A little about myself! I am 21 and a clean, quiet and motivated student who is currently undertaking study at Southern Cross University at Bilinga. I am 6 months into a 3 year course so I'm looking to stay in the area long term. I feel I would prove to be a great tenant and I also have my own car. Unfortunately, I have been forced to vacate my current rental in Bilambil Heights as my landlord is putting the property on the market. I would be happy to provide you with his reference of me. I am free at any time, as I'm currently on break from Uni and would love to look at any rooms available up until February. I love music, as well as TV shows and movies and I also try to stay active. I'm happy to make new friends as I am easy to get along with. I have from between now and the end of February to move into a potential room and I look forward to hearing back from you! :) Jeremy
Easy going guy with two boys, 14 & 11. My eldest stays with his mum mostly though my 11 year old spends 50% of the time at dads. (he is a very understanding boy and is happy to sleep in dad's room on a mattress, or just visit as much as he can) I'm a freelance graphic designer though have been lending my hand at anything lately as freelancing has been slow. Currently listed as unemployed though actively and eagerly seeking work. I'm a lifelong resident of Palm Beach. Have travelled a fair bit both in Australia and overseas. (Palmy still beats everywhere!!) Optimally looking for somewhere self contained and unfurnished as I have a house full of furniture in a storage shed at Currumbin. An unfurnished single room with ensuite would also suit. I am a smoker though don't smoke indoors (even when I owned the property). I enjoy a beer or two, like going to the beach, fishing, playing golf and relaxing.
Currently looking for accommodation in the area short-term while I find something more appropriate for myself. I have 2 cattle dogs, a mother and her puppy but they can go elsewhere while I am looking for a place if need be. I am currently studying and have work ready to go when I move into the area. I would prefer something furnished as it's much easier to get rid of my current furniture and then find replacements later on. I am clean and tidy and won't have much stuff with me as I have somewhere I can store my things for a time. If I sound like an appropriate tenant for something short-term then I would love to hear from you.
Hello future housemate/s! Pleased to meet you! Come in, sit down and let me introduce you to both myself and Mr Domino. I have just sold my house on the Gold Coast and now we're going to chill out until I find the perfect new abode to purchase in either Brisbane or Gold Coast (this must be what it's like for women searching for the perfect pair of shoes - you now have my empathy). Facts about me: - 58% Introvert, 40% Extrovert and 2% Alien. - Fluent Sarcasm is my native tongue, being serious is being boring. - Thrive on daily barbaric and crude banter, if you're not laughing, you may as well be dead. - Often referred to as living like a gypsy in a hospital, few belongings and excessively clean. I all but own shares in Aldi surface wipes and IKEA lint-rollers. - Will avoid pubs, nightclubs, etc. like the plague, there's more to life than being inebriated. - Posess a large collection of colognes. Will not leave the bedroom without smelling like David Jones' cosmetics section. - Partial to flipping pages, not channels. Quite fond of documentaries and thought-provoking movies. - Afficianado of picking weights up and putting them back down on a daily basis - foregoing the ego. Zeph, what do you like to do for fun? - Quite spontaneous in my demeanour, I will find joy in an array of things. Whether it's falling out of a perfectly good plane or reading self-improvement books whilst I apricate on the beach - I'm happy. Facts about Domino: - 8Yrs old and is THE most awesome, placid and sweet natured dog there is - try not to steal him upon meeting him, I challenge you. - Will pull some impressive tricks, especially if the instructing human is offering an irresistible treat, or is an attractive female (my fault, he copied me). - Can play soccer better than any soccer team in the Southern Hemisphere (I can prove it). - Has an IQ that's higher than most humans I've encountered, never misses a trick. - Loves cuddles and lots of affection, I may be the softest Border Collie owner you'll ever meet. He has never been smacked/hit/abused in his life and it will remain that way. - Has barked a grand total of six times in his life, not sure why he even has a voice box. I secretly think he's a cat disguised as a dog. So, I am looking to rent a room, studio, part of a house, a tent, kitchen cupboard, a spare nook or cranny - so long as I can bring my toilet trained, heartthrob, handsome Domino with me. I am open to living anywhere south of Surfers Paradise - send me a message if you think we tick the boxes for you, I'm flexible. With any luck, you're still awake after reading all of that. If so, thank you for your time!
I am planning to move further up the Coast. Working and studying full time (scholarship student) in Casuarina. I am usually busy with work during the week and train most nights. I would like to move in with others who are fairly focused during the week and keen to engage socially during the weekend. Pretty much I want to live in a home where everyone gets along and feels welcome! I love to dance, go to the beach, go for the occasional surf (I'm an absolute novice surfer!), drink coffee and have a cold drink with friends in the weekend :)
Hi, My names Renee I'm looking to move to the coast as a fun adventure. Looking for somewhere fun and chilled. Love the beach, outdoors, fishing and adventures. Don't mind a drink when i have time. Let me tell you a little about myself... I'm a sculptor making copper wind sculptures that turn gently in the breeze... I wrote a book a few years back that sells online... I'm just making my first foray into sustainable property development... I had an invention that saves fuel in trucks and buses that was being made in my factory in ShenZhen, China which has since closed... I have a very cool, tidy and polite (thanks to Steiner schooling) 18yo son who stays with me at times... I'm tidy and do clean up after myself... I'm very health conscious and eat well, and also cook well... I'm involved in my spiritual evolution and work on myself through meditation, breath etc... I read a lot and can hold a decent conversation on many and varied subjects... I do enjoy a red with dinner but do not drink to excess... I love Asia and try to travel at least once a year to China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand: somewhere to get away and relax for a few weeks...

If you have a room or place that would suit us, get in touch :) Cheers, Libby and Jae.

I'm moving to the Gold Coast in February to start Uni. I'm an easy going, quiet housemate who enjoys time to myself. I'm not big on partying but don't mind a few quiet drinks on the weekends :). I already have work lined up for when I move and now just looking for a place to call home. I'm looking to live with people around the same age or by myself. I love pets (but don't have any of my own) but would prefer not to live with children. Somewhere close to SCU would be optimal :)
We are moving up from Tasmania and looking for like minded people to share a house with :) we are easy to get along with, love chilling out with our dog, playing guitar, listening to music and going for walks or bike rides. We aren't party animals but we don't mind a drink every now and then. We plan on studying at Tafe and Uni and finding casual work. We are clean, respectful and considerate of others. We have a beautiful 2 1/2yr old American staffy, so dog/animal friendly people would be great! :)
Hello, I am coming from small town of Iluka in the Clarence Valley to the 'big city' as they say and looking for a place to reside for the next year or two. I have a family of 9 so I can handle living in small or large groups of people as well as being able to financially support myself. I will be studying a Bachelor of Primary/ Secondary Teaching. I'm an amusing person to be around and will offer as much assistance as I can in a time of need. I'm quiet and clean and can cook some yummy meals.
Hello! I'm easygoing, enjoy seeing live music, grabbing a beer at the pub, spending time at the beach, travelling, yoga, reading and writing, I'm vegan and love to cook. I have a 3 year old puppy named Jessie. She is an English Staffy x American Bulldog - beautiful dog with a great temperament, loves people and other dogs. Bonus if you own a dog so Jessie has a puppy friend but not necessary! Looking for fun, friendly and laid-back people to live with. Respect for space and privacy are important but I also like chilling/hanging out with my housemates! Would rather something longer term but happy for short term as well. $300 incl bills is my max, ideally love something a bit cheaper though! Cheers!
My name is Jesper, I'm 29 years old. I am a student at Southern Cross University. I don't drink, and I'm trying to workout everyday. I have travelled a lot, and I love to meet new people. I have funds to cover rent and bond.
