Hi i'm Leanne 27yrs old from southern highlands, looking for a House to share or granny flat. currently working but looking for a new job up in north Sydney. Would love to move up in north Syd once i get a new job. Along a side my gorgeous dog will be with me, she's a beautiful well behaved kelpie. About myself I'm a bubbly positive outgoing women. Who is honest and trustworthy, also loves outdoors and socialise but with a lot of responsibility, clean and tidy as always. I respect people personal space and needed. if you have any Questions don't be shy, i'm happy to Answer.
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
Great location. Very quiet and a true bush setting. Outdoor bbqs and smoking outside. Strictly drug free environment, no pets as there is plenty of wildlife here. Certainly not a 5 star place but it is to me. Dry storage available for bulky items. The room does have a single bed but everything is optional. A working person is needed to be reliable with the rent or be absolutely loaded and proove it. Lol. Im an ausie bloke and im certainly not racist. However a similar person to myself would be looked at more favorably. Its available now and another 2 rooms will be available shortly. The room does have built in robes and a full length window looking at the bush setting. So if you like to chill by the outdoor bbq or read a book or even like to tinker in a shed, this place could be for you.
I'm Chris, a 'young' 48 year old male, working in the public service. I'm moving from Canberra for a stint in Sydney until the end of June, but it could well go on. I'm laid back, easy going and like a laugh. I'm originally from the UK just outside Manchester. I love English football (I'm not a United or City fan), decent music (Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Eton John etc). I like a game of pool and a pint (or schooner) with friends. I will often be away at weekends visiting my kids and working in the city Mon-Fri office hours. Really just looking for a base for work for the time being. I'm not tied to a particular suburb, as long as it's a reasonable commute to the city. I don't smoke.
Artist / musician / teacher / Counselor / minister ... still traveling but looking for a peaceful home base. We are creative, caring, sense of honour, discrete, acknowledge sense of 'your own space'. Non-smokers, not loud, easy-going. Home is sanctuary.
About me: Easy going, mind my own business, and I clean up after myself. Also a gamer, bookworm, and a geek, and have a pretty cool gaming setup, 420 friendly as well so I don't mind being around that as long as there is no hard stuff being used. Cool with most pets, enjoy cooking, and am considering taking up gardening as a hobby. I have a puppy (10 weeks old, border collie X kelpie X german shepherd), who I am planning on training as a therapy dog as I have PTSD and anxiety. I am at Macquarie University in my third year studying Primary Education, and work at a high school as a boarding house coordinator on every second weekend, while also being a nanny. About my big things: I have my own bed, double mattress, a TV, some kitchen appliances, bookshelves and computer desk. Reason for moving: I am having to move out of my previous place for mine and my dogs safety therefore I want to move in with someone who does not have BPD (borderline personality disorder). I am not a judgemental person, I have just come from a very abusive household with someone who consistently ignored my rules about my dogs safety (kept taking him to the dog park when he has had 1 C5 vaccination) and the house was a health hazard. What I am looking for: A house with a yard for my puppy (who I am training to be an inside/outside dog), a decent sized bedroom to fit a double bed and bookshelf in (a wardrobe would be a bonus), clean house (I don't mind mess as long as it is not a health hazard), and friendly housemates who don't mind having a complete geek living with them! Willing to move up the coast if it is affordable enough and not past Wyee. Rent: Looking for under 220 a week with bills included (that's the absolute maximum I can afford so anything less would be great). Looking forward to hearing from you!
I am a medical student from Germany. To finish my doctoral dissertation I will stay at the University of Sydney for six months, starting in March 2017. I am an easygoing, calm and friendly person who is looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay. On weekdays I will be in the lab most of the time, but still I want to meet new people and get to know Australia. I am vegan, but I do not mind whether my flatmates are/aren't. Looking forward to hear from you!

I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.

I'm a session musician currently completing the last semester of my bachelors degree. I'm from northern Sydney, looking for a place that would be okay with a drummer living with them and the occasional band practice. I hope to move out of my parents place once I have finished off my degree at Usyd.
This is my lovely cottage in quiet, peaceful Berowra. Bushwalking nearby, organic vege garden, fruit, nut and olive trees. I am a vegetarian, ex-teacher, in my 50's looking for a like minded, easy going, quiet lady to share with. Air-conditioning and fireplace are available while solar panels help to pay the bills. If you enjoy the quiet life, gardening, being creative, music, or you are a student in need of some peace and quiet, or a working lady, please give me a call. I'd love to meet you.
I'm Fun to be around very positive and happy to help .....oh yeah and Single now so super relaxed and really enjoy life again haha
I resonate with a happy conscious home where people interact , care about each other and also respect each others space and boundaries. I love writing, my Yoga practice, writing, meditating, cooking, chatting, animals, a hot bubble bath..... I want to live in a conscious creative home where spirituality is woven into daily living. I am not religious but believe. I believe in being and doing good. I am transitioning from a six figure salary to my passion. This means I am on and off work (temping) to create space for the new. When I am off work I am at home working on my own new life. If this resonates, please drop me a line about yourself. Love and blessings, Ella

About me... respectful, warm, relatively balanced, easy-going, open-minded, conscious, clean & tidy 44 year old. I own a children's retail business in Avalon Beach and work 3-4 days in the business and 3-4 days from home. My interests include music, dance, theatre and film. I practice jujitsu two nights a week. Attempting to achieve a balanced lifestyle. I've travelled Australia extensively and lived in Tokyo for 6 years singing at hotels, weddings and events. I've a BA in Theatre (NIDA). Clearly I made a total success of that as you will never have seen me in any film or tv production anywhere in the world. ("Don't you know who I never could have been?") Number one achievement thus far... the birth of a human. I have a very easy-going four year old boy who's character is just divine. He's truly awesome. I really lucked out on that one. We've been sharing a room for four years and still happy to do that, my only request is that we have our own bathroom. The date by which we need to establish a new home is any time between April and June 30th.
I am a happy, outgoing entrepreneur who loves playing guitar, dancing, playing tennis, meditating, healthy eating and living, doing random acts of kindness, finding reasons to laugh hysterically and better yet inspire laughter in others! I love being present to the incredible beauty and possibility in every new moment! and being around others that share that love.
Great cook. Ex military. Have companion dog, 6 year old Dalmation, Bailey. We are clean, respectful, quiet. Out early, bed early. Read, write, spend time fishing, walking, studying, and working
I've come from the UK to work in Sydney in the media, I'll be looking for somewhere to stay for a a few weeks when my family come over (2 grown up kids ) with a view to that extending dependent on the work situation - earliest I would need it is early July 2017. Need somewhere relatively quiet and safe with access to the coast.
The room comes furnished (double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers) with own walk in wardrobe and bathroom as well as own living room and a kithcenette. You will have the whole downstairs to yourself and can come and go unnoticed if you wish. Plenty of street parking and a bus to Hornsby or Mt Colah station is up the road. . Possibility to extend stay.
Easy going and seeking to live with one or two other mature age, active and young at heart people who are motivated, have an altruistic outlook on life and understand the concept of being part of the solution on this amazing planet of ours
