I'm a very chilled easy person to get along with. I work Monday to Friday and have uni so I'm pretty busy and keep to my self but don't mind a good chat over dinner. I'm pretty active and love to live a healthy life style. Im very clean and would like to live in a very tidy and clean house. I do have a dog.. boo boo my pug but if I am unable to have a pet I can leave him at my mothers house. I am a very reliable and respectful person and an easy person to get along with.
I'm a fitness therapist, yogi & longboard surfer with a food passion, so am always in the kitchen. I'm clean, quiet, don't do parties and prefer books to television. I do need to find a place with a lock up garage so I can set up a training studio too, FYI.
Private room and own bathroom available for short-term stay (with the potential to increase the tenancy duration if we get along) in a modern townhouse, situated in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood in Currumbin Waters. Easy access to M1 Pacific Motorway, beach, local shops, Currumbin Creek and Currumbin Valley. Shared spaces include living area (there is now a much bigger couch than in the pictures attached), kitchen, and balcony which has a breakfast bar and a hammock you are more than welcome to relax in! You will be living with only one other person (me!). Originally from Melbourne, I moved here for the relaxed lifestyle and the sun. I work as a group fitness instructor at various gyms along the Coast, so I'm up and out early most mornings and also work some evenings, with during the days off - this means you will mostly have the house to yourself in the morning to get ready for work, and in the evenings at dinner-time. Because of my hours I'm not a party person (I do like the occasional drink) I'm also pretty easy-going and friendly, happy to share a conversation over a meal or two, and am respectful of your space/privacy - I only ask that you do the same in return. I am also vegan, so I'm looking to share my house with someone who is like-minded and follows a similar lifestyle too (vegetarian is ok). Rent is $200/week, including all bills and Internet. Bond is 4 weeks' rent. The right candidate must be... - young professional who MUST be working full time prior to moving in (room and house not suitable for students, sorry) - vegan/vegetarian only - clean and tidy, including no wearing of shoes in the house - honest and reliable - single (NO COUPLES ACCEPTED) - easy-going - non-smoker If this sounds like you, get in touch! Cheers, Sarah
I like to live a quite life and I am a quite person by nature, but I have travelled extensively to many different parts of Australia for experience. I routinely exercise everyday with running and riding a push bike. I work in journalism from my laptop. Some say I cook brilliant dishes of many cultures "but self praise is no recommendation they say". I pride myself on personal hygiene and a clean house environment. My interest and entertainment in life are all forms of media (Music, videos etc). I only drink sociably if prompted but I normally don't bother to drink. I have a tendency to help people out if prompted, because I feel good about it. (But not used by people).
Moving up from Adelaide, have secure work from Sept on wards. However can pay in advance for right place for august as well. I'm clean and respectful. Background in Wine and Spirits so am comfortable with cooking and socializing.
I am a happy go lucky person working in retail :) I'm very genuine, kind, friendly, open-minded and with peaceful energy. I'm always keen to clean up after myself, contribute endlessly, create a well flowing atmosphere and most importantly encrouage a happy, fun and enjoyable household. I have lived independently for over two years now twice in sharehouses and once through real-estate (for which I have rental history and rent lodgings). Mainly I'm looking for a room to call home where I can share awesome company with my friendly housemates! And preferably an all girls house :) Super excited to see what will present itself for me, so please swing me a message if you're interested in having me in your home! :)
I want to move further up the Coast (ideally Palm Beach or Currumbin) at the end of August as this is when my current lease finishes. I would prefer to find someone to team up with but will consider a flat with the right match. A bit about me: I work Mon-Fri in Casuarina and train most nights. I love to dance, go to the beach, go for the occasional surf (I'm an absolute novice surfer!), drink coffee and have a cold drink with friends in the weekend. I would like to live with someone of a similar age, who is focused during the week and keen to engage socially during the weekend. Also I have funrniture...so I'd like to be able to keep it if I move into a flat.
I work within the Natural Therapies Industry and lecturer. I am a professional who is caring and loves a tidy clean house. I am social and enjoy cooking together and relaxing with a glass of wine. Due to the nature of my work I am often busy preparing for lectures or at the clinic. I believe in keeping a healthy diet and love to exercise. I strongly believe in paying bills and rent on time is respectful - avoid's any unnecessary household stress. Ideal is sharing with one other with my own bathroom or find my own little apartment/granny flat. Relocating from Melbourne mid July 2017.

Beautiful three story property located on top of Tugun hill with stunning views of the coastline. House catches morning sun, perfect for a dip in the pool on our large open deck, upon wake up. We are surrounded by nature; there is a little bush walk at the back of our house that hosts some friendly and kind of cute bush turkeys. We are a vegetarian, no drugs nor alcohol kind of household. You will be living with two couples, one couple in their 50's and the other in their 20's. We are an easy going, bunch, looking for someone as equally easy going to gel with our vibes. You will be sharing a bathroom with one couple and we ask that you help here and there with cleaning. Rent includes, water, internet, pool and garden maintenance. We have a lovely spacious house with wonderful views in Tugun. A large bedroom (queen size bed, a small built-in desk, built in wardrobes, air conditioning and a ceiling fan) is available for a home stay guest. Our previous (overseas) guests have enjoyed the experience, with the last guest asking about returning for another stay. Oh, and we have a solar heated pool too. Around the pool we have a hydroponic system fed by rainwater tanks growing our vegetables, and we have a few chooks to produce eggs. You would be welcome to share our meals, though if this is to happen you would need to contribute to the cost of food, and help us clean afterwards. We share the household chores, and you will be expected keep the spaces you use (room, bathroom, & kitchen) clean and tidy. There is a bathroom next door which would largely be yours, though our son may occasionally share the bathroom. We have allowed for reasonable use of electricity, water, and internet in the weekly rent. A fortnight's rent must be paid punctually at least 14 days in advance, so you will need to pay a month's rent to take the room. We don't want to have to embarrass you by having to ask for money. The last fortnight's advance rent payment will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is left clean, tidy, in good condition, and we get the key back. Location: We are up on the hill in Tugun [According to Google Maps, travel time to get to Tugun Beach just past the Tugun Shops / bus stop by: - Car is 4 minutes - Bicycle is 8 minutes there, 9 minutes back (it is up hill and will probably take more like 15min) - Walking is 16 down & probably 25-30 minutes up] [According to Google Maps, travel time to get to the Gold Coast Airport (OOL) / SCU Bilinga (4.8kms) by: - Car is 9 minutes - Bus is 30 minutes (including walk to bus stop) - Bicycle is 20 minutes there, 25-30 minutes back (last bit is up hill) - Walking is 1 hr.]

My name is Kriselle and I am looking for a place to live in the Northern NSW or Southern Gold Coast region, for myself and my Companion Dog, Lila. I recently lost my home in the Northern Rivers floods so am keen to find a sanctuary and some stability as soon as possible. I am a quiet, clean and tidy person and Lila is my companion, so must come with me wherever I move to. If you have a spare room and have wanted a dog, but not wanted the responsibility or cost associated with one, please consider us. Lila will give you all the love in the world, while I will do everything associated with her care. Lila is well socialised, so would also enjoy the company of another dog if you already have one and are keen for it to have a playmate. Any property must be dog-secure. I can afford $150 per week and look forward to hearing from you.

I like to keep a clean space and I'm always prompt with paying bills/rent. I love music, nature, cooking, gardening, jokes, socializing and keeping active. I don't take myself too seriously and have lots of share housing experience
I'm honest, respectful, reliable and a happy person... I work as an electrician. Early starts and long days generally so very quiet through the week. I love the ocean and surf when I can or otherwise playing golf . I'm never hanging around the house too much and like to be outdoors enjoying the day
We are two hard working guys that would like to move to start university and some part time work. We like to play sport, socialise and have fun, outgoing personalities. Were clean and tidy who respect our house. We are from a rural town called Grafton and would like to meet some new people.
I have to move out of my current house as they're selling. However I have a dog, my 'big baby', who I don't want to give up, but I cannot currently afford a place on my own that is also pet friendly. Me (and Jack) are both very friendly & easy going, clean, tidy, quiet.
Hi Guys, I've moved up to the Gold Coast from Melbourne to study my Masters of Physiotherapy and am currently working part time as a chef in Kirra. Easy going bloke, love a quiet beer and a joke. I've handled all the rent, bills, applications and gardening of my last two houses so know what a hassle it can be. The only catch is I have my dog Bob up here with me. He's eight years old, super chilled, doesn't bark or dig and loves stealing pats off whoever he can. Also he's an outside dog and I don't expect that people want him in the house so no need to worry about hair etc inside.
