We have the master bedroom becoming available in our lovely house in Belmore. The room is quite large: it can easily fit a queen size bed and additional furniture, as well as having extensive built in wardrobes (see photos). There is also loads of storage space throughout the house. The house is large and spacious, with a big backyard and an undercover deck. The kitchen is big and modern, with a new stove, and the bathroom seems to have been recently renovated. There is also a spacious dining area, and a nice sized lounge room. The garage in the photos is actually used as studio/workshop so unfortunately there's no parking space in it. However there's heaps of off-road parking and we are happy to move our pot plants so the undercover garage can be used for a car. We are about 15-20 minutes walk from Belmore Station, and the area is reasonably well connected by buses, including to Strathfield/Burwood area. There are a variety of shops within short walking distance, including Haldon St in Lakemba. Our housemate has paid rent up until 27/07/2017 but it is likely the room will be available before that date. There's some flexibility in the availability date so if the 27th doesn't work for you we are open to negotiating it. We would prefer one person but the room could easily fit a couple in it. Rent for the room is $215/week for one person (inc bills), or $300 for a couple (inc bills). The room is NOT furnished - the furniture in the photos belongs to our housemate who will be taking it with her when she leaves.
