Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. Prefer suburbs such as Sunnybank or Sunnybank Hills which are close to buses 123, 130, 140, 598 and close to Altandi or Sunnybank Train Stations. I have my own bedroom furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans or air con would also be nice, but not essential. I still study, 2 days a week, Australian College of Sport and Fitness - Certificate III and IV in Fitness, therefore I have visa for almost 2 years, so I'm looking for stable accomodation. Rest of the week I'm working, 3 days a week as a kitchen hand and 2 days as a planter. I'm really easy going, truly respectful and I can always clean my stuff after use. I'm not much into parties but ofc I don't mind any :) When I'm free I'm enjoys my time on my bike - BMX. That's my hobby, that's my love. That's also reason why I want to live more on south of Brisbane - there are great skateparks, haha. I work full time Monday to Friday 9-5 so I'm not home much during the day. I keep to myself when I'm home and play video games or my piano (which I use with headphones as it's electronic) so I'm usually quiet but I'm always down to chat with my roommates especially if I'm cooking. I also go out a lot especially weekends. I clean up after myself, I'm not dirty (except with humour sometimes), I do my chores. I am a light sleeper so I do appreciate if people could keep things down at night unless there's a house party or something, but that being said I do have my own measures to block out sound. Garage spot is a MUST as I love my car and want it to be safe at night. I do have experience with moving house, I've done a share home twice now. All in all I think I'm a quiet and great guy to live with and I generally never have a problem with what my roommates do. **Also I've had a few responses that have specified house rules which I want to clarify main things that I don't want restricted. Being a young male I don't want restrictions on: - Who I bring over - How much I drink - Where I drink - What I do in the privacy of my own room This being said, I'm not going to be noisy and I will respect when people are sleeping. I want a stress free home where I can relax, therefore I want to make sure I'm not going to be bombarded with rules.
