My boyfriend and I are really chilled down to earth people who are clean, tidy and quite. I have a dog, Monty, who is a poodle x bichon frise, 12yrs old, still tennis ball and walkies lovin' and really well behaved... but getting more relaxed and keen to sleep with his age. We are moving up to Darwin for work, I'm an Occupational Therapist and my boyfriend a Boilermaker, from Perth. We are looking to get to know new people and make the most of our time in Darwin.
I am Asian, live and work in Australia since 2000 just before Sydney Olympic. I have family and my own house in Sydney, NSW. I am working at CDU (Casuarina Campus, Darwin) now. I live and work myself in Darwin. I prefer to share with professional mates, students or staffs from CDU. I do not prefer female dominated house as I have very bad experience. I am a quite, polite, less socialising person. I am able to mixed well with any cultures but I need time to know each other very well. So far, I am not happy with where I live and paid. I need to relocate not very far away from CUD. If I am happy with room/flat, I will be deciding for long term rental. I will not be interested too much restriction in the house, maximum deposit (more than 2 weeks), longer contract in the beginning (more than 2 or 3 months). I just bought a second hand-car so I do need a parking place either inside or outside the house. I will only be moved in early morning of 7 May 2018. It is around 1:30 AM and I will be coming directly from Airport. If anyone who is interested to share your flat, please send a message to me before 15 April 2018. If you are thinking to rent a flat together, we can discuss and see how is going.
We are two paediatric nurses that will be moving up to Darwin in mid April. Hoping to find someone to share a house with us. Our budget is $250 pw each. We are looking for furnished properties and looking for a 6 month stay/lease. We have previously stayed in share houses and are used to the dynamics. Very respectful, laid back and familiar with shift work so we don’t throw parties. We love cooking and both very clean people. Also love socialising and excited to meet new people. We look forward to hearing from you. Emily and rose (the two on the left)

I have a granny flat available in Nightcliff. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, equipped kitchenette and a lounge room along with plenty of storage space. Bedroom is air conditioned. The outside laundry is shared with the main house and leads out to a beautiful tropical garden complete with chickens! On the other side is a huge outdoor entertaining area which is perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. This area is protected, is full of lounges for you to sit back and enjoy the 65 inch tv, with cable, situated above a bar area. This area leads to a beautiful in ground swimming pool surrounded by palm trees. It is only a short stroll to the Nightcliff markets and Nightcliff foreshore and jetty. This really is a beautiful property that needs to be seen. Im a 39 year old shift worker and would like to live with people that respect each others space and who are happy to contribute to the upkeep of the common areas. A beer, wine and meal would be a nice thing to share with each other every so often. Also, there is a resident staffy who would make it his business to be part of your life so you would have to be cool with that. Prefer single, but willing to negotiate for the right couple. Send me a message if you would like to arrange a time to view this great property

Hi! I’m a single 22 year old full-time nurse working at the RDH ED. I have been living in a unit in Rapid Creek by myself for the past year but my current lease is ending towards the end of April and I’m wanting to move out and find some house mates and also bring my beautiful 4 year old border collie up from home (SA) - so pet friendly is a must. Have previously lived in sharehouses so know the drill, will always do my bit and keep the place clean and tidy. I’m relaxed, outgoing and enjoy casual drinks and hanging out. As much as I like to have fun and socialise I also enjoy my own time and will respect yours equally. Work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends but I’m a pretty good sleeper so as long as your favourite hobby isn’t tap-dancing we will get along fine. My furry friend (named Effie) is a friendly, short-haired border-collie who loves playing fetch. Has had obedience training and is usually pretty quiet and relaxed. Does get along with other dogs but not a fan of cats unfortunately. Feel free to message me with any questions :)
Available 31st March: Spacious one bedroom granny flat in a lovely quiet street in Nightcliff. Sharing the property with a professional couple, three year & one year old. Lovely open plan unit with sun-filled light, ceiling fan, air conditioning, louvred throughout, fully furnished including lounge, small table and chairs, kitchenware, crockery, double bed, fridge, microwave, hotplates and shared washing machine. Wifi can be arranged for $10 extra a week. 10 minute walk to the Nightcliff Foreshore and a short 3 minute stroll to shops, public transport, Nightcliff markets and gym. Access to our large swimming pool during the day. Single person preferred but the right couple considered for a small surcharge. Contact us today to view and avoid disappointment. Non smokers please.
Hello Darwin people, Ok so we're now only looking for one human -- open minded, fun, and working -- to move into our house, the Zen Den, at the end of March. The House: Is a beautiful elevated, louvered affair with huge deck overlooking a huge pool, fringed with large amounts of luscious greenery. It’s a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a large living area and off-street parking. The room is medium sized with built in wardrobes, a/c, and it gets lots of natural light from a huge louvred window that looks out onto our great garden.
Pilot about to move back to Darwin. Looking for a place anywhere in Darwin, however preferably Fannie Bay or the city if something was available. Easy going, laid back, clean and friendly.
I’m Mel! Moved to Darwin about 5 months ago, my current lease is about to end and I’m looking at moving out of where I am now. I’m tidy, friendly and easy going, work full time and happy to sit around and have a chat over a glass of wine or keep to myself. I’m still pretty new to the Territory and always up for an adventure.
Always wanted to live in a Spanish-style mansion on the beaches of Nightcliff? Us neither, but once you see this bogan mansion of dreams you’ll be forced to reconsider! On offer is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 kitchen (yep!), double storey Goliath with a pool, right on the Nightcliff foreshore. Your room is unfurnished and you’ll have your own bathroom (rest of the house is relatively decked out). We’re a social bunch without being a ‘party house’ and are ideally looking for someone who’s happy to have a vino at the end of the day, maybe watch a crappy reality show but is also happy in their own space. If this sounds like all your dreams come true, get in touch! Ideally we’re looking for a couple in their late 20s, early 30s, however are happy to consider a single around the same age if the right person comes along. $340 p/week for couples, $250 for singles We don’t move in until the 23rd March but could potentially organize to show you through the place. *furniture in photos not what will be there from the 23rd (sorry!)
I'm in Darwin for an internship and am pretty interested in society at large. In Adelaide I got a little caught up in the Adelaide Festival season - (so I'm excited to chill out a little in Darwin). I really love music and like having quite a bit of fun. I’m in 5th year at Adelaide University and study law/ anthropology / French. I am tidy and like clean shared spaces - but I’m not particularly anal about cleanliness! Would love to meet some friendly locals or anyone that would be keen to tell me what’s what in Darwin!
I have been living in Darwin for 7 months, I am pretty chilled out person and enjoy having a yarn over a beer, or cooking up a feast. I moved here to explore the territory and will often take day trips to bizarre places.
I love travelling, meeting new people, doing new things and seeing new things. Love nature & animals. I'm a dog person. Born in the UK & spent most of life there although I'm also half Japanese. Over on a working holiday Visa.
I'm a happy go lucky 21 year old that has been living in the NT for the past 3 years. I am a full time student nurse and work part time doing administration in the health care sector meaning that I am often pretty busy during the week. I'm fun and outgoing, very friendly and have a very relaxed personality, making me easy to get along with. I am a very social person and love to keep myself busy on weekends, while also having my downtime. I'm super happy to chill out after work and uni and share a meal with my new housemate/housemates or have a chat but am also very respectful of personal space.
Hi there, I'm easy going, sociable and love keeping a healthy lifestyle. I'm looking for a clean and tidy place to live long term. I don't have pet but love them (particularly dogs). Cheers, Martin
Hi! 28 year old friendly female employed by NT Government as an Environmental Scientist. I enjoy an active lifestyle, including yoga, netball, listening to music, outdoor activities like camping, fishing and definitely a wine or two after work. I am seeking 1-2 fun housemates to team up with to find a new house to share. I am currently living in Palmerston as I enjoy having a garden and more space, and would be looking at somewhere in Gunn, Farrar, Durack, Bakewell, but I am flexible in moving closer to town also, Parap, Stuart Park, Woolner, Jingili etc if I find the right housemates. I own all furniture required for a house, just looking for some new housemates to apply with! I enjoy making friends with housemates but also enjoy my own space, so an occasional dinner and drinks together would be great! I have a friendly loveable cat (Tilly) to come with me, but she is a cool kid. Ideally looking for other social, young professionals who are tidy and clean, and willing to do their fair share of the housework. Would be great to put on some tunes and have a beer together on weekends or have a board game night. I also have a room for rent in my current house for $160 a week in Gray, Palmerston if you are interested, let me know!
Easy going, friendly, likes to hang out with housemates but still values own space. For fun- I like Rock climbing, live music, board games and outdoorsey stuff. For work- I am a vet so love animals ( I have three pet rats) Clean/tidy but not OCD, respects common areas.
Professional (Govt employee). In Darwin on a contract until the end of the year. Looking for a place for me and my two cats (indoor, clean, friendly and so are the cats lol). I like to play golf and I'm also studying my masters.
