Easy going, relaxed person, not fussed by much. Love my sport (watching and playing), watching tv/movies, enjoy a drink on occasion, not a very loud person. Experienced living in sharehouses for a long time now (two in the last 11 years) so know the ropes. Looking for something ASAP, needing to move out mid-december
Available December 24. Very large and luxurious 4-bedroom house, with 2x separate living areas with large screen TVs (75" and 55"), covered outdoor alfresco area with BBQ, beautifully decorated, 2x ovens, large pantry and fridge, Dyson cordless vacuum, quiet and comfortable house. Bathroom is shared with 1 housemate only (female). NBN connected. Good location up the hill in Crace, with shops and gym just down the road. Bus stop to Gungahlin around the corner. Split bills but I take $15wk per person and make any adjustments at the end of the quarter.
ANU 4th year law student, though still have a while to go because I’ve been taking my time. Have lived in a sharehouse before being on campus, and wanting to get back off campus into a friendly sharehouse with some other students (preferable). Not a party person as I want to focus on study next year, but I love a drink every now and then, enjoy my Xbox, and want to be friends with the people I live with. Would prefer inner north/south but could really move anywhere as I have my own car. Would also prefer my own bathroom/en-suite but very movable on that. I’m also very gay and very Aboriginal 🙃🙃
Hi, I'm Monique and I'm a 49 year old nurse who has been in Canberra for about one year. I work as a registered nurse at the Civic Blood Plasma Donor Centre. I do work shifts (different start and finish times) but no night shifts, some Saturdays. I love outdoor exercise and fitness, walking, cooking and enjoy going to the theatre and museums. I'm clean and tidy and respect the privacy of those I live with. I understand the importance of downtime and appreciate others wanting their "me time" but also happy to have a chat. I love the company of cats and dogs.
The property is new and has Ducted Air con and is very spacious . 4 rooms are upstairs(including yours) and 1 downstairs(Mine). You will be sharing bathroom with 2 others. Its a relatively quite place but the flatmates are open to chat . You will be taking over the lease of one of the former tenant . If you would like to move out before the lease ends , you will have to find your replacement . The internet ,water and the electricity bill are not inclusive in the rent but are standard as you would expect .
sustainable - easy-going - open-minded I work full time in climate change policy, and ride my bicycle everywhere. I love getting into the garden, wandering into the nature and experimenting in the kitchen. I'm very much an advocate for simple living and enjoy the simple pleasures in life. I enjoy a good conversation, social activity and also my own time. I would love to be part of a sustainable, friendly and down to earth home that values the environment, community and fun.
I'm clean, friendly and easy going. Will be working full time in the APS so will be home only on weekday nights and weekends and will spend most of my free time either at the gym or watching Netflix. I also love to chat and socialize when I have the time time and I'd love for my roommates to become my friends. :) My hobbies include lifting, baking, drawing, going on walks, watching Netflix, reading or playing video games. I'm originally from Melbourne and am looking to move to Canberra on the 23rd of January so please contact me if you have rooms available for then :)
Easy going, work most of the time, I like things tidy and clean, always up for a laugh and a chat. I’m responsible and will respect your space and privacy as well as any guest you may have.
Hi! I am moving from Perth to start full time work in Canberra early next year in the public service. I am easy-going, clean, flexible and very respectful of space and privacy. At the same time, I am always open to a wine and cheese night or a TV binge-watching session. I normally have a quiet routine during the week and like to go out and socialise on the weekends. In my spare time I enjoy going out to cafes and bars, attending the odd gig or musical festival, reading and visiting the beach (something I will definitely miss once I move). I have never been to Canberra before and so I am really excited to explore what the city has to offer and venture out on road trips and hiking trails. I love pets and would be more than happy to share accommodation with pets. At the moment I am quite flexible and open to options, whether it be a room in an existing share-house or a team-up. Feel free to send me a message!
