I'm a quiet person that's easy to approach. I like being tidy and neat, and don't like asking for favours often I'm studying forensic biology and chemistry at Flinders University I'm looking for a friendly home, that has a spacious, unfurnished room with no carpet.
This home has loads of charm with timber flooring, open fire places in the main rooms plus high ornate ceilings, leadlight windows and spacious sized rooms. There is additional living space with a dining area and sunroom, which has gas heating and is a quaint spot to sit back, relax, read a book in the lovely afternoon sun plus the bonus of the home is the 2 bathrooms and 2 laundries At the rear is a raised patio area perfect for outdoor entertaining and lush landscaped gardens as a lovely backdrop plus a pergola area and a storage shed tucked at the back. Close to transport, shopping and local schools. These photos are from the real estate ad, our furniture is more modern and there are no furnishings in the 3rd room.
For work I do freelance filming and editing which is a lot of fun and keeps me very busy. I'm very flexible with requirements, ideally looking to move in with two other people (around my age) in a suburb not too far from the city or near Brighton. I enjoy my space but would love to move in with people I can also get along with well and have drinks etc. etc. Looking to move asap, turn 19 in April :)
Hey! I'm currently working part-time and study medical science full-time at Flinders University. I'm from Adelaide and love to go to the beach or different gigs/events on in the city. I'm super clean and tidy; will clean messes as I see them, etc. I'm looking for a place that has a chilled vibe where I can study easily but still have a few drinks now and then. Definitely looking for housemates I can be good mates with :)

Professional working as a Building Surveyor in country SA (Yorke Peninsula). My current living arrangements in Adelaide have changed and I am looking for suitable accomodation with friendly and sociable housemates. I am back in Adelaide mostly on weekends, with the exception of a few RDOs here and there. I am reliable, neat and clean, courteous and respectful. I share the household chores and help out where I can. Simply put, I am an easy going housemate who is always ahead with rent. Enjoys a wine and cheese. I also don’t mind cooking ;) Drop me a line if you think I might be a suitable housemate :)
Hello there. I am looking for a house with positive energy, social and not to rowdy. I am a 38 year old chef by trade, polite, very tidy, and fun. I do not drink or smoke but don't mind if others do. I love all sports and DJ as a hobby. Also, I have a beautiful ten year old son but don't get to see him very often. Thank you for your time.
**** UPDATE **** I HAVE FOUND A PLACE **** Hi there, easygoing, friendly, responsible, mature yet young at heart, clean etc, looking preferably for a self contained type of room / studio / granny flat that has it's own bathroom. If it has it's own small kitchen that's a bonus. I am sociable but I also like my own space. I would like to live in a place that does not feel like a share house if you know what I mean. I am also looking for an all inclusive price per week including Rent + Bills + Internet all in the one price per week. **** UPDATE **** I HAVE FOUND A PLACE **** THANKS
My name is John, I'm a 29-year-old Scottish healthcare professional who has recently moved to Adelaide for work. I'm a coffee lover, vego foodie and enjoy good conversation. I'm into nature and the simple life. I've lived over 20 different people excluding family so I know the ropes of share houses. I have a contract until February 2020 so something longer term would suit but can also be flexible.
I'm Max, I'm studying a Master of Teaching after having completed an undergraduate degree and Honours in predator ecology. I love gardening, rock climbing, riding my bicycle and a whole lot of other wholesome activities. Looking for a place for Olly (my partner) and I to call home. We enjoy anyone who has a splash of life about them (i.e. be good, decent humans who like a laugh and a boogie)
Friendly, sociable, love to go out but also appreciate spending the night in. I study quite a bit for my course as well and can respect people's privacy. Sometimes I'll study at Uni, sometimes at home, but I'd say I'm out quite a lot because of my casual job anyway. I speak a bit of Spanish and can cook an alright meal every now and then! I'm seeking share housing for around 6 months as I am going overseas for exchange in the second half of the year. Hoping to move before the Uni semester starts so a few weeks before the end of Feb.
Hey, I’m Rachel, I’m looking to relocate to a new house. I’m searching for a room that could work in an already established house or one or two quality humans that might be interested in teaming to get a place. I love meeting new people and am very social, although incredibly adaptable with different personalities and very respectful of others space and time. I work full-time as a BDM which involves a fair amount of travel and can be really busy/long days at times, so I enjoy just coming home and winding down. I also like to stay fit and train early morning 5-6 days a week - which means I generally go to bed around 9/9:30 Sunday - Thursday (sounds totally boring I know) I do try make up for it on the weekends by catching up with friends and I also enjoy a night out for a good food drinks and a boogie from time to time. I would love to live in a house with others who like to make a clean yet comfortable space, and don’t mind having a chat from time to time.
Easy going, positive smiley presence. Neat and considerate of others. Social butterfly; working full time, enjoy yoga/gym, seeing friends, live music. Definately no stranger to cooking & a few cheeky wines.
My name is Andrew. I'm 29 years of age. I work full time in project support and study full time at university doing urban planning. I have a dog, 7 and a half year old Spoodle by the name of Marley who is cuddly and affectionate. I like football, gardening, architecture and design, binge watching Netflix and socializing with friends. I'm very neat and tidy, I take pride in my home and am friendly, easygoing and enjoy a good banter.
3rd year at Adelaide Uni, studying teaching, I've lived in share houses before, from the Riverland. I would say I'm pretty laid back, don't mind a Bev but usually spend my time on assignments, watching movies or nba just looking for someplace peaceful and preferably close to the city I'm pretty opened minded and don't take myself that seriously!
I am a full-time student at uni and work a part-time retail job. I am looking for, preferably, shared accomodation and am quite flexible. My ideal place would be something that is close to a train station and perhaps a cafe. I am quite an organised, tidy and easy-going person.
I’m a stay at home mum, I currently live alone with my 19 month old in Port Lincoln Lease runs out on the 19th of March, relocating to Adelaide. We are quiet and tidy, I don’t drink or smoke. We keep to ourselves but happy to have a conversation. I’ll also be looking for work when I move to Adelaide.
Hi there, I'm Sophia! I'm a 24 year old working as a Graphic Designer in Adelaide. I am looking for a housemate/housemates who would like to make a house a home. I enjoy cooking, listening to music, exercising, spending plenty of time outdoors and a good glass of wine. I would love to enjoy these things with the people I live with! I am very clean and organised, and like to keep my home tidy. I am also environmentally conscious and love having plants around the house.
Heya I work part time in hospitality and am studying Biodiversity and Conservation and Marine Biology at Flinders. I'm a pretty social person and always up for a chat but love some down time for myself. Not crazy about neatness but care about the house feeling like a home (paying bills on time, keeping it clean) and personally a bit eco-conscious so you won't find me leaving lights on etc. Wanting to find a house with a good vibe and easy going housemates :)
Hi my name is Shannon, I’m 24 years old. I currently work in a cocktail bar. I’m seeking accommodation for long term stay. I have no pets and don’t smoke. I also don’t have children. I am a very clean and tidy person. I’m basically just an easy going person building a life for myself. I stick to myself but if I have a house mate I’d happily hangout with them for meals, a drink or just to watch tv together! But also will respect your space. I love the beach, shipping, food dates, tv series and things like that! If you want to know more just ask of course. If you have anything around the city, goodwood, st Marys, Edwardstown, plympton anything like that wouldn’t be amazing!
Hey, I'm Darren, a 25 young professional from Melbourne. I work full-time but transitioning to new opportunities and starting new in Adelaide in mid-March. Being new to the city, I'd ideally like to live with people around a similar age that I can get along with :) I'm laid back and easy going. During the week I enjoy relaxing on the couch after work and keeping fit at the gym. Don't mind a drink here and there, going out with friends, beach, outdoors and weekend adventures are also good. Looking for a place close to the city. I have a car, as well as a small dog named Molly - but if I can't find a pet-friendly place, she can stay behind.
Hiya! Studying Comms & Media and working part-time, clean and respectful and love to have a good ol’ chat occasionally. I like being social and but also enjoy time to myself.
The unit is located in Westbourne Park, just south of Goodwood, it is close to public transport (train and buses) a Woolworths and Big W, as well as a Goodlife gym, all within a 5 minute walk. The flat is furnished minus the spare room which has a built in wardrobe, there is a reasonable sized back yard (paved) with a new pagola built 12 months ago. There is off street, undercover parking for two cars. The neighbours are friendly and quiet. The flat has unlimited internet and unlimited instant gas hot water.
We are a local couple who love the outdoors. We are both vegetarian and try to live as sustainably as possible, including commuting by bike wherever possible! We also ride bikes for fun, enjoy hiking, snorkeling and camping. We are tidy and quiet, don't stay up late but often get up early (particularly Fiona). We are looking for like minded people to share a house with to save on rent, preferably in a house with a backyard to hang out in the warmer months. Not party people but do enjoy having friends over for a meal every now and again if that's cool with you. Fiona is working in vegetation management and gardening and has a small indoor plant collection. She enjoys tending a veggie garden and spending lots of time in the ocean. Sam is currently studying for his Master of Architecture and works as a bike mechanic. When not at uni or working he enjoys getting outdoors and pursuing other creative interests.
