There is no home phone. Note that any movies rented on Optus Fetch will be charged separately to the tenant. Bus to the city is 3 minutes walk - it's a 20-30 minute ride to the city depending on traffic. You can also walk to the ferry terminal at Chiswick (15 minutes) and get the Parramatta Rivercat to Circular Quay or Barangaroo (35 mins). This is a quiet apartment with a peaceful outlook, it's a great place to relax after a heavy day at work! There are plenty of local cafes, restaurants of all types, and supermarkets are within easy reach. I use Five Dock, Abbotsford and Drummoyne for shopping and eating. The walk around Abbotsford Bay via Drummoyne Oval is lovely and we are very close to the Bay Run. This is a brilliant location - quiet but with everything you need in very easy reach! Beautiful heritage house with 4 large bedroom (one with ensuite), a large covered deck facing a lovely garden only a few hundred metres from the water. Wooden floors all through the house and carpet in all the bedrooms which have extensive amount of storage available apart for the ensuite bedroom. We have 2 rooms available - one with ensuite for $335 and another one for $325 (with cupboard space). None of the bedrooms are furnished. The person renting the ensuite room will have access to many cupboards in laundry directly across but will need a cupboard for their clothing.
