Hello there, I'm looking for a new home anytime from December 2019 onward and not in a rush as I want to find the right home and flatmate/s (and I currently have amazing accommodation until Feb 20). I’m looking for at least 6 months but preferably 12 months plus. Very easy to get along with, clean and tidy looking for a modern home, Don't take drugs or smoke, light social drinker (usually only social events, or occasionally with a nice home cooked meal) and respectful of others and their property. I'm hoping there are some single parents out there looking to consider creating a new and exciting home and friendship where we can help each other out, or some students that are great with children and are looking for a reliable, clean and stable flatmate. Pooling our resources can get us a much bigger and better home in a better location for less money. Regardless of who you are, if you are interested please get in touch and lets see how well we get along and take things from there. I'm a single parent and I have 2 very active and well behaved young girls (5 and 7yrs). Due to their mothers instability, I have realised that I will need move from my amazing apartment in Miami to a house with a yard. I have entered a team-up before where we pooled our resources and found one of the best places in the area. Now that I have my children more I need to find something more suitable, think of what we could find in a family home by pooling our resources. The secret is finding the right flatmate/s, then the right home. As I’m not in a huge rush there is time to find the right flatmate and home. My number one priority is to find a great flatmate to live with, in a clean and modern home. I have the contents of almost an entire house in storage if needed, also happy to just bring my bed, a combination of both, or go on a shopping spree to furnish our new home together. I may be 45, however most people think I'm in my mid 30's, I exercise daily and am very fit with a biological age of 29, and I’m fun to be around :) I get along with everyone and just want a relaxed home for me and my girls (when they stay which is currently only 2 nights a week). Over recent months, as my ex-wife has been quite unwell, and I have had my girls full time for a week or two at a time (which I have loved). I am trying to get at least 50% care of my children and currently have them every second weekend and one night on the off week. I’m looking at a few housing options, and would prefer a house near the beach or on a waterway, or a large home with 4-6 bedrooms in the suburbs somewhere. I’d prefer a new and modern home, however will settle for a modern kitchen as I love cooking… Primarily I want a home I can relax in with a great flatmate/s, where ideally my children have their own room (happy for these to be used by friends/guests etc when they are not in the house) and everyone has their own space to relax in. There are some great larger houses out there and I’d be more than happy to team up and find a new home together with my new flatmate/s. Not here to hide anything from you, just looking for a great flatmate/s and a great home, and am being up front and honest about my situation. I love travelling, heading to the beach for a swim, kayaking, mountain bike riding, bush walking and keeping fit. I'm generally up at sunrise every morning and down the beach for a walk/run and swim to start my day. If you are after a genuine, clean and honest flatmate then get in touch. Have a great day and looking forward to hearing from you. If you are a student, please get in touch if you are interested as there would also be the added bonus of some paid babysitting if you were interested. Regards Neal
Quiet, clean, respectful. Although grey haired, most think I'm in my early 50s or late 40s. Like spending time at the ocean rather than hanging around home; out in the bush; clean air, nice views etc. Like the city for what I can get; hate the city for what it does to me so I regularly try to get away for a few days. Hate: volatile fumes, especially exhaust fumes near busy roads, aerosols ... yet here I am living near one of the busiest round-abouts on the GC; the housemates are all aerosol junkies = there are times I wear a fume mask at home. Doctorate qualified Natural Therapist, retired. Ditto Qld licensed Security Provider [definitely retired from that one]. Had a great time working as a Police Liaison Officer with Royal Thai Provincial Police, helping to keep idiots out of Thai gaols [or jails if you're American] when the Thai detectives did their herb sting thing. I need to live with others that take care of themselves. One of the current housemates hates veggies, lives on a diet of microwaved frozen dumplings and noodles = gut gas that he tries to hide with too much aerosol = I am very eager to move. Currently living in share house with 3 other guys, ages ranging from late 20s to mid 40s. Don't care if you smoke tobacco so long as I can't smell it. Herb is up to you, it doesn't bother me at all. Will not live with anybody that is into hard drugs. I like pets; have had a great dog [very non-aggressive Doberman]; been a registered breeder of Burmese for 10 years. I have no pets now; prefer to live in a house where there are none OR where the pets are not allowed in the house. So if you have a spare room in a house that is not subject to traffic fumes and you don't use aerosols, please consider me :) The room I occupy will be key lockable and I prefer dealing direct with the agent or owner when paying rent. Any bond will be held by the Residential Tenancy Authority as my Bond provider has stipulated. I will have a lease that commits me to only my room rent, not the house rent collectively.

Hi Everyone, My husband Brandon and I are looking for somewhere to live when we move back to Australia from the UK in February 2020. We will both be working full time in the Currumbin / Palm beach area and would love to find a place near there, however we are willing to travel a little for the right place. I work in healthcare and Brandon works in IT. We have a cat, Mango, who is usually outside during the day and just comes inside to sleep and eat. Ideally we would like somewhere with our own room and bathroom. If you have something you think we might be interested in, let us know. Brandon and I are super chilled, laid back people and love making new friends. We’re always doing things at the weekend to keep moving and usually spend weeknights at the gym. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon. :) Mikaela and Brandon
I recently had to say goodbye to my darling GSx, Tess. Looking for somewhere for me and my senior cats. We have been in our current home for 7+ years in Robina but this property has now been sold. I love the home and began establishing the indigenous garden (with owners permission) not long after I moved in. Would dearly love a veggie patch (have some herbs and citrus in pots already). Really, just looking for a place to call home. I feel I am pretty easy going. I am definitely a morning person 😂, which is not for everyone. Please note: my current lease expires end November. Looking to move from November 23rd. Unfurnished, Undercover car parking, full kitchen (ie oven & hotplate) and own bathroom required. I am eligible for NRAS.
Hello, our names are Luke and Caity. We are two hard working, super friendly and clean people. Luke runs his own business and Caity works full-time for a large builder. Luke enjoys surfing and the beach and Caity likes to be outdoors and keeping busy. We both work long hours so we will not be around all day. We have just bought our first property on the Gold Coast and are in the planning stages of building our dream home. In the meantime, we are looking for a temporary home while we build our own home. We are very clean, coastal, friendly people who enjoy small social events and a quiet drink or bite to eat with friends. As we work long hours though, we do like to just relax and take weekends as easy as possible. We love going to markets and being at the beach on our time off. We have the most beautiful Border Collie, Finn who is turning four in December. He is the happiest, friendliest and most loveable little boy who just wants a pat and is VERY obedient. His favourite thing is going down to Currumbin Alley or coming to the beachside markets with us. We are looking to move in immediately so if you are looking for friendly, clean and positive people to live with, we would love to share a home with you.
Hey there, I’m an easy going, down to earth, chilled out gal who loves anything outdoors. I spend most of my time at the beach, surfing, painting or riding my bike. I’m clean and tidy and very respectful of people’s personal space. I love a beer on the weekends, (or weekdays) and quite social so always down for an adventure or just a chat. If I sound like your cup of tea I’d love to meet you! Cheers, Jessa
I’m hoping to find 3-4 laid back ladies to rent a home for $150-$200 each! I’ve had a look around the gold coast and we can actually get very nice houses 😍 I go from introverted to extroverted so some days i’ll greet you with a cheery good morning! and others i’ll look like i’m struggling.. where’s the coffee!! I usually like to stay in my room and watch netflix but always happy have a nice dinner together, movies, wine, snacks, go out for dinner, bar, casual drinks, adventures, beach whatever tickles your fancy! Just have to get me on a day where i’m energetic 😂 I’d like to have friends over every now and then, not too crazy of course just dinner & drinks type of thing and probably won’t ben too often and i’ll definitely let you know beforehand! always more than welcome to join! but completely understand if you want to do your own thing ☺️ I’d like to bring along my little fur baby, he’s small, old and love lots of love but isn’t too need and all over you, usually just hides away and sleeps and is excited for like 10 minutes back when someone gets home, wanting to put him outside when i’m not home during the day but ignore your home, your more than welcome to bring him inside! I’d also like to have the master bedroom if that isn’t a problem, i’m happy to pay extra! But i have found some places that have 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms if interested!
