Hi, I'm Renae, I'm 22 years old and I work full time in childcare. I'm originally from Hobart and have lived here in launceston for the past 3 years. I have lived in shared accommodation for 3 years so I understand the importance of being tidy and respectful. I am easy-going, friendly and always up for a chat but also enjoy some time to myself. I would like to find housemates who are similar in those ways :) Please feel free to contact me with any questions or information about your place! I look forward to hearing from you. Renae :)
The house is located on a quiet street in Youngtown, featuring fenced off-street parking and a secure garage which is currently only being used for storage. The room for rent comes unfurnished and contains a built in robe. There are a number of shared living areas which are already furnished. The house has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge-room, and a washer and dryer in the laundry. As briefly mentioned in my about me, my super friendly and loving Golden Retriever Emmy lives at the house also, spending most of her time outside roaming the garden. Should the above sound like it might be of interest to you, feel free to get into contact with me!
Close to shops about 400m walking distance, bus stop across the road on Westbury road probably less than a minute walk to get there. I believe there's 3 buses every hour on weekdays. It's about 3 km to the city centre. The house is not massive and the room offered is at the end of the house and has fantastic views onto Mount Arthur and has got a double bed.

I'm an experienced event professional and I've just landed a job in Launceston so I'm looking for a place to live with other friendly flatmates who enjoy a good yarn, and a place where I can relax when coming home from work. I’m an avid foodie and keen gardener. Most of my free time is spent out and about attending events, wining and dining, socialising with friends and family or enjoying the outdoors.
Hi, I am Bhavin. I will commence my PG program at UTAS this July. I can cook Indian dishes , so my future flatmate will be treated with homemade exotic Indian cuisine. I am friendly and enjoy talking with good-natured people. I have mild OCD, so you don't have to worry about untidiness and messy home. I am fond of Soccer and cricket.
