Available to help people as much as I can, I am happy to cook meals and do extra cleaning if required. Does someone have a large room for myself and for 3 nights a week my 3 young boys who can sleep in the room with me, willing to pay $270 for a good room please. Is anyone looking to go halves with one other in a 2 or 3 bedroom place and find a lease we are happy with, please let me know if you are interested in going into a lease...
The Villa is well situated to Central Gold Coast. 5 mins from Currumbin Beach, shops, cafes and airport. The Villa is modern and homely. Gas heating and cooktop double dishwasher drawers. The Villa is fully fenced, private with a manicured backyard and raised garden bed. There are 2 bedrooms available (1 could be an office) separate toilet and separate bathroom. The shared area is spacious with air conditioner, and opens onto a relaxing entertainment area. (All rooms have ceiling fans)
Hi Everyone, My partner Brandon and I (Kiwi and Irish) are looking for somewhere to rest our heads for around 6 months. We're super easy going and sociable with a dislike of drama! Both working full time in Talle/Currumbin area and generally always out and about at the weekend and gym pretty much every evening. We do have a cat, Mango, who is usually outside during the day and just comes inside to sleep and eat. Ideally we would like somewhere with our own room and bathroom. If you have something you think we might be interested in, let us know. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon. :) Mikaela and Brandon
The house is elevated half way up Currumbin ridge and has 180 views of the bush to the south and the coast to the north east. The block backs on to bush and there's a giant Silver Gum in the backyard where Kenny the Koala visits often. Its about 2 minutes in the car to the beach...or a 3km run if that takes your fancy. The vege garden is going great and I've planted some fruit trees, with more to go in. I have two chickens in the back neighbours coop too so fresh eggs come daily. The available room is the north facing master bedroom with a beautiful bay window and great views. It also has a double built in wardrobe. There's only one bathroom so we would have to share, but its a three way so the toilet and shower are both separate which makes it easy. There is a garage and heaps of dry secure storage room under the house if you have boards, bikes etc. The photos are the ones from the agent when I bought the place, so the furniture has changed and the available room is unfurnished.... but you get the jist. Please note the room is not available until mid may, and won't be available for inspection until after Easter.
I'm into Fitness (ex gym owner)! I'm up early, eat healthy and go to my gym every morning (it's my second home and I'm part of the furniture)! (Well it's motor)!! I'm a people person and pet lover! I do own a cat who is part of my family! I have 5 adult children who all live in palm beach / Currumbin and I visit often! Currently staying with my oldest son, his partner and my new grand bubba girl!! Cheers Sandy

Hi! I'm Michael, a great housemate. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of others space and belongings. I'm super laid back and get along with guys, girls and pets. I always pay bills and rent on time and I'm one of the good guys. Cheers.
I'm a professional, work full time as a medical doctor and will be doing a stint of 6 months at the Tweed hospital as part of my specialty training starting in early August (I will be in Sydney prior to this date). I have a very well behaved mini husky (14kgs) whom I adore and care for very well. She is toilet trained, quiet, enjoys walks and gets along with all people and most other dogs. She has lived at rentals before and has good references. I will vacuum and clean any mess she makes in a timely fashion. Happy to pay up to $400 per week (possibly a bit more if the right place is found/has own bathroom) for a PET-FRIENDLY place with a private room for myself and a secure yard ideally. **Needs to be certified pet-friendly**
Our house is located in a really nice area in Currumbin Waters. Is a 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + toilet, fully furnished with pool and bbq area! We also have a canal on our backyard! Great for fishing and chill during the sunsets. We have 2 bedrooms available, can be furnished or not! It's up to you! the 3rd bedroom is a Guest room, not for rent!
I'm quiet, clean, relatively tidy. I enjoy eating healthily (not vegetarian) and exercise regularly. I'm pretty easy-going as long as my flatmates clean up in the kitchen after eating. I meet lots of friends at different venues to meditate or exercise.
I come from a family of 6 siblings, from living with this many people, I have learnt to be patient and to have to share my things. I am a mechanic and my partner amber is studying nursing and working as a carer. We are currently living with her parents but are looking to get out on our own. We have lived in a share house once previously. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends or work on cars which is my passion. Amber spends a lot of her spare time studying.
Looking to welcome someone into our humble abode. 1 room available Large shared bathroom, between the two. Additional toilet downstairs. Close to the beach (depending on your transport of choice). 5 min bike ride, maybe 10 mins on a slow day.

We have a lovely spacious house with wonderful views in Tugun. A large bedroom (queen size bed, a small built-in desk, built in wardrobes, air conditioning and a ceiling fan) is available for a home stay guest. Our previous (overseas) guests have enjoyed the experience, with the last guest asking about returning for another stay. Oh, and we have a solar heated pool too. Around the pool we have a hydroponic system fed by rainwater tanks growing our vegetables, and we have a few chooks to produce eggs. You would be welcome to share our meals, though if this is to happen you would need to contribute to the cost of food, and help us clean afterwards. We share the household chores, and you will be expected keep the spaces you use (room, bathroom, & kitchen) clean and tidy. There is a bathroom next door which would largely be yours, though our son may occasionally share the bathroom. We have allowed for reasonable use of electricity, water, and internet in the weekly rent. A fortnight's rent must be paid punctually at least 14 days in advance, so you will need to pay a month's rent to take the room. We don't want to have to embarrass you by having to ask for money. The last fortnight's advance rent payment will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is left clean, tidy, in good condition, and we get the key back. Location: We are up on the hill in Tugun [According to Google Maps, travel time to get to Tugun Beach just past the Tugun Shops / bus stop by: - Car is 4 minutes - Bicycle is 8 minutes there, 9 minutes back (it is up hill and will probably take more like 15min) - Walking is 16 down & probably 25-30 minutes up] [According to Google Maps, travel time to get to the Gold Coast Airport (OOL) / SCU Bilinga (4.8kms) by: - Car is 9 minutes - Bus is 30 minutes (including walk to bus stop) - Bicycle is 20 minutes there, 25-30 minutes back (last bit is up hill) - Walking is 1 hr.]

I am a full-time student at SCU. I am not partnered nor have any commitments such as children or pets (have 2 dogs that live with my parent, which I would like to bring down here if possible). I attend C3 church in Kingscliff Sunday mornings and connect group once a fortnight. I am at the campus most days from 7am - 5pm (fluctuates at times). This means that I am home on weekends, and mostly every evening. I am quiet but friendly, most of the time and prefer to keep to myself, but do enjoy chatting and making small talk. However my focus is to study.
Hi there ! I'm 21 (female) and looking to move out until mid / late August as after that I'm heading overseas. Looking for somewhere furnished as all of my furniture is in Newcastle (home town) and moving it up here to only move it back in August isn't worth it. I work 3 jobs so I'm usually in and out the door quite regularly, neat, tidy and always down for a beverage ( wine ) I'm looking for somewhere as soon as possible as my current living situation has fallen through as a family member I was living with has gotten sick and I'm unable to stay any longer. Hope to hear from you soon 😋😋

Hi I am a mature single woman looking for a place to stay at the Gold coast, preferably quieter areas, close to shops and amenities and within walking distance from the beach. I work from home so looking for a place which offers unlimited internet or line which I can use as well as a desk too if possible. I am neat, quiet, keep much to myself most of the time, reliable and honest.
Hi We are late 20s couple and have been living in Australia for over 4 years. We are pretty relaxing and reliable couple, we look after ourselves and make sure everything is clean and tidy after we use common area. We are looking for Master room for 3 months with possibility to extend the period of stay (or private bath room). We are active couple who wake up early either for work or going surfing and do some exercise on the weekend. We need to move by the end of May as our current lease come to due, able to discuss earlier move in. We are after a place with no more than 3 bed rooms and positive vibes is a must. We both working all the week and able to pay rent on time either weekly or two weeks in advance. Please let us know if you have room to rent between Miami and Coolangatta. Will be nice if close to the beach but it is not a big deal at all. We are into $200-350 per week rent depends on the condition. Please let us know, thank you. Kind Regards, Carissa and Ridho
About me: Hey there - my name is Kahu but you're welcome to call me Jade. I have my own car, work a full time waitressing job and study law full time at SCU. I'm very social and happy to have a chat after work or over dinner but respect personal space and boundaries if you are seeking a more reserved tenant. Seeking: Flatshare/house share or granny flat type accommodation with/without others - maximum age of 30. Max I can pay is $250/week (can also afford quarterly bills split between other tenants). Anywhere from Miami-Coolangatta I'd be very interested in. Would prefer my own bathroom but am happy to share with the right people at the right place. I have my own bedroom furniture - desk/bed/dresser/television and would prefer an unfurnished room. I have no pets but love being around them if you have any animals. Let me know if you may be interested and have a room that suits!
I have to move out of my current house as they're selling. However I have a dog, my 'big baby', who I don't want to give up, but I cannot currently afford a place on my own that is also pet friendly. Me (and Jack) are both very friendly & easy going, clean, tidy, quiet.
