I'm looking for one or two responsible, clean and tidy people to share my 3 bedroom home located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Holt. It's a bright, north facing home with beautiful leafy surroundings and a cottage-style garden and courtyard that looks out onto the greenery of the Belconnen Golf Club. Other features: - Spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/living area - Kitchen has ample bench space and storage space - Full bathroom, plus separate toilet/vanity - Separate laundry - In-slab heating - Reverse-cycle air conditioning - Close proximity to bus stops - Less than a 5 minute drive to Kippax shops with supermarket, restaurants and public transport - Less than a 10 minute drive to the University of Canberra and Belconnen shopping centre (More photos of the property will be added soon)
I live in relatively large 4 bedroom new house. The bedrooms are carpeted, whilst the main living areas are tiled. I am 2-3Km from the main shops at Kippax, 7km from Belconnen, 9km to UC and 18km to the ANU. The house is equiped with air-conditioning, heating, bbq area and a larger than average lockup garage allowing bike storage. Whilst the shower, powder room and toilet are listed as shared, I have a ensuite and unless there are visitors over, the shower/toilet amenities will be yours to use. The house is equiped with relatively good quality appliances (mainly Bosch) - this includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. My main bedroom is at the front of the house. The 2 spare bedrooms that you can choose from (one furnished and one unfurnished) are on the diagonally opposite corner. Bills (within reason) are included in the rent and so is 1 covered car spot.
Hi, I'm Tom, I'm looking for a room in north or central Canberra. I work full time as a retail store manager and I'm generally a pretty quiet person. I'm a massive movie and music nerd, and I'm always bringing home new movies from work. I'm very easy going, tidy, and am always willing to pitch in on the cleaning. I like my own space, but am more than willing to hang out from time to time. Looking for a place to move into very soon
I'm a full-time student looking for accommodation in (preferrably) a sharehouse. I've just completed my first year at the ANU studying a bachelor of science/languages majoring in Japanese and Marine Science. Easy-to-get-along-with local Canberran and love music, dogs and a good dance and drink with friends.
would like to live in a quite place in the belconnen area, would prefer to live with an owner, or longer term stay, and would prefer an all inclusive rate. please send an email thanks
I am currently living in Cooma looking to move to Canberra to study next year. I'm a photographer who loves his music, tv shows and games. I like to joke around and have a chat but also respect people's alone time.

I have a lovely house in a quite and nice suburb. Close to the bust stop which is about to 8 minutes walking , I think would be great having new flatmates to live with . We will be providing your own space in the pantry and fridge . I am easy going , I like keeping the kitchen clean as we could make a clean and good environment for everyone and its clean for the next person that might want to use it , I'm always up for a chat and maybe have a drink and we both have the time. I also understand that you might be busy or just like to have time on your own , that's perfectly fine So I will always be respecting your own space. Also the Bills are included to rent such as water , electricity and gas.
Im not looking to move in until September. I work full time Monday-Friday in hospitality. Im friendly but also like to keep to myself at times. I've only ever shared a house with friends before so I'm looking for a place with nice people I can feel comfortable around.
I am a clean and tidy, friendly, easy going, relaxed housemate that is just as happy to socialize as well as do my own thing. Looking for a new place to move in to as soon as possible for at least several months while I am trying to sell my house and buy a new one. I haven't rented for a while but I am always reliable with all rent and bills.
Hi there, I am Emma and 24, I am currently looking for some roomies to team up with ANYWHERE around Canberra, I have to dogs flying in from Adelaide mid next year, I am a low drama person, I enjoy a beer every now and then, I am very clean and respectful and am pretty much keen for whatever Canberra throws at me. My current lease ends in the start of december,so if some of you are keen to find a place and settle down, let me know. EMMA
It's a nice space (at least i think so). It's comfortable in summer and winter with ducted heating and cooling. Fully furnished room with queen bed, side tables and lamp along with a study desk. With the exception of the bed, all other items can be removed at your request. It's very close to shops and a short bus ride to Belconnen mall (actually you can walk there in 45mins), Canberra University and ANU. It's about 25-35 mins by bus into Civic depending on the bus route. There is an outdoor space with bbq for entertaining and relaxing and space for growing veg if you are into that. I have Netflix and wifi that you can access for an additional charge. I can include Netflix, wifi, electricity and water for an extra $30 a week (which you won't have to pay if you're away). Happy to negotiate rent in exchange for set house cleaning on a weekly basis as agreed by us, and/or occasional babysitting as the need arises.
3 bedroom refurbished inside, great kitchen, one big open living room, deck, only ten mins from the city, plenty off street parking and big backyard. I am rarely home so most of the time you will have the whole house to yourself.
I have 2 bedrooms for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that is clean, tidy and private! Ducted gas heating and inverted air-conditioning for summer makes it an ideal Canberra residence. Located 400 m to Dunlop woolworths, less than 300 m to the bus stop and close to West Belconnen pond for walking, playing basketball or BBQ. Converted garage into home gym with spin-bike, free weights and work out area for use A short 10 minute drive to the University of Canberra, CIT or Belconnen Mall.
Hi potential new housemates I am an ex Perth girl and semi nomad who loves to travel. I am currently working part time as a children's physio in Florey and a Gymnastics coach in Belconnen and my lease is coming to an end in January. I am looking for a new place ideally with animals. I happy to help walk, feed and look after any pets you may have. I miss having animals in my life. I am house trained, come with many a fabulous story and enjoy hanging out, cooking together, dancing, acroyoga, hiking, picnics and playing outside. Let me know if you think I would be a good fit in your household. Cheers Avila
Hi there! I'm a full-time student at ANU who also works. That means I'm pretty busy during the day but like to have a chat with my housemates when I get home, but also value privacy. My interests are (at risk of sounding like an e-harmony ad); cooking delicious food from scratch such as pizza, pasta, and muffins; going to the gym when I can and hiking Canberra's beautiful mountains, as well as hanging out with friends!
