My name is Hayley and I am a university student going into my last year studies. I currently work at a before and after school in Coombs, which I also run as I am one of the head educators at my centre. I am currently studying online to join the Australian Federal Police. I am hoping by middle this year or by the end of the year, I am on my way into becoming a police officer. I was born in Canberra and lived with my family for 21 years but this year I am turning 22 and I am ready to venture out. This will be my first time in moving out of the home and I would love to try this experience to see what I am capable of doing on my own.
Grad working in the APS. Looking for a place with LGBT friendly folk. I'm clean, can't cook and honest. I am a single guy, so may want to bring some company over etc.🤷🏻♀️ In my free time I like to play video games, go for walks and longue.
I’m looking for a room to rent until the end of Jun. I am completing my final semester of undergraduate studies at the ANU. Open to moving anywhere within a 20min drive of the uni. Friends describe me as easygoing, quiet and respectful. Completely flexible, I am clean and reliable. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks!
I currently study a double degree at the ANU, (heading into my 4th year, yikes) and also work part time at Calvary Hospital as a Health Information Officer. I'm a really friendly person, love a good meal, especially with a good drink to go with it. Ooo, and I'm getting really into cooking over the last year, so be prepared for homemade goods to be shared with the house!

Looking for a house/room for the next 6 months as a minimum, with potential for ongoing/permanency if it's the right mix/set-up. About me: I'm starting a new job as a Physio in March, and moving up from Melbourne. I don't take life to seriously, happy to have chats and build a friendly rapport with fellow housemates. Am respectful of others lifestyles and preferences. Like to keep things neat and tidy, and am approachable, so if i'm doing anything annoying just let me know! Otherwise, working, staying active, riding mountain bikes are my main ventures. Looking to move in anytime in March, flexible with start dates. Shoot me a message if you're keen to tee something up. Cheers !
I've moved here from Melbourne as an ICT grad. I am looking forward to move into a rental with two others, preferably Inner-north or Inner-south CBR. I've previously lived in share-houses, so you can expect me to be respectful, clean and tidy. I keep to myself most of the time, though I don't mind spending a time together or having a chat. I have a lean edge when it comes to road trips and adventures though. You'll find me mostly quite but I promise I'm friendly, and I enjoy meeting new people. I do respect for people's privacy and opinions, and I'm not against any of the LGBT+ traditions. Message me, if you think I sound like a potential housemate. Cheers! :)
Very central, 5 mins from Coolamon Court and 12 mins to the centre of the City. The townhouse is a good size and right across the road is Coombs pond. Your bedroom/balcony would overlook this. The master bedroom is a normal size, built in robes and ensuite. The house is super clean and I would love to keep it that way. The house has everything, all you would need to do is bring your bedroom furniture. You would also be getting a secure/remote controlled car space. If you have things that need to be stored, the garage is yours to do whatever you like with!
Hi! I've just moved to Canberra for my first full-time job - Intern in Canberra and Calvary hospitals. I've lived in university on-campus accommodation and shared house with ensuite bathroom in the past. I prefer having an ensuite room or a room with own bathroom. I always clean-up after myself and wouldn't mind taking turns cleaning common areas in the house. I am hoping to find a quiet, clean and tidy place with respectful housemates (preferably females). I would be keen for occasional housemate(s) dinner/gathering, if I'm not too tired from work. I enjoy exploring new places, going to cafes, and exercising. Looking for places which are flexible with length of stay - I'd definitely prefer not to move around too often, but wanna make sure I really like the place before committing long term. Thanks
Hi, My name is Elise. I currently live in Melbourne, however I am looking to move to Canberra in the near future as I've met some new friends there and generally find the peacefulness of the capital appealing. To tell you a bit about myself, I'll start off by saying that I'm a 22 year old MtF transgender woman, meaning I am looking for housemates who are accepting of the LGBTQIA+ community. For work, I currently run a home IT business that makes me a reliable income for living in Melbourne. Upon moving to Canberra however, my first priority will be to get a job as I am not sure of the reliability of the income from my current job once the location has shifted. For the time period in which I will be looking for work, I have $5,000 saved up which would go towards paying rent and any bills until I have a steady income again. My hobbies include gaming, cooking, music and being around friends. Since I'm naturally a quiet person, I don’t think that anyone would have any issues with me being too loud around the house. Preferably my room would have space for a desk in addition to a double bed so that I could game from my bedroom, therefore not disturbing anyone else. I wouldn’t be a troublemaker in any sense of the word; I avoid drama and do not have any bad habits such as taking drugs or smoking. Due to past experiences, I would prefer to live with people who identify as female as I am not quite as comfortable around males. Due to the nature of my work and hobbies, houses that have NBN would be great, but it's not a necessity! I'm also happy to help cook for the house; especially if the kitchen is pleasant to be in. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask! Thank you for your time, Elise

Highly educated, great communicator, respectful, considerate, easy going, tidy and clean, love fitness and coffee. I believe that one of the best things about living in a share-home is the people you meet and the new experiences you are exposed to. Cheers!
I’m a single lass currently living in Brisbane and moving to Canberra in February for a grad job. I’m a pretty chill person who likes to keep their surroundings tidy. Bonus points if you have pets since I’ll be leaving my little dog at home and need an animal to give a lots of love 😊
I am a quiet guy and a clean person. I work full-time Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. If I am not working I like to play games, watch movies/Netflix and have an occasional drink. I am looking for a nice modern low maintenance place with internet preferably all bills included. I don't mind the location since my work is all around Canberra but will need a safe parking spot for a work car.
I work full time in marketing and spend my spare time with my head in a book or catching up with friends. I enjoy cooking and (sad to admit) cleaning. I’m pretty sociable so up for a chat, dinner or wine but also respect space and privacy. I do have a gorgeous Bengal cross cat Leo who has a very calm nature about him who I would be looking to bring with me. Ideally I would be looking to only share with one or two others. Own bathroom would be preferred but not essential!
This is a super quiet and peaceful little cottage in the well established part of Weston. Recent renovations give the house a clean and fresh feel, stylishly furnished, there are all the comforts that make a house feel lived in and homely. Looking for an active housemate to share with two similar mature aged singles. Both professionals, one has own consultancy business and mostly works from home, the other works for APS. Generally we’re either out playing tennis, hiking, cycling, kayaking, going to the movies or catching up with friends in the evenings and on the weekends. TV not a focal point, and strictly a pet-free/smoke-free household. If you love gardening that would be considered an absolute bonus! Your bedroom has a super comfortable bed with 4 large storage drawers, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables/LED lamp, and a desk. The bathroom is shared, we just consider the others routine preferences and there aren’t any issues. Considerate, respectful housemates - life doesn't need to be complicated unless you make it so ;-) The house is insulated brick with solar power, generating around 75% of household usage, and rainwater tanks plumbed into whole of house cut down on water usage. Great airflow throughout, air conditioning only used during heatwaves if at all. The lovely back veranda area, complete with a hammock, is so peaceful for a snooze or quiet read. The deck is perfect for alfresco dining also. Lots of bird life in the back garden which add to the peaceful ambiance. 5 mins walk to bus stop, 10 mins walk to Coolaman Court shops, restaurants and other facilities. Westfield Woden just 3 km away, so walking distance or an easy bus ride. Canberra Hospital 4 km, ANU 8 km, CBD 8 km. Easy access to main arterial road network and bike ways. There is lockable storage for your bicycle or kayak.

Hi! I am currently working at a pub in Sydney but am moving to Canberra. I will be studying at CMA. I would love to live in a household with other students and have a fun and social environment. I love animals, eating food and having a few (or more) drinks. Hope to hear back from you soon :)
I'm looking to rent a place either by myself or with a peaceful, self aware, tidy, friendly person. I love a good conversation, I also like my own time and respect privacy. I am very domesticated, I cook, clean, wash, pay my bill's. I work full time and attend classes at CIT twice a week. I have a full schedule. I have a mountain bike for rides around the lake or block. I like to keep relatively fit. I've been known to send myself to see a movie. So a movie buddy would be a bonus 😊 I have family in Canberra, so a ute or helping hand if we need is never far. I'm looking for a santuary I can be at ease.
