Open to both student and working individuals. A large semi-furnished room in a clean house, which is located 1 minute away from the North East Road bus stop number 12 (besides McDonald in Collinswood). It is just 2-3 minutes walking distance from Foodland supermarket/café/Collinswood Post Office/many others, and only 10 to 12 minutes away from city North Terrace and UniAdelaide North Terrace campuses. Strictly, NO SMOKING - - - NO PETS! The bathroom and kitchen are very neat and clean with all you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with microwave woven, gas cooktop, fridge and electric kettle. At present, I am living alone in my unit and I have a spare room for rent. Rent includes all utility bills (until you ensure rational use of utilities!) with unlimited WiFi internet facility.
Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm searching for a room for my cat Mouse and I. I'm looking for a sharehouse with a friendly communal vibe - I don't want to live with people I never talk to so let's be friends. I'm also looking for housemates who are considerate and tidy. I'm very clean, love cooking, and going to the gym (Goodlife members: let's work out together). Ideally, I'd like a decent sized room with floorboards (because asthma) and plenty of light, a backyard for my cat to chill out in (supervised of course), and that's pretty much it. Vegan housemates would be a bonus. Chuck me a message if you have somewhere you think I'd like. Thanks! (:
HEy guys we are a very quiet And friendly couple, enjoy the company of eachother. Never have HOUSE parties or heaps of people over so that will never be a hassle. Very happy and chilled. Have a small teacup Pomeranian he's so cute and loves everyone in the house. So small he weighs 1.6kg
Great house in a great location, with great access to and from the city with the bus stop right outside. Foodland, a bakery, chemist, butcher, hairdresser and an alterations shop are just across the side street. So perfect positioning if you don't have a car. There is on street parking available. The furnishings in the pictures are not what they are now. The room is NOT furnished. It is spacious, fits a double bed/Queen bed comfortably. The room also has built in robes and a skylight. The bills will be split in half. The internet is $60 total. The bills will come quarterly and be split evenly. Other fittings in the house include ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge room, reverse cycle air conditioning and heating x3, gas stove, gas heater, washing machine, clothes line and load of natural light. The house is fully furnished, loads of cooking equipment (good pots pans etc), comfy couch, ect. The rent price for couples is $200 rent per week, and all bills would be split into three.
Hi, I'm Pasquale, an Adelaide native who's looking for a place to share with others who are respectful, sociable and easy going. I'm a clean, quiet, honest, reliable and easy going person who likes a chat and enjoys my netflix, movies, a good doco and a sleep in when not much is planned for the next day. I'm working part time in the city , so looking to move in to a place close to public transport around the north or eastern suburbs preferably, but will consider any location within 20 mins of the city. If you have any queries or want to have a chat, please don't hesitate to contact me.
One very large bedroom available in a furnished house! Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished on request. Collinswood is a fantastic location. Close to the city and there are many bus stops within a few minutes walk. The house has had recent renovations and has some great areas to relax and socialize. All the rooms have been freshly painted. NBN Internet is installed. The bedrooms are very big and have high ceilings and the kitchen is spacious as well!

This is a delightful 3 bedroom bungalow with a beautiful backyard and a well-tended garden. There is one spacious room for rent which comes semi-furnished (if needed) with a mattress, wardrobe, bookshelf and desk. There is SO much room for activities! The kitchen has just been renovated (see pics) and comes fully stocked with crockery, pots and pans, bakeware and many appliances, such as a microwave, blender, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, rice cooker and more. The house is near Main North Road, so there are plenty of local shops (coles/woolies etc) and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to public transport. Its only about 15 mins on a bus to the city, and the bus stop is 40 seconds walk away (25 seconds if you run a little) (8 seconds if you sprint). The room is available on a permanent basis for $150 p/w plus utilities (estimated at $20/week, but variable), the wifi is NBN. Please not that while i love animals and pets are considered, the backyard probably is only really big enough for small animals.
I love to shout mad pizza and beer to my housemates , and I love to have fun and joke around. I'm really clean and I know when to give people space.
Hi. I'm in throes of planning a move to Adelaide and looking for a place to live. I currently live in Canberra and will start a new job at Adelaide Uni in August. I love travelling and do a bit of it of for work, so you'll have the place to yourself every now and again. I have done the whole sharehouse thing for about 5 years. Good with paying bills and helping out around the house. I am tidy, considerate and very easygoing. I love good food, good beer, wine and whiskey... basically anything that's on hand. I come with a netflix and stan subscription :) I don't have any pets but if you have one then great! Anyway, if you have a room or you're looking to team up, let me know.
Me and my partner are looking for room mates. Preferably a couple like ourselves. I am a very clean and tidy person. Extremely down to earth so we would be great friends not just house mates. Also we are trustworthy people. I am moving to Adelaide to study at a hotel school.
I am a very chilled out girl, unfortunately unemployed as I have just moved back from interstate but am seeking work everyday! I am receiving benefits as for now but hopefully will find work soon. I play tennis on Saturdays for golden grove and love a cheeky bevy or 10.
Hi, my name is Eric who is a Chinese international student. I am 24 male. no smoke, no pet. I hope to find a respectful landlord who is patient. Because my English is not that good, I wanna find a English environment to improve my English level. Chinese circle is too large, to some extent, I hope to escape from it and fit in the new environment. :-). The price is hopefully below 200 pw. text preferred

Both Brandon and I work full time and are clean and tidy and respect others who we share a place with. Couple looking for accommodation nearby CBD initially for 3 months, if job scene works out well, may extend the lease as required.
Hey there, I am moving back home to Adelaide from Perth and will be looking for a place to call home on the city fringe. I will be resuming my degree at Adelaide Uni (12 months to go) and working part time in a bottle shop (getting a store transfer). I'm well adjusted to the share house lifestyle - I keep to myself a fair bit but I'm always happy to help out with the household duties - I'm also well known for being the house cleaner haha. Looking for someone who likes to keep things casual and have a bit of fun in their downtime. During the week/study time I can be quite plain, but I do enjoy a sneaky bevvy on my days off. Cheers guys
Hi, I'm looking for a place for a place to rent when my current lease ends in late August. Have lived with housemates for 18 months+ so am used to sharing! I work as a nurse so do shift work and am in and out of the house a lot (plus can stick a bandaid on your papercuts for you!). I am a fairly clean person, I'm particularly skilled at kitchen cleaning but can be a bit slack when it comes to my own room. I enjoy a quiet night in but also enjoy having a drink or two on occasion, can cook a good batch of brownies and am a half-hearted gym goer.
A little about me, I am 25 years old professional works in the city full-time. Apart from work, I am also studying towards my CPA. Looking for a place near the city. So, it will be easy for me to commute to work.
I'm a final year law student at Adelaide looking for a social household with a laid-back atmosphere. It goes without saying that I know how to respect others' personal space. Looking for flexible length of stay but will probably stay till the end of the year. Do let me know if you have anything close to north east corner of CBD. Furnished room + Parking essential.
I am a sociable male in mid 30s who is working full time as a professional. I have lived in share houses for 10 years plus and appreciate and respect a clean and tidy environment. I am respectful of others and their needs in a sharing environment. I am not looking for a party house but maybe a place where we can have a chat over a coffee or beer! Looking for a place till the end of October mainly due to my employment situation and not knowing where I will be beyond that. Non smoker and no pets!
Hi there! I'm an easy going, tidy female looking for a place nearish to the CBD. Moving to accept a job promotion, and I cannot stand traffic. So I'm essentially looking for somewhere conveniently close to work so I can just ride my bike or something :) I can be friendly and talkative or a figurative ghost depending on ur style, so please hit me up if your looking for a roomie.
Hi! My name is Irma and I'm a 22-year old Dutch Student. I'm majoring in Communication and Multimedia Design and I'll be going on an internship at a Digital Agency in North Adelaide from mid August till the beginning of January. I'm an outgoing and open-minded person who loves to cook, explore and share random facts. Did you know the Romans used urine to whiten their teeth? I haven't tried. I'm a clean and in contrary to the urine-fact I just shared, fairly mature person. While I love going outside to hike, go to the beach and just wander around the city, I also really appreciate having some quiet time inside. It would be great to find some roommates I can engage with, like having dinner together or perhaps even going on occasional trips on the weekends. It's also worth mentioning that I'm planning on buying a bike and getting around on that. I could tell you that's because I'm a healthy and fit person, but I'm just too cheap for public transport. Ideally I'd be as close as possible to North Adelaide, have a furnished room and at least two roommates, but I'll consider all. If you want to know more, feel free to hit me up!
I'm very friendly and outgoing......I'm a clean freak and I try to keep the place tidy all the time. I like to share house with 3-4 people so we could all have some fun yet not feel crowded. I'm originally from Sri Lanka. A full-time medical student and I work part time as a waitress all weekend. I'm hardly home most of the time but I prefer watching a movie once in a while with the housemates.
Hi! I'm Prashanth, a young professional making the move from Brisbane, where I've lived for the past 8 years, to Adelaide to start a new role. I'm a scientist by background and worked in research before making the move into newer territory with the aforementioned role. I love playing soccer and generally trying to keep fit but that competes with my general liking for nice coffees, good food and the occasional glass of wine or a craft beer. I also love going out to watch live music, quality films and sports. I also enjoy conversing about most things in the world. I'm well versed in the sharing game and have shared houses with all types of folks. I'm outgoing but understand the importance of personal space as well. I'm clean without being a clean freak and wash up after myself. I'm looking for a place in North Adelaide (mainly because of the convenient commute to my work) or its immediate surrounds. I'm moving at the end of the month from Brisbane and start my new job in the first week of July. Looking forward to chatting with you!
