Hi :) I have one unfurnished room available in a furnished apartment. Internet is NBN (super fast) and $7.50 per week. Utilities are split equally and paid quarterly. The unit is on a court so there is little traffic and is hence a very quiet area. There is just 1 shared wall with neighbours, but I never hear any noise coming from that direction. I have already furnished the property with all the basic necessities, so all you will need is what you require for your room. However there is room for other items and ample storage space if required (Your room has built-in cupboards). There is also 3 off-street car parks including one space in the covered carport. For me the location is perfect as there are plenty of shops nearby and only a short distance to the city. I ride my bike into the city for university most days of the week and it only takes 15 minutes. There are also bus stops within walking distance if that's required! No smoking inside the house however there is a small enclosed garden out the back of the house that I have no problem with you using if required. The current contract on this property lasts until September 2017 however I find this property perfect for my needs so will most probably be looking to extend the contract when the time comes. Happy to negotiate with flatmates who are looking for short or long term accommodation.
Great house in a great location, with great access to and from the city with the bus stop right outside. Foodland, a bakery, a butcher and an alterations shop are just across the side street. So perfect positioning if you don't have a car. There is on street parking available. The room is not furnished. It is spacious, fits a double bed/Queen bed comfortably. The room also has built in robes and a skylight. The bills will be split in half. The internet is $60 total. Electricity and water I'm not sure yet, however from experience I believe it will be around $300 for power or more likely less, and 100 ish for water. Both of these bills will come quarterly. Other fittings in the house include ceiling fans in both bedrooms and lounge room, reverse cycle air conditioning and heating x3, gas stove, gas heater, washing machine, clothes line and load of natural light. The house is fully furnished, loads of cooking equipment (good pots pans etc), comfy couch, ect. The furnishing in the pictures are not what they are now but the house looks exactly the same.
I'm Pasquale, an Adelaide native who's looking for a place to share with someone like minded, sociable and easy going. I respect those whom, and also wouldn't mind if I kept to myself sometimes as well. I'm a clean, quiet, honest, reliable and easy going person who likes a chat and enjoys my netflix, movies, a good documentary and a sleep in when not much is planned for the next day. I'm working part time in Prospect , so looking to move in to a place not too far from the city either in the close north or eastern suburbs. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Hi my name is Emily, I'm 20 and am working part time as a bank teller while studying teaching full time at uniSA. I've been living independently for three years, but am finally looking at moving somewhere cheaper! I'm fairly easy going and love a few beers now and then. I do have a three year old desexed female cat called Dez, I'd love if she could live with me put if that's not possible I'll ship her off to live with my parents. I'm reliable, trustworthy and know how to take care of myself. I've had roommates before and respect their privacy. I'd love to find some people who I get along with so we can be more like family. :)

I'm an easygoing person, looking for a nice place in Adelaide that I can call home for 3 months, while I complete an internship. I love my own space, but also enjoy company and a glas of wine to unwind after a long day. I like to be fairly active and spend my spare time exploring the great outdoors and will hopefully find some nice areas to hike not too far from the city. It would be nice to live with someone with a laid back attitude, who also knows how to replace the toilet paper once it runs out :)
Hello! Just about to graduate and looking for a place to live. I like baking and drinking tea. I like collecting $5 bottles of wine and I will ask you to drink then with me. I will also cook things and be so surprised that they don't taste awful that I'll insist you try some, in which case you will pity me too much to tell me it doesn't actually taste that good... love a chat but also respect sacred reading time/solo time. Would love a relaxed, friendly house to live in!
Hi, I'm Ethan. I work full time in the city (For the last few years as well) in a business role and am looking for a place to rent which is within riding distance or has some form of good public transport available close by. I try to keep myself fit with gym and sports and consider myself to be quite a tidy and neat individual by nature. I look forward to meeting with you if a suitable option becomes available.
I am working full time and currently residing in a really good accomodation but its really far from my work place so just looking more towards north of Adelaide. Ideally looking for people who can team up with me to hire a decent shared accomodation. Please let me know if you are interested and see where we go from there. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me. Cheers

Hey! I'm a 23 year old midwife and am looking to live with 1 other in Prospect, Brompton, Mawson Lakes, or nearby. Looking for a room with an ensuite, wardrobe, and off street parking. I am a friendly person to live with and I am clean and reliable. I am however a shift worker so sometimes I will be sleeping or awake at random times! As a shift worker it's really important that I live with someone who is considerate and able to keep relatively quiet if I'm asleep (I will do the same for you of course!). Not asking for extremes, just not playing the drums etc. I have shared before and am very reliable, looking for someone who is also reliable and has a stable income. I'm allergic to cats so I can't live anywhere a cat will be indoors. I enjoy activities like playing sport, going to the beach, or chilling out at home. Dont mind a glass of red after a long day. If you think I would be suited feel free to message me :)
