Second bedroom is being rented by a male who works a 9 on 5 off roster. Third bedroom is spare and not intended on being rented. No pets. Rent is $230 per week including electricity and water.

It has a reasonable size ensuite style bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The entrance is private from the front courtyard. A cereal breakfast and cut lunch basket provisions are provided weekly along with laundered linen. Studio 17 has CCTV and security screens as I have client files to keep secured at my non-business home. Studio 17 is in a good area of Toowoomba east of Ruthven Street. Would be suitable for professional, or person starting work in Toowoomba, shift worker or person studying postgraduate or academic from overseas arriving with a suitcase. Water and electricity are included in the rent (both expensive now). A previous long term tenant used a Telstra dongle for internet and had great signals at all times from this space. This studio is semi-detached to my home. If you have a narrow smaller car there is off street parking, otherwise on the safe street in front of my home. Unsuitable for a person who wishes to have additional overnight guests as I need to know who is in my home. Happy for visitors if you wish to cook a meal, have a BBQ or have a few drinks. I am against pornography and ALL recreational drugs. I prefer a male to live in the studio but will consider professional female. All non-smokers welcome, all religions welcome, overseas students/academics welcome, social drinkers welcome. There is a well trained friendly toy poodle on site who doesn't interfere with the studio. Regional Council only allows one dog for this size block. Rental payment by direct deposit is preferred.
