Hey everyone :) 26yo guy recently moved back to Melbourne after living in WA for a while. Looking for a long term room ideally in the eastern suburbs but I'm not all that fussed. I don't have much furniture so furnished are favorable. Maybe interested in property rentals with a few friends if the opportunity came up. $150pw incl bills is my highest rent price. Trying to get settled with employment asap so someone who is fine with my situation is necessary. 85% sure I'm entering full time study in 2017. I'm the quiet type but in no way anti social, tend to spend most of my time between home/my parents/with friends, not a party person, enjoy the odd glass of wine here and there, and I'm an outdoor smoker. I tend to get along with everyone I meet. If I sound like someone who would fit into your household, don't hesitate to email anytime (if I'm slow to reply, that's because I didn't get an email yet letting me know I have a message). Thanks. Richard :)
I am a friendly, respectful and tidy person who is a Health Promotion Officer. I respect each others space and down time. I love a good tv series and enjoy baking! I am not a party animal but do enjoy socialising.
Very considerate and mixes well within social situations. Run my own gardening business and play football to keep fit. Have lived in the Blackburn Nth area for the past 15 years. Always conscious of other people's space and I'm a clean and tidy person always willing to pitch in and assist with chores around the house.
I am friendly, relaxed and easygoing and feel it's important to live in a 'home' not just a 'house' with respect for one another in all areas of living and sharing including cleanliness, prompt payment of rent and bills and privacy. I run my own Business and not home a lot but when I am, I enjoy chilling out with a glass of wine (or2) whilst cooking up a storm, engaging in one of my art projects, listening to some tunes, watching a good movie, or catching up with friends.
Hi my name is Elise. I am currently working and going back to study next year to finish my Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice. I am looking for a place closer to my current work and future University placement and job opportunities. I like an equal amount of quiet time and socialising. I am friendly, easy-going and hard-working. Will need to move into a new place by the 23rd of December. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I'm from Vietnam. I'm studying Health Sciences at Deakin College. About myself: like a little noise but I really need quiet when I have dealine, like eating, go outside at weekend, video games, a little tidy...
Hi, I'm Ellen, I'm 23 and studying the first part of my Bachelor of Science online. I'm not a loud person and do prefer the quite. I like going to the movies, reading, travelling, culture and arts, TV shows, and music. I'm nice, easy to get along with and would be a very respectable flatmate
I am a female entrepreneur currently taking a sabbatical from work to focus on health and wellness. Ideally looking for a vegan or vegetarian household to live in. I am non-smoking, non-drinking but always smiling :) Prefer friendly, social, communicative and relaxed households with shared duties for keeping the home clean. I love people but also need company that knows when to give some space. The area where I am looking in is flexible as long as it's within a comfortable travel distance to Melbourne CBD, I love the leafy relaxed feel Surrey Hills (especially anything around nature). Thank you for considering having me in your home!
Hi! I'm Mitch. I work full time 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. I'm single, non smoker, and currently have no pets. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family, taking iPhone photos of other people's doggos, scrolling through the movies and tv shows on Netflix and not watching a thing, and buying pot plants. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm chill with cooking my own food or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. That's what work is for! I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I probably prefer male housemates, but I don't dislike the idea of female housemates. I'd like to get together a group of 3 or so, and look at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)
I work and study full time however if I'm not doing either of those I love to be at the gym or out with friends. I've been in share accommodation before and really enjoyed living with different types of people. As much as I love my privacy I also love getting to know my house mates and having the odd big cook up together or drinks after work.

Tucked away in a quiet and friendly Surrey Hills neighbourhood, our house is incredibly spacious with large rooms and high ceilings, keeping you cool in the summer months but still easy to heat during a Melbourne winter. The house is situated directly opposite a park and Surrey Hills train station, with the City only being a short 15-20 minute journey by train. We are also only a 10 minute train ride from Swinburne University and a short drive from Deakin University (Burwood Campus) and Monash University. Our backyard and front porch are perfect places for sipping cold drinks in the hotter summer months and we are very close to many local parks, shops and cafes - these are just some of the reasons why I don't want to leave this place as it is so reasonably priced too.
