I am a youngish 50 year old who works in retail at Kilburn. Quietly spoken but sociable and have a quirky sense of humor. Some of my interests include walking, cycling, dining out, reading, movies, and Science Fiction/Fantasy. I'm also an active participant in 'Meetup'. Although I will consider anywhere in the metropolitan area, ideally I would like a place which is reasonably close to my work. Also, I am moving out of a large complex of units and would like something a little more private. I can be flexible on length of stay. I have several years' experience in share house living.
Private room available in cute townhouse, with BIR, some furnishings in house (including couch and kitchen appliances etc.). Air-conditioning available, and bedroom has a ceiling fan. Very close to the city (5mins drive, or 15min bus) and shops. Walkerville shopping centre only 5 mins away. BOND is six weeks rent (not four, like it says in the description - they won't let me add six weeks...)
Friendly Young Couple, Quiet and Easy Going seeking a room to rent. We are looking at moving asap or next week - mid week. Looking for a place close to the city or in the city. One of us works full time and one of us is studying part-time and job-seeking. Happy to meet and get to know each other first so we can see if we will get along...Which I'm sure we will! If you are a couple and want another couple to move in, then we might be the perfect housemates for you!! We are looking for short-term e.g. a couple of months maybe but if it works out great then we could stay longer, as ideally we want long-term accommodation. We aren't noisy and prefer to chill out and watch movies and not to party and make noise. But if you have parties we do not mind. We are clean and tidy but not OCD and just want a peaceful place to live where we can relax. We prefer not to live with anyone that is OCD and has crazy, unreasonable rules because we've done that already and it didn't work out. Saying that, we will definetly respect your home and the way you like it to be. One of us loves to cook and doesn't mind cooking for other people. We are not nosey or annoying - just a cool couple that need a room to rent! Hoping to get something around $200/per week or less but we're open to all options within reason for the right housemates and place. We are pretty much ready to go-can move in pretty much straight away or next week sometime. We don't require furniture but if you include furniture that is cool too. If you have wifi that'd be a bonus and we definetly prefer to use minimal electricity to keep the power bills low!! So housemates that like to keep the bills minimal would be preferable. We will always pay rent on time so you can rest assured!! We have a tiny cat which doesn't make noise, is very small and will stay in our room if need be. She pretty much sleeps all day on our bed. You won't even know she exists! She has a very small voice-box, so she can't "meow" above a quiet whisper. She is pretty much mute. Very clean too! But if you can't accept pets we will have to find something else I guess but please have a chat with us first! Thanks for reading my essay!! Hope to hear from you soon!! Kind regards, Zak and Valerie.

**I know preferred move date says end of February but really looking to move ASAP, any time soon would be fine. **I don't actually have any social media due to a reason of personal disinterest. Text or phone call to contact me works fine. I'm Ashlee, an 18 yr old Female, currently living in Aldinga Beach needing to live much closer to the CBD for work; I'm an Apprentice Chef working full-time in the city. I am more than happy to house share and team up. I own a dog but is able to stay elsewhere if the property type is unsuitable. I wouldn't say I am a non-smoker or a smoker as I am currently quitting to save money, but I will am very conscious of other people and will obviously smoke outside, even far away from any doors or windows if need be. I also personally hate the smell of cigarettes so I promise there is no need to worry about any evidence or smell! :) As a housemate, I generally keep to myself and prefer a tidy living space, hence I clean up after myself!I make clothes and artwork, I am a creative person. I will probably be working most of the time so I won't be home much anyways. In my free time I generally read and listen to music, or else I am out and about, I enjoy being productive and exploring. If you need to know any more feel free to send me a message, I'll be more than happy to chat with you.

We are looking for a house or room that is modern and spacious with a decent sized kitchen. When we find the accomodation that will be perfect for us and we were hoping that we could take it for a 3 month lease with the option to renew for another 3-7 months based on Tiff's University. We are both down to earth and really simple to get a long with.. and fun! Tiff studies Law and I am a property developer and entrepreneur migrating from NZ. I'd like to say that we would take the place without looking at it, we are keen to nail something down and I know that anyone would enjoy living with us, we are clean, friendly, fun and respectful. Talk soon! Jamie & Tiff
I'm an easy going human. :) Yoga Teacher, Florist, Retail worker & Science student at Flinders. Looking for a nice little home with great people to spend some of my down time.
I'm honest, a good communicator and social but not a party animal (anymore). I'm a travel addict, love good food and wine, and even more so when I can share it with friends and family. I'm moving back to Adelaide temporarily (somewhere between 3-6 months depending on the circumstances) and will unfortunately have to start searching for work while I'm there. Don't worry though as I will be using the rent I get for leasing my own apartment out to pay you ;) I'm very respectful, clean and considerate - and I won't mind if you want to keep to yourself or socialise - both are fine for me - just looking to share a place with like-minded people. I'll keep this short seeing as it's not a dating profile lol, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

I'm an active person who is currently on a lifestyle change which includes weekly hikes - I always love company! I'm considerate and generous, but in no way a door mat. I'm easy to get along with because I have many interests. I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I have a hard drive with 1000+ movies so always up for a movie night. Don't mind a bit of a TV binge either (Netflix). Happy to share what's mine because I know you'll take care of it. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.
I am a 18 year old student from the country seeking accommodation whilst studying in Adelaide CBD, I will also be studying part-time. I am easy to get along with, and fairly flexible in terms of the structure of living arrangements.

2 rooms available, however I would prefer to keep the 2nd (the one with the bed in the pictures) as a guest room. I may negotiate on rent \ costs; especially for a house mate happy to clean (I'm fairly clean, just often busy, so it would save me hiring a cleaner and \ or gardener). ~5min walk to public transport. Cable internet (500GB shared; 100mbps (super fast)), may increase if necessary. Gas cooking, heating, and water. Large bedroom (approx. 4m x 4m). Can discuss about carport \ garage use (plenty of storage if needed). Big yard. Tenant will need land agent approval.
The house is very close to all local amenities within walk distance to the beautiful Prospect area eg Cafe, Pub/Bar, Supermarket, Asian grocery shop etc. It has a bus stop right at the front, you don't really need a car to go City or down town and the bus is quite frequent. The 2 available rooms are fully furnished and are quite large size 5m x 5m (approx) with small courtyard /garden at the back. All bills are included in the rent, such as internet, gas, electricity and water. I am quite neat and tidy person hence i am looking for people with similar approach.

Helloo! I am Amey, i am 22 and moving back to Adelaide for Uni in January. Originally from country NSW i have been renting in Melbourne for the last three years. I am looking for a place for at least 6 months, but potentially 12 if i find a good house and some good roommates. I am studying full time at a hotel management college in Prospect, and will be looking for a part time job. Because i am studying pretty much 5 days a week in prospect an ideal location for me would be Brompton/North Adelaide areas. I am pretty well versed in house sharing, I went to boarding school for 6 years and have rented a few houses with various people since leaving high school. I am fairly social and love to sit around with some good wine and would never say no to cheese. I do like my down time, and have been known to binge on netflix, but am nearly always up for a chat. I love to cook and can deck out a kitchen and am hoping to join a club for either netball or soccer when I return. I have lots of furniture for living spaces that I can bring over with me. Including, two couches, coffee table, bookcase, 2 kitchen chairs, fridge, washing machine, heater, TV and a few other less vital things.
Perfect for students! This is a lovely old Prospect home in a quiet, leafy area close to shops and amenities. Great for public transport - walk five minutes down the road to catch the G10 or other bus routes to the CBD and all major university campuses. The Prospect area is known for great community events, lots of multicultural food and shops, well-kept parks, and being a hub for students. We have a lovely back garden with fruit trees, free-range chickens, herbs, and some veggies. Your room looks out on to the garden, so you can watch chicken antics while you're studying. This is an established home with everything fully furnished. We have a big shared lounge room and a dining room, and your room is your own. The room has a single bed, a lamp, and bed linen, and we can organise a desk and clothes rack for you if needed. The room is smaller than the others, so you'd be paying less rent than the other housemates. We share groceries and meals (not included in rent but usually $50/wk for most meals) and the kitchen is fully equipped and stocked. Vegetarians and other special diet needs are ok - you can negotiate what we share and what you'll buy/cook for yourself. Your rent includes unlimited high-speed NBN internet as well as water, electricity, and gas (within reasonable limits).
