Hi Everyone, I have just commenced a new lease on a 4 bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms in Crace. It's a few minutes walk to the crace shops which includes supabarn and club lime. A short drive to UC, Belconnen and Gungahlin but you could also ride to any of these places easily. Additionally, It's only a 15 minute drive to the city/ANU and very easy to get to Woden. I am looking for 2 other people to join me in this house. I am looking to fill 2 of the 3 other bedrooms. The bedrooms can fit a queen bed and the shared bathroom has a separate shower and spa bath. Gas stove and oven. House and rooms are currently unfurnished but I can organise furnishings for the room but it wil be an extra $15/week. The house has airconditioning and heating througout for the summer and winter. Automatic garage is free for you to use if you want it. Large fridge, dining table and couch will be in the house soon but happy to accomodate any furnishings you have.

Hey my name is Chelsea. I'm 20 years old and just moved to Canberra from Jindabyne. I'm currently working as a waitress while I study. I have a lil doggo called Penny, she loves anyone and everyone! I'm looking for a room to rent with a yard and cool house mates. I'm really easy going, love to hang out, play board games (even though i'm not good, I like to try) and enjoy a good home cooked meal with mates on the weekend. I love going to gigs (or any live music) so being new to Canberra if you have any suggestions that would be amazing! I'm also going to Jindabyne to see the fam, go hiking and sailing around (you're more than welcome to join). I am clean tidy and respectful of other peoples space. Send me a message if you would like to team up and make a share house or if you have a room and think we would be a good match. :)

Hi, my name is Nat and I've got a room available in our quiet, fully furnished house in Crace for $170. With one of our housemates moving in Late January, we're hoping to have someone in the room relatively quickly. The house is less than 5 years old, and you'd be moving in with a bunch of friendly guys. We're all in our 20's, work full time and study. We definitely skew more towards playing board games and watching TV than partying and making a whole heap of noise and mess. I like to live in quieter, friendly houses and have a strong belief in respecting those that I live with. If you'd fit the bill, feel free to drop me a line. Rent includes internet, which is stupid fast thanks to our friends at the NBN. Also, we've got a cat and she's very cute and friendly.
I'm looking for a place and people that will be fun and cool to hang out with but also respect my privacy and space. I'm a pretty clean person so don't like when the washing up is left for 5 days at a time but also won't yell at you if you leave your clothes laying around. I'm young and looking for people I can do things with, I don't mind having a drink after work sometimes so if you love a wine you'll love me!
Hello! Working part-time whilst studying in IT looking for other roommates to share a house with. I'm a chill housemate, neat & friendly always up for a drink or two. In my spare time I would either be on the Playing guitar, hanging out with mates or out on the motorbike.

Great walk around the area and the sun sets directly over our back fence!

Hi there! Dillon and I are looking for a place to live within Canberra, anywhere in the central northside area but preferably closer to Bruce as I am attending University of Canberra next year. We are quiet, tidy and nerdy people, I love to read and write and binge watch my favourite tv shows, and Dillon loves gaming and binge watching tv too! We are both young and sociable people, who love a drink after work but also privacy after a long day :) Please message if you think we'd fit into your house well - we're looking to move in late January or early February; we're flexible
I am a 25 year old Exercise Physiologist moving back to Canberra after living on the South Coast for 2 years. I am a clean, tidy and respectful person who likes to be a mixture of being: - active: gym, pilates, swimming and have just taken up rock climbing - being social: exploring all of the food, wine and coffee Canberra has to offer - and chilling out I'm laid back, easy going and will promise to pay my rent/ bills! If you want to know anything else- please ask!
Hi, My name is Melanie and I work full-time in the PS and study part-time. I am looking for a share house North side. I am super clean, tidy and away most weekends at my own house interstate. A bathroom would be great but can share as required. I have a very small dog and would like to find a place for him too. He is clean, small and very cute and travels with me on the weekends. I am interested in health and fitness and train most days both gym and classes. I am able to share house cleaning and like to have a chat. I have lived all over the world and am social, I also study so go the library at uni finishing assignments towards the end of term. If you have a room suitable please drop me a line. Thank you.

Hello! I am a young professional in my late twenties. I am often described as thoughtful, playful, and tolerant by those who know me. I consider myself very tidy, clean, and respectful. I am looking to share a house/flat of mixed gender, ideally with other professionals, but students are fine too. Preferably 3-4 people (including myself). I love animals, so pets are not a problem. (That said, I do not have any pets of my own and won't be bringing or acquiring any). I love good food, outdoors, exploring new places, trying new things, exercise and lead an active lifestyle. Well maybe not as much as those who live in lycra and compete in sports... but I do enjoy the fresh air. I also enjoy being a home body, and would be happy curled up on the couch with a glass of red, playing board games with whomever is up for a chat. I am a clean and organised person, but I don't go nuts with cleaning rosters. I believe we're all capable of pitching in with the cleaning when needed and when it's not inconvenient to do so. That said, I'd prefer not to live in a pig sty. If I sound like the right flatmate to you, shoot me a message, introducing yourself and the other tenants. Thanks! P.S. I do want to be part of a home and get to know you all, not just living with flat mates, however I have a preference to do my own cooking. Happy to participate in house dinners every now and then, especially the spontaneous ones, but I don't want to be committed to three different dinners cooked by three different people each week. My cap for shared dinners is probably once a week i.e. someone different takes a turn to cook every Tuesday, rather than three different people cooking three different days in the same week. P.P.S. I cannot live without a dishwasher. They are the best thing ever invented and I will use it religiously. Criteria: - Built in Robes (with lots of hanging space and shelves). This is non-negotiable. - Room that can fit a Queen Bed, side table, lots of other boxes/things etc. this is non negotiable too. - Car port/ undercover parking with automatic doors (highly preferable, but could be overlooked if everything else was perfect) - En suite (preferable, but not a must. Happy to share a bathroom with one other, but no more). - Lots of storage space (inside the house - not a storage cage) - Dishwasher - Housemates that are not hermits - Age of household: 25-35. Ideally, I would like to live with people who are around my age, and are social. - I do not want to live with infants, young children, or a family/home stay style arrangement. - I do not want to live in Gunghalin, Dunlop, Harrison, or Crace - sorry, it’s just too far from work.
I’m a quiet, clean and respectful girl who is looking for somewhere to live. I work two jobs as a bartender so work odd hours but am respectful of others when coming home late. I enjoy personal space and time but also love socialising with others and am keen to make new friends.
I’m a recent school leaver looking to move out of my parents home. I do full time support work with somewhat irregular hours. I’m tidy and a somewhat competent cook. I’m very sociable and don’t tend to be argumentative. I’m not at all set in my ways and will happily adjust if there’s a better way for me to be doing things. I am a massive music enthusiast, I love to read, and I adore animals.
Im a mature very clean quiet respectful tidy male who works for the government. Have worked in kitchens for many years previous so hygiene and good food are important to me. Like to look after myself but love a good wine with a meal.
I recently just moved back to Canberra from Brisbane, I’m really easy to get along with & a pretty open person. I keep to my own personal space & I am nice & tidy. I enjoy a good night out and I love anything to do with beauty & fashion. Currently studying Youth Work at CIT & work part time in a cafe. Pretty much looking for girls who are similar to me that would like to team up & share a place of our own, or looking for a house with people similar to my age.
My name is Michael. I'm 19 and have recently finished high school. I mostly do self study online with casual work at Kmart and Deliveroo. I'm pretty quiet and tend to keep to myself but I do enjoy good company and like going out on occasion. Most times you will find my at my computer either studying, working or playing games. My cooking skill is unfortunately limited to eggs, toast and instant/ canned food but I am willing to help around the kitchen.
Looking for a home for myself and my Kelpie Beau, we are moving back to Canberra after living in QLD. I adopted Beau 4 months ago from Animal Welfare League, he is 6 years old and is my running buddy. He would prefer a backyard to chill in during the day and prefers to sleep with me inside at night if possible. Beau is super friendly and loves cuddles with everyone. He is very well behaved, he is not destructive at all, and loves the company of other furry friends.I will be starting work as a Youth Worker Part Time on the 31st of January. I enjoy spending time outdoors running, hiking and camping. I am neat and tidy and happy to contribute to cleaning the house regularly. I would prefer a room that is furnished if possible. Please get in touch if you think your place might suit! :) Cheers Gemma.
