Looking for a new place to call home while i finish my studies at Bond Uni in Environmental Science :) I am without a doubt organised and clean and have outmost respect for the property and all of my flatmates which I hope I can bond with and have good times together. I am mostly quiet but can be loud too if it is required hahaha (I play guitar so maybe a bit of nice noise might come out sometimes haha) I am also vegetarian ;)
I've actually placed this ad for my friend cause he works full time and very busy with work and volunteer role so doesn't have time to filter through the internet so I'm acting on his behalf and anything suitable I will pass onto him. He works as a full time electrical fitter and volunteers with SES so he's not home very much. I have lived with him for many years but due to change in circumstances he will be moving on soon and looking for a new place close to work and his volunteer base. Not looking to share and prefer one or two bedroom unit, apartment or granny flat.
The house is a 4 bedroom spacious home, with a good sized deck with a good size back yard. The second biggest bedroom is a good size, with a built in wardrobe. The second bathroom contains a bath and a shower, with a bench/basin and toilet right next to it just outside the bathroom. The house has air-con and dishwasher. The kitchen is a good size as well and has a servery that I’ve screened to stop flies etc. I have fast internet, which is a separate bill, just like Electricty and Water, and Netflix. So please, if u’d like, just text me, if ur interested to come and have a look at the property. Thanku. Robyn. 🙂
Professional mature male, fun-loving, down to earth, very domesticated...LOL!, father of 2 independent adult boys, squash player, old soul, non-smoker. Looking for own place or share with one other, possibly consider a couple. Required for the end of March.
Clean, down to earth, relaxed. I grew up in the outback and love to get out in the green. I don't own a tv but do like to watch the occational movie, pretending to play my guitar or having a good hearty laugh. I am transfering my studies from Melbourne to Southern Cross Uni to continue with Clinical Sciences. I have the great privilege of sharing this life with a parrot named Jazz. Unless hungry she's pretty quiet, is a total sucker for neck rubs and has absolutely no sham investigating the underneath of your shirt where she is also likely to set up camp and have a kip. I'm not on any social media, I'm a bit old fashioned but should you wish to dig up on me I have referee's-a-plenty.
I'm a softy at heart, have been sharing and touring for 20+ years, been a drummer most of my life but now returning to Uni in brissy to study science. Will stay a night or two in bris sometimes, and often in Mullum/Byron so I'm looking for a ZEN DEN in NATURE to be my base. I see myself living in an environment that feels like I'm in nature, with space, light, fresh air, birds, frogs, hopefully dogs, an outside-in feel, and people who care about the energy of the house, the world, community and creativity. I am open to coming to the area any time between mid to late feb, and think 3 months might be a minimum with a view to live there while I do my undergrad (3 - 4 years) I have been based in the same house in Bondi, NSW for the last 12 years. I enjoy cooking, like to garden, love animals, do a spot of yoga, am well-travelled, holistic and diverse in my world-views. Naturally introverted, though known for a big personality when the occasion calls for it! I ultimately hope to share a peaceful, clean and natural environment, with gentle souls. I enjoy a great chat, very caring, and thoughtful. I also enjoy my own company, and will be resting, re-charging, studying, reading, writing a lot when home. oh, and did I say cooking? Yes, LOVE to cook for others ...
Renovated polished concrete floors throughout the entire home, brand new kitchen (incl. dishwasher), built in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, ceiling fans in bedrooms and air conditioning in the main living area. Room can come furnished with a wooden queen bed set and linen as well. The entire rest of the house is furnished and fitted out so no need to bring anything. Second bathroom will be built in six months, so until then it is a shared bathroom situation. All bills included - internet, electricity, water. No bond required but I just ask for two weeks notice (as courtesy) if you do need to move out. Smart TV in the living area with Netflix included plus internet as well. There is a massive backyard and outdoor patio area. Parking will be on street but it is a really quiet street and always heaps of parking. Just a short stroll to Currumbin Fair shops, Balter Brewery, Hype gym and Dust Temple cafe. Plus a short drive to either Currumbin Creek or Tugun beach. Super accessible to the M1 also for those who commute.
Large 5 bed house, will only ever be 3 of us here, shared bathroom with female, Internet, Foxtel and Netflix included in rent, power and water extra. Looking for someone ASAP due to one other moving closer to TAFE. Large Office area downstairs, double garage available for storage if required. Quiet area, quiet house due to us both working, not a party zone. Large modern Kitchen, washing machine and dryer in place, any extra furniture always welcome. Close to Currumbin Beach and M1, house is modern and clean. 2 bedrooms will be left empty. House has aircon, just not in every room.
5 Bed House in Currumbin Waters. Clean and modern, large house. 2 Double Rooms with built ins available. 2 Single rooms 1 with built ins available if required for a child. House does need more furniture but has most of what is required, if you have some then by all means bring it and make the house home. Only looking for 2 people to share the house. Very quiet area, close to Pines, in PBC catchment areas. Beach 5 mins away by car. Internet and Foxtel and Netflix included in rent. Electricity and Water seperate. House has home office downstairs with Double garage. Some off street parking available PC in one of the rooms for rent but that will be going downstairs to the office. Long lease in place.
Great space with 3 bedrooms just 2 minutes off the motorway and close enough nature still within reaching distance to the beach. The place is dated and needs a facelift there's no hiding that, however it does boast a great private swimming pool, plenty storage space, outdoor veranda, vege patch and spare room for guests/storage. I have a set up for a furnished room if needed, although I'd prefer a new housemates brought more than a back pack to the table.
Medium sized rooms with large wardrobe and storage space up for grabs in a spacious house with large outdoor areas including a private pool and large deck area with additional storage under the house. Under a minute to Currumbin Fair, 2 minute drive to the M1, 5 minute drive to The Pines, 7 minutes to the beach whilst remaining entirely peaceful set into the side of a hill surrounded by trees. Housemates ideally should be working full time and have enough past times to keep themselves occupied without being bored inside all day. Keep relatively clean and tidy, participate in garden green waste removal and show respect for others around you. Will not tolerate the smoking or storing of anything illegal on this property. Lies attached to any interests or personal details will always be found out too so please be honest to avoid any awkward conversations as a result. I have a 3 year old German Shepherd female who has the most adorable nature and is very sociable around anyone who will give her attention but also loves to lazily lie around after a run at the beach. She is a large dog and comes with the house, there is a need to have dog lovers around who can willingly accept some reasonable responsibility for her wellbeing while I’m at work. Any other questions please feel free to get in touch. I may consider single interests from anyone needing a secure place for upto 6 months aslong as you name your price accordingly. Thanks Andy
hello! I am looking for own space to move into around early April :), must have off street parking as I have 2 cars (happy as to leave one on the street), preferably with garage but not a necessity just so I can tinker on my vehicle in weekends. a little about me :) I prefer a quiet life, very easy going, extremely mature for my age. "House-trained", tidy & respectful. Have always paid bills before they're due. absolutely dedicated to saving/ earning, and my main hobby is making a weekly video for my YouTube channel about fixing cars. Enjoy a good laugh and meeting people. I'm a qualified chef so am happy to cook a weekly meal for everyone else too.
I'm 28 years old and moved from California to the Gold Coast to study physiotherapy at Bond University in May 2017. I will be graduating in June 2019 and I'm hoping to find a long-term accommodation beginning in April 2019 as I transition into full-time employment. I'm tidy, easy-going, and can get along with just about anyone. I am very active (much prefer to be out and about rather than being in the house all day), enjoy cooking, love music and traveling, and am an avid sports fan. I definitely enjoy socialising and having a few drinks from time to time (love a good G and T or a glass of red), but my biggest party days are behind me. I love all animals and I don't smoke, but I'm okay with living with smokers as long as they don't smoke in the house. My ideal flatmate(s) would be like-minded, young (mid 20's to mid 30's), active, motivated, social individuals (no bias towards male / female) who are looking to welcome a new long-term flatmate! Please send me a message if you think I'd be a good fit, or if you'd like to know more about me!
Huge 2-storey, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house, with remote lock-up garage and big pool, is surrounded by tall trees and koalas, in the bush near the beach, architecturally-designed with wide open living spaces, giant windows, high ceilings - it's all pretty stunning. . Sitting on top of a quiet dead-end street, set away from any neighbours, it's about a 5 minute drive to Currumbin or Palm Beach, The Pines Shopping Centre (everything you need), Pacific Motorway (entry 92/exit 93), cafes, take-outs, restaurants, pubs, clubs, creeks, parks, pools, gyms, sporting grounds, boardwalks, bush trails, boat ramps, etc. You can really have it all right here in about 5 minutes. . 10 minutes to the airport 10 minutes to Burleigh Heads - James Street, "The Hill", national park 10 minutes to Robina - huge shopping district, cinema, Super Stadium 15 minutes to Coolangatta - Snapper Rocks, nightlife, N.S.W border 15 minutes to Currumbin Valley - farmers markets, rock pools, bush 20 minutes to Broadbeach - Pacific Fair, casino, convention centre 25 minutes to Surfers Paradise - "All that glitters is not gold." 30 minutes to Southport - Griffith Uni, Seaworld, hospital 45 minutes to Springbrook National Park or Mount Tamborine 1 hour to Brisbane or the other way to Byron Bay . Currumbin really is the best place on the Gold Coast, no doubt. Excellent fresh farmers markets and surf, great access to all facilities, the city and to tremendous valleys, still mostly undeveloped - it feels like a hidden resort here, so relaxing to come home to. And through a tree-top view straight down to Currumbin Alley, you can check the surf before you leave (with binoculars). If you're lucky, you'll see dolphins. . 4 bedrooms are listed but 1 is actually fully self-contained, and he doesn't interfere with us regularly, so really just 2 people live here (upstairs) in a dreamy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house, and 1 is away half the week. . Your bedroom (downstairs) is cool, quiet and cosy, has a built-in wardrobe, shelves, a long wrap-around corner desk, and a queen size bed (or not, if you like). . You can have your own big bathroom (also downstairs) with shower, spa bath, toilet, cupboards and double basin, and lots of HOT water. No joke, it is hot! . There's strong unlimited Wi-Fi, all bills are included ($210 a week, nothing else to pay), there's good parking and storage space, and you would be under no obligations or stress of chores except to be courteous/clean up after yourself, and live peacefully/respect each other's space and property. . No bond, just 2 weeks rent upfront to stay ahead. . And there's also... NO couples NO kids NO pets NO pirates NO smoking NO drinking/partying NO drugs NO dramas . Come and have a look if you like the sound of that. It looks a lot better.
I love to surf and spend most of my free time looking for waves, absolutely love the ocean and natural environments. I really enjoy yoga, I am very considerate of others and am a responsible young adult who would like to find a peaceful house in nature or close to the beach that I can call home. I currently work part time and am beginning study in Sports and Exercise Science as I am intrigued by the human body and the impact we can have on our health and wellbeing when we focus our energy towards it.
I'm looking for a sharehouse that everyone feels at home in, that is a little oasis with a friendly/family atmosphere. I'm clean, will cook delicious veggie food, and love a good house hang/outing every so often. I'm not a big party animal, but do love a good drink every now & again. More on the yoga, bush walks, chai tea and brunch bandwagon these days...
Hey all, I'm looking somewhere to call home. I'm an easy going person, relax, organized and clean. I study Diploma of early childhood education and care, also I'm new in GC, so send me a message if you think your home suits for me. Thank you

Fully furnished property on very leafy acreage, 5 bedrooms (3 downstairs and 2 upstairs), 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and a separate laundry. One ($300/week) or two ($400/week for both rooms) fully furnished bedrooms are available to rent with exclusive use of 1 bathroom (shower, bath tub and toilet). One of the bedrooms comes with a double bed, a built-in robe and drawers. The other room come with a desk, built-in robe and a 3-seater couch. Free use of the washing machine (no drier). Kitchen and common living area on the ground floor are shared. There's ample storage under the house. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, the house is not air-conditioned, but has a fireplace for the short and mild Gold Coast winter, the entire exterior (floor to roof) was very recently repainted. The property is professionally maintained on regular basis, i.e. swimming pool and garden are maintained and serviced monthly. A cleaner comes every fortnight to clean the house wall to wall. All these services are also included in the rent. This house suits well for someone with just a suitcase or two full of clothes and owns a vehicle. Currumbin beach is 5 minutes drive and Coolangatta Airport is only 15 minutes away. Palm Beach groovy and trendy eatery precinct is also just 10 minutes away. Access to M1 freeway is 10 minutes away. Closest supermarket is also just 5 minutes drive.
Emotionally intelligent, I’m very easy going and practical. I’m always in a good mood and smiling. I already live in a really really great place, I have it so good. The only downside is my housemate... I would like to live with someone a little more all there in the head if ya know what I mean. He’s a lovely guy but I’ve just never felt comfortable. What I need is a gaurage to park my Ute with all of my tools on it, a remote control gaurage that I can drive in and leave my stuff safe overnight is ideal. Loading and unloading everything every day would get old fast. That’s the only thing I really need. What I would really like is my own bathroom, aircon in my room, and not a little tiney tiny Harry Potter sized room. Also wouldn’t mind some space to grow some veggies! And my dream is to develop a backyard food garden business idea where instead of lawns people have backyard food gardens. I’d like to live with healthy active people, People I can actually have a conversation with and who are funny and relaxed. I would like to be friends with my homies... get it! Homies! Hahahahaha Anyway I am very active, have my own gardening business. Eat healthy, train Muay Thai and lots more. Am giving up the Muay Thai for a while to get back into yoga and all that more chill stuff. I’m thinking about getting a dog too but there’s no real rush there. If you have a cool dog I swear I will play with it more than you. Just putting it out there, I am in no rush and will only be willing to move if I find somewhere equally as good as the place I am in now or better but with cool awesome housemates. Thanks for reading, merry new year 😜
I’m 19 years old, studying Industrial Design at Griffith Uni, Gold Coast. I work part-time in bars, and also do freelance graphic design work. I prettymuch study, work and exercise, so I keep to myself, and keep busy. Sometimes, my partner will be visiting (maybe a couple of times per week) I take pride in my appearance and my surroundings, I like to keep things tidy and running well. I’m looking for a housemate(s) who want to rent a decent place and are genuinely decent people and don’t leave mess around, don’t make loads of noise but are just chill and look after things 🤙🏼
We are an easy going clean couple who enjoy getting outdoors on our MTB bike and going to the beach. We are looking for a new place, which has room for our bikes and potted plants. Look forward to hearing from you.
