Hello. We are a friendly Aussie/Asian family of four who would love to welcome someone to come rent out our newly refurbished fully self-contained downstairs studio. Please no couples or pets. The studio has it's own direct access off the shared driveway that leads to a garden with natural bush outlook. We all live upstairs. The bedroom has a double bed, built in storage, a small desk area and wall hung TV. The studio is only 6 months old, as are all the furniture and appliances. These include a fridge freezer, microwave, electric portable hob and integrated washing machine and dryer. To make things easier all bills (i.e. water, electric, internet) are included in the rent. We are located off the main road on a quiet tree lined street. Its a 10 minute walk to the local train station at Cheltenham with direct trains to Macquarie University, Chatswood, North Sydney and Sydney city centre. Beecroft Village is about 20 minutes walk and has a number of good cafes and shops, although you'll probably find most of what you need in Epping or Macquarie Shopping Centre. As you can see from the map we're also very close to the Lane Cove National Park which is a great place for bush walks and jogging. We would ideally like to find someone for the whole year, but are happy to discus different lease terms. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Will be happy to answer, send more pictures, offer advice etc.
Recently moved back to Sydney from Wollongong. Been working full time as an electrical engineer for the past 8 months whilst completing my degree, so I'm looking to move closer to work. I'm a laid back, tidy and active. When I'm not at work, I'll usually be at rugby or catching up with family and mates. I'm quite a social person so I don't mind hanging around home having a chat, helping out, cooking a feed for the entire crew or just having a few drinks. But when its time for some R&R, you'll find me sleeping for most of it. Have lived with a number of people beforehand and still keep in touch with them all, even if they have moved to all ends of the Earth. So it'd would be great to move in with folk that I can continue this with. If you do have any other questions, please do just ask away :)
We are looking for somewhere to live for 4-6months until our granny flat is built at the end of the year. We are easy going, respectful and enjoy the company of others :)
I am very quiet and easygoing. You'll hardly know I'm there, as I just need a quiet place to sleep at night. I have another property where I will spend all my time that I am not sleeping, so my needs are very minimal. Access to wifi would be great. I do have a small, quiet, clean whippet dog who does not bark, or smell or shed fur. Please meet him before automatically saying no, as you'll hardly know he is there either. We just need a place between 11.30pm and 9.30am (no cooking etc) but I'm still happy to pay full price. Thanks!

Hi guys, we're two post-grad students starting second year at Macquarie uni, we're fun and outgoing however, geeky and nerdy at the same time. We used to live on campus, decided to move out due to expenses. But honestly, we need a place to stay and winter is coming! Let us know if anyone would like to team up or has rooms available to rent. Cheers :)
We are both professionals. My wife works in IT and I work in sales. We also have a 3 year old daughter. We are looking for shared accommodation in a nice household.
