This unit is close to public transport, shops, beach, Bribie Island, Sandstone Point Hotel with all the events they have is just a walk down the road. It's a two storey townhouse, with living area and kitchen etc downstairs, great for privacy, lovely balcony for own use downstairs, It is nicely decked out with plants and chairs and tables. Nice and quiet as far as traffic goes, just a great area. And the unit is fully equipped in the kitchen.
I will be relocating from Gracemere for work purposes. I will be newly employed as one of the duty managers at sandstone point hotel. I am exceptionally clean and tidy with excellent morals and very easy going. I will mainly be doing afternoon/night shifts.

Quite street and neighbourhood not far from the beach. 10 mins from the highway. Spacious house backing onto no mans land with trees/forestry (nice and relaxing). Room previously had king size bed with room to spare so it is definately spacious and is up opposite end of the house to master bedroom. Has big enough yard and entertainment area, great for having a bbq and some drinks. Older neighbours who are lovely and friendly. Only 1 minute car ride to main shops. You will have your own bathroom and toilet that will be shared by any visitors to the property (which isnt often anyway) as it is the main bathroom (i have ensuite). Room also includes built in wardrobes. To move in you will need a bed, everything else is here. The house is pet friendly but to a well mannered pet only.
We live in an old house, with beautiful water views and easy walk to beach. Please note... although neat, it is a very old house and it won't suit you, if you are looking for a high quality home. There is a double bed and built in wardrobe in the room... or can be unfurnished (obviously wardrobe has to stay but it's a good size). There is one shared bathroom. Possibility of having the room more quickly if needed and price is negotiable.
I am very understanding and easy going. I am courteous due to my work requirements, and honest. I work in the aviation industry. I have just returned from being based in Sydney and while I look for something to buy over the next 6-12 months I wanted to rent something tidy and pet friendly as I have a small dog.
