Hi! I'm looking to relocate to Bacchus Marsh I'm 20 years old and currently work full time in Ballarat, I'm looking to find someone else around my age who is interested in finding a place to move into together. I have a small cat and I'm extremely neat and organised. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends, watch movies or scrapbook!
I'm Chris. Expat Canadian, yoga junkie, hiking and ice hockey playing machine. I love to be on the go. Whether its heading off on the weekend for a hike, or my day to day life as The Woodend Woof Walker, which is my dog walking/pet sitting business. I cook, I clean and like to spend time by myself or with others. I'm about as easy going a person as you're likely to meet. I have a partner in crime, my 11 year old mini fox terrier, Lenny. He's my best friend and him and I hang out all the time.
To share with 1 other person, me. This property is beautiful. Quiet and serene. Full length windows, fireplace, bath, internal laundry, courtyard with a fire, floorboards, huge bathroom. Views of Mt Franklin.
Its quiet, clean, and plenty of room, own bathroom and 2 living ( lounge) rooms so plenty of space to relax in own areas. Bbq and outdoor enertainment area. NICE views overlooking golf course, so any keen golfers welcome😊
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my second cancer removal surgery, scheduled sometime between Feb-April 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September. On Jan 23 2018, it was discovered that cancer has unfortunately returned to my body. Tests will commence ASAP with surgery and more chemo to most likely follow. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issues and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs, and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Feb-April.

This house is spacious with two living areas and an outside area. It has air conditioning in the main living area which includes lounge, kitchen, and dining. There is also central heating for the winter when that arrives. We are close to a bus stop and the Bacchus Marsh train station and only 40 minutes into Southern Cross station on a very comfortable zone 2 (so quite inexpensive) country train. The house is fully furnished and is in a quiet neighborhood. Internet is included in the rent and we do have Netflix.
I work full-time Mondays to saturdays. I'm pretty chilled and quite. Looking for a clean and relaxed place. Would like to stay six months or longer if possible
I am looking for somewhere to live with my little dog and possibly my cat. I am a full time teacher so would only really be home on nights and weekends. I enjoy living in a clean house, catching up with friends and sometimes having a few drinks on the weekend.
Lily (my gorgeous 8 year old) and I share a room in a fun, neat setup and bring with us warm, happy dispositions and generally create a harmonious and friendly atmosphere around us. Lily is bright, kind, happy, respectful and tidy - we have done several pet/house sits, some of which were for several weeks, and I can provide great references from these. Lily is at a wonderful primary school and I myself am studying this year and will also start part time work soon. I plan on volunteering at Lil's school quite a bit too. Lil loves sleepovers at her Dad's, Nan and Pa's and best friends place plus all sorts of sporty things. We both adore animals. When I'm not busy with other things you can generally find me reading...or watching something awesome on YouTube/Netflix. If you are clean, respectful, not too noisy and have a lovely, light-filled home we could help care for please feel free to get in touch. Kim
