I am a Brazilian biologist, moving to Sydney to start my PhD at UNSW. I have a lot of experience in sharing houses with others because I have lived in many places. It would be great to share a flat and to make new friends! It is important to keep in mind that I arrive in Sydney on February 14th. I will only be able to make a deal after checking the place (in person).

I'm very flexible with the kind of housing that I'm after and am open to several kinds of accommodation and conditions.

Moving to Sydney from Norway to study criminology in August 2019 at UNSW. I recently studied a semester in Brisbane as well. I love socialising but I also value privacy and respect others need for it. I enjoy going to the beach, the gym, restaurants, and to go out during the weekends. I like the place to be clean and I would love to live near the beach but it is not a requirement.
- $290 for one person OR $360 for couple Very clean and spacious room, it has a lot of storage thanks to its built-in robes, it also has a window to offer fresh air and sunlight. Perfect for one person or two. --Not pet or smokers allowed -- The unit has a large open-plan living and dining room which lead onto a generous balcony with elevated district views. Parking lot available All bills included Best features of this unit: - Neat bathroom - a nice kitchen (gaz stove, oven, microwave, fridge, double sink) - 15 min walk to UNSW (or even less depending on how fast you walk) - 3 min walk from Anzac parade which has many Bus Stops and restaurants - 15 min bus from Eastgarden shopping center
I moved into this flat in November 2017 and I absolutely love it here! It's not too loud and not too quiet, local shops, pubs and the post office are just around the corner and so is the gym! We don't have a pool but the beaches (Maroubra, Coogee) are about 10-15min away, and so is the airport (cheap uber rates to get there). The city is not too far away either and there are multiple busses running into the city in about 20-30 minutes - so no probs if you miss one, the next one is not too far away. The flat gets a lot of sunlight during the day which means that we get a lot of fresh air too. Unfortunately, we don't have air-conditioning but we don't really need it because we always get the breeze into the unit and we also have a fan if needed. Cleaning is a shared duty otherwise we share the costs for a cleaner :) ✅ 21+ years ✅ Student / (Semi-) Professional ✅ Previous flat/house share experienced preferred 💯 clean, tidy and respectful 💯 social, outgoing and communicative 💯 reliable, trustworthy, happy and positive ⛔️ No every weekend party people/hostel life ⛔️ No hermit crab or anti social person ⛔️ No pets/smoking within the unit 4 WEEKS BOND REQUIRED and 2 WEEKS RENT IN ADVANCE 🌟 FREE Washing machine 🌟 Big fridge and most importantly: A BALCONY! :))) yay 🌟 FREE furniture & appliances to use 🌟 Internet INCLUDED 🌟 E-BILLS INCLUDED Available NOW. Looking for someone long-term preferred. The longer, the better! If you are interested, please pm me and introduce yourself to me :) Thank you! 🌟 WHERE IS IT? The Central Station and the airport are both about 5km away which comes in handy if you need a cheap uber after a night out in the club or to catch an early flight in the morning - it couldn't get any more convenient! Coogee beach is a 10min car ride away and Maroubra beach about 15min, and if you like it a bit busier, then Bondi Beach will be your best bet with being about 20-25min away. The busses stop a short walk away, literally around the corner from the house. There is an IGA next to the bus stops or a Woolworths & ALDI (Eastlakes) about 5-7min drive away. We also have the Royal Randwick Racecourse (7min drive, 20min bus, 30min walk) and the Bonnie Doon Golf Club (3min drive, 15min walk) close by. There are local pubs and various restaurants "just across the street" and also a post office with parcel lockers literally just around the corner. The nearest gym is about 5-10min walk away.
The place is in 10 mins walking distance to UNSW and 3 mins to Anzac parade. The location also 20 mins to City by bus. This property is very quiet and no party will be allowed. The Property has a big backyard. Inspection by appointment. Please message if you are interested.

I'm looking for a quiet place to rest after being at uni and playing underwater rugby during the day. In my downtime I love watching Netflix, reading books, swimming at the beach and freediving, as well as a good board game. Not much of a party-er.
