Hi! I'm looking to rent one room in a three bedroom townhouse (third room to remain spare). The building is only six months old. Living areas are furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished - although we could work something out on this if necessary. I have an ensuite so you would have the main bathroom to yourself. There is an active NBN connection, gas cooking and wall-mounted heating/cooling in the living area. The location is a short walk to local bus stops and also the Coombs shopping centre (currently under construction).
A long kitchen and island bench looks over a spacious common area that readily accommodates 8-10 people when required. This common space is north facing with hardwood floors and leads out through glass double doors to the front yard. There is also a separate study area with space for a large desk and side table available. Our area of Coombs is close to the Tuggeranong parkway allowing quick access to all regions of Canberra. All the houses on our street though are accessible by laneway so there is very little traffic or noise. The house itself is equipped with ducted reverse-cycle heating. The room itself faces north with a view across the arboretum to Black mountain and Telstra tower for the room itself and the attached balcony. The room has a large sliding door double wardrobe and room for a double bed.

Mitchell's hobbies include art and photograpy, running and camping, hikes through national parks and the occasional visit to the cinema. mariah's hobbies include being a bookworm and writing her own stories, going for walks/hikes, camping and some art every now and then and a little bit of gaming. We both love animals but don't have any ourselves, and have no problems if our flat mate or mates have animals
Hey! Ill be starting my uni degree in forensic science and justice studies in August. I'm quite, clean and very friendly. I tend to get along with anyone. I keep to myself a lot. Although, I don't mind spending a few nights together or having a chat. I'm young and creative and enjoy just hanging around watching Netflix or doing some baking. Always been a Canberra gal, im not a loud person nor am I a partier. That doesn't stop me from the one off nights where I might wanna go out. I'd be down with hanging around having a few drinks. I have a small inside dog, everyone adores him, his a great dog who gets along with other animals too.
We live in a townhouse which has plenty of space, so we don't feel like we are living on top of one and other. The house has a BBQ, as well as heating and air-conditioning. It is pretty well furnished already, but if you want to add anything to the shared spaces we are happy to chat about it. Unlimited internet and there is a Netflix account for the house.
My names Savannah, Originally from Wagga, just moved to Canberra. I'm 19 and i'm a hairdresser. I work long hours and do late nights. I do like to cook. I am a tidy person. I'm always up for going out, having a few drinks, meeting new people but i also enjoy quiet and space.
I'm a 2nd year law student at UC working part-time (almost full-time) at a law firm in the city. I tend to keep to myself only due to being busy however enjoy a chat and the company of others when I'm around. I have a boyfriend who would occasionally stay (once every couple of weeks) however he would not become a third housemate or anything. If possible, I am after somewhere a bit more permanent so I don't have to keep moving. I'm pretty relaxed and happy to do my own thing most of the time.
The house was only built at the beginning of 2015, so is nice and new with a very low maintenance garden, great outdoor area for summer, and ducted heating and cooling for comfort. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. If you need public transport, there is a bus stop down the road you can access. About you: We are looking for a housemate who is easy to get along with, doesn't mind hanging out on the couch with us sometimes but who also has their own interests. Ideally you will have previously lived in a share house, work full-time and are clean and tidy! Rent is $200 per week which includes exclusive use of the garage. We share bills equally between the three of us, which includes gas, electricity, internet and Foxtel (entertainment and sports package) Sorry, no couples or smokers. Unfortunately we are only allowed one pet on this lease so no pets either sorry.
Wright is a newly developed and central suburb in Canberra. This listing is for a bedroom in a brand new development. Currently no pictures of the apartment/room on the inside, as its not yet completed. (Should be finished in early-mid June). Wright is a perfect location, only between a 5-15min drive to all the main shopping centres such as Woden, the City and Belconnen. The apartment is a 2 bedroom place, and it will be fully furnished, aside from your bedroom. It is approximately 3.1m x 3.1m, with a built robe. You will have have the use of the main bathroom. There is also an ensuite, so the main will essentially be all yours! The apartment has a balcony with great views. You will also have your own underground car space, which is included in the cost. Apologies but no pets or persons who smoke please. Sorry!

I'm currently working full-time and will also be starting study at uni in august. So will most likely won't spend a lot of time at home. I'm very friendly and easy going and am always up for a chat. I also like to keep things tidy and clean up after myself. I've recently moved back home after my lease at another place ended and am now looking for another place.
My name is Bradley. I am a recent graduate from ANU and currently working at the airport. I am moving out and looking for a place with clean and tidy flatmates. I get along well with anyone and have experience living on my own as well. If you are looking for a friendly, clean and respectful flatmate please contact me.
Looking for a housemate to share with a 26yr old female and two dogs (a terrier and a husky x) in a house in Wright. Directly across the road from Stromlo, it's an amazing location if you like hiking or mountain biking. 10-15 minutes away from all the major town centres. You'd have your own bathroom and parking space in the garage, and there's also extra storage room in the spare bedroom/space to turn it into a study. I'm looking for someone neat, tidy and sociable. Love a glass of wine and a chat after work and the occasional TV binge. Bonus points if you have an excellent sense of humour and appreciation for bad puns. House is connected to the NBN which is included in the price, with all other bills and utilities split evenly.
I have a fully furnished room with a TV in modern renovated clean and tidy house with a big deck out the back and private yard for relaxing. I have plenty of parking space. I have two very friendly Burmese cats who are like dogs and love attention, they live inside and outside. So if you dont like cats probably not a good place to live. ;-)
Big Kitchen, open but easy to maintain backyard, lots of space and easy to clean. With solar panels set up so bills particularly in the summer are super cheap. Super cheap rent. The house itself is furnished with things acquired by the household as people have come and gone, however the room is completely unfurnished.

Hi, I've just moved to Canberra for work and am looking for somewhere to share. I'm tidy, sociable and very understanding of personal space. Please send me a message if you'd like to know more!
I'm a 30 year old woman from Slovenia. I am moving to Canberra to work as an astronomer at the observatory. I am looking for a private room in a shared house, preferably with a garden, from mid June. Heating in the room during the winter time is essential. I like to spend my time outside - hiking, cycling, snorkeling, whale watching, stargazing etc. but I also like to read in the garden, play cello (a silent one!), take photos and enjoy interesting conversations. I would very much like to live with people who would not only be my flatmates but also friends who would join me on my adventures, share a meal and go out together now and then.

I am wanting somewhere to stay that is a self contained, one bedroomed unit or granny flat where I will stay ( mainly Sunday to Thursday) each week. Sometimes my husband will join me. We live in Wagga; I am a professional person, quiet and live in a spotless home in Wagga (our own) so would want a bright and cheerful place with light and off street parking if that was possible. I'll be working in Deakin, ACT.
I'm a fully qualified pastry chef who got a certificate and decided to try my hand in marketing 😂 I work long hours, so only really home at night. I can cook 😏 I can clean😏 I can laugh 😂 but I'm not a big party goer... need my 8 hours sleep.
Hi! How much do I NOT want this to sound like a profile on a dating site?! I'm 31, originally from Sydney, lived in Melbourne for a long while, now in Canberra. I've just swapped my laboratory job for a nice, comfy public service role, so I guess I'm a true Canberran now. I can't live without coffee, music, naps, and general nerdery (science/literature). But mainly coffee. I'm quiet to live with (actually quite boring, I'm always in my room reading/studying/messing around online. I hardly ever watch TV). In saying that, I'm also sociable and enjoy a chat and a meal with flatmates, and if there's a Netflix marathon to be had, I'm in. I'm looking to live with a professional, friendly non-smoker who keeps communal spaces relatively tidy (I'm okay with dirty dishes left in the sink for a day or two...a week is pushing it!) I also really need to live with someone who's quiet when I'm sleeping, as I like to go to bed quite early (around 10.30pm). Ideally, I would love my own bathroom or an ensuite and a carapace. I'm not overly fussed about which suburb I live in, as long as the place and the people suit me.
