Hi, I’m Phoebe. I’m a primary teacher who works hard during the week and I love to socialise on weekends. I’m moving from a regional area in Northern NSW and will be looking for a place from mid Dec or earlier for the right place. Being from the country, I love fresh air and green space and getting out and about. I would prefer to move into an already established house, but would also be happy to team up and get a place. I am a clean and tidy housemate, who lives an active and healthy lifestyle. I love playing hockey and going to the gym! I also don’t mind a cheeky mid-week wine and quality convos. I have a 2 year old miniature dachshund called Edwina. She’s a legend and if you’re a dog person you won’t be able to help but loving her too! We are super easy going and love going for big walks. I’ll be down that way a few times over the coming term so if I sound like I might be a fit for you, let me know and we can meet up over a coffee and a chat!
Your own brand new master suite with a lockable door that includes a walk in wardrobe and ensuite attached to the bedroom. Beautiful sanctuary of a home just 10 minutes walk from Woden town centre. Walk down to A Bite to Eat for a coffee and croissant on Saturday mornings. Climb Mt Taylor for some Sunday exercise. Architecturally designed. Large bedroom, walk in wardrobe and double ensuite. Fully air conditioned in summer. Under floor heating for winter. We have a cat named Bella who mostly keeps to herself. Applicants must have a current Working With Vulnerable People card or similar clearance. This is because part of the time there are two children in the house.
I'm a friendly, mature and responsible woman looking for one or more housemates. I don't actually have a place to rent out/share with others at this point - I'm just putting my feelers out to find potential housemates. I would like the company of a friendly and quiet housemate, as I'm looking to move around October-November this year. I would prefer to pay between $150-200 per week, and live in an inner south or inner north suburb (e.g. Kingston, Yarralumla, Griffith, Lyneham, O'Connor). I would also be open to living somewhere in Queanbeyan region. I am looking for a place that has air conditioning for the summer. I'm very accepting and non-judgemental, as well as being queer/trans/ace friendly. I'd like to live with other LGBT-friendly and open-minded people. My main interests are psychology, visual art and spirituality. I'm fairly quiet and often keep to myself, but enjoy chatting with housemates from time to time. I have a partner who visits but never sleeps over. I don't drink alcohol, smoke or party, so I would prefer to live with people who are similar in lifestyle to me. I want to live with people who have good communication skills, and can raise problems directly and honestly. I'm a bit of a night owl as well. P.S. I'm not a vegetarian, and I do eat meat fairly regularly - just thought I'd mention this in case it's a dealbreaker for some people!
Hi there my name is Alex, I'm 29 years old and have been living in Sydney for a little over three years now after making the move interstate. Currently looking for a new place to call home. I work Monday to Friday usually early mornings till late, but have the weekends to unwind, explore and enjoy all that Sydney has to offer. I see myself as easy going, neat and tidy as well as considerate to people from all walks of life. Pretty much up for anything and just keen to be happy and be around positive people. Reach out and let's make something happen. Look forward to hearing from you, Alex
Hey all, My name is Fiola and I am an 18 year old girl who has already lived in Canberra for 5 years and also achieved my IB Diploma there. I would pretty much call myself a local however I currently live in Germany with my family but am moving back to Canberra on the 16th of November in order to work and then start uni a little later on. My job is located at the East Hotel in Griffith and I will most likely spend most my time there. However, I am a fun girl looking for an affordable place to stay. I am very tidy and don't need much to be satisfied and would describe myself as the perfect housemate. I am also planning to stay for a longer amount of time rather than short term. I look forward to hearing from you Kind Regards Fiola :)
House is spacious, fully furnished and centrally heated. It is close to Woden Plaza and bus interchange. Guests enjoy hanging out together sharing a roast dinner on the weekend or a pizza mid-week. We are willing to help each other and co-operate in keeping the common areas tidy. There's privacy in single bedrooms, but if guests want to watch a movie they can do so in the communal lounge where a library of books and board games has also been provided.
Easy going. Simple. Fun. Sociable. I am super respectful of people, space and belongings. I work full time and will be out quiet a bit. I don't bite, up for chats and dinners, netflix sometimes gets the better of me.
Hello! I relocated from Hobart to Canberra in February and am looking to move from my current place as it is being sold. I would like to move into an established sharehouse, preferably close to civic but I am pretty open minded! I work full time and am respectful, friendly and easygoing. Get in touch for a chat :)

A household agreenment is in place and is offered to keen potentials to look over prior to acceptance. We have limitless Wi fi -with this been part of rent . The household bills, or garden maintenance jobs are seperate cost to rent and again in split by 3rds . This would be an ideal location for a graduate/professional working at the Departments of Health , Hospital/ Medical placement or person working Woden Phillip area who is looking to live close to work - it is literally a stone's throw away (7 mins). the bus interchange is a short walk from house which is also great for those that don't have a vehicle! NO pets or Smokers please . If your interested to meet and check out the space please message me .
Looking for a new room as the share-house I'm currently in is being sold. I work full time in the public service and am aiming for somewhere fairly clean, relaxed and close to work. Would also strongly prefer an en-suite or own bathroom, but otherwise am fairly flexible. I mostly just read and watch movies at home, so will generally keep to myself, but do also enjoy the occasional chat/drink/baking session/Netflix binge/games night (and not averse to a good party either if that's your thing)! I'm originally from Melbourne, so would be keen to reconnect with any fellow Melbournians, but that's definitely not a requirement. Otherwise I'm a pretty tidy, easygoing person, and a non-smoker.
I’m originally from Canberra and I love what this capital has to offer. I’m looking to move out of home and into a comfortable place in a great environment/area. I enjoy my solitude but loves socialising and going out and doing fun activities or going to cool events that are on. I’m currrently studying part time and working. Will be starting uni full-time next year @ UC. Happy to just hang out and I’m always down for a good d&m.
I’m an honest, reliable, clean and tidy professional. Pretty relaxed but do prefer a clean home and to share with others who like the common shared spaces to be kept tidy. I’m friendly and quite happy to share a meal or a glass of wine and have a chat on occasion but I like my own space. I’ve shared with 2 girls in their early 20s the past 2 years; it’s been fun to hang out and it’s worked because we respect each other’s privacy and individuality. I am open to sharing with people of any age if they are mature, respectful, trust-worthy, self-aware with a positive, can-do, friendly attitude. Art, hiking, cycling, Pilates, Netflix, great food, coffee and wine, board games, authenticity and honesty are all up there as things I enjoy and value. I’m really looking to live as near to my workplace as possible so Braddon, Reid, Manuka, Kingston, Red Hill, Garran, Griffith are my preferences. $300/week including utilities is my maximum. ** I’m flexible with length of time to house share - between 3-7 months starting early November (I’ll be housesitting from May 2019)
I am a health professional currently looking for a property and a suitable housemate to share within close proximity to the Canberra Hopital. I am quiet, clean, friendly and hope to share with someone who is similar. I spend most of my time at work or at the gym and enjoying the simple things in life. Ideally looking for a place to live I can call home and feel safe and secure.

Hi! I'm an easy-going, tidy and respectful housemate. I keep pretty busy between studying and working, but in my spare time I like being active, cooking, socialising and visiting family in Victoria. I'm looking for a fairly long term arrangement, and am after a room with a wardrobe and space for a double bed and desk. I am also after one car parking space. Cheers, Felicity

I'm an introvert so I tend to keep to myself. But I love to show off my cat, Elizabeth. She's 13yo and snoozes most of the day. She loves to be around people and can't get enough cuddles. Having housemates would be really good for her happiness.
I work full time as a lawyer. I'm vegetarian and I like to cook, go to the gym, ride my bicycle and go hiking. I also love to watch live sports games and musicals. I always clean up after myself and have experience living with a wide range of different people (one time I lived with 11 other people in an apartment for six months). Pretty chilled out, always happy to chat, hang out or cook dinner together, but also value individual space and privacy.
Easygoing, clean and tidy, working fulltime. Prefer somewhere near Woden, but civic and south canberra are also fine. I’d like to stay at least 1month and if things fit me and you, i’d like to stay longer. Thanks
Clean and tidy. Love our food. I’m into keeping fit. Do enjoy a few social drinks over weekend and hang around with friends. Respect personal space. Please shoot a message for any questions. Thanks
