Hi, I am Sally, I am 22 years old. I work full time as a Registered Nurse and will be moving to Wollongong from Sydney at the beginning of April. I am looking for a clean house and friendly flatmates. I am social and easy going. In my spare time I like to relax, watch Netflix and go to the beach.
House is fully furnished already by us, although you're welcome to bring in your own furniture if you want to give it your own touch. Huge double garage with space for a car or bike if you need (or if you have extra furniture and need to store it). Lounge room TV and Xbox One (feel free to play or even use your own console) with Netflix and Plex account loaded with movies/TV series. Unlimited data FTTP NBN with excellent speeds anytime of day. Courtyard area out the back with brand new BBQ free to use whenever you want. Private laundry and clothesline so we don't have to share with the neighbours. Bedroom has an en-suite, carpet floors, a huge built-in wardrobe and remote-control ceiling fan, plus a TV antenna socket if you want to connect a TV up. Big, brand new gas hot water system so no lack of hot-water in the winter.
Hello, My name is Meg and I am twenty two. I work full time as a dancer and dance teacher. I really enjoy reading. I have lived in share houses in the past since leaving home to study at 18. I am originally from Adelaide. I am looking for a clean house with friendly people. I prefer to be friends with my house mates rather than strangers, but also enjoy having my own space.
I’m 27 originally from Thailand but have been living in Australia for a while I’m a full-time uni student but i’m doing in online I’m working in Wollongong and Unanderra (depending on my shift). I’m a non-smoker I do drink occasionally I’m not a party person. But i like to have a night out once a month I’m half vegetarian (personally I don’t eat any kind of red meat) I’m an easygoing, happy person Most of my freetime will be either at the beach, or on my laptop catching up with my assignments.
Hey! My name is Aleksandra, I just moved back to Wollongong after graduating Law in Europe and now im looking for somebody to share a place with! I enjoy hanging out with people, socialising, going out from time to time, but i also enjoy my alone time every now and then! Im a very laid back person and i have respect towards others, always clean and tidy. You can find me at the beach having a walk, visiting the gym every now and then and having a drink on the weekend.
Looking for my new home with like minded roomies! I'm currently living alone and would like to move into a share house as soon as possible. My budget for a private room is $180/week, but I can go up to $200/week for a private room with a private bathroom OR a room inclusive of some bills. A lil about myself - I'm a 23 year old female working currently as a model (I also receive welfare so can guarantee my reliability with rent payments etc), I'm within the queer community, I'm fairly quiet and enjoy my down time but would love to join a household with people who don't mind having a chat and a cuppa (or something heavier) together every now and again, I'm friendly and easy going, clean and considerate. I'm also a vegetarian but it's totally fine if you're not 😉 I'm into spirituality, psychology, nature and art, fashion and beauty, music and having a good boogie, and just enjoying my time here all around. I'm a smoker + 420 active/friendly. I come along with my older indoor cat named Faerie - she's a desexed female, super friendly, house trained and will provide you with all the love!! If I sound like someone you'd vibe with, please feel free to send me a message and let's get something happening ✨

I also enjoy gardening and comedy when im not at work. Im a great housemate that has shared quarters many times with great success. Sincerely Troy
HI! I am a Masters Degree student at University of Wollongong in my final semester. I am here with my wife and working part time. We are from Nepal. we are looking for a place near the train stations or mall. We are easy going peace loving people.
1 room available in a large modern house in Wollongong! The house is close to public transport (8 minute walk in either direction to Coniston & Wollongong Train Stations), shopping, restaurants & bars and a 10 minute drive to UOW. The rooms available are furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table with lamp and a built in wardrobe, desk with desk lamp. The main bathroom upstairs is to be shared, fit with a large mirror, vanity, shower and bath. Also to be shared is the upstairs lounge room. The kitchen and laundry and bathroom downstairs will also be shared amongst all living at the property.
The house is super cute with mad stained-glass windows - kinda like a large terrace house! The location is awesome as it's only a short walk to the free bus stop and the town centre so you can kinda get away with not having a car. We share kitchen stuff so if you have anything to contribute that would be groovy.
Currently looking for an existing house to move into or someone with similar values to rent an available property together. Although I don’t know what the future holds I’m ideally looking for longer term options as let’s face it moving isn’t fun! I work 4 days per week as a sales manager and at home I enjoy relaxing and keep to myself most of the time but also enjoy a few drinks and conversation. On weekends I like to keep busy, staying active and hanging out with friends. I also have a dog who is used to being allowed inside. He is fairly large (about 30kgs) but doesn’t take up much space as he just turned 9 and likes to sleep his days away. He is walked daily so isn’t at all destructive, I also have a place for him to stay if I’m ever away for the night however he is super lovable so if you get attached I’ll let him stay 🐶. I’m looking for my own bathroom as that’s what I currently have at the moment. I do have furniture (lounge, dining table, lowline tv unit) so would ideally like somewhere with space for it and of course room mates who are respectful of keeping it in good condition. My ideal locations would be around west Wollongong, keiraville, mount saint thomas etc but I am open to other areas as well, for me the right house and house mate is most important 😊 Note: I can leave my current residence at anytime but as courtesy I would like to give my current room mate and landlord at least 2 weeks notice.
Hi, my brother, Billy and I (plus my dog Arlo) are looking for 2 room accommodation close to the city. We are clean, tidy and neat. I am generally out most of the day, usually with Arlo doing doggy stuff like kennel club, flyball or agility, and like to chill at home in the evenings. Bill keeps to himself and is a bit of a gamer so you may not see much of him. One of my biggest requests when looking for a home is a decent secure yard for my dog. I will occasionally have to leave him by himself if I am working or attending TAFE, I'm studying Vet Nursing btw, but he is a very lovely dog, wouldn't hurt a fly. We also do training at home, so a yard would be a massive upgrade to what we're working with now.
Known as Macca to my friends and recently moved to Wollongong to start work as a doctor in the region. I spend most of my spare time hiking, surfing, mountaineering, playing tennis or just being out and about. Also enjoy chilling out with a book or Netflix. Enjoy getting to know my flatmates, socialising and contributing to a positive vibe in the household. Easy going and have lived in mixed share houses throughout uni/work life and have always enjoyed it. Non-smoker but don’t mind if others are.
Aside from the thrill of having a ~ majestic ~ view of Wollongong Public Hospital, our house is super close to everything: a 5 minute walk to one of the Free Bus bus stops, 10 minute walk to Wollongong Station, and a 15 minute walk into the main town (if you wanna exercise a little but yknow not a lot). If you drive and have a car, you'll have access to garage and/or driveway parking depending on what you're feeling. (p.s. I'll be posting better photos of the room/house asap, I just had to make do with these for now)
Hey everyone, I'm looking for someone to move into a new place with. I'm not in a massive rush to move but I'm just looking for a change. I'm looking for 1 or 2 outgoing people who have goals and know what they're doing with their days or want to work towards something. I'm definitely not their myself yet but i just want to live in an environment that we can help each other out. I'm currently studying mechanical engineering and also work part time as a marketing manager for a company. I don't have the strictest budget and would prefer to live somewhere nice and clean. (Been doing the whole cheap accommodation for a few years now lol). I'm not really fussed about where to get a house other than not more than a 20 min drive from uni. I definitely enjoy a night out like anyone else but other than that not a big drinker or smoker. I do play a bunch of instruments tho and I'm learning a few more so if there's any aspiring musicians around we're going to be a good match. I'm really not the shy kind but do believe that personal space is important. So. if you think we'd get along as roommates, hit me up and lets get a coffee or tea or any other commercialized beverage and have a chat.

Downlights & lots of natural light morning/day, roller blinds & veiw overlooking Wollongong towards mountains. *You also have a comfortable, Queen size-(electric pump) Air mattress & sheets, incase you can't furnish with your own bed temporarily. For hygeine & health reasons, my suggestion is all tenants furnish with your own bed, the rest of the apartment is catered for even a sofa lounge for either of our guests. It’s a large entertainment floor space. 1 minute from Wollongong trainstation downstairs, a couple minutes walk to crown street free #55 bus to uni, 8 minutes walk to Wollongong Central/CBD & gym. Embedded (provider Seene) gas, electricity & gas hot water in apartments. House rules: tidy up after yourself, fridge, kitchen, dishes bins, high traffic areas, your room no smoking tidy on departure etc. Recycle, only use dishwasher if full. Please respect all items e.g washing machine etc. I've personally furnished the apartment with. No drugs or smoking inside unit complex, stipulated by body corporate, only allowed offsite; I'd prefer no antisocial behaviour/after effects from intoxication in the unit also, alcohol still acceptable provided reasonable behaviour. Fire alarm sprinkler system is isolated/floods apartment, expensive call out fee for Fire brigade false alarm. Quiet level/complex, families & proffessionals. Noise to be kept to reasonable & respectable level in conjunction with normal council & unit complex rules. I'm sole lessee, lease is till 31/07/2019 which I plan to renew. It’s requested all potential flatmates to complete an application for additional occupant approval (I have the forms, pretty standard). Once real estate approved & your share of security bond standard 4 week split paid (paid off gradually in addition to rent, under a negotiated written tenancy agreement fine too) You can move in & given responsibility of your own set of keys. You will be given a receipt & refunded bond on exit provided no damage or lossed keys etc. Courtesy when inviting guests, inform the other flatmate especially length of stay &/or overnight stay. It’s only 2 bedroom, & approved 2 occupants only, no long term guests, not ideal for couples. Utilities are in my name, & paid monthly, my last combined bill gas, electricity & hot water was approx. $100 with guests, so inexpensive & I can show you on request. All I request is the bills are fairly split & paid ontime, they aren't terribly expensive & quite reasonable considering convenience & rental in a cbd location. Only exception to a higher contribution is if noticeably high which should not be the case, as personal run from home businesses are against strata bylaws for this building, & listing targeted towards professionals, commuters, hospital workers, & uni students. Please be honest/courteous & offer to contribute more for utilities usage, if you know you'll be utilising facilities more, thankyou in advance. These living arrangements aren't cheap but they are convenient, central location, safe & secure so you can focus on work/study, & in a very convenient location to transport, uni & facilities, in the Wollongong CBD. I'm confident sharing this apartment will far outweigh the expense of looking for something similiar elsewhere. Welcome to inspect, or negotiate a trial to see whether you would like it first. Kind regards Robert

Hello! We are looking to rent a 2+ bedroom apartment/house in the Wollongong area (coastal stretch). We are looking for someone or a couple to team up with. A bit about us- I study fulltime at UOW and currently work weekends in Sydney. Dane works full time as a carpenter in Sydney. We both love being outdoors, going to the beach, surfing, exercise and the occasional wine/beer and a bbq. We are both pretty busy people and would rarely be home, but would like to live with someone who we can have a chat with but also enjoys their own space. We have a few places that we are going to inspect so let us know if this sounds like something you would be interested in :)
Hi, My name is Mia! I've just turned 18 and moved to Wollongong from a regional town just out of Adelaide, South Australia. I am currently studying full-time and UOW. I'm very peaceful and easygoing, easy to get along with, and keep to myself and my own space. I love meeting new people, minimalist interior design, music, travelling, and coffee! I am prioritising my double degree in journalism and media and comms at the moment, so I'll be very quiet and studious while I'm settling in to University life. I'm looking for a pretty comfortable female-oriented space, with some chill energies. That is preferably close to the uni, as I don't have any wheels
