I'm looking for Acerage of some sort prefurbily with a shed or something similar so as to secure my ride on mower and trailer with my tools.
The area is well established and so there are lots of trees and walks. It's a lovely quiet street with just the normal thoroughfare to and from work. We are 1 k from a bus stop and 3 k from the hyperdome, up high in the area of the water tower. Plenty of birds chirping and a nice breeze to cool us down. We all pitch in with the cleaning and garden so it has a homely vibe to it which means the light is left in for you if you're late in.
The house is reasonably large, furnished and has Netflix, Stan, a pool and air conditioning. Street parking and space for some storage/hobbies area. The room includes an inbuilt cupboard and a ceiling fan. Included in the rent is internet and a cleaner (she comes fortnightly to clean bathrooms, floors and glass). The house's share areas are kept tidy and we expect flatmate to do the same. Plus we have 2 really cute dogs who loves cuddles and will always be excited when you get home :)

Hi I’m Chris, I’m 28 and I work full time as a Carpenter. I run my own business, working Monday to Saturday. Usually leave by 5:30 and home by 3:30. I’m not to bothered on what suburb, I will just need enough space to park a ute with trailer attached off the street. If there is place to park a boat also that would be great, but not essential as I can store it elsewhere.
