This home is cottage style. The room has a brand new fan, air conditioner, two windows, build in wardrobe and wooden floors. It is in a quiet suburb, which has easy access to day-to-day grocery supplies at Castletown Shopping World, Supa IGA, Otto’s Fresh Food Market, Family Life Organics and JCU is about a 15 minute drive away. It is about 4km from the CBD, major retail centres. The beautiful Strand / beach is about 5km away – easy cycle distance, and Castle Hill is even closer. If you like growing vegetables (in the cooler months) feel free to use the vegetable garden. There is also a fire pit in the back garden if you feel like an open fire every now and then. I don’t have Wifi – because I just use hotspot from my phone – the reception is great.
