A modern home, only a few minutes walk to Woden Plaza, Phillip and the bus interchange, lots of restaurants and clubs, easy access to Tuggeranong Parkway and the rest of Canberra. Its quiet, no noisy neighbours. The bedroom is large with a QS bed, a wall of built in wardrobes, TV connection and 8 power outlets. The bathroom is next door. Garage parking and a modern kitchen with dishwasher etc. The rent includes dishwashing tablets/detergent and other kitchen supplies as this is a short term arrangement it is just easier to supply them. Use of kitchen equipment is included.
Hey All, I am looking for an accommodation for myself for long term in Canberra in the suburbs mentioned. I am flexible with other suburb as well. I am 29 yr Male who works in the APS full time. I am neat, tidy and an easy going individual. I don't smoke but occasional drinking is fine. I am looking for an accommodation with a private room preferably with an ensuite and a secured car park. If you have anything for me get in touch. Regards, Rachit
I'm easy going, easy to get along with. I'm clean, courteous, and always pull my weight. Love a good party every now and again, but mostly I'm quiet and enjoy movies, tv, and games. I'll have a boardgames night any night of the week! Lived in Canberra since I was young. I'm a nurse, working at The Canberra Hospital. Looking for a single room, in the central south of Canberra, flexible with arrangements, furnishings, and start date. Looking forward to meeting you! :)
Hi, I'm Mark. I have recently moved to Canberra from NZ. I was born and raised in Sydney and also lived in Melbourne, so it's a bit of a move home. I work full time in sports (football) which keeps me busy during the week and on weekends. I'm pretty easy-going friendly type and consider myself pretty low maintenance. I try to keep active as much as possible although not as often as I'd like. I'm quite well domesticated and willing to do my bit when necessary. I have a family who will be staying in NZ and I will be travelling back periodically, usually during school holidays. I'll be working in the Deakin area, so places nearby would be ideal, but more important is finding the right place and people. I currently live in Kaleen so I'm flexible and open to offers. As I'm not bringing any furniture, furnished is preferred but again I'm flexible and will manage accordingly. Any questions, please feel free to ask.
I am a young working professional looking to rent a room in a share house. I am clean, tidy and considerate/respectful of others. I am new to Canberra and would love to meet new people. I am fairly quiet and keep to myself for the most part, but I do enjoy having a chat and getting to know the people I live with. I have experience living in share accommodation and have done so for many years throughout my time at university.
I am a friendly, clean and quiet health professional prospectively looking for long term accommodation to share with someone who is similar. I appreciate the simple things in life and ideally am looking for a place to call home that is safe, secure and quiet.
Hi! We are 3 friendly people and one very lovely dog Luna who are looking for a new home. Ideally we would be looking for a property to rent long term as a group, that will allow for a medium/large dog. The reason we are looking for a whole property is because we already have a house full of furniture, and wouldn’t want to put it all into storage. We are a very responsible and easy going group that have lived together now for over a year. We all have stable, full time employment. The only other preference we have is that there would need to be enough parking space for our cars plus a work trailer. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Thanks! :)
I'm friendly, clean, neat, sociable and respectful of the privacy of others. I've lived in flat/house shares for a few years now and I am now a fully "trained" housemate. I'm working part-time as a therapist and relatively new to Canberra. I have an assistance dog who is ridiculously well behaved. At times, I work from home auditing cases. Please note: I'm only looking to rent as a co-tenant or as a head tenant. I'd be willing to discuss all agreements upfront, even an occupancy agreement with the proviso that I be given a 4 to 6 weeks notice period. Hey guys, the rental market is brutal out there! I'd love to hear from you. In my spare time, I paint and have an active social life on weekends. I tend to go for hikes with my dog, visit friends and I am involved in many side projects that keep me busy. I tend to watch too much TV and Netflix too. I'm looking for a long term stay.
I am a working professional moving to Canberra in May. I get along well with people and overall a clean and tidy person. I am looking to house share or flat share and prefer the location is close to Canberra Hospital. Rent can be negotiated.
