We are a fun and easy going couple! We love travelling, enjoy life and the outdoors! Nature is the reason we are coming to Tasmania! 28 years old, both with a background in architecture. Now on a long term adventure to enjoy life before settling somewhere! We like board games and nice chatting about very diverse topics. Hope to see you soon!
The photos are a wee bit dated, but it'll do for now... Quiet place, in the bush but only half hour from Hobart. I only just built the house (still a few details yet, actually), and it has a great rustic feel & connection to outside, but pretty warm (decent insulation + wood heater). Beautiful in winter. Off grid. Once house is finished I'll be hitting the garden with a vengeance. Don't need a money-spinner, just someone to share it with who gets the ethos (off-grid, simple living, more self-reliant etc). Happy for a few hours labour in lieu of rent (if you're practical). No time commitments required. Must like dogs, as the coolest dog ever lives here. House still needs a bit of work, but the room is finished and everything works. Housemate can bring a dog if he/she is agreeable with other dogs. Boots on inside is fine - slab floor & good vac. I use my phone for a modem, so if you're into gaming then it isn't for you. A bit practical is good. It's not a suburban house.
I'm very friendly and love people, love a good cook-up and chilling out too! Can talk about almost anything, but leave you alone when you need quiet too ;) I'll be needing plenty of alone time as a fast-track nursing student anyway. I am a disabilty support worker, non-smoker, neat and tidy around the home. I have a gorgeous 6yr old labrador I either can bring with me or leave with my folks if you can't have her, but trust me, you'd be missing out ;)
A modern three bedroom home with a shared bathroom. Living and kitchen area is open plan, with an excessive amount of kitchen cupboards. Small amount of storage underneath the shed. Visitor parking available. Unlimited internet and a small backyard. Room available has no furnishings but a built in wardrobe. Internet included in rent. Power not included.
Single Australian female mature age uni student also looking for work. With a cat looking to team up or find place where owners doesn't mind a cat. My cat does inside and outside (in a cage and learning to like her lead) so need a small yard or courtyard. She is well behaved, neat, reserved but friendly when she gets to know you. A bit like her owner. I don't care where you come from or your life partner preferences. Non smokers please. I don't drink but I don't mind if you do socially. I have a sleep disoder so would appreciate minimal noise 10.30pm to 6am. No need for silence just no load tv or music. I need to find a new place before Christmas, I am flexible within that time frame.
Have been traveling the past 9 years jumping between USA, Canada and Japan. Ready to enjoy the semi-quiet life in Tassie. Love being outside and exploring, good food and drinks.

Hi I'm Patrick I am looking to move closer to the city preferably on the western shore so I can be closer to work and Tafe. I am currently studying graphic design and work evenings at Officeworks, so I tend to be busy. I also play underwater rugby when time permits on Tuesday and Sunday evenings. Needless to say I tend to be home late most nights and out the door early 3 days a week. I enjoy to both chill and relax at home or go out with friends and have fun with a rare drink or two. I have lived in share houses before when living in Melbourne and will be a respectful clean and quiet member of the household. meaning I wont leave a mess and wont have parties and loud music at all hours of the day. If I sound like someone you would like to meet to get to know if I am right for your household please contact me here and we can see where things go.
I have got a job Hobart as a geotechnical engineer, so I am relocating from Melbourne. I have been sharing places for a while and I am really easy going and relaxed. Also I am doing my masters so I will probably be studying here and there, always happy to socialize over dinner or a drink. Finally I got a kitten (ragdoll) 6 months old, he is well trained and super placid so that would not be an issue. Happy to have a chat and see how it goes.
What makes us great to live with? Well the list could go on forever! We love to chat with people we’re also nice and clean and tidy my partner studies full time at tafe while I’m studying and searching for a job, wiki loves to cook and is a inspired to be chef and I’m a inspired to be physiologist and love children! We’re both 18 and wanting to move out of my parents house! We’re both smokers but smoke outside and both very pet friendly and love the doggies! We’re not party animals and don’t have the friends to consider house parties 😂 My partner wiki is NZ and loves his food! And to cook for anyone who’s willing to try his food.
Hi, I'm Keira a 20 year old uni student studying Marine and Antarctic science. I'm a super friendly easy going person, who likes to socialise but also likes time to myself. I'm a tidy and respectful tenant and I don't smoke. I'm currently back staying with family in devonport until I find a place to rent in the hobart area. I'm a very adventurous person and always am out doing things in the outdoors or spending time with friends. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have to give you more of an idea of who I am.
I am 22, almost 23. I've rented for over 4 years and have references. I have a lovely 3 year old kelpie-cross who I enjoy taking to the beach and on walks basically every day. I'd never part with him, so I'm looking for a place with a secure backyard and with people who love animals too. I'm easy to get along with and I respect other people's personal space, time and property. I don't mind a cold drink on a night off, but I am not really into drinking much. I looove to cook up a storm for the whole crew. I also enjoy kayaking, fishing, hiking and a good movie or tv-show. I take great pride in my home, keeping it beautiful and clean. If you think we are a good match please do send me a text or message on here. Cheers. :)
I am very easy going, happy person. I enjoy reading, outdoor activities and a good board game. I like doing housemate things but I also understand personal space. I am currently working at the Hobart aquatic centre as a Swimming teacher.
I'm an easy going, kind professional woman with a lovely dog! We are looking for a lovely, calm environment to live in with like minded people. I am honest, hardworking and reliable. I pay my bills on time and would like to live in a neat home with nice flatmates. I work full time and enjoy exercising, reading, cooking and seeing my friends. I am looking for a nice place to call home, not too far from Hobart area. Thankyou
Hey, me and another young guy looking for a third or fourth person to move into a sharehouse with. We're friendly, clean and have a good sense of humor. I'm a student and Josef is working after uni. I'd like someone who's young, clean and moderately organized, but I don't have any preferences beyond that. I've had a lot of fun in my current house so hopefully we can have some good times together in this one. The plan is probably to go for a group buy on the house sometime around mid-december, so we'll have to start looking and apply as a group fairly soon. *Budget is $170 each by the way.
I am a 24 year old from Melbourne who is moving to Hobart to study at UTAS. I am a fun and social person but am looking for a relaxed environment with my own space so I can fully concentrate on my studies. I love the outdoors and Aussie Rules footy. Easy person to get along with and always up for a chat over a beer or glass of wine. I can also cook OK as well! Not too fussed where I live so long as the University is easily accessible. Thanks!
