I'm super clean, pretty quiet, friendly and considerate around others. I work full-time plus an occasional shift in a casual job. I like to live a relatively healthy lifestyle and am outdoorsy. When I am home I enjoy the odd night sharing cheese, wine/cider and a meal with flatmates in front of a movie. I also like time to myself so I generally go with the flow with what others feel like doing at the time. I'm no big party animal and don't smoke. I value kindness and am flexible with length of stay and move in dates for the right place. I can also supply excellent references from past flatmates and landlords.
Fun, tidy and easy-going, I'm a bit of a goofball, I love music, books, art and gardening. I'll talk with anyone about most anything. Grew up in rural NSW but have lived in Canberra for 2 years. I've been in many share houses over the years and I will always do my part when it comes to keeping the place clean and respecting the space of others. I appreciate good hygiene practices. I enjoy/need my quiet time and may have quiet days, but also love to sit around with a beer or glass of wine and have a chat. In my down time, I usually spend time in the garden, going for walks, or reading and I love heading out for a drink and a boogie occasionally. I am currently studying horticulture at the CIT. Looking to find either a room in an established house or teaming up with some people to form a new share house. Looking to live in the inner North or South of the city. I have a lot of furniture that I can bring along, as well as a pretty decent record collection. Flexible on move date, anytime from now. Have two cute kitties (Fernando and Harley) that I'd love to move with, but no hassle if not.
Hi! I am a friendly 22 year old looking for a relaxed household in which to live. I am currently working full time as a support worker around Canberra. I am quiet and usually keep to myself but enjoy the company of others. I like to cook and love games. I prefer to keep common areas tidy.

I like to walk, go to the gym, attend music events and the cinema. I am looking for accommodation to share for 3 moths to a year.

hey guys, I'm from country WA and will be moving to Canberra soon to start a career in the emergency services. I've lived in share houses for the last 5 years so i know how to keep my area (and the rest of the place) clean and respect others privacy. as a housemate, I'm a pretty relaxed and flexible guy who enjoys catching up with housemates and going on the occasional adventure on weekends. I'm also partial to a beer or two but not huge on house parties these days. In my spare time I like to keep active, be it AFL, tennis, cycling or surfing and i'm always happy to have others join in. it does mean that i have a bit of gear to store so a garage or shed at the house would be preferable. I'm looking to share with people in their 20's with male and female flatmates preferably. hopefully some of this has grabbed your interest and i look forward to moving to Canberra soon!

Looking forward to hearing from you. John

I’m 29, work in comms in the public service in the city, grown up in Canberra for most of my life, but recently moved back from a 4-year stint in Sydney! Love being active and getting to the gym after work and i do a dance class once a week. I tend to stay in during the week and try and chill/do a few social things on the weekend. I consider myself pretty chilled, love food/cooking and cooking for others, trying new recipes. I don’t have any intolerances except dairy (although I tend to indulge sometimes with cheese lol) and I like being clean and tidy to a reasonable extent! Ie I don’t like living in filth but I’m not OCD :) I have a tv and an Apple TV as well as some shelves, but also happy to buy some furniture if need be. Flexible with move dates :)
I’m a single mum friendly, clean, tidy, well behaved , hard working, collaborative and know how to use common sense. I have an adorable 2yo daughter so well behaved ( she’s a bless). We moved to Canberra from Brisbane cause I got a job in the Venezuelan embassy. I don’t know many people here so that’s is part of the reason why I’m looking for a share home preferably with another girl.
I am super bubbly, tidy, down to chat and love animals. Also work full time so won't be too much of a hassle around the house a lot.

So please shoot me a message if you're like minded and have a decent size bedroom I could fit a bed and a desk and still be comfortable in! :)
I am a public servant relocating from QLD to Canberra for work. I am clean and considerate. I enjoy my alone time, but I am also sociable and look forward to getting to know my flat mates. I love animals, especially dogs. I’m vegetarian but have no objection to living with non-vegetarians, as I believe this is a personal choice. I enjoy a few drinks, but not too many as I like to make the most of the day and get outdoors bushwalking, jogging and doing yoga.
I am trustworthy, quiet, respectful, clean and tidy. I work 6 days per week. I am relocating from Darwin to start a new job in Canberra. My family will be relocating at the end of June. Hi there, My fiance and I are looking for a 2/3 bedroom property to rent for a long term lease. Both full time workers applying for permanent residency and ready to move on 18 March 2018. Wanting as close to Holder/Wright/Weston Creek as possible. Would be great fully furnished but that's fine if not, however laundry facilities is a must. Can pay bond/advanced rent. Budget around $450pw. Obviously the less the better. About us: 25 and 27 years old, very quiet, clean and respectful, non smokers. I work from home in an online business and my fiance as a childcare worker. We have plenty of reliable rental references from the last 4 years as well as work/friends references. Please text or email with photos and information. We look forward to hearing from you. :) Cheers, Bernardo and Gabie
Me and my 3 year old Brittany Spaniel, Holly, are looking for a dog-friendly place to live for the next year at least. We need to be in by the end of the month. I am currently in my last year of a Bachelor of Arts at UC, focussing on museum studies/digital heritage (which I can talk about for hours if you get me started on it) and working part time as a receptionist at a physiotherapy/pilates practice, and also as a French teacher at a preschool. I'm very friendly and easy-going, and like my own space, but totally happy to share a meal or a glass of wine in the evenings. I also enjoy going to the movies, trivia nights, reading, and obviously museums! Most importantly I have a Netflix account that you would be welcome to use if you don't have your own. I'm very tidy and always ready to do the dishes for you if you cook me dinner! I have a boyfriend who lives in Sydney and only comes to stay every month or so for a few days, or sometimes I'll go up to visit him. If you would be happy to puppy-sit while I was away that would be amazing! As for Holly, she's extremely friendly and loves people. She enjoys being inside if there are people home, but stays outside whenever I'm at work or uni. She sleeps inside at night in my bedroom and is very well-behaved (won't chew furniture or steal/destroy anything) but she does sometimes get a bit excited and jumpy (she just loves everyone too much). Basically if you're looking for a friendly girl and dog to share a house with, who are always up for a chat and a wine, then send me message! And if you're looking to team up, we can look for a place!
CONTACT ME TO VIEW ROOM this SATURDAY 17th March!! thanks alex Hi, I'm looking for someone to share a neat 3 bedroom house in Hughes with a friendly female medical professional. The house is fully furnished and includes a new kitchen and appliances and is freshly painted throughout. The room will become available early April. The house is only a 15min walk to the Canberra Hospital and 2 min to Hughes Shops. Its 5 minutes drive to Barton and 10 minutes drive into Civic. We are close to public transport with a direct line to Civic and are close to Red Hill walking trails. The property has an off street car park and a large new deck almost completed and a backyard with a hugh vegie patch growing happily. Gardening is taken care of and bills are shared.
We have a studio in the backyard of 2 storey home in Yarralumla. The studio used to be rented out but has become a little weathered so we are in the process of renovating the room. There is a separate entrance to the studio so it is very private but it does not have it's own bathroom or kitchen so you'd have to go into the main house to use these. We are due to finish renovating the room end of March. The studio can come furnished or not.
Originally from Melbourne, I'm moving to Canberra for my Masters at ANU. I pride myself on being clean and tidy. In addition, I am quite independent and like my privacy but I'm up for social activities. While I can drive, I do not have a car (easy parking for you!) and this would Luke to live somewhere easily accessible to ANU and Questacon. My interests include outdoor adventures (especially hiking), dancing, boardgames and sketching/painting. If I sound like your next roommate, please don't hesitate to contact me!
I'm originally from Brisbane, and have just moved down to Canberra to start a grad job with one of the departments down here. I'm 26, and have lived in sharehouses back in Brisbane, so I understand that space and privacy are important, and that everyone needs to pitch in to keep the place clean and tidy. I've travelled a little bit (I spent about 11 months in Latin America) and want to do more at some point. I speak a little bit of Spanish as well, so I'm always looking to improve on that. I like going to the movies, particularly the foreign film festivals, but I'm definitely no connoisseur. Likewise, a Netflix binge is a favourite to chill out after work. I like to read, but definitely don't do as much of it as I'd like to, but I hope to change that this year. I also like watching sport (cricket, rugby union, NRL, I'm getting more into the AFL). Given I'm new to Canberra, I'm keen to get out and do stuff on the weekends, and meet new people, and I certainly wouldn't be averse to becoming friends with my housemates.
