I am a friendly 25yo female looking for a room in a share house or a self contained flat. Very tidy and respectful, will be working full time in Epsom so looking in the Kyneton, Gisbourne, Macedon etc area.
I'm a recent graduate who's about to start work in the Macedon Ranges/Bendigo area. I'm quiet but friendly and get along very well with most people. I'm looking for a room in a small sharehouse or somebody to team up with, preferably another female.
I am a hardworking young female with a busy social life. I have lived in many house sharing situations, varying from living with one friend to sharing with 4 others in a share house. I enjoy living in a clean environment and always happy to pitch in and help wherever I can. I respect the need for personal space but am also happy to be friends and spend time with the people I live with.
The second bedroom is occupied by a local man. It's a beautiful rural property a couple of minutes out of Kyneton township. The landlord also lives at the same address in another house. There is lots of space and it's nice and quite, there are always kangaroos in the backyard and lovely views (especially from the bedroom). The rooms are spacious, the house is fully furnished. There is a washing machine and dryer, and well appointed kitchen. Although the internet is not connected NBN is available. If a couple were to move in the room would be $200 with utility bills included.
Self-employed creative professional. Part-time student. I love nature, painting, yoga and holistic living. I'm a pretty relaxed person. I have an independent nature and like my own space, but also love cooking, sharing food and time with friends. Respectful of peoples' boundaries, clean and tidy person and organised with paying bills on time etc Looking for a quiet house that feels like a home, and it would be great to live with housemates who have a similar peaceful vibe/flow. My routine tends to involve an early start, so finding a room that is quiet at night is important. I would prefer an all-female household, but flexible with this.
Hi, I am moving to Castlemaine to be closer to my parents, so I can help on their farm in Maldon. I work full time managing a Forensic Cleaning Company, and absolutely love my job. I come with 2 awesome cats, Oprah and Stedman, they are fully house trained and adorable. I will be commuting to Melbourne most days and on the farm in the weekends, so it's likely I won't be home all that often.
It is Australia's only monolithic dome house. The construction process means it is warm in winter, (with gas fires for the cold times) and cool in summer. The house is three stories and your room is on the ground floor, and has an adjacent living room with its own stove. You can use it or the main kitchen upstairs. The house is very safe to live in. It can withstand tornadoes and earthquakes and is very fire resistant. The windows are double glazed with the outer glass being toughened, so no-one can break in. All the normal costs are included in the rent. There is gas heating. There is solar and wind electricity. This gives a good electric supply, but unfortunately I prefer someone with a portable computer rather than an electric guzzling mainframe! There is plenty of parking. The Ballan train station is just two minutes away. There are trains every hour to Melbourne and Ballarat, with trains also going to Ararat and Maryborough. If you study or work in Melbourne you can do that from this house in Ballan. The sunsets are amazing.
Looking to find a place in Ballarat
Hi! I'm looking to find a share house in Ballarat! I'm a relaxed single mother of a boy turning six in April who visits his dad every second weekend. He's a great kid who sleeps well will be at school all day. I'm moving in to Ballarat from a while out so I can be closer to uni. I love to cook (and I'm happy to cook for the household) and consider myself to be quite clean and tidy. I'm open to the odd house party or games night, but I don't know many people in town and I'm happy to keep to myself. Finding somewhere with good internet is essential and would prefer somewhere with a yard. Pets are absolutely negotiable as I do love animals. I spend my evening time playing games or studying. Max $125 for rent and bills per room (I would require two) and would love to find someone who is in it for a couple of years.
Hey! I’m looking for somewhere new to live! I’m currently at my parents after a bit of time overseas so would prefer somewhere independent. I’m open to share houses or somewhere by myself depending on the circumstances. Living with new people would be great as I’m happy to chit chat but also do my own thing and live a pretty busy life with full time work and socialising with friends and family. I work in Ballarat Central and go to Fernwood gym so I am flexible with the location. Length of stay is negotiable and I may want long term but there is potential for me to transfer to Melbourne with work so would appreciate flexibility.
