We're a mexican-argentinian couple, moving to Sydney because me, Paula, I'm going to do my PhD in UNSW. We're quiet, respectful and very sociable :) We will move to Sydney on August. We're looking for another couple to share the accomodation, or one person.
Hey! 26 years old, looking to team-up or move into an existing share house. Moving from Melbourne for work, I work full-time in Sports media. Love music, TV binge sessions, heading out on the weekends, video games and Sport. Super busy during the week with work and after work activities, I have a crack at most Sports but I play AFL on weekends and a bit of cricket. I do have a medium size dog I want to bring to Sydney but if the property doesn't allow this its ok and not a deal breaker. I get frustrated when there is a mess so you can count on me not contributing to any of that. Would love to move in with social people as I am new to Sydney, will need some local advice on getting around, things to do and just makes life a little more fun.
Hey my name is Jessy, I'm originally from a small country town called muswellbrook but I moved to Maitland (hunter valley) when I finished school and now I've decided to leave everything behind and to explore the big city and make a new and exciting life for myself. I've just moved up here for a full time job being a dockhand at woolies mascot, I'm currently staying in a hotel until I find a residence to live. I'm extremely easily going and polite and very respectful, very sporty I've played rep afl and rep soccer basically sport is my life ahaha and love going out and exploring new things and meeting new people.
Hey guys, Super excited to be coming to Sydney in July as a Chemical Engineering student at UNSW!! I had worked really hard at my transfer college to be able to gain an advanced standing entry into UNSW, and am in a super happy place in my life right now that those hours paid off! --About me as an individual: I was born in India but have spent my schooling years from 3rd grade onward in Singapore. I've been really passionate about Chemical Engineering since 9th grade and aim to develop a revolutionary polymer some day. Super fond of cooking too, and I think that's just an extension of my passion for chemical engineering related things. Many more such extensions are yet to be discovered! Right at the onset, I would like to tell you - I proudly hold politically incorrect opinions on many of the sensitive topics like feminism, income equality, religion acceptance etc. AND as much as I ABSOLUTELY LOVE to debate, if I begin to realize that the debate would grow nasty soon, I back out immediately. I genuinely RESPECT every person and every opinion but I CAN'T AGREE to every person and every opinion. Exploring and adventure is my addiction. I am always up for a plan to go camping, cycling (I love cycling) or motor-biking (the best). Not a huge fan of trekking but I have always enjoyed it with good company and on a decent route. --About me as a flat-mate: I am a super organized guy; when I arrive at Sydney, you'll see how I will unpack 30kgs of things from my mid-sized luggage. Sometimes, I genuinely consider making a YouTube video tutorial on how to pack lol. I cook almost all my meals, but I'll be honest, I am no Gordon Ramsay. I am right there with those who cook to survive. Don't get me wrong though, my hygiene standards are all international standards compliant. I would love to have occasional fiestas where we chat, have some nice home-cooked meals and just cool the week's load off. If it hasn't come across yet, I am big-time an engineer at heart and I would gladly fix technical issues around the house. GLADLY. Been in charge of that at my home all my life and I have the solutions to almost 80% of everyday technical issues that arise in a house such as, WiFi/Computer/Android(not IOS) related, or related to toilet flushes, electrical wiring etc. --- So, That would be all about me. I will be completely honest, I don't have too much experience sharing houses, just of 1 month when I shared a house with a close friend, so I guess it doesn't exactly count. But trust me, I am a really easy-going and super accommodating guy. I believe I have the potential to be a great flat-mate but I would still insist that we speak over Skype so that you get an opportunity to ask anything to your future flat-mate. Thanks a lot for considering me! Have a great day and hopefully, we can speak soon!
Hello Sydneysiders! We're a young and affable couple - female 29, and male, 34 - moving to Sydney from the UK on 22 April 2018, and are keen to move into a shared house/apartment, preferably near/around UNSW. We're happy looking into both short-term (3/4 months) or longer-term options (6 months to a year); so, if you have a room (preferably in a 2 BR apartment), then pls do msg me. Our budget is 500/wk. Cheers!
I have worked at the heart of London Fashion for over a decade, focusing my career towards the luxury designer label sector. Creating iconic garments for both Womenswear & Menswear collections, ready for catwalks, and production patterns for manufacture. Now back in my home town Oz based in Sydney I’ve been working for the Australian Labels. A keen sportsman and passionate sports enthusiast, I’m extremely excited about the opportunity to meet new and exciting people in Sydney. Currently working in Alexandria I’m looking for a new home to meet with exciting house mates to enjoy great cooking good wine & beer and just to chill and enjoy good times together.
Friendly & fun. Working part time, studying full time and wanting a place to call Home in between. I’m housebroken so cleanliness, neatness and homeliness will never be an issue. Just looking to live and not just exist in my new home :)
Hi everyone!, I am currently looking for a great place to stay while I am here in Sydney from the 10th April to late December. My course at NIDA is 4 days a week and 9-5 so I won't be home very often and on weekends I will be working. I'm fairly quiet at home, but I'd like to live in a place with equally social flatmates who are happy to hang out and share a meal or drink on occasion. I am a really easy-going and open minded person! I'm looking for a relaxing, tidy and comfortable home.
Hi, my name's Laura. Me and my boyfriend Mirko are looking for a double room. We're an easygoing couple and we're from Italy. We can speak English, Spanish and obviously Italian. We are a an open-minded and couple from Germany spending one year abroad in Australia. Markus is going to start his bi-national PhD in Geology at UNSW and Bianca will be traveling the country to expand an international network of schools for her German employer. We are really excited to get to know this amazing country and its people! As we are moving from the other side of the earth, we are looking for a furnished room or flat, preferably with a private bathroom. We like to live in a tidy flat with flatmates who like it the same way. We love to cook, mix cocktails and have board game nights. Furthermore we both do martial arts and will be looking for a Wing Chun school nearby.
I'm moving to Sydney at the end of March to study UX/UI design. A bit about me: I'm from the Gold Coast, absolutely love surfing, cooking and keeping fit. I like to keep my area clean and tidy. I’m respectful & sociable but also enjoy my own downtime. I tend to spend weekends surfing, going to markets or catching up on study. I generally like to keep an active lifestyle. Not big on partying, but more than happy to socialise.
Hi, my name's Daniele 24yo guy from Italy studying a UNSW ( Masters in finance) . Second time in Australia, I've also lived in Dublin so I'm used to sharing a place and I think vibes at home are really important. Looking for a private room and some cool flatmates to live with. I'm easy going , clean e chilled. Moving in date would be 18/03 and looking to stay possibly long term. Cheers
I think I'm way better in real life than on paper, then again who is good at writing about themselves? I grew up with a large household, so I'm use to pulling my own weight around the house, while also being a pretty sociable. Although I do take my studies seriously I like to have fun to make sure I don't become a hermit drowning in textbooks. But then again, if you're like that, I'm pretty flexible. Basically I'm looking for a house that isn't full of strangers, rather people/a person I can share a meal with occasionally, grab a drink or maybe even binge watch some Netflix with. Whatever floats our boats. 10/10 shower singer Taco lover tea/wine/beer/tequila/fireball whisky drinker
I'm an architect & researcher, coming to Australia as visiting postdoc, I've been 'flat-sharing' previously in Switzerland & I also lived for some time in London which I find quite similar to Sydney in terms of accommodation (from what I've seen so far). So you can expect someone who is used to 'international comunities' (if we can put it like that). I'm quite a curious person, I love movies and books, I prefer friends-soiree than clubbing but that's not excluded if its about spending time with friends. I tend to be more indoors than outdoors but when it comes to new places/cities I love being out there discovering things, hiking, walking, exploring. While I'm not an 'sportive' person I love swimming which would be one of my favourite things to do (besides traveling). My first-language is spanish but I can communicate in french, italian and grasp a little bit of german. I'm looking for a single room (shared flat, house, or some other sort of combinations) in the city, preferred surroundings of UNSW, but not excluded nearby locations when there are benefits in terms of cost, nice atmosphere, easy transport and so on. Thanks! :)
I am an international student at UNSW, looking for a place to live. I'm generally a quiet person, mostly out, taking classes or studying in the library. I like cooking and eating at home. I do not smoke or party. I keep to myself and respect other people's privacy. I do like making new friends though.
I am a neat, clean and responsible person. I searched private rooms. I studied at Tafe Randwick. I would like to find a room in the surrounding area or located in the central station. Thank you!

I'm an architecture student at unsw. I like a clean environment to live in. I'd rather have only 1 or 2 flatmates. I like my privacy and will give you your own. However if we end up becoming good friends, it would be lovely! I'm only looking to live with females. I spend a lot of time at uni during the semester. I don't mind pets at all. I don't like a very noisy environment.
