Hi there, I'm easy going, sociable and love keeping a healthy lifestyle. I'm looking for a clean and tidy place to live long term. I don't have pet but love them (particularly dogs). Cheers, Martin
I'm in Darwin for an internship and am pretty interested in society at large. In Adelaide I got a little caught up in the Adelaide Festival season - (so I'm excited to chill out a little in Darwin). I really love music and like having quite a bit of fun. I’m in 5th year at Adelaide University and study law/ anthropology / French. I am tidy and like clean shared spaces - but I’m not particularly anal about cleanliness! Would love to meet some friendly locals or anyone that would be keen to tell me what’s what in Darwin!
I'm looking for a room to rent from beginning of April until beginning of September, ideally close to the city centre, but I do love Parap area too. I am very friendly and easy to get along with, I like socialising but also love having my own personal space too. I am very clean, tidy and organised, and I love to cook. I work in the festival/event industry so I am out and about a lot for work. As I am only staying for 5 months, I am looking for a furnished room rather than unfurnished.
Hey everyone! I'm moving to Darwin from Canberra for work and would love to find some great people to share a house with! I'm a relatively clean person, friendly, easy to get along with, and always up for a good time :) I love the outdoors, and am excited to explore the NT on the weekends! I don't expect I'll spend that much time at home between my 9-5 job and exploring on the weekends. I'd love housemates who enjoy a drink and a chat, but also enjoy their personal space too! I'm looking for anywhere within a reasonable distance from the city, so Parap, Fannie Bay, Larrakeyah, Woolner and anywhere around that are all great options (I also don't know Darwin too well yet!). I'll be ready to move in around mid-April, but move in date can be a bit flexible. Looking forward to meeting any potential housemates!

City house share arrangement. This furnished three bedroom apartment is centrally located at Mauna Loa Street, Larrakeyah in Darwin City. Broadband Wi fi available. The apartment is based on a "house share" with all the bedrooms being private double rooms ($180 per week). Two private queen bedrooms, two bathrooms with the master (the third) bedroom ($195 per week) having its own ensuite. The fully air conditioned apartment has a large lounge area, kitchen, laundry and balcony. A lovely shaded swimming pool is in the grounds and there is a lift to all floors. A high standard of cleanliness is required and the common areas are to be kept clean and tidy on a shared basis (cleaning materials not provided). my names megan i’m 26 and i’m moving up to darwin for work. I’m an emergency nurse and will be working at the hospital for at least the next 6 months. I enjoy a glass of wine after work and like to get out and explore on my days off. I’m looking for a chilled out stress free house to live in
My boyfriend and I are really chilled down to earth people who are clean, tidy and quite. I have a dog, Monty, who is a poodle x bichon frise, 12yrs old, still tennis ball and walkies lovin' and really well behaved... but getting more relaxed and keen to sleep with his age. We are moving up to Darwin for work, I'm an Occupational Therapist and my boyfriend a Boilermaker, from Perth. We are looking to get to know new people and make the most of our time in Darwin.
This is a brand new 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment in the centre of the city in the Arraya Apartments. There are 4 air con units and 5 fans in the complex as well as a pool and gym. There is security only access to the floor of the apartment.
BREEZY TOP FLOOR CITY APARTMENT WITH LOVELY TREE TOP VIEWS One spacious bedroom is available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath top floor city apartment in a great location - walking distance to the city, the botanic gardens and Mindil Beach. This is a cruisy space, with great views, natural breezes and a balcony. Share with one other, a professional lady. And a cat. Must like cats. She's sweet and kind of cool, 9 years old and well behaved (in photos). This is a friendly home environment: the odd soiree, shared meal and social chat is welcome, yet it's not a party house. Would best suit someone with an active, healthy lifestyle, as mine is. One off-street car park and some storage space is available in a medium sized secure apartment block with good neighbours and a home feel. Furniture pictured is not included in the bedroom, although a queen size bed is available if necessary. $240 per week rent, plus equal share in household expenses, internet (NBN unltd), power and incidentals. Four weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance. Longer term preferred. This is a sublet arrangement, with approval required by the agent, including references and ID etc. Quarterly agent inspections requiring thorough cleaning also applies. No heavy drinking or drug use; and prefer non-smoking.
Hey everyone, I'm an easy going guy I enjoy the outdoors, playing football, keeping fit, and the odd beer. I'm always up for a chat or watch movie marathons on my days off. I have been house sharing since I was 19 so I know the drill when it comes to cleaning up after myself, paying bills on time, and respecting housemates space. If you would like to know more please don't hesitate to message me. Cheers
We are two paediatric nurses that will be moving up to Darwin in mid April. Hoping to find someone to share a house with us. Our budget is $250 pw each. We are looking for furnished properties and looking for a 6 month stay/lease. We have previously stayed in share houses and are used to the dynamics. Very respectful, laid back and familiar with shift work so we don’t throw parties. We love cooking and both very clean people. Also love socialising and excited to meet new people. We look forward to hearing from you. Emily and rose (the two on the left)
I’m Mel! Moved to Darwin about 5 months ago, my current lease is about to end and I’m looking at moving out of where I am now. I’m tidy, friendly and easy going, work full time and happy to sit around and have a chat over a glass of wine or keep to myself. I’m still pretty new to the Territory and always up for an adventure.
