Also there are plenty of empty cupboards in the kitchen. The garage is available for your car and storage space available there too. I am requiring a signed contract, references and there will be house rules.
Hi, I'm a high school teacher who loves to cook, do yoga and get outdoors. I'm pretty chilled and looking to live with friendly, tidy people who enjoy a mix of socialising and doing their own thing.
I'm conscientious, neat and house-proud. I'm a keen gardener, love cooking (mostly vegetarian, but not strict about it.) Though social, I can be rather quiet. I'm more likely to be reading or listening to something on my headphones, than watching a blaring TV or partying late into the night. Not to say I don't enjoy a party from time to time. Non-drinker, non-smoker. I'm somewhat minimalist in my aesthetic, aside from my predilection for indoor plants. I am also interested in finding somewhere I can have an office/work space to share, as I work from home a few days a week.
I feel like im a great person to get along with! Always down to have a conversation when im not busy. Im a clean freak so i hate things being messy, always cleaning the house or so on. I need a place by the 19th of May! Cheers x
Hey there, I have just sold my house in Queensland on the Gold Coast and am looking for a granny flat / 2 bedrooms / full home to rent with my 2 shetland sheepdogs they are geriatric 12yo who sleep a lot. I was a nurse at Gold Coast University Hospital (need quiet to be able to sleep post-night) and have interviewed for work as a nurse at Wollongong Hospital (they are checking my references as I type). Would prefer to be close to beach / hospital / free bus that is fully fenced, chilled and clean - own bathroom would be a bonus. I have a container of furniture from my 4 bed home so don't need furnishings. I'm living with family at the moment. Don't do drugs, love a drink and don't smoke. Must be LGBTQIXYZ friendly. Hobbies: building stuff, surfing, playing in snow, giggling and travelling a lot. Thanks for reading!
Hey! My friend and I are looking to move in together sometime during mid July and early June. We're both uni students, both willing to pay max $180 each per week, so our ideal rent in total should be somewhere around $500-600, depending on whether we find one or two other people to move in with. :)
Room to rent in brand new Large 4 bedroom home. (Landscaping in progress) Fully furnished, own bathroom, Wifi and ducted air con. 2 lounge rooms and study. Beautiful lake and escarpment views. Off street parking and some storage room available.
We can be social but tend to keep to ourselves, we are clean, friendly and fun to live with. We are accepting of all, great with both children and animals, and respecting of all boundaries.
Netflix and internet included. Contents insurance incase anything ever happens. Double bed and wardrobe. Quiet neighbourhood near busstops. More suited to someone with a car as its 10 min from uni and town.
I'm looking for a reasonable size room that is close to the uni and public transport, available to move into in June. I'm a second year Psychology student at UOW, from the local area so I know my way around and have an established group of friends etc etc. I'm looking for somewhere to live for the long-term so I'd like to form a friendly relationship with my roomies. I respect other other peoples belongings and spaces, I clean up after myself and so I expect that of other people too. I reckon that I'm a pretty decent person, I'm reliable, honest, and a bit cheeky to balance it out. My free time consists of gaming, crap telly and studying. Aside from that I often go out with my mates for drinks or dinner and a movie.
An amazing modern house, which is so close to everything. It's an easy bus ride to Wollongong and also UOW/TAFE and we are very close to so many amenities, including Woolworths, restaurants, Pharmacy, bus stops, butchers, Country Grocers, Subway, Dominoes, KFC and Unanderra train station as well as a local RSL- all within 5 mins walk. We have a large entertainment area at the back with plenty of storage and a BBQ, we even have a pool for when the weather gets warmer. We have both heaters and Aircon in the house. Please give me a call if interested as you are welcome to view the room - its available now and am looking for $220 per week (for 1 month - 3 months) including all bills and WiFi, although am happy to reduce to $200 per week if staying for 3-6 months. The room will not however be available from the 23rd Dec 2017 until 3rd Feb 2018.
Nice and clean. Quiet but would occasionally like to catch up. Professional working as a Software Developer.
I'm incredibly easy to get along with! My son is well behaved and is happy either kicking his footy or playing the Xbox. I'm a very clean and tidy person. I lead a very simplistic lifestyle....I'm not overly materialistic either. I enjoy quiet activities such as reading about watching tv.
I am employed non smoking female, neat and respectful, particularly in a shared situation. I'm not a raging party person, however I do have a sense of humour, am sociable, though I also enjoy my own space. I have my own bedroom furnishings. Thanks :) Teresa
I'm a quiet student, 23, Sydney born and raised. I spend most of my time reading, gaming, or hanging out with my friends when I'm not at Uni. Down for a chat/dinner/to watch some TV together, but mostly like to keep to myself. Currently on centrelink student payments and looking for a part time job, so rent will always be on time. I'm not always tidy, but I'm always clean, and my mess is limited to my room. Laid back and easy to get along with - if I have a problem I prefer to sit down and discuss it, and I would hope my room mates do the same. I love animals of all description - I'd love to live in a house with a cat, I miss mine at home! Non smoker, but don't mind if you do as long as it's not in the house. I have no preferences for room mates except that they keep communal areas clean. Male or female, gay or straight, student or working, I'm happy to room with anyone Public transport that is convenient for Wollongong Uni is a must as I don't own a car.
I'm 28 years old, am studying CompSci full time at UOW and also work part time in the software industry (from home). I'm really laid back, super clean (Balkan upbringing haha) and come with one feline, so ideal place would be fur baby friendly but she can also stay with mum and dad so not a deal breaker. I'd love to be part of a social and friendly household but also understand the need for privacy, keeping to oneself and respecting others sleep schedules etc. In my free time I am an avid reader, watcher of all the same shows you love, try to craft and sew very incompetently from time to time and love to go out, explore and try new things! Looking to move July but dates are flexible.
HEY HEY!!! well, I'm looking for a share house or area of my own!!! A little about me, I have recently gotten back form 5 months away in Asia and 5 months in Melbourne!! I travel every 6-12 months so I have many stories to share! I like to cook vegetarian/vegan dishes and get other people to try my creations! I love animals- so if you have a pet I can always help walk and look after! I work part time driving trucks and not full-time because in my 3 days I do those full-time hours sometimes a little less sometimes even more! I enjoy writing, guitar, singing, yoga, exercise and going for a beer at the pub! I like going out to watch live music events- but no I'm not looking for a party house! I am bi sexual so you would have to be LGBT friendly! Im a bit of a tomboy (a lot) haha so I'm easy with both genders around the house! Im going to be studying spanish also so I will be quite busy doing my own thing and I just got a surfboard so I plan to start learning to surf!!! I can provide some solid entertainment and laughs I guarantee that, but y'all must be familiar with a little sarcasm ;) anyway, I hope to hear form you all!
