The room is a flat separate to the house in the garden. It's air conditioned, gets good sunlight & private. Owner (male) lives in main house. Flat is set up with fridge, microwave, hot plate, kettle & toaster (and I have plenty of spare crockery & cutlery). The private bathroom is in house and you can use the main kitchen for 'real' cooking. Very comfortable and welcome to use the sun-room (excellent in the winter) at the rear of the main house (bathroom is immediately off that room). Under cover carport. Fantastic location 10min walk from CBD, 2min Hospital & 5min from Victoria Park which has pool, gym etc..
Lovely, newly renovated 4 bedroom house. Polished floorboards throughout, freshly painted, fully furnished (photos taken before furniture arrived, will add updated photos soon). I've just moved in and have decided to rent out the double room, which has a double bed and a built in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. The house is fully furnished, has a beautiful garden and is located on a quiet street. It is in a good location, close to town. Large but cozy living area, with gas heating. Bathroom has a bath and shower. The house is leased and the Real Estate Agency requires any new tenants to be added to the lease.
Female, full time student, studying law. In my final year and applying for internships. Part time working in retail and keen to move on up and out into the law field asap. I keep to myself most of the time. Though I do like the regular movie night and training sessions. I have a dog, titan, that's in training for mind dog program. So he is well behaved, house trained and loving. Would love to remain living in Canberra but it's getting pretty hard to find pet friendly accom as a one person. North Canberra would be my preference... anywhere lol. Keen for team ups
Hi, this is Lakshya from Alwar, India. I am a very adjusting kind of person. I have done my law degree from Dehradun and I know how to adjust with flatmates very well. I am an adventure lover person who is passionate about traveling. Moreover, I am a studious person and keen on learning new things.
We're two girls trying to find a convenient place in the city! We are both friendly and sociable people, clean up after ourselves and love games! We are both streamers and as such high-speed and stable internet is a must.
I'm offering a room in my own home in the quiet village of Bungendore - 44 km from Canberra and 20km from Queanbeyan. I currently have an ANU researcher staying with me who will leave some time over the next few months. The house is only a few years old and is passive solar and also generates its own electricity. Although in the village I've been able to live on my tank water for the 18 months I've been here - so if you are in to long hot showers this probably isn't the house for you. I have two small dogs (one belongs to my daughter and the other belongs to a work colleague - which I took on as they couldn't find accommodation with them). I also have two cats that have their own run and are contained to one end of the house. Public transport options to and from Bungendore are limited. There are buses and also trains between Bungendore and Queanbeyan but there aren't many so you would need your own car.
This beautiful property located on top of the hill in the nice and peaceful suburb Bonner, it is a fully furnished five-bedroom house with big living area(with wooden floor) and huge veranda. As it is on top of the hill, you can enjoy the great view of whole Gungahlin, and all the montains around. Bus stop is right at the end of street, which goes straight to the city(in the morning).Soon there will be light rail from Gungahlin to City. It take 20min to drive to the city. The neighbourhood is very quiet and everyone is friendly. If you’re looking for a peaceful, tidy and relax place to live, this house would be perfect for you.

Hey :) I'm a full-time PhD student at the ANU, very quiet and mostly keep to myself. I have lived in share houses for a long time and am very respectful of other people's space & privacy. I like to keep my room clean, and the common area as well when possible. Looking for an established quiet share house, or 1-2 similar-minded people to team up for a new lease. I don't have any furniture at the moment, but happy to buy if needed. Ideally I'd like to have my own bathroom and a parking space for my car. I also like modern houses/units/apartments with large walk-in robes. If this sounds like you don't hesitate to hit me up! Cheers
We are a calm, friendly, tidy and respectful couple. We are planing to Study, Work and travel, so we will be out most of times. We arrive in Canbera in July. Hi there! I'm a student who will be in Canberra for 4 weeks and looking for a place to stay. I'm very friendly, tidy, and respectful of other people's spaces. I also love to bake so you'll always have freshly baked goods lying around! I'll be working a full-time internship during the day so I'll really only be around in the afternoon/night. I'm fine with pets and really easy-going!
My names Chris :) I have been in Canberra since late November FIFO working for Qantas and have just signed over as a full time local, love living in Canberra just can't wait for summer already haha :) I'm very easy going, love talking and getting to know people but also enjoy my alone time to recharge. A good afternoon for me is coming home after work and having a glass of wine or anything tasty and a chat about what ever is on peoples minds. I work Monday-Friday 0700-1730 and most Saturdays 0700-1400. Love my time off, can either relax at home or go out for lunch, will never say no to going out for drinks or coffee :) I'm pretty much a political neutral...I see things from both sides and enjoy hearing peoples opinions and ideas, feel like i have to say that as we're in Canberra and people seem to love talking about politics. I've traveled most of my life so have heaps of stories if you want to hear them. Love other peoples stories even more :) I can cook alright but don't claim to be a chef, like to experiment though and see what i can come up with :) If accepted i would be good to move in on Monday the 2nd of July. Hope to hear from you and see if i can fit in, if not i i hope you find the perfect fit :) If you like I can provide character references Oh and i love dogs of course! Dogs rule! Hope to find a great place to stay :)
Hi there , so I'm looking for a place to move into with someone awesome and easy going ,I work some long hours at work so I am always pretty busy . Always up for a drink or to share a meal or two !
I’m an 18 year old law student at UC. I’m super friendly but a bit of an introvert and I like my own space. That being said I’m always happy to have a chat. I have a kitten, named Snowpea, who would be coming with me. He’s an indoor cat and super lovely
I'm a 46 year old professional from Sydney working for a company in Braddon. I'm planning to stay only 4 nights as I will be travelling to back to Sydney for the weekend.
I'm single girl, 36 years old, living in AUS for about 5 years, 4 years living in NSW Northern Beaches. During the week I'm a Childcare educator working fulltime and weekend Casually babysitter. I'm super quiet, who loves helping people, with no many friends, that enjoys swimming, go out for some hiking, camping and enjoy the unique AUS nature. Just joined to a Gym as I wouldn’t like to get frozen running in the streets. Super healthy, ex smoker. Love watching the sunset near the lake and have a ride anywhere. I'm looking for a UNFUNISHED toom, ensuite preference, where I can have my own privacy, enjoy the silence as my week use to be very, very noisy! For sure I love socialising and have great chat while I’m cooking the meals for the week and some fit cakes to watch a movie! :) If you have any question please make yourself comfortable and do it. I'm looking forward to hearing from you! Talk soon!! 😊✌🏼
