Hi :) - Looking for either just myself or with my boyfriend. - We’re both quiet, relaxed & love travelling. Not social animals but happy to watch TV & have a drink together. - Will keep the room/house tidy. - We have 2 cats. They’re sually outdoors during the day & indoors at night (will have a small cat litter box in our room that we’ll change daily so there’s no smell, & vacuum daily so no hair build up). - Both shift workers so hours coming & going will vary. Adam works full-time, I dropped down to part-time as am going back to uni July 2018. - Hoping to stay somewhere for 1-2 years from May 2018. - Happy to share with anyone regardless of age/race/gender/religion/etc. Only musts would be non-smoking house due to asthma. - Both have cars but can park on the street.
Hello. We are a friendly Aussie/Asian family of four who would love to welcome someone to come rent out our newly refurbished fully self-contained downstairs studio. Please no couples or pets. The studio has it's own direct access off the shared driveway that leads to a garden with natural bush outlook. We all live upstairs. The bedroom has a double bed, built in storage, a small desk area and wall hung TV. The studio is only 1 year old, as are most of the furniture and appliances. These include a fridge freezer, microwave, electric portable hob and integrated washing machine and dryer. To make things easier all bills (i.e. water, electric, internet) are included in the rent. We are located off the main road on a quiet street. Its 10 minutes walk to the local train station at Cheltenham with direct trains to Macquarie University, Chatswood, North Sydney and Sydney city centre. Beecroft Village is about 20 minutes walk and has a number of good cafes and a Woolworths. As you can see from the map we're also very close to the Lane Cove National Park which is a great place for bush walks and jogging. We would ideally like to find someone for a year, but are happy to discus different lease terms. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Will be happy to answer, send more pictures, offer advice etc.
Quite busy during the day on weekdays and would love to have a chat or drink in evenings with people around. Respect and appreciate privacy. Selectively social and adjusting.
I am a working professional in the media/publishing industry looking for long-term accommodation close to or at least accessible to my office at St. Leonards. I've been slowly transitioning to a (relatively) more minimalist lifestyle as I make the move so staying neat and clean should be with less effort. I can be relied on keeping the rest of the flat/house clean as well. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer meeting my friends outside rather than do house parties. In my spare time I usually try to be active - I often play badminton and do a little bit of cycling here and there. I'm also keen to learn new sports/activities and join any after hours/weekend clubs. I play some PC games a little bit and I'm a huge fan of the NBA. I'm still learning how to cook more food, but am keen to share whenever I make something nice. I'm pretty social and keen to meet new people, so I'd be down for a few drinks (in a relaxed environment) once in a while to unwind. As I am working full time, inspections are preferred after 5:30pm and on the weekends.
**going to add more photos ASAP, am simply away from home atm** The room is beautiful and spacious... But beyond that, the house has so much character (and so do it’s inhabitants). It’s a fifteen minute walk to Epping station, and is a wonderfully social space to be in!
This house is huge! Firstly you pull up in the massive long driveway which has a garage at the end currently just used for storage. The yard is huge for activities and a big wrap around wooden deck. Polished timber floor boards downstairs in the living, dining and kitchen. 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom down stairs and 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom upstairs. You room is super roomy with a ceiling fan and 2 windows for good airflow. The house is fully furnished apart from the bedroom in question which will be empty. Has great homie vibe and probably one of the best couches for hangovers you can ask for.
Close to the station and Beecroft village shops, supermarket and restaurants - 800m walk Convenient, 12 minute train ride to Macquarie Can be furnished if needed :) 1 bathroom (with toilet) and a separate toilet also. Washing machine, dryer and fridge available for use. Newly renovated house and kitchen. Large room with built in wardrobe, plenty of space. Internet is cable so it’s quick and unlimited. Would really suit a female uni student who is looking for somewhere convenient and safe to stay.
Room 1 with built-ins available on rent from 15th March'18. Its a big 3 bedroom flat in Edensor Street, Epping. Epping train station is just 7-10 minutes walk from the property. Room is furnished with bed, mattress and side table. House has other amenities in like Fridge, Washing machine, microwave, etc. Over and above the weekly rent you need to pay: 1. electricity bills (as per usage), 2. internet $20 per month It’s not a party house and but friends for socializing are welcome. I am only looking for very clean individuals to stay and the one who pays rent on time without reminders. No Smoking allowed inside the house or within the premises of the property.
Hi! Our house is a 15 minute walk to the station or a few minutes drive. There is ample street parking if you have a car. There are three bedrooms in this house and you'll have one of your own. Both rooms comes furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers, bedside drawer and wardrobe. The first room is in the photos. 2nd room photos coming soon (or just come and visit :)) There is one shared bathroom, but also an outside dunny for emergencies. **Please note: This is a vegetarian household, as such we would prefer a vegetarian housemate or someone who is ok only eating vegetarian at home.*** The rent is $180/per week for the 1st room: Available April 12th The rent is $200/per week for the 2nd bigger room with street view: Available May 28th or earlier on negotiation Rent does not including bills or internet ($25/month extra). Netflix is also available as an option (for $4/month extra). Rent is paid two weeks in advance. If all of this sounds good to you and you'd like to check it out- please get in touch! We look forward to meeting you. :)
Hello :) I'm newish to Sydney for work and looking for my next abode to call home. I'm well travelled, open minded, positively orientated and into conscious living. I love my home to be my retreat space where I can relax and regenerate. I try my best to be clean and tidy, respectful and considerate to live with. I love to swim, run, dance, meditate, do yoga, be with nature, experiment with raw food and permaculture. Would love to share with folks who are similarly minded. I'm working in the CBD and looking for accommodation with good transport links. .
Both of us are working professionals, I am a banker with NAB. Katie is a school photographer and works with bunnings. Most of the time we keep to ourselves, watching netflix and gym after work. We also do basketball and dodgeball on the weekends, so you will barely see us. We were looking for an ensuite big enough for 2 people or looking for teamups to get the whole house at any of those locations. Cheers
I like to think I’m a pretty easy going guy who understands the basics. E.g. be respectful and don’t take the piss. I’ve found if you follow those 2 rules it’s hard to go wrong and there are rarely any dramas:) I’m studying and working for my mate at the moment and in the middle of a career change. I speak 3 languages, I’m a reasonable singer and am getting back into the gun and tennis:) don’t be afraid to drop me a line. Cheers jack
Hi! I consider myself easy going, friendly, organised and responsible. I like to respect each other's privacy and space but at the same time always open for a chat or casual light drink. I’m a very neat & tidy person and enjoy to share accommodation with someone who is like minded. I often work 6 days a week and usually out of the house by 6:30am until late afternoon or evenings. Well on weekends (Sunday's), if I’m not catching up with my sleep, you’ll find me occupied watching some NetFlix 😊
Looking for a place to share with one or two others which has a decent sized room and preferably an ensuite/own bathroom and off street parking. Work full time as a primary teacher in the Ryde area. Clean, tidy and friendly. Flexible moving date.
We are married couple from India and I am working near Macquarie Park and my wife is non-working. Looking for a studio apartment or share accommodation with another family, in near by areas to my office like Epping, North Ryde, Chatswood, Carlingford, Honsby, Waitara, Pennat Hills etc.
I'm a busy, full-time primary school teacher. I often drive to the Central Coast on weekends to visit family. I'm a tidy, respectful housemate who likes to be social but also likes time to myself.
Update: I've just got my own 3 bed house half way between normanhurst and waitara train stations. About 10 mins walk to both. It's a large home and I'll have 2 bedrooms available for rent with off street, out of view parking for everyone (not garaged). I just moved in 24/02/18, so need a week to setup the house. One bedroom is really large with full wall mirrored built-ins and the other a bit smaller with a small cupboard but no built-ins. I'll put up a listing once I've got the house setup. Preferably share with other full-time workers of any age. Budget is approximate + expenses. I'm a full-time Finance/IT professional, been in my current place by myself for 13 years. Unfortunately Landlord needs his place for his Son and I can't find a new place for the same rent so looking to teamup. Somewhere less than 10 mins walk to a train station. As I've been living by myself I have furnishings and house stuff for everything except a 2nd bedroom - washing machine, couches, cooking, home entertainment etc. (open to sharing an existing place but I have a lot of stuff, so need more than just a bedroom - minimum of off street parking plus secure storage for my bike and car things). I'm nice, friendly, easy-going, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian (I don't care if you're not :)). I'm clean, but far from fussy about things. I just need to sleep at night - so expect people to be respectful of noise late at night. Don't mind people coming over but I'm not a huge party person. Non-smokers only please. I'm not around much most weekends. I spend more time editing photos in my personal time (part-time photography business) than anything else, intertwined between cycling, guitars, gym, motorbikes and race cars.
Hi! I'm friendly, clean, don't take up much space and i'm house-trained. I work full time as a nurse, and I often work weekends. I am mostly looking to team up as I have an apartments worth of furniture. Looking to move around the end of April/ beginning of May. I would prefer a more long term living situation. I like my own space but I also dont mind spending time with housemates if the time calls for it.
I'm from Manila, Philippines but will be moving to Sydney in July to take my Masters in Macquarie. I would love to live in a clean, modern and secure house with friendly and accommodating housemates. I would prefer to have my own ensuite, or at least share it with just one other person. Since I don't have a car, a bus stop less than a 5 minute walk will be ideal. I am very organized and I like to keep things neat. I'm very conscious of other people's personal space and belongings and I hope to be extended the same courtesy. I like to cook and bake and wouldn't mind sharing my skills for nice housemates. :) I love dogs so I wouldn't mind living in a house with pets! I am a sociable introvert so I would love to have a glass or two of wine, or eat with friends, but will need some personal time after. :)
