Hello im Antonio, I will be relocating from Sydney to Adelaide around late November. Im a student & will also be working part time. I like to keep myself busy & I'm respectful of peoples space. I don't smoke i keep my space clean at all times; prefer to live in a tidy/clean quiet house with respectful housemates with no drugs or parties inside the house. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions - Thank You
The study cum bedroom has a furnished single heated bed for one person, with a open wardrobe & storage space, a fan and free internet facility. The laundry has washing machine. We can offer fridge and kitchen space for cooking. The house is occupied by three members and we wish to offer the spare study cum bedroom for a friendly, nature and pet loving individual. House rules - * no smoking in the house * no drugs * no friends in the house * Should be clean and responsible. Open car parking available on the premises. This is a 16 acres of nature filled property with great views of city and sea beyond. Awesome sunsets can be enjoyed from the deck. One can enjoy walking trails in the woods and listen to birds singing, We have lambs, chucks, ducks, lazy house cat and friendly dog on our farm. We drink healthy rainwater. One can occasionally spot koalas & kangaroos on our property.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Hi, I’m a speechwriter and communications officer, working for government and based in the city. I’d like to think I’m a friendly and kind person who values being tidy, organised and considerate of other people and their needs. I’m also a (reasonably) good cook! I am somewhat introverted so need some alone time, but I also enjoy socialising and good conversations. I’m keen to live in an inner city suburb, especially if it’s close to some nature like Linear Park or the Botanic Gardens. Alternately, a great house further from the city, but close to a national park like Morialta or Belair, or near the beach, would also be good. Some of my other interests include meditation, reading, theatre, art, movies and travel.
Beautiful house in Skye. Repainted and carpeted plus new kitchen. Letting the self contained ground floor with 2 double bedrooms (for sole occupancy) plus one single room. Shared bathroom and kitchen . Beautiful views of valley and city . Housemates have full use of garden and swimming pool. Lots of wild life. Tranquil area - you feel you are in the country yet only 15 minutes from CBD. Own transport probably required as bus service is a 20 minute walk up / down a hill. Non furnished. Seeking $155 to $185 for each room. Seeking to rent out individual rooms or if 3 people wish to get together. Wanting to make this a happy home. First person in can help to choose the other two housemates
I love cleaning and cooking , very sociable and respectful of people. I love people and would do anything to make a individual happy. Best roommate /housemate you will ever have !
Hello! My name is Jamesina and I'm 25, working full time in the city as a dental assistant. I like to think of myself as a very reliable, friendly, tidy person who is easy to get along with and enjoys a healthy lifestyle. For fun I enjoy going out for Sunday brunches, horse riding and watching GoT 😁 I'm ideally looking for a place that is north to east of the city quite close to the CBD, max $350 a week, and have everything to furnish a house. An animal lover is a must, as I have two adorable fur babies- one hairless cat and one hairy cat! Looking forward to hearing from prospective housemates ☺️
Hi! I'm looking to find a private secure place that I can choose to keep to myself or socialise, as I am a people person. Nursing history, Iridologist, Hypnotherapist, Student of Musical Cognition,Neurology, & a Citizen Scientist. I'm fascinated by both art and science. I'm respectful of others needs for space and appreciate the same. Not interested in party house. Focusing on my business, broadening my vision through study & volunteer work and soaking up all the wonder this life offers. Animal lover. Would prefer an inclusive cost, and therefore can consider higher rent if this is included. Thanks for popping in. Feel free to message me ... life is about negotiating, Cheers ;)
my partner and I are both very interested in the place I work as a registered nurse aged 25 and he is a landmover aged 30 we are looking for a place that's within our budget first time renting as we used to house share with our best mates but are looking for privacy to start our own life and to also save for a place of our own we would love to be considered let me know if you want to consider us further thanks Lauren
Two hard working professionals who enjoy keeping active and are outgoing. We take pride in our home and are extremely neat and tidy. We have a Kelpie x who is adorable and well trained. Spends most of his day in the sun and likes to sleep on his mat next to our bed at night. We are hoping to find a temporary home with some cool people, while we save to one day buy our own place.
The house has 3 big bedrooms with 3 big living areas and kitchen. 1 huge bathroom and 2 toilet. You will feel very spacious and relax. FOXTEL/Netflix/fast internet available. Fresh organic fruits and herbs in the big backyard. The house located in the cul de sac, facing creek setting reserve and views of the city. Very secure and safe place. Having excellent neighbors. No smoking house. House to be kept clean and tidy. Friends are welcomed to visit but no "sleepovers" in respect of other flatmates. A full size grand piano for music lovers. Access to the family beach house is a bonus!
Well, where to start. First of all, your room mates to be, are top-notch. We are all very laid back, love to game, hang-out and fill our weekends with various activities. We are all organised, clean, tidy but not over the top. We are all working and studying. The house itself, is large, in a great location and on a very quiet street. It is close to public transport, shops and most importantly, K-Mart. There is a very large family room which we have set up for a gaming/TV/sports room. The room you are moving into has spacious built-in wardrobes. There is enough room for a queen bed and a desk. If you are studying, we also have a study set up with enough room for 3 concurrent studying students. We have a large garage, back yard and driveway can fit over 4 cars easily. Internet is cable broadband with Telstra, it comes to $30 a month each. Electricity and water are on top of bills. Ideally, we would be looking for a young (20-30 max) male. This is because the other housemates are all boys, and we think it would be best for house congruity to have and all male household. We need someone who is cool, open-minded, tidy, clean and willing to have fun and hang-out with us. Also, you must be good with money, we don't want to be chasing anyone for money to pay bills and rent. The room is available now, so message or call us to come have a look and meet us.
The property is located 5 minutes from the parade, just around the corner from the Magill campus of UniSA and about 15 minutes from the city The living area has a reverse cycle air conditioner and is the back of 3 free standing units, so there is little to no traffic noise
International Students welcome. We will have a fully furnished room available from 1st January 2018 for one person only in a 3 bedroom home. The bedroom is a good sized single room with wardrobe, desk & bookcase and has a secure outlook into the rear yard of the house. There are new carpets and appliances throughout (fridge, washing machine, TV etc) and a new PuraTap water filtration system installed. The house has recently been fitted with new ducted evaporative air-conditioning to all rooms ready for summer. There is a full bathroom plus a 2nd toilet and some limited storage area in the attached lock-up garage which has direct access to the house. Cleaning of the house, carpet and gardening is included. Bills (capped) are $20/week extra and include Telstra BigPond Internet sharing 1000gig/month (much faster than other ‘unlimited’ usage plans). The home is about 15 mins walking distance to UniSA, Magill campus and about 25 mins from the City in off-peak times. The H30 bus feeds directly into North Terrace from Magill Road which also makes access to Adelaide Uni/UniSA City East campus very easy. It’s a very comfortable non-smoking home with many inclusions and is set up similar to homestay style accommodation but without food supplied. We are looking for a house proud flatmate who requires quiet, clean & comfortable accommodation and who can stay for 12 months.
Private room available. With built in wardrobe. Separate lounge Ducted heating and cooling 5 mins to university of South Australia Magill campus. Close to shops and 1 min to bus which goes to the city. Garage for car if needed. Internet to be connected in the future
