But also just chill in my own space as well ☺️ I do have a pup pit bull x, but he is super friendly, a big sook and is an outside dog ☺️ I have just started a new job in The Village, Oonoonba, so I am looking to move as close to there as I can i.e Idalia, Oonoonba, Annandale, South Townsville, Douglas, Railway Estate. We are an easy-going, clean, friendly, respectful couple looking for a home in 2019! About us... We are studying physiotherapy and occupational therapy at JCU and plan to go on placement for the second half of the year in 2019 which is why we are looking for somewhere to live for the first 6 months of the year. Why we would be the best flatmates you have ever lived with... We are both low key clean freaks and understand that this house is not our own and will therefore give it the full respect it deserves. We would prefer to have our own bathroom but are open to all options.

4 bedroom, fully air-conditioned home in Fairfield Waters, close to the river. $190 a week includes bills (i.e. a cleaner once weekly, electricity, and the internet). The rooms have built in wardrobes and are air conditioned. Unfurnished. Due to a cleaning service as part of the rent, we have very few overall chores - just maintain a clean room and common areas so everyone can enjoy. We also share outside duties (e.g. bins and mowing). Those that are applying must be dog-friendly. Small to medium dogs will be considered (sorry, not cats).
The room is furnished with a queen size bed, study desk, chair and a large built in wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, bath and seperate toilet. There is a large open plan living dinning and kitchen space. The home is fully airconditioned. We have two loving dogs living with us who are allowed inside when we are home.
Hi all, I would describe myself as quiet, respectable friendly and mature. Will spend most of my time studying and working. Just need a place while I finish my diploma at JCU. Don't mind pets at all! Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Kind Regards, Edward.
Im easy to get a long with. Im a nurse that works shift work. I'm into my fitness . I also like to go out occasionally for a social catch up and to meet new people. I like to keep things clean and neat is ok.Im shy at first but once you know me Im pretty funny. Iam moving up from the sunshine Coast for work . I am looking for a nice friendly house mate(s) who like to hang out sometimes for a meal and a chat but not always. .. I am respectful of people's privacy.
House to share with two people and one friendly super-cute dog named Wally. A guy occupies one room, and a girl in another. Ages range from 27 - 34. We sometimes get busy doing our own things or working- but we are social and friendly. We both love going on camping adventures, learning to play instruments, or sharing new recipes and good food. The house has a small yard with gardens and some herbs and fruit trees, a nice park across the road (extensive native vegetation with lots of birds visiting) and a deck. The room that is available has plenty of cupboard/storage space, a lot of windows, and a queen size mattress. Electricity and gas are an estimate based on past use. Electricity is usually around 350-400 per quarter (3months) and is shared between three people. Gas is a very small cost that comes ~ once per year. We calculate and pay electricity and gas as they come - they are not collected weekly. Internet is unlimited NBN and is included in the rent. There is a bus stop on the corner and the house is a 15 min walk or short ride to Palmer Street and the city. JCU main campus and the hospital (next to each other) are a 40 minute bike ride by the river or a 20 minute drive. For students, there is also a JCU city campus nearby to study at that is a 5 minute bike ride. Please note: It is very important for us to have a harmonious house and every housemate living in the house is a pillar of that. We want to make sure we add another person who is tidy, friendly, cooperative, and relaxed. We need a housemate to take responsibility for tidying up after themselves in shared spaces like the kitchen, deck or living room and also share in the general cleaning tasks. Also, we would like our new housemate to be friendly and become a part of the household as a collective rather than living insular lives from the same house. This just means being up for a chat and maybe sharing a meal every now and then. We are all interested in sustainability, going on outdoor adventures, cooking, and relaxing - among other things :) p.s. I need to update the photos, but fyi we don't have a tv as it shows in the picture, and we wont be putting a tv in shared spaces on any permanent basis.
Hi! I’m moving to Townsville from Sydney to study diploma of higher education, majoring in science at James Cook University. I’m studying Veterinary Nursing at the moment with the hope of studying Veterinary Science in the future. I’m very clean and tidy, and not a fussy person to live with. I do need a place that will allow my 10 month old cat, Gypsy. She is very clean and friendly. I’m looking to move to Townsville in December sometime and would preferably like to share with females:)
