Up for grabs is a nice sized room Moments to the beach. It has a secluded leafy outlook. The room has double built in robes, but otherwise is unfurnished. The unit is furnished in a nice modern security complex 100m from the beautiful Collaroy beach. Open plan living. Gas stove. 3 bed 2 bathrooms (You would share bathroom with one other) It's a really nice, quiet place to live with lots of friendly people in the unit block and street. Collaroy beach is spectacular and usually very quiet. On most nights you can hear the waves crashing. The feel of our home is pretty tranquil, fun and relaxed. We respect each other’s privacy but always down for a chat, meal or drink at the end of the day if we are home. We are clean and healthy, with a little herb/ veggie garden, a compost bin and we really don’t watch a lot of TV in the lounge room so it’s a nice place to chill. It’s definitely not a party pad either but of course you’re welcome to bring people round. Unlimited WIFI included. Internal laundry with front load washer and dryer. Has a cool little courtyard garden with a weber barbecue. Main bus stop to city, Shops, restaurants and puns including The Collaroy on Pittwater RD are only a 3-4 minute walk. Bills (gas and elec) split 3 ways every 3 months (Usually averages to about $10 per week). We also take turns in cleaning every third week so the home is always pretty clean and easy to clean when it’s your turn. No smokers, sorry.

Hi there! After taking a break from Sydney for the past 6 months I'm looking to move back and settle in once again. I'm an early riser each day and love to head off on adventures most weekends. Fit and active guy who loves a bit of banter
I’m a tidy, relaxed, positive and friendly person, enjoy banter and good conversation whilst always appreciating my own solitude. First time mover, just looking for a new place to call home + make my work commute easier! I enjoy my time being at the beach, practicing yoga, going to the gym, listening to music, reading a good book and going out. I currently work as a Social Media Coordinator/HR Assistant and do occasional music gigs singing and playing keys on the side. (I don’t have a very loud singing voice)
Clean and tidy, social, easy going, not much bothers me and I have a lovely little girl who is 7 months old she is toilet trained not much of a barker and loves other dogs and people, children. Does not bite either. Non aggressive dog. She is my everything so I need a place that will allow me to take her. She is a moodle which is non-sheadding bread. I am a smoker will only smoke outside I have been trying to quite but haven’t been successful but am still on the road to quit!
My brother and I are looking to rent something relaxed and that's close to our office, for roughly 2 months from around the 13th of September. We both work full time in Brookvale and are hardly home between work and other commitments. We are both very respectful, relaxed and keep to ourselves. Neither of us are big party people. Ideally we would like to rent out a flat/studio/granny flat to ourselves. I'm very happy to get references from the previous owners that we have rented from if needed.
My name is Inge and I am a Belgian Physiotherapy student. I am doing a two month internship in a Sports Physio Clinic in Narrabeen. Therefore I am searching for a stay where I can easily meet new people. I am a Track and Field athlete (400 meter hurdles) which makes me very disciplined but also curious to learn new things. In my free time I would love to discover Sydney's nature, the city and learn to surf or spend time on the beach. My boyfriend will come to Australia in the last week of my internship. After our stay in Narrabeen we will be traveling through Australia. There are so many things I would love to get to experience and I hope you can help me with that. Thank you for considering and I hope we get to meet each other.
We met five years ago at philosophy college in London! We have decided to help Abi’s brother and her nephews who live in the Northern Beaches, we’d like a place for a few months- up to six. We’re easy going and can keep to ourselves, or we’re up for socialising!:)
I am easy going, tidy and quiet, I can cook, love keeping fit, playing rugby and I work full time as an apprentice mechanic, love cars and animals (happy to have a pet in the house) and I like to think I am pretty handy with most things house related. I not a fan massive parties but don't mind being social (would prefer a quieter house).
I'm a friendly, fun-loving Irish/Australian surfer who lives for sand, saltwater and the sunrise. Not the couch potato type at all but still keen for a beer or whatever ;) on the weekends. I'm also a mean cook and a clean and tidy flatmate which is a bonus in any house. To be honest I'm usually not home all that often anyway as I work in TV and when I'm not doing shift work, I'm out and about enjoying all the perks of this fine peninsula. One of my major passions is photography and I like to get out and shoot the beaches in their natural splendour at sunrise. Ideally I'm looking for a spot right on the beach, or within easy walking distance. Send me a message if you would like to know anything else about me, I'm happy to chat any time. I look forward to joining a happy house and helping it feel like home.
A laid back young fella enjoying working out at the gym, going for a dip in the water by the beach or chilling out over some beer and movies/NRL. Very easy going and clean. Currently in my last year of uni, I will be working most of the days during the week and attending a late night class on Mondays. Therefore, I wont really be home most of the time but I am definitely down for some socialising with the housemates when I do get the opportunity. Cheers
