Hi there, I am a 26 year old professional in accounting/finance, who is on a temporary break from the workforce (for a few months) to pursue further study. I'm clean, pay my bills on time, and friendly yet respectful of other people's personal space. I also play sport four times per week. Please get in touch if you have a room for me. I'll make sure to get back to you promptly! At this stage I'm hoping for something slightly south of the city.
Do you want to live with the best male housewife this side of the Poconos? Is your Zombie apocalypse plan in need of a serious twerk? Ever wanted to see your reflection on another person's scalp? Well look no further my little snickerdoodle, because I'm your flatmate. Low maintenance, house broken, prompt bill payer, fastidiously organised and can use fastidious correctly in a sentence. So, if I sound like the guy for you, hit like and subscribe... err, drop me a line.
Hi my name is Brett, Im happy natured, easy going, well mannered and clean n tidy. I'm a people person and don't mind interesting conversations or good banter but understand our need for some privacy. I love cycling and most sports and play cricket in the summer and love my Tigers (SANFL)
I am a young software dev from Canberra moving to Adelaide for an exciting job opportunity. I would like to meet some easy-going flatmates that can also help me get adjusted to living in a new city. I generally keep to myself but that doesn't mean I don't love going out or having a bit of banter. My interests include gym, hip-hop, video games and martial arts.
I'm a food and beverage geek who works in a lab during the day. I like to relax in the evening by changing into activeware, and watching YouTube videos of elite athletes whilst I eat cheese. I am friendly and tidy, and enjoy cooking. I am also often up for activities :)
Young (28) professional moving from Canberra to Adelaide for work as a post production VFX artist! I will be moving between as early as the 23rd of September, and no later than the 7th of October. I will need a place to stay for at least 6 months, possibly longer. The closer to the city centre, the better. Why should you choose me as your new house mate? Have a handy list! I'm super laid back and relaxed, so you know I won't bring undue stress or tension to your home. I also have a full time job, so you know that I'm not a total bum either. I'm house broken. I clean up after myself, and sometimes others too. I have plenty of share house experience, so all these points have been put to the test. I am LGBTQI+ friendly. Professional quality hugs. I don't have a social network in Adelaide, so a fun house with inviting people would be preferable. I love all animals, and am very ok with pets being in the house too. HMU if my jib is cut the way you like it, or if you know of a band that could use a trumpet player.
Hiya! Studying Comms & Media and working part-time, clean and respectful and love to have a good ol’ chat occasionally. I like being social and but also enjoy time to myself.
Hi everyone, we are Emily and Sophie, two country girls living in Adelaide and are on the hunt for an awesome third housemate to join us on our antics. We are preferably looking for another female to join us who is respectful of others but also knows how to have a good time for the summer ahead, must also be okay with living with a very adorable dog. A bit about us... Emily: Hey, I'm a 24 year old registered nurse. Like to think of myself as pretty laid back and easy going. Enjoy having a good time and a laff. Enjoy spending my time at the gym, in nature, beach and going on roadies for an adventure. I've got a very cute doggo named Jax who is well behaved and is an inside/outside dog. Sophie: I'm Soph, I'm turning 26 at the end of the year and working in hospitality. I mainly work nights so am usually home during the day and away at night. I love anything outdoorsy and nature related and am always up for an adventure. We will be looking for a 3 bedroom house around the beginning of October for a one year lease, we don't have much household furniture but will be buying some soon, if you think you would get along with us, drop us a line and we can T up a catch up. We will be looking slightly south of the city. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Mature online student casual bar tender / Disability support work who is tidy, respectful, easy going, sociable non smoker; that is considerate of others privacy and space who upholds a clean up after myself attitude especially in common areas. From times to time I like to have the odd chat with my house mates when time allows and some alone time as well. Interests: playing or watching sports live, the odd movie night in with the odd few glasses of wine every so often, cooking, living a healthy lifestyle and keeping active at the gym or outdoors running, hiking or at the beach in summer and visiting new eateries and day trips to new places.
I'm passionate about living a low-impact lifestyle, enjoy the outdoors, riding, cooking and concocting and would love a place that embraces all these things. Ideally I'd like to live in a leafy suburb, no more than a 30 minute ride to the city, close to trails if possible. I'm a bit over the party lifestyle but do like the occasional dinner party and night out. Having said that, I'm often so busy at work and going to events that I struggle to find enough time for other things, so when I'm home, I like to relax with a book or good cook-up. I'm clean and tidy and value/practice good open communication and respect so would love to share a place with like-minded people. Cheers

Two rooms available in a house in St Marys. It's a 15-20 minute drive to the city, 5-10 minutes to Marion Shopping Centre, and 5 minutes to Flinders Uni. Relatively close to Pasadena shopping centre as well and walking distance to public transport with bus-stops along South Rd and a train line not too far away.. The house is fully furnished (except the bedrooms) with just about all you should need. Each bedroom has a built in robe, ceiling fan, blinds, and is approximately 3x3. The house has two bathrooms, the main one will be shared between the two available rooms currently listed for rent. It includes a large vanity with lots of storage, separate loo, shower and bath. There are also two lounge areas, as pictured. The smaller TV will shortly be relocated the the smaller living area to make way for a new bigger TV in the other room. I don't really watch TV so there should always be a lounge available for binge watching something or hanging out with friends! See about the flatmates section for more info - two living areas each with TV, couch etc - unlimited hot water and a great shower pressure - puratap - washer, dryer, iron, clothes steamer thingo if you hate ironing - unlimited internet (Netflix account available for use too) - heating and cooling in the main living area - large backyard - old ass treadmill and weird pilates machine too if you're fitness inclined May be able to assist if you need a furnished room but it depends what you require ...other than the obvious (a bed).

You also have your own lounge area with TV - the only shared rooms are the kitchen and laundry. Rent also includes Netflix; Stan, use of salt water pool in summer (not heated). 5 minutes drive from Glenelg beach, shops, restaurants. One of my former housemates described it as his sanctuary.
This place had a thorough renovation in 2015/16. The changes back then included a new bathroom, kitchen, air-con, polished floorboards, repainted throughout, curtains, full rewire and new furniture added. There is one room currently available for rent. It is pictured on this ad. The currently available room is over 4 x 4 metres and has its own air-con and furniture including large built in wardrobes. Internet is included in the rent with Ethernet ports in each room and Wi-Fi. Distance to city: 6.6km Multiple nearby buses and trains going to the city and direct to the beach. Peaceful neighbourhood with some trendy cafes in nearby Queen Street. Easy walking distance to a supermarket, chemist, bakery and 24/7 store.

Hi my name is Eden Im a 28 year old female looking for a new housemate as sadly the last housemate has moved closer to her work. My house is a large, modern 2 story town house that is 10 minutes on the train to Adelaide City Business District, Uni SA, Adelaide Uni and Rundle Mall Shopping Precinct ( Perfect for students as it's so close to the city and UNI). I live with another female housemate in her mid 20’s (Kiera) who is very bubbly and friendly. We both work and study full time and are clean and friendly. We live a quiet life style and are mostly studying and working. The room available is upstairs and has a large shared bathroom with myself. The room itself is a large carpeted modern room with down lights, large window for natural sunlight, double mirrored walk in robe and cupboards. We have unlimited internet, ducted heating and aircon, 2 bathrooms, washing machine (No dryer as we hang out clothes) stainless steel fridge and all kitchen appliances. $225 per week for rent, internet and all bills included. I also have 2 dogs (one is a puppy called Scooby he is overtly friendly and loves people) and Nalah. Both dogs are outside when I am not home and in my room if I am. So dog lovers would be ideal- I have included a photo to in the listing. Dont miss out on this beautiful home, you would be very welcomed by myself and Kiera and we would be happy to fill you in on local hidden gems (cafes, walking trails ect). If you would like to organise a time to meet and see the house or need more photos or info, please message on here and I will provide my contact details to arrange. Thank you, Eden
Hi I'm Tomas I've been living in Melbourne since 2011 and have decided it's time for a change, so to Adelaide it is. I'm looking for a place whilst organising a transfer through my work. I am hoping to move in in October. I'm very laidback, communicative and clean. I do like to have fun out n about at night but I mostly keep it relaxed/low key at home. I enjoy writing, reading, video games, art, plants and cooking amongst whatever else is taking my fancy. I am a smoker but I do prefer not to smoke inside. Thank you for your consideration, have a lovely day
We are a student couple and work part time as times. We are quiet with a pleasant nature. I am looking for a base to relax between my shifts. I like to be social to talk to, but I'm not looking for a party house.
Hey guys I’m tony looking for someone to move into the surrounding suburbs around the CBD I’m clean and tidy and pay rent on time I also work hospitality Indus so I’m hardly home during nights. Also love going out and having dinner and drinks ✌🏽Also part time study at tafe
I’m a 25 year old admin assistant/receptionist working full time in town. I also am volunteering as a communications assistant for a not for profit charity. I’m looking at living no longer than a 15 min travel time from the CBD - please no messages if you live further away than a 15 minute commute! I’ve grown up my entire life in the sticks, half spent in the country (Mid North) and in a rural coastal suburb of Adelaide bordering on the edge of the Fleurieu Peninsula, so I’m definitely over lengthy commute times for basic things like work, so this is non negotiable. I am looking to live somewhere furnished but the bedroom to remain unfurnished. I have everything that’s needed for a bedroom. I have a toilet trained, very cute black fluffy rag doll cat called Pepper that loves everyone, especially if you give him lots of pats and scratches 😻😻 Im his mum so he would need to come live with me so im really praying my ideal housemate/s cool with a slinky, fluffy cute toilet trained cat around! My poor baby is currently living with myself and my parents. As he’s currently sharing the house with my parents hyperactive dog that chases anything fluffy, I just wanna get him away from that scene where he’s the only pet in the property so he doesn’t have that stress anymore and can actually walk around freely so ideally I’d like to move him into a pet friendly home that doesn’t already have pets and/or aren’t considering getting pets in the future while I’m a housemate, but would happily accept living with my fur baby. I hope you understand. He’s friendly, low maintenance, indoor and outdoor cat (but prefers to be outside most of the time) and toilet trained - he doesn’t use a kitty little box! He’s extremely cute and loves basically just laying in the sun! I’m happy to do a team up and find somewhere as long as you are pet free yourself but willing to share my Moomoo (Pepper’s nickname...dunno how his name developed into that but he now responds to Moomoo 😂) I’d be the type of house mate that you could sit down with a nice cuppa and a bickie, a quiet beer after a long day or a gin (or three) on perhaps, a more festive night! I’m easy going! ✌️ I don’t mean to gloat, but I also know my way around a kitchen, so if you want to try food that will blow your mind with flavour, I’m your housemate!!! I’d be happy to sit down for a feed here and there when the occasion calls for it. If that floats your boat, I’d love to arrange an inspection.
Hi, I'm 22 years old female looking for a long term share flat with 3/6 months trial. I'm a full time interior designer. I'm friendly, outgoing and love meeting new people. I enjoy going out to try new restaurants, watching movies, reading books and taking my dog out for a walk during my downtime. I'm also a clean and organised person. I try not to be anal or excessive, but I like to keep my living space clean and tidy. I have an extremely friendly and playful chihuahua (9 months old). She is adorable and always love to be pet. She never growls at anyone and is very social. Loves cuddle, walks and playtime. If you love dogs, we would be a great match!
