Hi I'm Wen, currently living in northern suburb in adelaide. I am looking for an accommodation for myself near Flinders Medical Centre or near the beach. I am flexible with the location as long as it's down south and could prefer somewhere not too far from the city. I am grade nurse will commence new employment at FMC in 2019 Jan. Prefer somewhere I can stay minimal 6 months at least. When I am not working, I go to the gym, hiking, cooking. I like to go out as much as I can. I might be lazy in my room. But I always keep in mind and keep common areas clean and would appreaciate if everyone else could do the same. I don't mind a cleaning roster and everyone share a bit housework together.
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.

We have available one single bed fully furnished good sized bedroom, with two wardrobes, we generally rent our rooms to female international students and employees. The room has good privacy because it doesn't adjoin other bedrooms. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Services bills, for water, gas, power, wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. The house is in Millswood, near Goodwood, 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, and close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to the "front door" of Flinders Uni, and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg (Adelaide's most popular beach for entertainments, shopping and restaurants). The house has nice gardens front and back for sitting. Definitely no pets and no smoking, and we can't allow visitors to stay over night out of consideration for the privacy, security and amenity of the other house mates. No lease, no bond, there is one off street parking space which is shared, but it can be reserved for $5 per week. I'm happy to answer any questions and arrange for an inspection anytime. Cheers Stewart.

Hi ! I am a full-time working physiotherapist and a very happy-go-lucky person. I will help in household chores and keep it clean [very! I am a cleanliness freak!]. Also, I am almost always up for some socialising and equally mindful if you need your space. Looking forward to meeting you guys!
Master bedroom available while I am studying overseas, from the start of December, sharing with my male flatmate and then with me when I return home and he moves out. The room is a good size 3.9m x 3.3m. The room is furnished with a queen bed with a new mattress, bedside table, small desk with chair, chest of drawers and built in robe for plenty of storage. Shared bathroom had just been renovated. The location is great, on Cross road for convenience, but tucked away so it is nice and quiet. Buses and trains are a 5 minute walk away and about 10 minutes drive to both Flinders Uni and the city or 20 minutes by bike. Supermarket is 500m away and there are restaurants nearby. The neighbours are quiet but friendly and there is quite a lot of green space and I have a little garden on the porch. But unfortunately there is no enclosed yard so no pets.
one double bedroom available for rent in an AMAZING location of black forest. the two bedroom unit is a five minute walk to the tram and a two minute walk to the train, and is surround by cafes and shops all walking distance. the unit has a seperate bathroom, laundry kitchen and lounge which would be shared, however all these spaces are currently furnished so only furniture for the bedroom would need to be provided. there is private off street parking in a carport as well. the unit has its own private back garden and is in a quiet area. it has air conditioning in the lounge and fans in the bedroom :) water and internet is included in the rent however electricity and gas would need to be spilt 50/50 :)
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
My name is John, I'm a 29-year-old Scottish healthcare professional who has recently moved to Adelaide for work. I'm a coffee lover, vego foodie and enjoy good conversation. I'm into nature and the simple life. I've lived over 20 different people excluding family so I know the ropes of share houses. I have a contract until February 2020 so something longer term would suit but can also be flexible.
Hey! I'm Alicia! I am currently in my first year of study but have been struggling with travel so have decided to move to adelaide in 2019 to complete the rest of my studies! I study at Tabor, in goodwood, so around there would be ideal! I'm a christian, so on weekends I would most likely be doing things. I'm a quite, respectable young lady (20) from the barossa valley, moving to adelaide to study. I have moved out of home once before with a friend and their were no issues, I kept the place tidy and respected everyone in it. I'm looking for a place in January of 2019.
Friendly, sociable, love to go out but also appreciate spending the night in. I study quite a bit for my course as well and can respect people's privacy. Sometimes I'll study at Uni, sometimes at home, but I'd say I'm out quite a lot because of my casual job anyway. Move date is extremely flexible right now as I'm not in a time-sensitive position. I speak a bit of Spanish and can cook an alright meal every now and then!
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying criminology and psychology at Flinders University which I’m hoping will lead to a career as a criminologist or forensic psychologist. I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like playing my PS4, reading and watching Netflix (how good was Mindhunter?!) when my busy uni schedule allows me. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a room that’s around $150pw if bills are not included, however if bills are included in rent I can manage up to around $170-$180pw. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. If there are pets in the house I count that as a plus! Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. I am also interested in starting a share house with one other person, perhaps around the Ashford/Glandore area (close to South Rd or Anzac Highway). If anyone is interested shoot me a message! Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
I will be a 2nd year nutrition and dietetics student (2019) at Flinders University looking for a room in a shared house. I am quiet, friendly and clean. I have been living in Adelaide for a year already after moving from the NT so I have furniture available as well. I am a very study focused person but am always looking for reasons to procrastinate. Coming from a small town I am also interested in the culture of Adelaide.

I work part time as a receptionist and attempt to be an artist the other part of the time. I have one, house trained cat who thinks he’s a dog.
I love to have a chat over a cuppa. I enjoy cooking and gardening. I am respectful. I have a 4 year old spoodle named Banjo who loves belly rubs and cuddling. Love playing games but my favourite thing to do is to sit down with a good book.
