Hey, I have been living in Sydney for almost 1 year and still would like to know new people. I always keep things clean and tidy and I'm also friendly. Would love to find a place with great atmosphere and always happy to have a chat and do things with other housemates. If you need your own time, I will stay out of your way. I work full time Monday to Friday so I'll be hardly home. Would prefer to find a place that has airconditioning and is close to the train station or buses that come regularly. I also have a car and need street parking.
HI ! I ´am a french Student looking for accommodation in Sydney for the 15th February, for 4 months. I come in Sydney because I found an internship at the university of Macquarie in behavioural biology. I´am serious guys and I would like to enjoy my stay in Sydney by meeting new people and share good moments with them.
The flat has it's own direct access that leads to a garden with natural bush outlook. We all live upstairs and there is good sound insulation between floors. The bedroom has a double bed, plenty of built in storage, a small desk area and wall hung TV. The separate bathroom and kitchen are brand new, as are all the furniture and appliances. These include a fridge freezer, microwave, electric portable hob and integrated washing machine & dryer. We are located off the main road on a quiet tree lined street. Its a 10 minute walk to the local train station at Cheltenham and only 2 stops or 8 minutes to Macquarie University station. Beecroft Village is about 20 minutes walk and has a number of good cafes and shops, although you'll probably find most of what you need at Macquarie Shopping Centre. As you can see from the map we're also very close to the Lane Cove National Park which is a great place for bush walks & jogging. We would ideally like to find someone for the whole year, but are happy to discus different lease terms. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Will be happy to answer, send more pictures, offer advice etc. Please note we are not accepting couples.

Looking for short term (2weeks - 1 month) as well as long term housing (6 months or more). Feel free to contact me with any questions, ideas, or advice. Best, Jonathan and Christine

Well hi! I'm Maddie, I'm 21 and about to start my Masters at Macquarie Uni. I come from a small farming town in Far North Queensland and have decided to make the jump to Sydney, so here we are. I'm easy-going and laid back. I like to think I'm reasonably clean. I'm super friendly. I don't mind being alone or being with a bunch of friends having a drink or two. I love to cook and will probably bake more things than we can eat. And honestly, I'm a complete nerd. I'm also an avid gamer, so it'd be nice to have potential roomies to co-op with. I have a car, so there's also potential Maccas runs at 3am / to tote our groceries back :D Feel free to message me if we seem like potential roomies! Looking forward to meeting you.
Can cook and like to keep things tidy. Lived in multiple share houses both in Australia and abroad. Air con and Refrigeration Technician. Currently in Curl Curl. Looking to live near Mac Uni as it is where I am stationed Everyday. Enjoy's a beverage.
I am a 28yo guy from New Zealand doing my PhD in geology at Macquarie University. I will be starting my 3rd year having just got back from an exchange studying in Germany. I enjoy sports and the outdoors. I am polite, tidy, relaxed, respectful, and responsible.
Hullo all, I'm Pat, I'm from New Zealand and I like tea, cheesecake, mountain biking and Bob Dylan. Moving to Sydney in January for a job, working full time in a consultancy (engineering geology) in North Ryde. I'm brand new to Sydney and looking to find a relaxed, mature and friendly household to fit into somewhere on the north shore. I'm outdoorsie and generally pretty active (hiking, mtb, snowboarding) , although I also really enjoy my time at home with a book, movies or gardening. I don't drink or smoke, and prefer a non-partying household. I'm clean and responsible, skilled in taking care of a sink of dishes or on the vacuum cleaner. Looking forward to the move to the big smoke. Can provide references. cheers :)
Working full time doing construction management and also completing my final year at uni. I am very independent and reliable. I have moved out of home for five years now so I'm quite experienced when it comes to living and sharing household, respecting housemates and cleaning the house. I do work long hours during the week but usually like to hang out during weekends. I like to live in a house with friendly environment so I'm keen to team up and find a place together.

I am a 26 year old civil engineer recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane and looking for housemates! I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy, who's clean and tidy. I love pets but don't have any of my own. I also love music but I promise I won't sing in the shower. I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. I have my own bedroom furniture. When I'm home, I'm sociable and very relaxed. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months). I often work away, so you may or may not notice I go missing for weeks. I am away in Wellington until about early to mid February, and will be looking to move in then. Hope to hear from you!
23yr old looking for a place to live, my current roommates are getting married so i need to find a new place. I work full-time and not home 4 days a week (mostly weekends). fun outgoing girl who loves to relax and spend time at the beach. looking for 1 year plus stay.
Reason for the move: I'm going to be starting a new job in Pennant Hills on the construction of the underground tunnel in 4 weeks. I'm moving over from Perth. I have quite a bit of furniture. Big 65" TV, all bedroom furniture (queen size bed and 2x chest draws), few pots and pans etc. I have a car and will require a car space or street parking is fine (hopefully no added expense) About me: I'm 33, single, and work in the mines FIFO. I'm looking for a change and back into my career of digital records management. This happens to be in Sydney. I'm looking for a place that is neat and tidy. I don't drink, and am pescatarian. Love to cook. Enjoy going to the gym, keeping active and spending time at the beach. I also like to watch Netflix and chill on weekends. Not looking for a party share house although I do love to go out and watch live music and hit up gigs and pubs. I like drinking cups of tea and chilling out most nights. I'm living in a share house now (I'm the owner), I'm very respectful of rules and quirks of the household. I'm looking for a pet friendly house. The other housemate: I have a beautiful pug Bee Bee. He is 5yo and is very house trained. Pugs suffer in the heat so he would be an inside pooch for the most part, hope that is ok. Super friendly, great with kids and other animals. Can bring my own portable dog door so he can come and go in the house to outside. The dog is my responsibility and I take full care of him. He may greet you with unsuspecting slobbery and cuddles as he is a friendly little guy. I'm a pretty normal person moving over to start a new career for the next 2 years. If I sound like someone you might be able to live with hit me up :)

Hi, I'm Yave. Hard to pronounce? replace D with Y in Dave and u'll make it. After I was given Subclass 476 visa (Skilled qualified graduate visa) around 4 months ago, made it to this lovely country as fast as possible and now I'm happy. 4 months of both happy and sad days and having some experience in a country in which I knew no one then when I moved has been amazing. This country helped me feel ALIVE again. I'm a 32 yo Environmental Engineer and specialized in Air Quality Engineering in the best university in my country: University of Tehran A few words might describe me more easily (as a flatmate): Experience: 8 years experience living in shared accommodations of different types Personal Characteristics: caring, tidy, clean, sometimes talkative n sometimes quiet (depends to others), Job: 1) installing automated irrigation systems 2) Kitchen hand 3) semi-pro Poker player Appearance: black hair, black eyes, 5' 5'', slim Hobbies: Hanging around, watching films, listening to music. I might start surfing or Kayaking as well. I wanna: find flatmates who feel happy and comfortable with each other. I don't wanna: waste time finding another place only cuz my mates can't understand and respect each other enough. Things I cannot tolerate: - Know-it-all / sarcastic / illogical / sexist / racist / impolite people - any messy shared area specially the kitchen - dirty bathtub and toilet - people who either DO NOT TALK or TALK RUDELY when they have any problem with something related to me
hi my name is jose and i am a 26 year old carpenter.i work monday to friday 7am-3-30ishpm. my hobbies are skating, snowboarding, watching movies (im a bit of a movie buff) and every sport you can think of im always up for a chat about anything and everything! looking forward to hearing from you, hopefully i make the shortlist! :)
We are in our late 20's, both working full time (fairly long hours!). We're social, tidy and respectful of others we live with. Looking for a vibrant place to live and hopefully meet some new friends along the way! I'm into guitar, sports and anything outdoors. My girlfriend enjoys cooking, photography and outdoors. We have a little pet bird (conure) with us, she's quiet and very entertaining.
I'm from Sydney and I work as an AV Tech and a Facilitator of music programs for adults with disabilites. I have a Bachelor of Music Composition and an currently studying a Bachelor of Software Engineering part time. I'm great to live with because I am generally quiet and very tidy, and won't really have any friends over. I'm not the kind to get home late at night and be noisy, though I am really into music I don't play it loudly.
Hi, we are 2 professionals (girl and guy) looking for a new flatmate as our current roomie Steph is moving Overseas in mid/late Feb. About the House Huge Circa 1860 period home on an 800 sqm block set back from the street benefiting from original period features and high ceilings. Separate lounge, dining and laundry, huge back yard with clothes line, BBQ, entertaining terrace - great for summer! VERY large and unique bathroom with dual vanities, skylight and heaps of storage. Heaps of place in this house for extra storage if needed. Parking on drive and street available. Furniture/Features The entire house is fully furnished, apart from the room itself. We have high-speed wireless with UNLIMITED DATA (yes it's ridiculous!) per month, Foxtel capable (would need to pay for your subscription), TV and surround sound in the lounge. Location Superb location! Well situated to walk to rail, bus, shops, restaurants and parks, further afield we are 3 mins drive to Carlingford Court and Epping centre, 10 mins drive to Macquarie park, Mac Uni, West Ryde, Top Ryde, 15 mins to Castle Towers and Parramatta. Great area well located but still very peaceful. About the Room The room is one of the largest (and it's a big house!), 4.4 x 3.6m you won't beat that at this price, it has neutral carpets, large double bay windows with blinds and big timber wardrobe, ceiling fan and dimmer ceiling lights, also north facing hence gets heaps of light during the day. What we are looking for We would like to find an independent, clean person between 20-40, professional or mature student is fine. If you like the idea of a large home, where you can have your own space then our place is perfect. Respecting each others property, cleaning up after yourself and generally being considerate is pretty important too. About Us Lance works in retail sales, Sarah works in IT sales and splits her time in between the office, working from home and on the road. We are both quite independent and busy, as such we tend to keep ourselves to ourselves during the week, with the occasional glass of wine shared and from time to time, BBQ or a quick chat whilst in the kitchen - we are a pretty grown up and relatively quiet household. Our Pets We have two small and well-behaved pugs. They are outside during the day and in the evening are in their beds in the lounge. They play outside and as such we encourage them to be quiet at night and not roaming the house hence they are not underfoot. They are pretty well behaved however they are dogs so we would like someone who is comfortable around animals - occasionally they will be a bit cheeky or bark (quite rare), so someone who is laid back and cool with dogs is a must. other than that they are adorable and love cuddles! :) Bills/Rent Rent is 233pw, bills are on top which comes to roughly $70-$100 per month. We share the gardening and cleaner come once every 8 weeks to do the jobs we don't want to, this is about 40 bucks a month. Viewings will during the week from 6.30pm onwards. Please contact us for details. Thanks Sarah, Lance & the pugs :)

Hi there, I am a hardworking student at Macquarie University who until recently worked as a Business Analyst in Martin Place. I am taking some time off to focus on University, but I teach Advanced English HSC over the weekends. My life is full and busy and I enjoy keeping a positive attitude throughout it all. I am tidy, respectful and come with excellent references. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, running and anything outdoors. I would love to find a place close to a National Park for this reason. Ideally, I am seeking a private, furnished room with no pets (I am allergic) which is within walking distance or close bus ride to Macquarie University. I would be fine with travelling a little further if the room is close to Lane Cove National Park :) Hoping I can find a quiet place that lets me relax and unwind and get a good nights rest for the working day! Cheers :)
