A huge master room with an ensuite and walk thru robes for him and hers, available for rent is a very good/central location close to pretty much everything Wollongong has to offer. Wollongong train station is just cross the road, free bus is about 200m away, sushi restaurant is just down stairs as well as the Asian groceries. City mall and the Wollongong beach is within the walking distance. University is around 7 mins by the free bus, or aound 4 mins by car, uber or taxi. The room is big enough to accomodate 2 people. I would like to have people who can clean after themselves, keep the place clean and tidy, considerate of others and keep the noise down. I'm an artist currently working on small scale ink cartoons which I want to develop as content for tech platforms. I'm going back to studying to skill up in new media. I adore nature and like to spend time outdoors, particularly gardening. I'm considerate of other people's needs and moods and am a non smoker. I have bursts of talkativeness but mostly am self contained and very focussed on developing my work. I love food, but am a simple cook, and I don't eat junk food. I am also surprisingly capable and quite adept at fixing stuff.
Emily and I are both very easy going and a little awkward in photos. We love meeting and getting to know new people. Hi! We are looking for 2 new flatmates to join our big family in our old-world mansion. It is a very beautiful, spacious home with old wooden floor boards, high ceilings and eye catching views with glimpses of the ocean. The house is super conveniently located near: the CBD, uni, the hospital, Wollongong train station and the best bus routes. The first room is a large, airconditioned, double bedroom with a colossal built in wardrobe that is furnished (or you can bring your own furniture if you prefer). The move in date for this bedroom is the 29th of january. The second bedroom is even bigger than the first but does not have a built in wardrobe or airconditioning. The move in date is not confirmed for the second bedroom but will likely be around mid to late february. In the main house there are 6 of us. My partner and I also have our own living area at the front of the house and all 6 of us share the common areas (kitchen/dining/loung, bath/shower rooms and toilets). The kitchen/dining/lounge area is great for cooking and hanging out in with plenty of storage, fridge space, utensils and a good quality gas stove for cooking on. We are really lucky to have such a comfortable sharehouse with so much living, and bedroom space. Also, this is a very quiet home when needed because we have brick walls and the living areas are all very separate from the bedrooms, meaning plenty of sound insulation (good for sleep and study :D). There is also a nice backyard and balcony area that can be used for hanging out in (we have a fire pit). I'm also very house proud lol so the place always looks nice and planning to bring in some more furniture to make it look even nicer. There is also a self contained granny flat downstairs and completely separate from the rest of the house occupied by our semi-flatmate Brett.

I'm a 29 year old female, who is returning to full time uni for a career change after spending 10 years in retail management. I'm easy going and really relaxed. I like to be social and have a chat and a few drinks, but I am also happy with alone time as well. Ideally, I'd like to be in a place where we all get along and can be social with each other, more than just pleasantries, yet respect each others space when required. My favourite hobby is to dance, but I like being outside, going to the beach, on walks and to parks. I love animals, so if you have pets thats even better! I love sharing funny animal videos too. Usually at home I am just relaxed, very casual, don't dress up, and listen to music and dance around stupidly. However, can spend a whole day camped out binge watching netflix or a DVD on a rainy day.
