HI, I am Michael, studying in IT. I am very easy going and friendly. Working in part time. Like to hang out with friends in free time, and I also keep my own space as well. I'm looking for a relaxed place with chill people.
Non drinker, non smoker, not much of a party-goer these days, chilled and easily impressed. Netflix watcher, gym 2-3 times a week, works full-time as an ABC news cameraman, very easy going and clean. I respect people from anywhere; however, I'm locally grown from Port Lincoln.
This low maintenance three bedroom home is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and desk. With ducted reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. All bills and internet are included in the rent. There is a bus stop 500m away that will take you direct into the city and a bus stop 1.5km away that will take you to the UniSA Mawson Lakes campus. Flexible on length of stay. Couples welcome for additional fee.
I am quite focused on my studies and I am very quiet, respectful, and super clean. If this room is still available please let me know, as I am readily available to move in and pay the rent and bond. I will provide proof of income, referees and references to attest to my character and rental history. If you would like I can also provide a guarantor for the length of my stay. Up until this stage I have rented privately from Agencies and landlords, both independently and with other tenants. Independent and well-travelled international law-student, I enjoy cooking anything, especially Italian cuisine. I am from Canada, although I have Australian Citizenship. I easily get along with anyone. I am extremely study-oriented as I am currently on a paid scholarship. I spend my spare time in the gym and volunteering with the United Nations Young Professionals program. I also work at a bar downtown in the evenings

Hello there I am a chef by trade working in the central markets. My current house is being demolished and subdivided. I am very clean and tidy, considerate and compassioniat. Sociable yet enjoy my own space and respect others also. I enjoy a quiet cider or two but my party days are behind me. I have all my own bedroom furniture and can contribute much more furniture which is stored at my aunt's. I am a family man however my parents are now travelling around Australia since retiring. My current house has a early twenties lad and a female social worker from Tanzania, and we all get along great but unfortunately have to go our separate ways. 4-6 weeks bond at the ready and two weeks rent withub my budget of $175 per week. I enjoy a good chat, cooking for others and love all sports and music. My lease, although not binding is over in four weeks so I'm certainly not overly fussy about my new residence but would like to be within a hour by bus to my work in the city. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards, Rodney

Hi! My name is Rachelle and I'm a full time event manager and full time communication/media student. I'm easy going, clean and quiet, but also love a chat and a nice glass of wine. Looking for somewhere to move in at the end of April for approximately 6+ months. Preferably, I'd love a place that my 1 year old dog Max (Border Collie x Labrador) could live as well, but he has somewhere else to stay if you aren't allowed pets!
We won't be the worst people you'll ever live with. Hopefully. Timo is a 21 year old student studying veterinary science, working in hospo and has the future career prospects of being a full-time Timothee Chalamet impersonator. Imogen is studying psychology at the University of Adelaide, and frequently complains that it's Freud (and not her) who has daddy issues. Youth allowance supports her Netflix addiction and attempts at being an aesthetic 35mm photographer. Both of us are quite laid back but love a good chat and a beer, and are hoping to find a place where we can be social but also have some alone time to study. We both have lived out of home before so we're not completely clueless about cleaning and bills and all that fun stuff. 420 and LGBT+ friendly. Vego/vegan (but not fussed whether you are)
I work at crocs play center. I love to cook and clean. me and y partner love going for long walks and watching movies. Im from South Australia and my background is Italian . I'm looking for a shared house for me and my boyfriend to live in long term.

For shopping locally, the Northgate shopping centre is only 5 minutes away by car. The house is fully furnished. There are 2 rooms available for rent, both with a double/queen bed in it. There is enough storage to move items out if you have your own furniture. Rent is $140 per week, all bills are including. Fast NBN internet.
Hi there, I am currently seeking one or two flatmate(s) to share living with me in the lovely unit, it's located near Snap fitness at Northgate shopping centre or further hundreds metres down you have Anytime fitness at Greenacres if you are into working out at the gym. Also for shopping locally, you can go to either Northgate or Greenacres shopping village. Other than that, it's near bus stops which can take you to the city or to the Mawson Lakes direction. Ever wanted to snuggle up on the couch and have a night in?! If the answer is yes, then you've come to the right place :) the 3 seater sofa and two recliners in the picture of this ad are brand new, along with the coffee table and rug, which gives the living room a refresh and homey and comfort feeling! Apart from this, you can also enjoy watching movies in my 4k smart tv, playing ps4 games if you are keen, or even belt out a few of your favourite songs in my karaoke system. One of the best features about my unit is that I've just renovated my bathroom, so now it's quite relaxing and and looks amazing.
