Hi, I’m Zoe. I’m a quiet, nice country girl starting a diploma of screen and media in early Feb at CMA training. I’m tidy, respectful and know how to live independently as I went to a country boarding school for six years. I like a good scotch on nights out, I love movies and playing/watching sport. Rent is guaranteed as my parents are paying for it. Looking forward to starting my life in Canberra and making close friendships with my new flat mates.
This one bedroom is the perfect abode for a neat and friendly person. Situated in Crace, Canberra's friendliest suburb, the room is furnished with a queen bed and boasts a double wardrobe. The bedroom opens onto the library/reading space which has it's own entrance and sliding door for privacy. You also have your own private toilet and a large bathroom. The house has gas cooking and reverse cycle ducted a/c and heating. Although this is a 4 bedroom home, you will only be sharing the house with my very friendly, small (6kg), old (13), lazy hypoallergenic dog and myself. Occasionally I am away which means you will often have the home to yourself. Aside from the open living area, I have furnished the second living area as a library and have a backyard retreat to unwind in. My home is less than 5 minutes from the bus stop and the shopping precinct which includes a supermarket, 24 hour gym, bulk billing medical clinic, thai massage parlour, hair dresser and eateries. Utilities, including unlimited internet, are included as well as cleaner who comes every 4-6 weeks. If you are interested in the room please contact me with the following details about yourself: 1. Who are you? (Occupation, age etc.) 2. What are your interests? Inspection of the room can be organized promptly. If you are interested please contact me with your answers to the above questions. Please note that the room is for a dog loving, tidy and respectful non-smoker.
Hi, my name is Nat and I've got a room available in our quiet, fully furnished house in Crace for $168 a week. With one of our housemates just moved out, we're looking to have someone in as soon as possible. The house is less than 5 years old, and you'd be moving in with a bunch of friendly guys. We're all in our 20's, work full time and study. We definitely skew more towards playing board games and watching TV than partying and making a whole heap of noise and mess. I like to live in quieter, friendly houses and have a strong belief in respecting those that I live with. If you'd fit the bill, feel free to drop me a line. Rent includes internet, which is stupid fast thanks to our friends at the NBN. Also, we've got a cat and she's very cute and friendly.
One room in a gorgeous modern house available in Crace. The house is a four bedroom, two bathroom house; sharing with two mid-twenties ladies, a dog and two cats. The pets are part of the family so loving animals is an absolute must 🙂 Bills and rent are split evenly. The house has effective heating and cooling, NBN wifi, dishwasher in the lovely open kitchen and is totally furnished except for the bedroom. It is only a ten minute walk to Crace shops where you'll find a great supabarn, two cafes, a gym, a bar/restaurant, hair salon, massage parlour and takeaway. Ten minute drive to Gungahlin and Belconnen and fifteen to Civic. Our lease is ending in March 2019 and we aren't sure if the lease will be renewed as we are considering moving, but there is a possibility of longer term for the right person.
Hello I'm Jem! I'm 23 currently trying to make a move away from my hometown and begin a body piercing career. I'm quiet, honest, easy to talk to and very respectful. I also absolutely love meeting new people! I have full time work where I am now and have located many suitable jobs in the Canberra area! I have a friendly calm 6 y.o cat who does his own thing, has never attacked scratched or bitten anyone ever, however he does not get along with other animals. My boyfriend works in Lyneham so I'd prefer to be close-ish to that area I know how to take care of myself and how to take care of a home, I have lived by myself for a year and out of home since I was 17, I am very clean and tidy and always willing to chip in with anything that needs to be done. I enjoy creative things, I love gardening reading writing and drawing but also love to binge watch stan and Netflix or weird documentaries with a cheeky glass of wine. I like cooking I don't know if I would call myself a good cook but I do make a killer potato bake I promise you that! I will very rarely have a cigarette maybe once a week but never in my life have i smoked inside a house and I never will, I'm on my way to completely stopping. I don't party I just want a nice place to call my own so i can work hard. I have all my own furniture and appliances so unfurnished is fine or I'm happy to bring along anything that might be needed. Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances I am now unable to move from my hometown until mid-late Feb.
Hey I’m Maddie and looking for a new place to live. I work full time and part time so barely ever home. Love to have a chat and have fun, but also respect needing privacy. Love a good binge watch session and eating takeaway, but at the same time try go to the gym as much as I can. I like to think I’m a fun bubbly person and hardworking :)
My name is Millie and I am 19 years old. I am moving from Young (country NSW) to Canberra to study at the University of Canberra for a Bachelor of Nursing. I have worked reception and cleaning staff at a motel in Young for the last three years of my life which has caused me to become a little OCD, so I will have no trouble keeping my room and common areas clean! I am very friendly and always down for a chat but also very respectful and considerate of privacy and enjoy my own privacy very much.
A room is available in the beautiful suburb of Crace. The house is close to bus stop, University of Canberra and local shopping/dinning area. The room is furnished with a queen bed and a study table with build in wardrobe. High speed fibre internet. No pet sorry
We are a good bunch of friends who have known each other for several years through work and university who are looking to move out together. We all work full time positions on top of studies at the university. We are looking for a place to call home and establish ourselves within Canberra.
I’m heading back to study part time and looking for a place to rent that won’t send me broke! Most days I'm usually up early to hit the gym and work keeps me busy during the day. My party days a loooong behind me but I enjoy catching up with friends for the occasional Friday night drinks, BBQ or girls night (which are never big nights). I also enjoy a chilled out night on the couch (binge) watching Netflix too. The kitchen is one of my happy places - I like getting creative with my cooking and baking. I like to do lake walks and brunch on the weekends. I thought I would give the share house thing a go - might give me a chance to do some solid saving over the year (for more holidays!) and get to meet some friendly new people along the way. Bec
Hey I’m Ryan, I’m 25 y/o i have worked as a machine operator for the past couple years. I’m tidy, clean and respectful of others. I like to train in my spare time and catch up with friends. I’m looking for a room to rent or share house. Don’t hesitate to message me if i fit what your looking for or you have any questions. Hope to here from you soon!

The house was built in 2013 and is as follows: 4 bedrooms 12 person salt water spa Gym (better than most hotels) Gourmet kitchen Theatre room NBN internet Fully furnished house 2 stories - all bedrooms are on the second floor You will have a shared bathroom however there is a powder room for any potential female tenants to use for any makeup requirements if needed. 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent required. Cheers! :)
Hi Canberrian's! I am hunting for a place to live from late January/early February. I have just been accepted into a Bachelor of Secondary Education/Bachelor of Mathematics to become a secondary math teacher. I am moving from within Canberra so I can meet up for a cuppa to get to know each other before taking the big leap. More about me and my situation: - Looking for somewhere around $200 or less p/w, could pay up to $250 if it includes bills - Close to UC campus would be desirable. - I'm into Netflixing, casual drinks, and most sports. Love music (not all), and I am heavily involved in the agricultural industry. - Looking for a household that is social, but also respects privacy. I do enjoy going out from time to time but I'm not looking for a full-time party house. - Fully house trained, actually going back to share-housing after living alone, mainly for cost reasons, but also people are kinda fun. - Bonus points if you consider allowing my cat to move in with me. She is desexed, and extremely well behaved (house trained too!) and loves new people. I can sign a lease when needed, and supply references from previous rentals. currently have two jobs so rent will not be an issue. If you have any questions, or are interested in living with me shoot me a message or text.

Hi there! I’m working full time a medical receptionist as well as doing bar work on weekend, I’m constantly busy at work or socialising with family and friends. I also love to be active and go to the gym in any spare time that I have left! I’m a very tidy person and easy to get along with, I love to hang out as well as have alone time in my room. Waiting to either team up with some people and get a house or move into somewhere :) I would preferred to have my own bathroom as well. Message me if you are interested in teaming up or have a spare room available! Thanks guys
I am a single mature 27 year old female who loves animals and who is a tidy and respectful person. I work full time in child care and enjoy sewing, watching Netflix in my spare time. I don't mind socializing with other members of the house but also like time to myself as well. I am not a party animal or a smoker. I'm looking at moving in from the beginning of April 2019.
