I'm a part-time bookseller, currently looking for full-time work. I'm social, enjoy meeting new people, and am happy to join in with group activities. I can bring my own furniture, and don't need a furnished room. I can provide a television and video game consoles, if that interests anyone. I also have a small board game collection, and make excellent pizza. The moving date is not set in stone, I am happy to arrange to move in earlier or later.
Well I'm always up for giving a helping hand I'm always relatively quiet to live with so you won't have to worry about constant noise as such I work full time and I am currently also looking for a second job on top of that About me well I'm a gamer, I read and like art, I go to the gym occasionally and I'm generally just always happy haha So yeh by the time you've finished reading this I hope you're thinking "this is the perfect guy" or somewhere along those lines haha
Hi, My name is Gabby. I am going to be moving to back to Canberra very soon from Melbourne I have just got a job and will move up in August-September. I am a complete whovian and so have lots of Who related stuff. I am a big geek and love being so. Interested in many things arts, politics, culture and love to talk. I have a pretty good friendship group in Canberra and am looking forward to moving back. I am quiet and considerate having lived in a few long term sharehouses. I do have furniture but I don't have to bring it with me as I am renting out my apartment here in Melbourne. I hope what I have written has piqued your interest in meeting me. Cheers, Gabby :)
I hsve just started a job in Canberra and am looking to find a place to live. I am fine with teaming up with others or going to my own place. Feel free to message me for any more information.
PHOTOS FROM PREVIOUS TENANT- I will update once I have move in. I am moving place on the 26th. House will be fully furnished except your room. Landlord will consider adult cats (no kittens sorry) room 1 easily fit a queen bed, room 2 can fit a double.
House is situated in a townhouse complex with parking. Built in robe in bedroom Central Location. close to shops and gyms and bus stops. WIFI and Electricity included. There is gas heating, but we don't use it due to running costs. That stuff is EXPENSIVE. However, if you're struggling and need it. We can negotiate on it. Bathroom is shared but currently no issues with 3 housemates. Only used for showering or shaving. Doesn't overlap. There will be a lease between myself and you, this is important to make sure no one is screwed around. NO COUPLES OR PETS.
I'm friendly, easy-going, conscientious, neat and tidy and pretty quiet. I work full time as a vet nurse, a job I absolutely love. In my spare time you'll find me relaxing, watching a movie or TV show, going to markets, out for dinner or walking my dog. I'm in no way a party animal, though I'm not opposed to a glass of wine or two. I like to keep a clean house and nothing annoys me more than people who can't clean up after themselves. I really have no huge preference to suburbs in Canberra. So yes, I have a dog. I also have two cats. Tommy is a 6yr old DSH who does nothing but sleep. Maxie is about 1.5yrs, also DSH. She's very sweet and a bit of a homebody. Roy is a small poodle mix, 7kg, about 1yr old, quite timid when he first meets people but a real character once he's happy and comfortable. The cats are outside during the day, inside at night and, being a vet nurse, I'm lucky enough to be able to take Roy with me to work every day! Both cats are litter trained and Roy is house trained. All three are up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatment. Can provide referees.
Hey! So I'm a student studying at CMA in mitchell, next year I'll be a qualified beauty therapist I'm quite, clean and very friendly. I tend to get along with anyone. I keep to myself a lot. Although, I don't mind spending a few nights together or having a chat. I'm young and creative and enjoy just hanging around watching Netflix or doing some baking. Always been a Canberra gal, im not a loud person nor am I a partier. That doesn't stop me from the one off nights where I might wanna go out (although I haven't been out for nearly 2 years). I'd be down with hanging around & having a few drinks. I have a small inside dog, everyone adores him, his a great dog who gets along with other animals too. His names Xavier and his a shoodle :) I can't afford much due to being a student, once I'm a qualified therapist I hope to do mobile/at home treatments. I would prefer living with another individual or alone. This is due to me being extremely shy and anxious. I would like to open up and meet new people though too. I'm recently broken up from my partner of 3 years, still currently living with him. We are still extremely close, so there is chance every so often of him staying the night.
I am 25 and work full time at the legislative assembly. I'm easy going and generally enjoy keeping to myself but enjoy a casual chat in the evening. I spend most weekends either out watching sport, playing myself (I play Aussie Rules and Ice Hockey) or just simply catching up with mates.
I work at a Departments store, am quiet and tidy and like to do housework and gardening. I have a massive movie collection so if you are a movie buff too we'll get along. I like to read, listen to a wide range of eclectic music, watercolour paint and have been known to bake a great batch of double chocolate brownie in my time. I work till late most nights and generally do not start work until late afternoon otherwise i'm your average 9-5 worker. I am a bit shy at first but i'd like to make a new friend ( or two, or three! :D)
I'm clean and tidy, respectful of others. I like to have laugh and a glass of wine. I'm an animal lover with an 8 year old Staffy who's a very well behaved, housetrained cared for little guy. He will lick you to death with love. I'm looking for something temporary for a round 3 -6 months until my partner starts works in Canberra. Please feel free to chat to discuss further.
Hello, I'm a recent public relations graduate currently doing bar work. I like to hang out and watch movies but love geeking it up on my computer as well. I love dogs but currently have no pets and like a good balance between being social with a few wines or beers and being lazy. As I am currently awaiting full time work in my field my current max budget for a place is $200pw Cheers!
I'm a 32yo single mum seeking accommodation for myself only. I am in the process of enrolling into uni for next year so I'm spending most of my time until then with my daughter, at my parents house, where she currently resides. I'm really just looking for my own space to relax in after long, fulfilling days of building and mending, and of restructuring family fences; a stable anchor point; home. I'm incredibly well house trained, and although I'm not always a social butterfly, please don't take it personally - an entire day with my family often saps me of the most basic of people skills... That's not to say I won't come out to play every once in a while. In fact, I do enjoy the odd social dinner, movie night or board game/video game/card game gathering on occasion. We all need release from time to time 😊 I like to bake, when the mood strikes, and on the days I can't spend with my daughter, I love nothing more than sitting in the sunshine with a coffee, a good book (or crossword), and a couple of cigarettes. Tunes mandatory. NB - I smoke, but strictly outdoors. Happy to negotiate an area away from house if an issue
I'm moving to Canberra on 28 Aug 17 from Singapore , looking for a room to rent. I love to travel and learn foreign language and new culture. I am a tidy and easy going person.
I am a fun loving easy going gal. I get along with most ppl. I am shy at first though. I love socialising but also love spending time on my own. I am about to start studying vet nursing. I work part time at Aldi in Coleman court. I have two amazing kitties who I adore so very much. My hobbies include reading and crocheting and just hanging out with friends. When the weather is warmer I like to go for walks and BBQs and generally just enjoy life
Moving to Canberra for work, APS. Looking for a place in a larger house preferably where more than 2 people are not sharing a bathroom. The place needs to be furnished. I'm neat and social. If I'm going to drink I don't have just 1 glass of wine. I've been going to the gym for a while now so would like a place that's close to an anytime fitness or has a nearby park for a good run. I like to have friends over on the weekends to hang out or possibly crash for a night or so. Like to keep things clean with financials. Rent on time, bills on time. Essentially we will get along great if you're not wacky.
