Hey I'm Anton 25 working full time as a Surveyor. I moved over from Perth a few months ago and am looking for new accomodation with some pretty social housemates hopefully as I do enjoy to go out for a drink or two or a gig on the weekends. During the week work keeps me pretty busy, I'll most probably be gone before you wake up. And after I'll normally be at the gym or hopefully trying to get down to the beach for a quick surf.

Hey! I'm Adam. 24-year-old from the US in Australia on a working holiday visa. I'm doing career work in Real Estate and I'm trying to find a short-term room to rent in Sydney, no longer than 6 months. As a roommate: I'm extremely flexible, relaxed, clean, and courteous. I've lived in many shared houses in the states (including an 8-person house in Uni!) , so I know the dos and don'ts of being a good roommate. I'm not a party animal, so I won't be blasting tunes or banging around at 3 am, but I do like to have a good time. Good beer will be stocked in the fridge. I will say "yes" to any adventure around the city that is proposed. I'm currently living out of a backpack, so clutter around the house will be at a minimum. BONUS SKILLS: I can play 3 instruments, so if you're a musician, let's jam. I do funny impressions, but I'm still too shy to try my Australian... I'd like to live with sociable people who I can feel comfortable grabbing a beer or just kicking it at the house with. If your housemates tend to stick to themselves most of the time, that's cool too. I will be grateful to anyone that saves me from the toil of hostel life, but preferably good people who can show me the best this country has to offer!
Single bed available. Girls only. You will share a clean and nice furnished studio with a tidy easygoing Colombian girl working full time. Close to UNSW University. Buses just in 2 minutes. Convenient and quiet location closed to the beach.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and modern stainless steel appliances. There is also a large storage area available, as well as undercover secure parking.

Room is not available until February 2017. Some flexibility with move in date but current housemate will be moving out somewhere around 10 February. Looking for a person with good energy to share our peaceful sanctuary in a very central and easy-to-live-in part of Sydney. This room is suited to someone who wants to stay in a house with nice people and a pleasant vibe -we're friendly and sociable but we give you as much space as you need. Your room is in the back of the house away from our bedrooms so you have plenty of privacy. The room has large windows and a lot of natural light and looks out onto a garden. It's a small room. That's why it has a loft bed. There is not a lot of storage room so would not suit someone with a lot of possessions. On the plus side if the room was bigger the rent would be a lot higher! If you don't mind sleeping on a loft bed and not having a lot of space it's a really lovely place to stay. Previous housemates have been very happy staying here :-) If you're still interested here's more about the place... Room looks out onto a sunny back garden. Large desk with drawers and chair. Clothes hanger. Bedding and linen provided. Mosquito net on window. Polished floor boards with rug. Toilet and sink (virtually for your own private use) is adjacent to your room. The room looks much better than the pic. The room is 2.6 X 2.5 metres. The double loft bed virtually doubles the space and has underneath it a large desk (with drawers) and ample hanging space. It's located in a spacious house in quiet leafy street where parking is all unrestricted. Close to UNSW and bus stops on Eastern Ave, Gardeners Rd and Anzac Pde. Short bus ride to city. Close to beaches, Kingsford shops and restaurants. The house has a lovely feel with polished floorboards throughout, spacious lounge, renovated kitchen and bathroom (bath and shower). High speed cable internet with WIFI is available. Full use of well equipped kitchen, microwave, and internal laundry (washing machine and dryer). Outdoor shed for storing bicycle is available. It's a happy and harmonious household that consists of me and my teenage twin boy and girl who live with me on alternate weeks. They are lovely people and easy to share a house with. I work as a dance teacher, speak several languages and love meeting people from other cultures and backgrounds. Not suitable for couples or pets. $235 per week +$25 (bills) Bills includes energy, water, and high speed cable internet.
i have great interests in art, music and travel. extremely easy going and friendly, originally from byron bay but i have lived in Sydney for almost 2 years.
Hi there! I'm Jas, an Aussie secretary who has just moved home to Sydney from London. I'm a bubbly travel-addict with a sense of humor and a love for the beach! I've started work in Martin Place and looking to find a room around the Inner-Eastern suburbs by the end of October. My ideal flatmates would be professional yet social, easy to have a laugh with, and wouldn't mind a drink or a trip to the beach on weekends! If you think we might click, I'd love to grab a coffee and chat. (Looking for a private room only)

Hello! I’m Rosalie and I’m a 25 year old flight attendant. I am looking for a longterm and private room to rent as I am barely home due to traveling a lot for both work and leisure, as well as spending a few nights a week at my boyfriend’s place. I spend a lot of time outdoors, at the beach and occasionally attend ballet classes- would love to meet someone that would be keen join me too! I’m looking for people that make a house feel like a home. I like cleanliness and housemates that share the household work. I would love to find a housemate that enjoys the outdoors as much as me so that we can do coastal walks and outdoor lunches together, but I am also happy to spend my downtime at home relaxing. I am trying to save money to eventually buy my own apartment and it would be great to live with others that have a similar goal. I like to go out and socialise with friends, but I am not interested in living in a party house. My hours are very irregular so on the rare occasion I have 5am starts on a weekend, however I mainly only do afternoon shifts and finish work around 10:30pm I have all my own bedroom furniture, so I would prefer to find an unfurnished room. *Off-street Parking is a must *Internet is a must *NO share room *please only contact me if you have a listing & photos of the room available
