This top floor unit is in a great spot, just 100m away from bus stops that take you to the City, Manly and Chatswood. and about 250 meters away from Dee Why Beach - did I mention it has been completely renovated? You don’t find large apartments like this with a huge outdoor covered balcony for entertaining and also access to a double lock up garage. It will be entirely furnished so consider this when you are reaching out. Only really your bedroom is the exception. But let me know what you've got and we can probably sort it out which the storage space here.. On top of that, this place was only renovated two weeks ago (can still smell the paint actually..) and has a brand new modern kitchen with the latest appliances, stone bench top and plenty of storage. The house feels like a chalet at the beach. The couple will be sharing the house with just myself...and 4 cats. Nothing better than sitting on the balcony watching the world go by while spotting a whale every now and then. I also have a few chickens and a couple of beehives. The house has everything you would need. It's hard to describe and must been seen to be appreciated. Beach is 5 minute walk. Transport is close by for buses into the city or just to get around. Shops are also within walking distance.
