3 WEEK ROOM SUBLET Looking for someone to sublet my room from now (sooner the better!) up until the 2nd of July (230 a week bills, internet and cleaner included - but could be swayed on the price if you can move in soon) in Darlington! It's 100m from King Street and right next to USYD/Broadway. Sorry for the bad quality of pictures but it's on a really nice street that is actually quiet and you can not beat the location. The room is fully furnished (everything in the pictures will stay) along with the rest of the house.

I'm a fantasy geek boy, would be cool to have some geeky housemates who I get along well with and can chill and play games with occasionally. Matt and I are both fun, cruisy, bubbly, easy going country kids from the South West. I have lived in Perth before while completing Uni at Curtin.We are clean, like to be social yet also like to have our own space to retreat to at times. Be are both a bit goofy and like our Sci fi and fantasy (huge Firefly fans!). I am very into the environment and wildlife conservation, currently working for an environmental management company. My boyfriend is a pool supervisor/ lifeguard, as well as a live action photographer. We are both into our photography with my main interests being wildlife photography and scenery. We both love our live music and entertainment. I need to move to Perth for work around the end of June/ start of July, with my boyfriend aiming to move up eventually to join me. We are open to any rooms available with space for a Queen and some bookshelves, but ideally we are looking for a master suite/ master room. Very friendly & easy going. Neat and tidy without being OCD. Past the all night party stage, but happy to have a a few drinks at local pub, or a quiet night in. I get on well with almost everyone. We can be besties, or simply just say “hi” as we pass in the hallway.

The main house has 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms to 2 of them , and a lounge/ dining/kitchen/laundry/ separate reading room plus 2 fire places city and airport views pool and Moore .
