front door. Standard deal Includes all bills, internet, phone, monthly professional cleaning of whole place. I am looking for a flatmate (no couples) for a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, apartment on Mowbray Rd, Lane Cove. Available to occupy from 1/7/17 Lease is 2 months minimum and then 1 month's notice. The bedroom is the master bedroom with en-suite. The apartment is in immaculate condition. It is in a security building with a lift. It has a brand new Bosch fridge, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, huge flatscreen TV, dining room table and chairs, lounge, beds. Includes queen size bed with linen if required. Unlimited internet with wi-fi and a landline phone with unlimited calls to all Australian numbers , is included. TV sockets in all bedrooms. Moving into this apartment is pretty much the same as moving into a serviced apartment. You wont need any furniture but if you want to bring some of your own, we can probably work out something. About me -. I 'm pretty easy going, tidy and sociable. I'm the only other person living here. I run my own business on the North Shore (wellness coaching, health and fitness business) . My 3 adult kids and girlfriend will want to stop by every now and then and a few friends in the area may as well. I row about 3 mornings a week on the nearby Lane Cove river, go to the gym and run. I like to eat really healthy home meals, am vegetarian (Whole Food Plant Based to be exact) . I'm more than happy to have a beer or wine though and not obsessed with all the healthy lifestyle stuff. I work a mix of both home based during normal office hours (from the study) and out on clients' sites on the north shore, so I'll be around on and off during the weekdays. Weekends tend be a mix of being out doing things and at home. Because I work from home a lot, I need a flatmate who generally works 9-5 at a workplace. However, I can flexibly work around this and it's not a rigid arrangement. It wont work out though if you want to work from home regularly. You must be someone who likes a nice tidy place. No party animals just conversational and sociable. Parking in secure basement carpark can be arranged but is not guaranteed at all times. very good off street parking in front of building.
Large single room with two spacious build in wardrobe, both bedroom and apartment is fully furnished. You will also have your own bathroom and car space. Located on Mowbray road, buses to both chatswood and city are at doorstep, 2mins walk to local shops and cafe.
Hi, My name is Elizabeth. I'm 24 and I'm just moving to Sydney to begin fulltime employment as a teacher. I am sporty and love running, netball and touch footy. I also enjoy watching sport, although I don't do it a lot. I'm pretty easy going, I like being social but also really appreciate down time and a sleep in every now and then. I will happily have a chat over a glass of wine (or not) if you like but also will respect your space too. I am moving to Sydney for the first time but I do have friends and family in Sydney so wouldn't expect you to babysit me. I am keen to find somewhere pretty quickly as I am starting work in a few days. Cheers! I hope we get along well!

Spent 5 months travelling on route to Australia- fav travel stops included: Nashville, Rio, Iguazu Falls, South Africa, Chiang Mai, Halong bay and Sapa. I have a nice double bed and some additional bedroom furniture. Budget of apx. $250-$280 for rent and bills, looking to share with those in their 20s/30s.
Hi! My name is Monika, and my friend Dominika and I, we are looking for an accomodation for 3 months from 1st of September till 30th of November 2017. We are two biotechnology engineer, who are coming to Sydney to do an internship in laboratory for a period of 3 months. We will be working full time (9am-5pm Mon-Fri) so the most of the time we won't be in house. That's why we would like to share our flat with somebody responsible and calm. In our free time, we are planning to visit everything around and we are quite active as it comes for sports and entertaiment on the plain air. We are not planning to stay at home, so it would be cool if you can join us! Ps. Our little target for this adventure in Sydney is to learn how to surf!

I am easy going, neat and a joy to have around! :)

I am 33 years old civil engineer. I'm so tidy and clam person.
I'm a 28 year old guy, finished studying last year and now work as a civil engineer. I've spent the last few years living in share houses in the inner west while studying so I know the life well. I work in Lindfield now and am looking to be closer to work. I'm really just after a place where I can have a conversation with people and hang out and watch netflix or whatever. Stuff I've been watching lately: Arrested Development, Always Sunny, Walking Dead. I also play a bit of basketball. I'm pretty mature and like to keep things clean and tidy (but not obsessively). I also don't mind cooking.
I'm a quiet female professional who loves her own space and privacy. However I am very friendly and cheerful even though I don't like noisy atmosphere. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker of alcohol. I am very clean and tidy and would appreciate sober housemates. 😊
