23yo looking for room to rent close to Stirling for 6 months potentially, owns small dog, quiet, tidy and working full time (late night and rotating weekends) I play sport as well so training during the week. Very relaxed and easy going, don’t mind going out but 90% of the time stay home and keep to myself.
Hi, I'm 23 and working full time in the wine industry. I currently live in the CBD but am looking to move back up to the Hills. I am easy going and enjoy getting to know people. I love food and wine culture, film, music, socialising, cooking, travelling and being around nature. I take pride in my home space and consider myself a clean and respectful person. I enjoy my space, and also enjoy having a few drinks and connecting after a long day or week, or sitting down to a good film over dinner.
I am easy going, clean and homely. I love gardening and yoga and mountain biking is my sport. I like to cook and have some social time with my flatmates but like my space too. Im not a big tv watcher and like a fair bit of quiet time and it would be ideal if my flatmates were similar. Im a bit unsure of my timing and the kind of set up I am looking for so Im taking my time with looking. Im most keen for somewhere that I can make my home as well, have some art work around, that kind of think rather than just living in someone elses house. I also need space for two bikes undercover (they are expensive), preferably a lock up garage but if I have to have them inside its ok.
hi there im jess I am 30yrs, reasonable, clean/neat and tidy, I have a 2 yr old son who is just beautiful and full of character and energy. I would prefer a 6-12 month lease of a whole property if anything is available please. I have good references and work. I also receive a guaranteed government payment so paying the bills and rent is no problem. bond will be of my own funds also. am hoping to find a place within the next 6 weeks. I am also open to location so there no harm in a msg to let me know of anything, thanks.
This house is well located,10 minutes walk to Stirling, which is 20 minutes away from the city by bus and 10 minutes by car. The available room is an unfurnished double bedroom with a wall of built in wardrobes, including some drawers. The house has plenty of space, with a large lounge room, 5 gas burner stove, with electric oven, large deck, front and back gardens, including an established veggie plot and herb garden.Huge windows throughout look onto the amazing view and there's a fireplace and also reverse cycle a/c. I absolutely love living here and I hope you will too. Please note the room won't be available till the end of July.
Looking for a room for rent in the adelaide hills, close to mount barker. I have a dog so house would need to be pet friendly and preferably without any other dogs as she doesn't get along well with dogs.
Have just finished uni and currently working full time in the Hills. I tend to hit the gym or go for hikes a fair bit, and am pretty beat when I get home from work, so you probably won't see too much of me. Can be social, but also enjoy just chilling on the weekends.
Hi my name is Ganesh, I am looking for a room in a share house that is ready for someone to move in or just a room. Also happy to set up a share house with people. I am a young student age 21 studying youth work. I am quite independent I am clean/tidy, make minimal noise. I play and love soccer. Quite sporty will have a go at anything so dont be hesitant to shout out if you want to go to the park for a kick. I am very flexible about how you would like the place treated (eg. Household chores, what needs fixing, sharing in bills) but of course I will be respectable at all times. Can provide previous rental refrences.
I currently work at Adelaide Zoo and am looking for somewhere to live in the Eastern suburbs as I am in the recruitment process for a possible role at Monarto Zoo yet currently live 2 hours from there. If I was fortunate enough to be offered the position my approximate start date would be the 17th of September so would be looking to move a few days prior. Please only contact me if these timing restraints are of no issue! I will need a fully finished home also as I won’t have furniture to bring with me. I enjoy living in a tidy and clean space. I love to cook a variety of meals which I’d be happy to do with other housemates. I have a great love for animals and all types of music. Really keen to look into any possible rooms for rent in these areas of the Easterns/South Eastern Suburbs so please don’t hesitate to contact me :) Thanks, Stella.
I’m moving to Adelaide in October with my lovely Labrador and I’m considering a house share for the first 12 months. I’m flexible with the location but prefer either the city (or thereabouts) or somewhere like Aldgate or Stirling. I have my own furniture as I currently live on my own in Brisbane - although I’m on holiday in the UK until late August.
Retired Police officer looking for accommodation prior to moving overseas long term, I have rented out my home in Murray Bridge from 19/11 so need a furnished room from then until 13/1/19, easy to get along with, and clean and tidy.
Hi, I'm a student who values studying and nature! I'm an A grade student (which my reports can prove), and am extremely independent; I've been living out of home for about a year and a half now, and living independently for around a year with my dad's permission (I can provide references if you want, or you could contact my dad). I'm very responsible, usually very quiet and I can keep to myself. I occasionally have friends over, but never any more than two people at a time. I love writing, drawing, singing, fitness, and I plan on joining the army once I graduate! I'm part of the C3 Adelaide Hills Church in Hahndorf, and on the music/worship team as a singer for C3 Friday Night Youth. I've just recently joined a gym in Bridgewater. I was born and grew up in the hills, and so I'd love to continue staying in the hills as it's genuinely my home! I've been renting in Mount Barker since April, but due to distance issues, school and etc-era I'm just looking for somewhere closer to the Aldgate/Stirling area. I've just been accepted into the ASMS (which is on the Flinder's University campus), so I'm looking for somewhere to move into asap so I can organise myself for school. I also receive my own income, so there's no worry about me being unable to pay rent. :) Where I currently live, I also look after my own living room area, balcony and bathroom. It would be preferred if there was internet/internet access included so I could continue to do my homework. :)

We are two open minded Danish girls who are currently studying physiotherapy. We have one year left of our education and now we have the greatest opportunity ever - to do an internship abroad! We are both very adventures, but we also love to just chill out and relax every once in a while. We're both very social but we also respect the need for privacy. We hope that there is a kind person in the area of Aldgate who would like to have us staying for a period of 6-7 weeks! Hopefully we will learn cool things about your nationality as you will of ours! We hope to contribute with some positive energy and good vibes! If you have any kind of animals we will be extremely happy! We hope to hear from you! Kindest regards, Christine and Sabina xoxo
Hi! My name is Allan and my partner's name is Pauline. We have been living for a while in Adelaide as we are doing a PhD in plant genetics. We are now travelling around Australia. We need a short term accommodation from September as we still have to wrap up our studies. We have been living a few times in shared accommodations. We are very easy-going people, friendly, respectfull and tidy.
Hey everyone, I’m Adam. I’m 28 and work as an Engineer for csiro. Origionally from country NSW, studied in Newcastle, and moved to Adelaide about 18 months ago and am pretty keen to stay. I’m pretty laid back, can be somewhat private at times, but generally enjoy a yarn and a beer or two. Im clean and tidy, but not super particular.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
Hello, I’m looking to rent a reasonably large room (preferably unfurnished) come early/ mid August. Ideally close to the CBD or public transportation as I do not carry a driver’s license. $150.00 per week maximum (not including bills). I’m a 22 year old, gay, non-smoking, part-time TAFE student who works for a Hotel Group located in Adelaide. I don’t own any pets, it’s fine if you do, I adore animals. I’m quiet, I keep to myself usually. Presently I’m living in a very busy share house and I'm looking for something a little quieter. I'm a very clean, organised and punctual person, I hope to live with somebody who also possesses these qualities. My days of living with untidy, lazy people are behind me I hope. I enjoy video games, books, movies, art, food and drag queens. Not necessarily in that order.
I am mature age with own furniture. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years has been knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture, but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. I would prefer to live quietly in a home with privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
A beautiful and spacious property located in a quiet street, just off Glynburn Road. At the other end of the street is Waterfall Gully road so its really close to Mt lofty and heaps of other walking trails. Public transport is a two minute walk from the front door (buses go direct into the city every hour). The location has the Feathers local shopping options in a short walking distance, Burnside Village a 5 minute drive and the city a 10 minute drive straight down Greenhill Road. Couples are welcome! At a price of $190 per room, we would need to negotiate a rate as I would prefer to keep the other room empty if this is the case. Pets are negotiable - please let me know when calling or emailing as larger pets are probably not suitable but it would really depend on individual circumstance. The rooms are approximately 4 x 4m each and have built in robes. If you need the rooms furnished this can also be arranged, but they are currently empty. Both rooms have air-conditioning. Amenities include a shared bathroom (I have a private ensuite, so the bathroom would be shared between yourself and the other occupant). The bathroom has a spacious shower and large spa bath. The kitchen is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The outside area is perfect for entertaining and has a BBQ, fire pit, and a remote controlled retractable verandah. There is a large separate laundry with a brand new washing machine. The carport is available for off street parking or storage with electric remote control. I'm happy to park in the driveway and there is room for two more cars. Otherwise plentiful on street/driveway parking. The property also has a security alarm. Water and internet are included! Gas and electricity will be split evenly.
Foodie & coffee addict - good wine, good friends & great conversations are all what makes a good night in my opinion! 🍷 Love to cook and socialise, however am very partial to a netflix and early night! I am clean and considerate single who spends a lot of time working. I travel a lot for work so wont be home too often, and when I am really need my home to be my escape for some downtime, rest and recuperation so would suit someone who is respectful, happy & considerate (partial to a vino helps too 😊) Always suffering from wanderlust, love scuba, road trips & loud music. Smoker who would prefer own bathroom and room for a Queen bed and TV at least in room, preferably with built ins 😊
I’m currently working Full time in retail, I am very tidy and respect others space, privacy and belongings. I’m a pretty social person but also happy just hanging by myself. I’ll be starting a new job soon in burnside so looking for a place around that area, the city or potentially around croyden/Bowden area. Ideally I need my bedroom to have a BIR (I have too many clothes lol) and hoping for quite a spacious house. I don’t drive so I need a place near good public transport. Hit me up if you’re interested :)
i love to cook and have an adorable 8month old husky, i work full time in the army and am posted to woodside next year meaning im clean, will always have an income. My partner might stay with me every now and then. You’re more than welcome to meet me where I currently live In Woodville west to see how clean i am and if we actually get along relatively well.
I am a professional working for the Uni of Adelaide. I'm reliable, balanced, sober, polite, quiet, considerate and friendly. I'm up for a chat (especially if it involves a sense of humour and wit) but will not impose on anyone. I always clean up after myself, very quiet, pay my dues on time. I appreciate a clean environment but I am not a clean-freak. I indicated 4 months to stay, however, if everyone is happy, I am ready to stay for longer.
Hi! I'm a friendly 23 year old female, working full time as a Physiotherapist in Adelaide. I'm looking for a place to live where I can chill out at the end of a busy day, but also chat to housemates if they're around. I am clean and tidy, and value equal distribution of domestic responsibilities within a household. I'm looking for a place that is drug and smoking free :) I already have my own bedroom furniture, and would prefer to move in with 1-2 other females at the end of in December 2018. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi guys! I'll be coming back home for a month or two (undecided yet), over the month of November and possibly December. I've been traveling/working overseas for the past 8 months and am coming home to Adelaide for the holidays/to complete some Uni exams. I'm a fun person to live with, super friendly. I'm respectful, tidy and flexible!
I work in hospitality which is upbeat& social so I can be a bit of an introvert outside of work. A fan of a cookup, glass of wine or two and a chat but am not interested in an over the top party house. Would like to live without drama with people who understand what it is to be friendly, relaxed, inclusive and can have a laugh in communal areas but also respect eachothers space. I do come with two young cats that are indoor/ outdoor, House trained, desexed, flea& worm treated.. you get it, responsible pet owner. Hope to hear from you if you think we'd be a good fit for your humble abode 🌻 Looking to begin the lease in the middle of September. Granny flat or own bathroom and Western Suburbs or close to Adelaide CBD preferred.
I'm 21 working 4-6 days a week in hospitality in the Eastern Suburbs. I play netball once a week and like to keep fit. I'm sociable and will respect others in the house and their property. I'm always up for a chat and cup of tea. Currently deferred from my uni degree and taking sometime for myself.
