Well I am a massage therapist, I am from Melbourne and i like a nice quiet evening watching tv, going out with friends. I am avid reader and you will most likely see me without my tablet in hand or a book. I can cook some things and clean up after myself. I am tidy but not a neat freak and friendly.
I am a food science professional and a student at the university of Melbourne. I am fairly quiet, compatible with all ideologies and thinking. I am flexible living with people who have pets or smoke, though I am not a smoker myself. I am a supporter of LGBT group. I am a workaholic and most of the time work on my job stuff, but do like to watch some good TV series once in a while.
Creative Professional late 30's comes with beautiful dog and cat. Dog needs a secure yard. Wanting to move out of the city, looking for space, nature, relaxed lifestyle. Lovely, clean 3 bedroom house overlooking nature. Great heating and great cooling - setting up a share house - shared responsible self host house in Barry's Reef. Must be working. Fully furnished. Please contact Jody. Neg for couple sharing a room. View available immediately. Friendly female caretaker on call.
Absolute serenity is here in abundance, 20 mins from Daylesford, 25 mins from Ballarat. Beautiful walks all around. You do need a car to live here, there's no public transport, apart from a school bus twice a day for kids. We are looking for a female flatmate to share our cute and cosy home. Happy to consider pets, and would consider a single mum with one child. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Satelite NBN included in the rent, electricity extra. Kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces.
I like to share what i do for fun with those around me and bring the house together. I have a gentle cat who timidly sticks to me, and she's non-destructive. I'm super into LGBTQI+ and am myself genderqueer. I like things quiet and calm, and ideally would like to be friends with the person i live with.
Hello there :-) We are looking for someone, two or three to share our cute rental space / family home in Castlemaine, just a pleasant 2km from the train station and centre of town, via the Campbell’s Creek Walking & Bike Trail, which our property backs on to. The double / LARGE, sunny bedroom @ the front of the house, is available at present but we are open to switching things around and offering the smaller room at the back if need be also. The light filled and comfortable home has lots of storage space + two sheds, semi open plan living areas, a second toilet in the laundry (always useful when sharing) & a great shaded / covered outdoor eating area / communal space as well as lovely garden with a few fruit trees, four filled veggie boxes and a little green house going 🌱

Easy going, laid back lesbian couple, we smoke, we drink and we have fun but are also very respectful of other people especially in a share house environment... both experienced share housers, we dont work(disabilty pensioners) and are great at keeping things neat and tidy..
Within easy walking distance of Ballan train station, with trains nearly every hour to Melbourne or Ballarat. Each room will suit a full time student, or working professional. Each room is for a single person. Three rooms have ensuite bathrooms, and two use a shared bathroom. There are also four living rooms in the house that are available for you to use, with a large library of books and music. I am getting the rooms ready for occupation from Nov 2018. This is at the Dome house and there are five acres of land where gardens are being built using biodynamic organic gardening and 9 walking labyrinths of various sizes. The house has mains gas, and solar and wind electricity. Because electricity is limited, people cannot have high powered desk computers. Laptops are OK. This is a real chance to live in a unique house within an hour commuting of Melbourne. I do intend having the bathrooms and rooms cleaned and vacuumed once a week and the bed linen changed. I have a professional cleaner who will be doing this. This is included in the rent. So you will really have serviced rooms. For overseas students Ballan is classified as regional area for living. So it would suit students studying in regional Ballarat who may in the future be applying for residence. I am a migration agent myself with 30 years experience and would be able to assist on my normal fee scales for migration cases. Room 5 is actually a self-contained unit in another building on the property. It has its own kitchen and bathroom. It will suit a working man.
Hi, I am happy, honest trustworthy reliable and trustworthy. I pretty clean and do my best to keep the house clean and tidy. I respect others things and space. I love most music especially country and rock'n'roll. But I also enjoy the latest hits and listening or watching the News. I am a chatty, sensitive and kind hearted person. But I am also quite confident and tough when I need to be. I don't mind sharing some food or Laundry power. Aslong as you don't use it all. If you do use it ( say if you just got hungry and felt like it ) then it's fine, Just remember replace it. In your next shop. i would like to have a shelf or section in the fridge that is mine. Anything Can be discussed further in person or via messages.
Hey guys, my names Charmaine 17 ( turning 18 in January) & im looking for a somewhere to live, & move forward with my life. I work at the sporto as a waitress for the time being, I'm neat & tidy. This is a very large, two storey house on a sizeable farm with cattle and horses. It is rural and quiet with many trees including a small orchard near the house. Bird life is plentiful and varied and we have a resident pea hen. Unfortunately, no pets can be brought onto the property. It is an easy 10 minute drive from Gisborne; 15 mins to Bacchus Marsh; 20 mins to Riddells Creek and Woodend; 35 mins to Kyneton; and, 40 mins to Melbourne Airport. Each floor has a large shared kitchen. Kitchen utensils and cookware are available for your use. There is a communal laundry on the top floor. A separate TV room adjoins the top floor kitchen. There is plenty of space for barbecues and outside living. All bills and internet access are included in the rent. There are several rooms available over the two floors. Currently Rooms 2 and 3 are occupied. The first bedroom is large with a dressing room with ample storage space. It can easily fit a kingsize bed, desk and comfortable sofas or chairs. The picture windows look out over the Macedon Ranges. The private bathroom is large and includes a bath. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $220 for a single and $250 for a couple, per week. The second bedroom is also large with a BIW. It can fit a kingsize bed, a desk and one or two comfortable chairs. The bay window looks out onto the Macedon Ranges. The available bathroom is large and shared with one other flatmate. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $220 for a single and $250 for a couple per week. Currently taken. The third bedroom is smaller, with a BIW. It is suitable for a king single, or possibly a double. A small desk and chair will fit into it. The available bathroom is large and shared with one, perhaps two flatmates. The cost is $160 per week. Currently taken. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are downstairs and can be suitable for couples as well as individuals. They each have a BIW. There is a shared bathroom. The cost for each room is $180 for a single and $220 for two people. There is plenty of off street parking, but not undercover and included in the rent. Some limited garaged car space is available at an extra cost. The access road is sealed and the winding driveway has a gravel surface. Entry is by a security gate. I will continue to live on the property and I will be actively working the farm.
Hi We are two working professionals, 26 and 31, looking for a third flatmate. The house is furnished, tidy and has a peaceful environment. The bedroom is unfurnished. Ideally, we are looking for someone who works full time, 9-5 type hours as we do and is respectful of other flatmates. The room available is a decent size with a large wardrobe with shelving. We both enjoy keeping active going for a run or hitting the gym and are often away on weekends. We are friendly, enjoying a chat while cooking but also enjoy our own space. The room is available now, so give me a buzz and we look forward to meeting you! Kesh =-)
I am looking to move back to Ballarat due to University and starting part time work. I enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as playing netball on the weekends. I'm easy going and happy to be social but also like my own time too. Looking for a property close to the centre of Ballarat due to having to commute to University.
Hi, I'm a 24-year-old who grew up near Hamilton. I am neat, tidy, and good with animals. When I have time to myself I'm usually reading books, watching movies, playing video games, or going on long walks around Lake Wendouree or along the Yarrowee. I am active in Ballarat's volunteer community, assisting both the Salvos Store in Sebastopol and Voice FM in Ballarat. I am not currently a student, but I have applied to study Education Support at Federation University in 2019. My casual job doesn't provide as many hours as I would like, so I am also looking for a new job. It says January 8th for my move date, but that's the date I need to move by.
I am a student, first year at Fed. I work on weekends normally. I'm looking for maybe 3-12 months, just depends on my circumstances over the next few weeks. I'm really nice and am happy to interact with those around me. I am 19 but I am also very independent and very mature and I am happy to assist with cooking meals if you work late since my uni classes are generally at an appropriate time. I would love to have an opportunity to live in a flatshare and I am good with doing cleaning jobs around the house and I'm really caring.
Hi! I'm Caroline and I am in the need for somewhere to live in Ballarat. I've just gotten myself a job there and it would now make sense to live there too. I also go to Fed Uni studying Health/PE. I think I'm pretty fun, I enjoy wine and cheese and the occasional binge session as you do. I also enjoy sitting in silence. Whatever is going. I love cooking, so sorry if you're on a diet there will probably be many baked goods in the house. I'm also keen on seeing live music as often as possible, so it would be nice to not have to go alone! My current lease ends early Jan so if I can find somewhere to live before then that would be amazing.
