I am very respectful, extremely clean and tidy with excellent references. Enjoy healthy living and don't smoke or drink/drugs. I have a well behaved dog and cat and some savings. I'm currently winding up managing a farmstay to go back to living on the coast from Brisbane area and looking to move as soon as possible but happy if I need to wait a few weeks too. I have a craft business and also nanny to supplement this when I move back. I love animals, nature and meditation/yoga. Thanks kindly ☺
Well hello! Sometimes, life doesn't go as planned, & me & my two daughters aged 8 & 10 have recently found ourselves without permanent residence as a relationship we relocated for didn't pan out. We are looking for a place we can call home...The girls are at Pomona Primary so preferably somewhere close by, & I am a Remedial Massage Therapist working in Noosa & Eumundi. We are busy with after-school activities & outdoorsy stuff on the weekend. We are really rarely home except mornings & evenings.. When at home we like to cook, and read stories & the girls are both artistic & interested in nature. I write, draw, sing & love horseriding, bushwalking & the beach. I love yoga & think maybe meditation might be calling me these days too!! Lol We have a beautiful quiet kelpie dog with a soft sweet nature & the girls have 2 rats! (Don't worry, they're lovely & don't smell at all!) We are clean & respectful....& just want a space of our own now after a bit of a rocky road lately. A self contained cabin situation would be ideal. I'm a university educated, kind & generally happy person. I love nature, meeting new people, & an occasional glass of wine. I am looking at this all as a wonderful adventure, & determined to make a beautiful life here still! Would love to share with a friendly non-intrusive female flatmate, who is respectful of our space (as we would be theirs!), & can offer a safe, happy house for my children & I until we are properly sorted. I've my fingers crossed that we meet soon!
Hi my name is Marisa, I am studying Sound Healing and am a musician and writer. I am tidy and respectful and like cooking. I love the beach and nature. I grew up in Doonan and have lived lots in lots of places before returning back to the sunshine coast. I practice meditation and yoga. I am an outside tobacco smoker. I'm usually a quiet soul... except for the music. :) + Edit description
Surrounded by bush in a friendly neighbourhood, right beside the lake and the Noosa River, this small but comfortable home is where I have studied and lived for the past 16 years. I try to keep a minimalist open plan feel, with a welcoming kitchen. Solar power and good internet are among other pluses, as are the lovely bush and lake walks that start at the front gate. Smoking is allowed outside, but not inside, and while I love animals I am a bit iffy on pets out of respect for my cat...I guess super friendly pets might be okay, but be aware, the property is largely un-fenced. This house is quiet and relaxed but not far from town with possible parking on the front lawn. Your room has built in wardrobe, large window, ceiling fan and is close to the spacious bathroom. We have good internet but no television connection because, well, I just don't like it enough to be bothered :-)
I am a flexible, community oriented woman who enjoys nature and a natural lifestyle, going for long walks on the beach or in the bush. I love gardening, pets of all sorts. I don't have a a pet at the moment, would love the chance to have a furry friend around once again. Also very keen to enjoy a country life, with a few chickens around to supplement my natural diet. However, happy to do without if that is what is required. I work part time, usually community nursing and midwifery, volunteering my services when called upon to do so. I am a Canadian by birth but am an Australian citizen, living in Australia for almost 30 years. I have one daughter (born in Darwin) who is about to be married and she lives in Canada with her fiancee. Although I am living in Brisbane at the moment, I have quite a few friends in the sunshine coast area and would like to spend more time with them.

I'm here to see if anyone would be interested in Teaming up and applying for a nice rental together. I have been looking into share rental accommodation or considering renting a room off someone already established. I am able to move anywhere in Australia and am very flexible when it comes to location. Must be respectful towards each other and each others property. I'm a neat person, don't have kids, don't have any pets but I do like animals... Quick at paying my bills and always on time, I respect peoples privacy, I'm willing to compromise with wants and needs with the accommodation and I will always help out when I can. If you would like to get in contact feel free to message me. I'm a friendly and easy going person so don't hesitate to ask any questions. Wishing you all the best, Paul
My husband and I are from Brasil, he is a Body Corporate Manager at First Nacional Real Estate and I am a Chef, working as a Social Media Advisor sometimes. We are really quiet and tidy couple, we like to spend our time outside or cooking.
I'm easygoing, clean and tidy, I respect personal space but I'm down for a chat or movie night or dinner with housemates if that's how you roll. I'm a christian and I don't smoke or drink. I'm a graphic designer. I enjoy the outdoors including mountain biking, snorkelling and bushwalking. In my down time I enjoy reading, playing guitar, or movie nights. I'm from Brisbane and looking for short term accommodation, for 2-3 months or longer if suitable.
I am quiet, tidy and dont smoke, drink or party. I work 30+ hours a week, and spend my spare time relaxing or walking my dog. I have a medium to large male ridgeback cross who is friendly but would prefer enclosed yard (can provide fencing), as he is outside only. I need somewhere i am welcomed and feel comfortable living, and i will participate in all household chores and activities. This will be my first rentshare, so apologies if i am a little nervous. Feel free to ask anything.
I have in the last 12 months relocated to the Sunshine Coast from brisbane, currently living in my parents house in Sippy Downs until I find somewhere closer to work. I’m a full time kennel and breeding manager for smart pups. I have done dog training and vet nursing previously - so my best friend chewbarka is always happy, healthy and well behaved! Ideally looking for a place with decent fencing and any size yard is fine - I take chewie out for runs on the beach and dog park daily. Chewie is a 4 yr old, desexed male, Australian shepherd (medium breed), he is obedience trained and also knows plenty of other handy tricks.. he can get you a beer from the fridge 🐶 He is always well groomed and maintained. He is an indoor dog, but knows he isn’t allowed on furniture or in the kitchen - only place I allow him is to lay on my bed if invited. OKAY enough about my dog.. more about me! I work a lot, chew sometimes comes to work with me. I also go to the gym 5 days a week. On weekends I like to hang out with my friends, go for a swim, go stand up paddle boarding or alternatively have a lazy day at home. Not huge on clubbing, but do definitely enjoy a drink on a weekend or after a long day! I’m a super clean person and don’t like mess, I do however actually enjoy cleaning. Any spaces I use I like to keep fairly spotless at all times. I’m a little lame and LOVE gardening, so I have plenty of indoor plants and will happily chip in to help with any outdoor yard maintenance. I do like my own space, but definitely would prefer a share house where I could have a wine and a chat with any housemates and I guess make friends. I feel like a housemate you can’t hang out with would be terrible! Please let me know if you think I’d fit in in your house! I have put down that the max I will pay is $200 but I can afford way more than that for the right place.
Im Pretty quiet and prefer my own space. Mostly just home alone or out to see friends. I usually work a lot and study part time. I have a cat, i dont really go out at night, but will occasionally have a casual drink at home. easy to get along with and friendly.
We love Australia and the surf culture around it. We arrived 2 years ago with a working holiday visa been living in Noosa for a while then travelled to Western Australia and staid there for almost 1 year, we missed Noosa so much we had to come back. I am Italian working as chef studying carpentry in Brisbane 2 days a week. I have a passion for photography and love surfing. My partner Keili is Estonian and works as a waitress. She is very good paintress as well. We are a relaxed and peaceful couple that doesn't smoke or have parties. Our perfect share house would have a good sized area or garage were we could store our bicycles (our main way of transportation) and surfboards. We would like to have access to internet.
