The house is located in cloverdale close to the airport so great for fifo workers, curtin uni for students, 15 minutes to the city and belmont forum just down the road. Its an older style house with a swimming pool so great for summer and fully furnished. The room is located at the back of the house so its away from everything. Bathroom is shared. You will be living with two people both in our early 20s we enjoy a laugh and a bit of a drink on weekends but were not a party house. We also have a kitten named nova so you must like animals.. We have a modern brand new duplex style property, less than 1 yr old to share. We very much value privacy and are also very relaxed and easy going as well, and your room is a massive 4.5x4.5m furnished room with aircon and ensuite, and there is a separate entry with your own door code to enter the building. Your "duplex" half is separate from the owner's who lives on the ground floor (so unlikely to interact much but on hand if you want to chat about anything:), and and a weekly cleaner is there to clean the kitchen, bathrooms and all common areas. Bills, wifi, netflix, printer/scanner and cleaner included, and nbn due october. I have a smaller spare guest room set up (ie. the pics) on same floor which you can try for one night to see if arrangement works for you.

Looking for a new housemate for a townhouse in Belmont, close to city and airport. Sharing with 2 others in our 30s working full time. The house is fairly quiet most of the time as we are both often away for work or at our partners. Preferably looking for a laid back 25-40 happy to have a chat and a drink but also respectful of each others space. It's a big room (~3.5x3.8) with BIR and attached bathroom (sharing with one other when he is home). The house is furnished but bedroom will be unfurnished. The house is in a gated complex with pool, spa and gym for common use. There is also an uncovered car bay and locked storage room for use.

House has a small grassed backyard and 2 X lounges so can have your own space when needed. Have Foxtel and WIFI which is included in rent, just need to pay monthly Gardiner, gas and power. Room is unfurnished but can include a wrought iron queen deb and draws if needed - available end of Sept. You will have your own bathroom. Wardrobe in the room is almost a small walk-in. Room is definitely big enough for queen bed with bedside table and dresser - nothing in the picture is included in the room. There is also a garage space with garage door opener.

Pretty much stay in my room and game the whole time, just looking for a nice place to live for 6 to 12 months while I evaluate where I'm moving to out of Perth (or if depending on y'know, anything, but I'm in a stable position here and I always give plenty of advance notice of changes). Just me and my little buddy Peaches (love bird, chirps during the day but that's about it, lives in a cage). Looking for someone who can keep the place nice, tidy and quiet. A place with a lovely kitchen and reasonably modern. Aiming in the $350 - $500 region split with me and +1. Suburb choice is pretty limited to East Vic Park / Vic Park / Bentley / St. James / Rivervale and some surrounding areas with NBN (as listed on the NBNCo Rollout map) as shit internet is the number one cause of anger amongst housemates. Looking for a 4 x 2 place so we each have 2 bed 1 bath each. (or a 3 x 2 if you want to pay less and only get one room and a bathroom but up for discussion) If you need help with your budgeting, I work in Analytics / Finance so I can give you a pretty good idea of costs. Based on my current estimates (which over-estimate just to be on the safe side), bills add about $30 a week to your rental costs. I expect to split everything 50/50 if we're aiming for a 4 x 2 place (compromising on space divisions) or a split closer to 65/35 (for rent, still 50/50 on services of course) if we're aiming for a 3 x 2 place and you intend on only having one room and a bathroom to yourself. I work full time at Crown, been there 8 years so pretty stable. Able to move ASAP
