I'm currently working full time at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. In my spare time I usually like to read, exercise or play xbox. I'm really clean but not to an obsessive level. I don't mind a few casual drinks on the weekend but I'm not a big party goer. I'm pretty laid back and I can get along with pretty much anyone.
Hi I am Stuart a health conscious busy guy who enjoys the surf & bike riding. I like most sports & I don't drink alcohol. I am neat and clean. I get along with people very well. Available to help people as much as I can, I am happy to cook meals & do extra cleaning if required. I would like to live with easy going people who understand my situation of being a father of 3 great young boys who I would like to stay over just 2 nights each week on Thursday & Friday nights..They can sleep in the same room as me, it doesn't have to be a large room, medium will be fine, I can make a queen size bed & a single mattress work to fit us in for just 2 nights a week..They are good boys who are 2 (almost 3 ) 5 & 7...They are not loud & I take them outside to the park & beach as much as possible, so they would not be at the house much at all...Willing to pay up to $250 including bills & I would like somewhere with internet please.. If anyone has something that suits please contact me.
Looking for a professional female to share a large 4-bedroom house in Currumbin Waters in quiet cul-de-sac with bushland surrounding. We have a pool and views of the ocean. House is situated about 5 km to Currumbin/Palm Beach. About 2 mins drive to M1 and Pines Shopping Centre. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished (fits queen bed) with built in robe. Own bathroom (with bath) and separate toilet. There is more storage in the garage if needed. The rest of the house is fully furnished. You will be expected keep the spaces you use (room, bathroom, kitchen) clean and tidy.
Myself and my wife are looking for a shared house before we find our own place to live. We are moving down from Brisbane. We both love the beach and are into fitness, we are easy going people to get alone with and love making new friends. We are not into the party sense. Myself, I run a online PT business and my wife is a social worker. We can't wait to live hear the beach
Wanting to relocate closer to work which is at Currumbin as I currently live an hour away.. I have a really well behaved and friendly small dog named Lola. Im clean tidy and responsible and always pay rent and bills on time. Not in a rush to move. Looking for the right place with the right people for a long term stay! :)
Hi... looking to move into somewhere asap... need somewhere to call home, even if just for a little while... :) ...
I'm a professional, work full time as a medical doctor and will be doing a stint of 6 months at the Tweed hospital as part of my specialty training starting in early August (I will be in Sydney prior to this date). I have a very well behaved mini husky (14kgs) whom I adore and care for very well. She is toilet trained, quiet, enjoys walks and gets along with all people and most other dogs. She has lived at rentals before and has good references. I will vacuum and clean any mess she makes in a timely fashion. Happy to pay up to $400 per week (possibly a bit more if the right place is found/has own bathroom) for a PET-FRIENDLY place with a private room for myself and a secure yard ideally. **Needs to be certified pet-friendly**
Room available in privately owned 3 bedroom residence in Currumbin Waters (Room can be furnished or unfurnished) Own large bathroom (with bath) & separate toilet. I am a 44 year old relaxed & friendly female that works full time & looking for a responsible, respectful, flatmate to share living expenses. Very quiet street, great neighbours - I've lived here for 15 years!! I have an 11 year old Cornish Rex cat that lives inside, so if you are allergic or simply hate cats, you won't like it here as she as she is playful & loves cuddles. I love that it's close to shops, cafes, the RSL. The beach is a 5 minute drive away & the property is centrally located to the airport & the M1. The duplex has an air conditioned combined lounge/dining area with a lovely screened entertaining room out the back. There is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, BBQ & the only bill that we will share is the power bill as I take care of everything else. If you require an unfurnished room please let me know as I can easily arrange that as well. There is a shed also if some small personal items require storage (bikes, surfboards etc) *smoker ok (outside only)
Hi, I am looking for a place/room to rent for 6 to 8 months. I work full time as an electrician in Currumbin & am looking for somewhere close to or in the area. I am a quiet relaxed person, I get along with people quite easily.
The house is elevated half way up Currumbin ridge and has 180 views of the bush to the south and the coast to the north east. The block backs on to bush and there's a giant Silver Gum in the backyard where Kenny the Koala visits often. Its about 2 minutes in the car to the beach...or a 3km run if that takes your fancy. The vege garden is going great and I've planted some fruit trees, with more to go in. I have two chickens in the back neighbours coop too so fresh eggs come daily. The available room is the north facing master bedroom with a beautiful bay window and great views. It also has a double built in wardrobe. There's only one bathroom so we would have to share, but its a three way so the toilet and shower are both separate which makes it easy. There is a garage and heaps of dry secure storage room under the house if you have boards, bikes etc. The photos are the ones from the agent when I bought the place, so the furniture has changed and the available room is unfurnished.... but you get the jist.
Arrived on the Gold Coast about 6 wks ago, living in Mermaid Waters but want to be further south for work etc. I work around 30hrs at the surf club so a few nights/days as well as hrs during the day as a PA. also studying so keep pretty busy. love the chilled beach vibe, into yoga and health and fitness. As a budding nutritionist i like to spend a bit of time in the kitchen juicing and cooking. I study nutritional medicine so pretty passionate about that. Basically after a chilled house with people that are clean and a little social. Love travelling so will be back to doing lil trips once im a bit more settled. Not a party person but enjoy a drink occasionally.
My name is Lisa and I'm looking to rent around Currumbin/ Tallebudgera/ palm Beach areas (+20kms) Im a 23 year old female moving to study full time in a few months which includes work at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary once a week and study at Kingscliff. I have a job locked in for me at Tweed Heads as soon as I move with a company that I have been working with for a number of years. With me I have a beautiful 2yo medium sized dog who is incredibly well mannered and makes anyone who meets her fall in love with her, never chews up anything (including any of her toys) and she never barks at all unless someone knocks at the door. I also have a 5 month old Sulphur Crested Cockatoo who I have raised from 5 weeks old and am training in free flight (outside of course) he is extremely friendly and cuddly, and doesn't squawk or carry on as many cockies do. He will mainly just be in his cage or outside on his harness with me. I always clean up after myself and my pets, am very relaxed and easy going, and would like to live with similar people who aren't interested in drama. I don't smoke and don't drink aside from a couple of beers every now and then when I go out, and I am happy to look after any of your pets if you are away or walk a dog/s when I walk my dog each day if they are well behaved. In my pass time, I primarily ride my horse who will be agisted nearby, paint, go swimming/ exploring with my dog or go hang gliding. If you are interested and I sound like a good fit, please contact me as soon as possible as I am planning to move as soon as I can :) Regards, Lisa

I come from a family of 6 siblings, from living with this many people, I have learnt to be patient and to have to share my things. I am a mechanic and my partner amber is studying nursing and working as a carer. We are currently living with her parents but are looking to get out on our own. We have lived in a share house once previously. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends or work on cars which is my passion. Amber spends a lot of her spare time studying.

The house is big and spacious with a double lock up garage with lots of storage, large backyard and BBQ on the veranda that looks out to the trees, the house is also air conditioned. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to a number of beaches, Currumbin Sanctuary, Currumbin Creek and shops. Perfect location!. There is a small /medium size 1 and a half year old very friendly and excitable Lab X who loves long walks along the beach and a good meal ;D She also lives at the house so if you don't like dog's this probably isn't the place for you. I work full time and study animal science 1 day a week and do my work placement at Currumbin wildlife vet hospital so I'm super busy. Due to this I would rather get someone in that's not a huge party animal but doesn't mind a casual wknd beverage and a chat now and then. If this us please please give me a buzz. 😊✌️Thank you .

We are Indonesian couple, Ridho have been living in Australia for over 4 years whilst I just came here as we got married in 2015. We are pretty relaxing and reliable couple, we look after ourselves and make sure everything is clean and tidy after we use common area. Ridho finished his study at UQ last year and travelling a little bit with over 20 reviews coming from Australian east coast hosts can be seen on Air BnB too. However, we are now about to settle down here in one small beautiful town that got our heart. We moved down here and Ridho started working since last week and we are staying in another Air BnB accommodation right now but willing to find a more settle place and save some cost instead of paying holiday kinda accommodation. We are able to pay rent on time either weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis you decide. And looking forward to hear from you. Cheers Carissa and Ridho
