Hello, my name is Kai. I am a Chinese male coming from the lovely country of Malaysia. Currently, I am a medical student in my last year of my course and I have the opportunity and will be doing my hospital attachments in Aussie i.e Kingston Centre and Alfred Hospital. I'm easy going, likes to keep things clean and simple, loves outdoor activities, travel, adventures and gym.
Hey we are Steph and Justin! I work in hospitality and Justin plays footy and trains at the gym everyday. I also train a few times a week! We eat very healthy raw fresh produce as I have intolerances so we will prob take up half the fridge with meat veggies and fruit, but we will cook grouse dinners for you as well. We always clean up after ourselves and like keeping things neat and tidy! We love being outside and adventuring, going out for food and drinks, shopping (Kmart runs). We are wanting an unfurnished master room, either with ensuite or without as long as it has a very large wardrobe! We hope you allow pets as we would love to adopt a dog, but we can wait until we move on!
This lovely house is equipped with ducted heating/air-conditioning, internet, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Semi-furnished with a spacious lounge and dining area. Your room will be unfurnished, with enough space for a double bed, desk and chest of drawers. Within walking distance to Clarinda Shopping Centre, located close to shops, bus stops, parks and reserves, and being only 15 minutes drive to Monash University, you'll have everything you need at your doorstep. We are looking for a housemate who will clean up after themselves, keep the house well-maintained and tidy, respect personal space but is also keen for good conversation. The house will be available from the 3rd of April, with a minimum stay of 6 months, with the option of extension. You will be required to be on the lease, sharing in the payment of bills and working part/full-time.
Hey guys! We're a young couple looking to move out of our current accomodation to somewhere a little closer to our respective schools, and where we can bring our furkid-family members with us! Gemma is a 19 year old psychology student at Monash University in her second year, and works part time as a sales assistance and puppy school instructor in the pet industry! (Which means her amazing pet product bargains are yours too! 😉) Brad is a student at Holmesglen TAFE studying his first year of Networking, is a whiz at all things technical, and would be happy to deal with any totally annoying technical failures with WiFi or your computer if a housemate ever needed a hand! Together we're hoping to bring our two furry friends - Gemma's greyhound, Bellatrix, who I assure you will have you weak in the knees within seconds, and Brad's indoor cat, Mia, who is a little princess. 🐱 (Gemma is also hoping to apply all her certified dog training skills into bringing a new puppy into the mix sometime in the near future.) We are not too picky on our new home other than friendly, fun, and carefree housemates who are happy to have a quiet night in (maybe watching horror movies, if they're up to it!) but also respect each others privacy and keep a comfortable home environment. A backyard is also pretty essential and whilst it doesn't have to be huge, you might get a bit tangled in Bellatrix's zoomies if it's small! 😸 *Our moving timeframe is from late March/early April. ☺️ *We'd also be interested in teaming up with someone who had already found/had a house and was just looking for roommates to split the rent and the fun with them! If you feel like you might have something that suits, please get into contact with us! We can't wait to hear from our new housemates. ☺️
I am a recently graduated dentist working full-time in the South Eastern suburbs. This will be my first time moving out of home and am looking for a place that will make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I am friendly, clean and tidy. I enjoy going to the gym and eating, which is why I go to the gym so much!
1 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you straight to the train station and Monash Uni. Otherwise, station is approx 15 min walk. 10 min walk to the supermarket, restaurants/take away and post office. Quiet area with little traffic noise and friendly neighbours.
The place is very clean and tidy. There is a cleaner who comes every two weeks, which is included in the rent. 10 min walk to Clayton to Station, 10 min bus ride to Monash University, 5 min walk to Coles and gym. The room is shared between two that's why it's very cheap, considering bills and Wi-Fi, furnished with king size bed and wardrobe and cleaning is included with rent. Nevertheless, the room is very big and has a border in the middle, therefore there is some privacy. Please feel free to contact me anytime.
I am a kiwi working full time, up to 12 hours a day. I am clean and tidy and easy to get along with. I am a non-smoker and dont have pets. Just looking for a room close to work :)
I am pretty organized and clean. Currently I teach English to Spanish speakers. I am Colombian and that includes lots of fun, laughing, cooking and hanging out. I consider myself pretty patient and relax. Particulary enjoy reading, dancing, going to the beach, go to cultural spaces. Quite love art, writing, watching movies and learning new things.
Hi all ! I'm a Canadian Biology major student and I'm going to do an exchange semester at Monash University for this years second semester. I'm therefore looking for a furnished room not too far from campus and ideally from mid-July to mid-November. Easygoing, organised and even likes to cook, I'm used to living with many flatemates and am looking forward in meeting new people.
Hello, my name's Josh! I've been couch surfing in Melbourne for a month after moving interstate from NSW and would really like to settle down and find a permanent home. I'm a first year science student studying full time at Monash Uni. I'm a friendly, easygoing, sociable guy but am also respectful of others' privacy and while I'm up for a chat I also enjoy some downtime like anyone else. I realise the responsibilities involved in living with others and am a very clean, tidy and reliable person, contributing my fair share to ensuring the place is in good condition and rent is paid on time. Lover of all animals and would be totally down to live with pets of any kind. Am open to living with any and all kinds of people but would prefer to live with other students or people around my age. As I'll have uni nearly everyday it's quite important that public transport is nearby, and it would be especially amazing if I could find a place close to the Clayton campus. Also open to start/join a group of others looking for housing - send me a message if you'd like to know more about me or if you have a room available and thanks!
Hi! I am originally from Tahiti, so I am French. :-) I have been living in Melbourne for 2 years now (previoulsy on a Working Holiday Visa). Before that, I was living on my own in Paris for 11 years. Since I came to Australia, I've always been in houseshares so far and my ex-housemates can tell you how great I am: I am toilet trained! Haha Seriously I am clean, respectful, quiet at times, but social most of the time. I am up for a glass of wine and a chat with my future housemate(s) anytime. I am into movies, tv series, outdoor activities, etc. I love cooking, so if you can share some recipes with me, that's even better! I just started studying at Monash University Clayton. This is the reason why I am moving out of South Morang. FYI: I am not working yet, but I will look for a part-time job as soon as everything else is settled. Do not worry though. I have enough savings to pay my share of the rent for a while even without working. I could go on and on with my description, but it's best to meet in person and ask whatever else you want/need to know. Looking forward to hear from my potential future housemate(s) soon. Cheers!
Both of us are very easy going and fun loving. We do not possess any habit which can be inconvenience for others. We are here to find a full time job and will be complicatedly working on it rather than doing other notorious stuffs. We are very helpful in nature which also makes us easy to live with even for a family.

I'm Vaany (V) from Singapore. Looking for a lovely place to stay as I commence my Masters in uni. I'm easy to live with as I am matured, understanding and respectable to the environment I live in and to the people I live with. Nursing school is pretty overwhelming by itself. As such, most of the time, I will be in my room, with my books - 'Cool nerd alert'. I love to bake as a form of stress relieve only when I have the time. I also enjoy date/game nights with my housemates (if mutual), at home with food and laughter - to build cohesion.
I am doing my PhD at Monash university Caulfield campus and prefer to find a place with not too many people. I am quite, tidy, caring with respect for others' privacy :)
