We are located half way between Avenel and Nagambie in a very peaceful setting. The home is on a small farm well located between Nagambie and Avenel with easy access to the Hume and Goulburn Valley Highways and rail stations. Horse agistment (extra cost) is also available for boarder but no other pets allowed as we have 2 dogs and 2 cats already. It is the understanding that this agreement includes a commitment by the boarder to fulfil farm minding responsibilities in exchange for FREE BOARD when the Homeowners are away from farm for agreed periods. This boarding arrangement would ideally suit a person who loves animals. Only single persons who are in current employment will be considered. (Including a single mother with small child for additional cost for additional single bedroom).

Hi, I am happy, honest trustworthy reliable, chatty and sensitive person. i am fairly relaxed and easy to get along with. Aslong as you are respect full to me and my things. I don't like foul languag, nastiness or bullying. or party animals. But i do like the occasional drinkie/ party night or card/board game day/night. I also enjoy my quiet time and need my privacy. I am pretty clean and do my best to keep the house clean and tidy. But i am not a freak about it. I respect others and their things and space. I love most styles of music. Especially country, rock'n'roll and most of the 70's and 90' songs. As well as the latest radio hits. I like watching on Television The Voice, Home And Away and The Big Bang Therory and listening or watching the News. And movies of course. I am a kind hearted person. But I am also quite confident and tough when I need to be. I don't mind sharing some food or Laundry power and sharing cleaning products for around the house. Aslong as you don't use it all. If you do use it ( say if you just got hungry and felt like it ) then it's fine, Just remember replace it. In your next shop. The house is beautiful! Located in the quiet suburb of Strathdale; Strath Village and LaTrobe University are within walking distance and it's a 10 min drive to Bendigo CBD. The house is always comfortable with ducted gas heating, evaporative cooling, a gas heater and ceiling fan in the bedroom. You would have your own bathroom, located right beside your bedroom with BIR, at the opposite end of the house to my bedroom. The house has a nice patio out the back and plenty of space inside.
