I'm a positive, health conscious girl with a good energy and take pride in being clean and tidy. I won't eat your food or leave my dishes for you to do and will always respect your space and privacy. I enjoy a good chat over a glass of wine or cup of tea and have a fairly busy social life that keeps me out of the house a fair bit on the weekends. I have a good network of friends who are all healthy, positive and lovely people. I run my own business which is internet based and keeps me busy.
Hey! My name is Emma. I work full time as a teacher, into health and fitness and love being by the beach. I have a three year old Labrador who is absolutely gorgeous so will need somewhere that is happy to have him too. I like to keep pretty quiet during the week with training and school work, but occasionally have people over for dinner. Don't mind having people over for drinks etc on the weekends, but definitely don't want to live in a party house. I've got lots of household items (fridge, washing machine, Thermomix, TV, couch etc etc... actually, pretty much a whole house worth) but can put everything in storage if the house is fully furnished. I would need an unfurnished bedroom though. Would also prefer my own bathroom and built in wardrobes. If you think we would be a good match, send me a message! 🏡😊
Working with marketing and business development. Very social person but respect others privacy. Born and raised in Perth but lived in South America for 9 years. Very relaxed and chilled out.
I am 26, a yoga instructor and also manage a chiropractic clinic so I am at work Mon - Friday, with occasional weekend teaching morning yoga. I am a vegetarian so I am not huge on meat but i have all my own meat free cooking utensils and have no compulsion to seafood or fish! I love a good red wine and a dance but am not into huge parties and drugs... I love animals and have a dog Karma the Kelpie that lives with my ex-partner but I am always taking her for outings and coffee! I am mostly out doors, active & social (i love my girlfriends like sisters) but also like my quiet time to meditate, read and plan my yoga classes.
Hey Paul here, looking for a place to stay, clean and always pay bills on time, not looking for a party house as I'm big time into fitness and I am busy running a building company. Would be good if there was a garage as I'm into my toys( boats, jet skis, bikes, 4x4s etc), but not essential as I have a warehouse, easy going, friendly and repectful off others, hit me up if I sound like a good Roomie, house must be clean and I'm happy to help out keeping it clean, perfare the northern suburbs, but could be temped south for the right pad 🤘At the gym most evenings and work during the day ✌️
Mature, considerate, Perth native - mostly lived in Nedlands, working FIFO 10+ years. Also based overseas from time to time. Have a property that I rent out. Seeking a room in a home in the burbs - sensible occupants, good feng shui, chilled, etc.
Hey! I'm Alex...from Perth...easy going...like a laugh and a bit of fun. I work as an Uber driver while studying in Perth (so irregular hours). I have a social life and I like to go out (when I can find the time). Not looking for a wild party house, but not looking for a house that doesn't like to do anything. Would need unlimited internet and a place to park my car. Air-con is a plus and happy to work an all inclusive rate.
Best described by those who know me best as an easy going and accommodating female flat mate, tidy but not fastidiously clean. I have just turned 40 although most people have erred on picking ages closer to 30 ( good genes? Or luck?) As I work in hospitality I am a "people person" and don't cause too much fuss! I do appreciate some quality chill time just entertaining myself - I enjoy some serious sleep-ins, binge watching tv box sets or movies occasionally. I often devour magazines & novels alike. I also enjoy hanging in the kitchen, tidying and organising because yes, I'm a girl that loves decent food and wine and I guess I'm keen to share that love. I can't claim to be a Masterchef but I'm happy to potter around the kitchen. I'm about to start studying but balance that with work. I also spend a bit of time at my boyfriend's place but I'm not ready to move in just yet! I do have a cat, Frankie, who is mainly an outdoor player but once he gets to know you he can be pretty smoochy. My boyfriend is trying to steal him away so he'll time share at both locations I think.
I am currently studying economics and finance at curtin while working part time 4 days a week. I am a pet lover of any size and I do have a little schnoodle (non hair shedding dog) who I'd be looking to home as well, he is a fan of licking everybody but is completely obedient and house trained:) I am not a massive fan of partying but do enjoy a drink or few on my weekends off, if I am lucky enough to get one! I am also very bubbly and independent and love a good chat. I am looking for a room to rent basically anywhere north of the river and would be happy to start a new share house with someone!
I'm a 29 year old non smoker with years of rental history and references if needed. I have recently moved to Perth from Adelaide. I'm clean, quiet, trustworthy and very respectful of others. I work full time and am not home very often. I'm looking for male housemates 20-35 who are easy going, social and wouldn't mind a beer or two on the weekend while having a chat and watching the footy or whatever. I'm contactable most of the time but if I'm working I'll always return a call.
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december. So im still semi-new to perth and what there is to do! Im a very fit and active person, yet I too have my lazy days where you'll find me in my bedroom watching a movie and ordering a pizza. If you like the movie choice I'll be happy to share my pizza! I train at the gym 6 days a week and work in sales in belmont, I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person? Or maybe I just like to make sure that everyone on a specific day gets in and cleans the whole place and then we can enjoy a nice meal out somewhere I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. As well as a furnished room due to only moving here with my suitcases - However I have started looking at bedroom furniture (it would be about time to get my own things over here) I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane in December i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around
Hi, I'm Loris, I'm an IT guy from Belgium and I'm 32 yo. I'm moving to Australia to work for a couple of years and I'm looking for a sharehouse. I'm looking for a large room (must be able to fit at least a double bed and a desk), with AC and a parking spot. If there is a private bathroom that would be awesome. I would like to have a garden to be able to enjoy barbecues with friends during the summer so I'm more looking for a houseshare than a flatshare. I'm clean and respectful, I do sports ( running, started surfing and kite surf) and I hope I'll find a place where we can socialize and do stuff together. I'm looking for a place not too far from the city and the sea so around Floreat, Subiaco, Wembley, West Leederville and City Beach. I agreed to give my current housemates 3 weeks of notice so I would like to move in beginning of October or later. If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer them.
Responsible, friendly and homely accompanied by a good sense of humour. At this stage looking short - mid term until I figure it out.
Hey guys 😊 My name is Steffen. I am from Germany and I will start my working holiday year in mid-october. The German company I am working for has an Australian affiliated company that will hire me for six month when I am in Australia. That means I will be employed immediately when I move to WA. I have been in WA three times this year and I am already a bit familiar with the Australian language and culture. Concerning me, I am an easy going and caring person that likes being outdoors and several kinds of sports. I play European football for a local team and I also like/play volleyball, table tennis, fitness/body weight exercises, bouldering, hiking. Of course I like hanging out, chilling, drinking a cold beer and having a nice conversation. I prefer to live in an open flat-sharing-community with nice people. Cats and dogs are absolutely no problem. I also prefer a furnished room. I’ll be in Perth on the 13th or 14th of October.

It's a great house with an awesome vibe to it! Nice big back yard and a pool which is amazing in the summer! In a beautiful suburb which is so central but still has so many parks and bush land close by! There is lots of light and it's just a fun warm honey place to live in :)
We're currently looking for someone to be part of this lovely house. Really quiet location, always easy to park your car and near to the supermarkets and the ocean. Private swimming pool Bills included in the rent "wifi , etc..."
I am easy going, friendly and respectful of other peoples homes. I always help around the house and do my best to make sure everyone is happy and that responsibility is shared. I'm also super social and an early riser/sports fanatic working a fair bit so I'm out often.
My name is Sarah. I am 23 and am a Graduate Registered Nurse. I am currently working part-time in community support until I begin working as an RN next year. I am looking for a happy, respectful living environment that I can become a part of for the next year or more. I am clean and organised but also easy going. Hi everyone! Bryce and I are a friendly couple - social and active, but understanding that it's nice to have your own space. I am a 22 year old business and law student, with casual employment. Bryce is a 25 year old security technician, working full time. We both enjoy an active lifestyle, playing sports and going to the gym regularly, as well as going camping etc. We like to have our own space and keep tidy, however we are also happy to have a social drink or two at the end of the week. If you would like to know more about us - just ask!
