Hi! I’ve recently moved back to WA from Sydney. I’m looking for a room in a laid back share house around the Cott/Claremont area. I enjoy staying fit and chasing waves on the weekends.
Hey Potential Housemates, I'm Adam. I work in construction by day and I also do different things in the Men's Health arena in my spare time. I'm into brazillian jiu jitsu, sauna and steam rooming, yoga, getting out in nature and deep chats. I've lived in sharehouses for ages and I know the etiquette so no issues there. Happy to help out wherever I can. Adam
Me and my boyfriend are two travellers from Argentina. We have a working holiday visa and have been in Perth since last November. We loooove cooking, talking about traveling, going to the beach, being around pets and having a beer every once in a while. We are not party people, we are really relaxed. We are looking for a room in a house with chill out people, who like having a chat and a beer. We would love a garden or courtyard with bbq. If there is a dog or cat, we are in! We are looking for a place to be for at least 3 months.
I'll be mining engineering masters student at UWA on February 2020, so I am looking for a place as a student. I do also plan to work part time in advance but I have a enough scholarship, so no worries :) . I am an open minded and easy going person. I do yoga and body weight exercise on my spare time. Milongas are also good if I could have time to go. Going outside for a drink is always good. I would like to share a house with students or full time workers. I will move from overseas Turkey with an international cultural background, so hope to find a place before I arrive.
Hi there, I'm Jessi. Currently studying a Masters in Biology at UWA, so I will be studying full time, and likely to be working part-time as well. I am tidy, easy to live with and enjoy a decent conversation over the occasional sit-down dinner or drink, or up for Netflix/Stan/etc watching session every now and then. I do like to have my own space and will spend a lot of time studying, I respect boundaries and expect the same in return. I am looking for a relaxed, friendly share-house. I am currently staying in Mandurah, come into the city quite regularly for Uni and would be looking to move into a place quite soon. Happy to share a home with any type of pet(s) you may have, I adore all manner of animal friends, bonus points if you have loads of plants around :) I also have a car, so parking of some sort is necessary. I am also pretty flexible about move in dates or length of stay (I would prefer long term though).
I'm an international PhD student at UWA from Indonesia, looking for accommodation as near to UWA as possible due to the nature of my research. I'm a friendly, easy-going and responsible person, tidy and organised as well but not a clean freak, definitely going to cherish your place like my own home. I'm absolutely not a party person, non-smoker and very occasionally drink (not a wine/beer person but will consider if you offer soju, esp the fruit-flavoured one). A homebody who enjoy relaxing/lazy day at home watching drama (big fan of Korean drama) or K-Pop stuffs on my day off. I love singing, privately in my room, and will always make sure I disturb no one by doing it. I don't talk much, but always have open ears when you want to have some chat. I highly respect people's space and privacy. I love dogs (not that I'm planning of getting one) and don't mind cats or other pets. I also love cooking, esp Korean and Japanese foods. I prefer all female flat as much as possible due to religious (I'm a pretty conservative Christian) and cultural reasons.
I am a German engineering student who will work on his Master thesis at UWA from Mid-October to Mid-March. I am a sports and outdoor person so it would be cool if my flatmates were interested in running, swimming, surfing, camping and these things as well! I like socializing, especially afterwork drinks and weekend activities. Definately not looking for party central (I really need to get this thesis done!)... I have been living in shared flats for years (maximum of 8 people) and I love it. I look forward to hearing from you! I'm looking for a furnished room from 20th of October!
We are a calm and respectful couple (Industrial designer and public accountant), we like to travel and to know new places, to practice outdoor sports, we want a quiet and pleasant place that allows us to focus on our studies. We are Colombians and we are in Perth to continue our studies. I am an industrial designer and I'm working for the United Nations in social sustainability programs. She (Kathe) is a specialist of tax auditing and external auditing and works for a public services company in Colombia.
- Danish girl pursuing a PhD in geology at UWA starting from October 2019. - Married to Lauri, a Finnish geologist, who will (not at first) move with me to AU. - We are both funny, relaxed and outgoing. - We are generally tidy, but not to the point of madness - Anne likes to clean, Lauri likes to cook. - Hobbies involve biking, hiking, hand crafts, good movies, music, video games, late night philosophical discussions over a glass of wine. - We are not crazy party people, more like enjoying craft beer and wine in moderate amounts, but we can be convinced to go out occasionally. - Anne is trying to quit smoking and will hopefully have succeeded before moving to AU. Lauri is a non-smoker. - We have both been flatsharing before moving in together and are well aware of how it works with house rules, shared chores etc. - We seek flatmates who enjoy being social while respecting each others privacy.
