My name is Jane, I am 22yo and looking to find a share rental house or another person who would be interested in finding a place to rent preferably in the Adelaide Hills. I do have a dog, so the house must be pet friendly. She is very well behaved and mainly an outside dog. Please get in touch if you have something that may suit :)
Hey 19 year old moving down from wollongong to Adelaide area around the 18th 19th of may looking for a place to stay. Just a pretty quiet laid back guy that loves spearfishing and anything outdoors and also likes his gaming.
I'm quiet and home bodied person but doesn't mind to hangout and have fun. Very neat and tidy in the house. Respect other people's privacy and very professional. I will be working full time and studying part time. So most of the time, I will be resting and studying when at home :)
I’m 24 and will be 25 when I’m ready to move out! I’m looking for a team up, not just a room as I have all my own furniture and can’t reallu get rid of it. I have a 1 year old little Maltese shitzu he is trained but will definitely greet you at the door and expect a cuddle and kiss hello! I’ve also organised for him to stay at mums while I’m at work or uni so you won’t be left to look after him! I’m looking for either 1 or 2 people, I work part time and study full time so someone who is respectful of that, or in the same situation. Preferably female I am social but also love time to myself, I don’t mind if you have people over for drinks etc as long as I know so I can make other arrangements for Archie or myself if I need to study! I’m looking for a 3-4 bedroom house, with an enclosed yard so Archie can’t escape (he will if he gets the chance) preferably not on a main road incase he did get out one day. I was hoping for the master bedroom, and I’m happy to pay extra rent for that as well. And would definitely be getting internet in the house for uni! I start my uni holidays in July so looking to move out by the end of June early July! Feel free to message if you have any questions :)
*THIS IS ONLY A 4 MONTH LEASE DUE TO AN OVERSEAS TRIP FOR A CURRENT HOUSEMATE* Hello potential flatmate! I am currently looking for one flatmate but will consider a second to keep the rent down. With a third person the rent would be $120 per week and $40 for bills. I am happy to negotiate this with you and we can make it happen if necessary as I am the landlord of the property. I am very easy to get along with and although its my property please treat it like your own. It's a super fun house and I love small get togethers but big parties I'm not really into. There is plenty of space outside for entertaining and Flinders Uni is around the corner including Paragon Fitness. You won't regret this move!
Hi, I'm an easygoing, friendly, and respectful person. Chef by trade, enjoy cooking and writing recipes, love live music, entertaining and socializing with friends. Many other varied interests, am a clean and tidy housemate who respects the privacy of others, contact me if interested in meeting for further information. Thanks. Lynn
Owner occupied renting 1x spare room. House and yard is kept neat and tidy. Outdoor entertaining area/ veranda. I have an indoor kitten who is no drama at all and will only want cuddles from you. Room can have a single bed, desk and wardrobe - or it cant - happy to discuss options. Internet is included - bills are additional and can be discussed. Close to Flinders Uni and convenient public transport within a walking distance. On street parking only at this stage. Gardening/ outside maintenance is not expected - assistance in keeping inside clean and respectable is. Length of stay is negotiable. 1 month trial period to ensure both parties are satisfied. **Final photo shows the bedroom room as it was setup - now empty**
I pride myself in being honest, respectful, creative, intelligent and quirky. I love animals and working in the garden. Easily converse with people however enjoy being in my own space. I like to be proud of my home and prefer houses with character. From Adelaide but have lived overseas and on farms I have experience with horses, cattle and poultry and currently own 2 older small dogs.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
I'm a mature-minded 23yo student doing a masters degree in cognitive behaviour therapy at Flinders University. My study is my main focus but I also do shift work in child protection/disability services, and hit the gym when possible. I'm not home much but when I am, I tend to keep to myself to decompress and relax (generally sighted at my daggiest in a Spyro onesie..). I'm very self sufficient but am easygoing and don't mind a good chat! I'm not allergic to animals and am happy to help out with looking after flatmates' pets when required. **Garage space is a must** I'm a car enthusiast and have my prized possession to house with me. If you have enclosed garage or shed space, I'd love to hear from you!

Hi, I pretty easygoing and laid back. Im social but at the same time I respect others privacy and personal space and hope to receive it In return. I work part time and have only recently arrived back in Adelaide after spending some time in Toowoomba, Queensland. Since returning I've pretty much been staying with friends and relies but don't want to wear out my welcome. I'd prefer a room with ensuite or own bathroom but also understand that beggars can't be choosers. I have a middle aged cat that will be moving with me so a cat friendly place would be ideal. Sorry no teamups
My name is Charley, I’m 18 years of age (19 in just a few weeks). Im not 100% sure if i need to be looking for new accomidation as of yet but keeping my eyes open just incase. Im very respectful and happy to help with cooking, cleaning, gardening ect. I am currently looking for a job although there is a possibility of having a casual position lined up at the moment. I dont go out much so you wont have to worry about me coming in at odd times of the night at all. Im engaged to a 22 year old male but he is extremely respectful and works full time Monday-Friday.
I'm easy to get along with. I work casual at kfc and study at adelaide uni. My cat Midnight is very well behaved, doesnt scratch and even if she does i clip her claws often. Move in time isnt set as my mum needs to organise when shes selling our house but it will be around the end of the year to early next year at this point i think. I currently live in morphett vale and dont want to move too far from here because of work and the train station being reasonably close.
I'm a mature age student, in my final year of undergrad Psychology. I have lots of great skills that may be useful including: I like to cook and do housework (including ironing! I know right?!). BUT - I need somewhere safe, secure and quiet with people that could also make my cat feel welcome too. (He's adorable and very well behaved). I'm currently at Magill campus of Uni SA but am happy to transfer to Flinders for the right people and place.
