Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have my own bedroom furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide early next year 2017.
Hey Hey! I am looking to stay at a fairly stable place during my uni course at Flinders. I currently live in Darwin but I will be moving to Adelaide early February. I am outgoing and I like to consider myself as a joker however I will wholeheartedly respect the rules of the house. I currently own a car and I am happy to drive roomies around town if transport is unavailable or if they are wearing an outfit too sophisticated for the bus :P. I am currently working part time at target and plan to continue in Adelaide in order to keep up with weekly payments. I will probably need an internet connection due to my study but I am flexible with how I get it. If you need someone to cook elaborate breakfast meals, make consistent on time payments, democratically share the tv remote or hold back your hair while you hurl, then I'm your girl!
I start at finders university in 2017. I'm currently living in Canada on a work visa until January 1st and I'm looking for housemate/s to live with when i get back. Im easy going and clean. Musician, Fitness, Social and always keen to meet new people. No couples
One single bed fully furnished room (now with 2 wardrobes) will be available soon at $175 per week. We generally rent rooms to foreign female students. The room has good privacy with no adjoining bedrooms. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Services bills, Wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. There are 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets all shared. House is in Millswood, near Goodwood, 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to the "front door" of Flinders Uni and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg (Adelaide's most popular beach and beach side shopping), parking is on street only. The house has nice gardens, back and front, with a spa and a sauna (for house residents only). Definitely no pets and no smoking, and we can't allow visitors to stay over night out of consideration for the other house mates. No lease, no bond. I'm happy to answer any questions and arrange for an inspection anytime. Cheers Stewart and Suzy.

Quite working guy looking for a furnished room. * Quite room especially at night; * Closed to public transport & supermarket will be nice; * Parking space is a plus;
International PhD student moving to Adelaide from the UK. Looking for somewhere close to Waite Campus where I will be working full time. I'd like a short term contract initially whilst settling in - looking for sociable housemates who are familiar with the area that can help with that :)
A big 4 bedroom property on the corner of Goodwood and cross road with a front (plently of room to park cars in the front yard as we're on a main road) and back secured yard including a pool (currently out of action) so would need someone willing to share with yard and pool maintenance. We're a walking distance from Woolworths, goodlife gym, Big Wm maccas and 15 min drive from the city. There's 1 small split system in the dining room, wifi and Netflix in the lounge.
I am fun loving and usually minds my own business. I like cleanness and would want my housemate to follow strict hygiene. I love travelling and exploring new sites, and I am not fussy about sharing living expenses and home arrangements.
Hey! I'm a student, working in retail and childcare, searching for a friendly and relaxed place to call home. I'm an easy-going person who enjoys the beach, hanging out with friends, getting stronger and a fair bit of Netflix. I'm a peaceful and cooperative housemate, happy to talk whenever and do my share of the housework. I can provide references if needed. I'd be interested in a 'team up' to get a new place too ☺
Easy going, fun loving, positive, clean person. From rural south SA, been living in Adelaide for 4 years completing uni, about to start full time work. Love spending time outside, especially at the beach and always up for adventures. Also enjoy catching up with friends and spending time with fam.
I am a tidy and quiet person. I work part time as an aged carer in the local area. I have recently graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing. I am a responsible and well organised person. I have been living in shared accommodation for the last year and a half.
Hi my name is Sam and I'm looking to move closer to Adelaide with hopefully some friendly roommates. My time is largely taken up by part-time work, going to the gym and occasional study. I am a Bachelor of Commerce graduate and currently work at a Big 4 bank. I've been living out of home since 2012 with friends and family. I believe I'm very easy to live with and always ensure I am pulling my weight in terms of cleaning and purchasing amenities. I've always received positive feedback in cleaning inspections, never had issues paying rent on time or had issues with former roommates. Ideally I would be looking to live with someone who is easy going and up for a laugh. I have no problem living with people of any gender or couples as I am respectful of all people. Feel free to contact me as I'd be happy to talk further :)
I am quiet, a non-smoker, almost a non-drinker, environmentally aware, work Monday to Thursday. I am looking for a place for six months between July 2017 and Jan 2018, while my own home is rebuilt. I have a small 14 year old dog (terrier cross).
Hello there ! My name is Alex, and I am about as Adelaidean as they come. I am currently a student at The University of Adelaide doing a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Diploma in Languages (German). I am friendly, a little bit of an introvert, but really easy to talk to (at least I think so 😜) and really tidy, and I won't steal your food 😁 What do I do for fun? I enjoy hanging with friends, watching movies, coffee, studying and especially hiking at the moment!
Hi there, I am quiet, tidy and well mannered female from Pakistan, coming to Adelaide for postgraduate. I am looking for room near Flinders University. I would prefer to live with females.
I'm Amy. I'm 25 and in my final year of a social work degree. I love food, beaches, spending time with friends, enjoying the festival season. I'm socially conscious/ progressive and would ideally live with people who are too. This year I'll be pretty busy with study, half the year doing honours and the other half on placement. I'm looking for a place which is quiet and relaxed but also a social environment with chats and the occasional shared meal. I like growing herbs so will give any veggie patches you might have some love and care. I'm pretty frugal and eco-conscious with power so my ideal place would be somewhere not too heavy on heating and cooling. I'm clean and tidy and really value tidy communal spaces. I'm flexible with move in dates, will likely be working at the Garden during the fringe so would like to find somewhere by then (late Feb) but can move anytime before then. If you think I might be a good fit for your house send me a text or email and I'll reply within the day.
A well mature guy who respect privacy of others. I am focused, yet friendly with an open mind. Could mesh very well with those who are respectable, and value the quality of life. Like to share and have sense of humour. Like to study and find ways to progress in life. I pay attention to detail particularly on things that matters to me, and would not mind going out for one or two drinks and fun.
Hello! My name is Tish. I have a really easy going type of personality than generally gets along get along with everyone. Love a good chat but I like to keep to myself sometimes also. I'm tidy and super clean, I work a lot.. :) Ideally I am looking for a flat mate to move in with, not a share house... I could be open to the idea though depending on the privacy. I have a king sized bed so I'm hoping to find somewhere with a decent sized room. Please don't hesitate to message me :) Thanks!
Hi! I'm Valeria, a very neat, tidy, and quiet person who's starting a degree in biomedical science at the Uni of Adelaide (city) this year and looking for a sharehouse. I usually keep to myself but am more than happy to have a late night chat or cook up a storm for the whole house. I'd prefer to live in a house with at least one female. One of the perks of living with me is my 7yo husky Abbie. She's a beautiful dog with a really gentle temperament, and she's always happy to make a friend. She's getting older, so she doesn't get up to any trouble or make much noise. None of my previous landlords have ever had an issue with her, as she doesn't even leave a smell in the house, and she's incredibly easy to clean up after. I look forward to hearing from you and hope we can arrange something. Thanks!
Working 4 days a week and at university one day per week. Friendly and bubbly personality, non-smoker/non-drinker. I like having home as a quiet place to reset after a busy day. Very clean and looking for a housemate who is also hoping to keep our home nice!
Room available! $130 per week plus expenses. Close to city, universities, cafe and restaurant precinct. Tram and train transport within walking distance. If any questions please send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
