I'm a bubbly 22 year old that loves a healthy lifestyle. I love a good night in with lame movies or the occasional casual weekend drinks. Most of my spare time will be spent down the beach or at a cafe somewhere eating food since I'll be working full time during the week. Always keen to make new friends but also respect privacy.
This is Mark and Julia. We're 26/22 and studying at UWA. Mark is a med student and Julia is studying engineering. Julia is from Norway and Mark is a Perth local. Have spent most of last year living in Iceland and moved back to Perth at the start of the year. Love watersports, pretty clean and love the odd drink. Looking for a room.
I'm a 29 year old outgoing approachable guy from London, UK. I have just got a job working in surgery at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Nedlands, Perth so i'll be moving to Perth in June 😊 and I'm just looking for some short term accommodation with nice people who know the lay of the land. I'm pretty sociable as a person, I'm a keen drinker, I play sports and I've travelled a fair bit of the world. I'm a clean and tidy person, really laid back, smiley and I just want to ensure that my time in Perth is best spent with a bunch of great people looking to show the best side of Perth to me. I will probably stay longer but my job placement is for 6 months to a year! I’d love to hear from you if I sound like a good fit to your houseshare! Tops
Sadly after 2 years our Frenchie housemate is moving back home to the land of cheese and wine, so in need of a great replacement... The property is on 1/4 acre, with pool and large amount of living space. There's also a big veggie patch. The house has 2 separate living spaces one with a fireplace and a projector for entertainment. Its 10 minutes to the beach, 10 mins to the city, 2 min to a bus stop and 5 min to UWA or Claremont. The room is furnished but it doesn't have to be (bed, desk, shelving and build in robe). There are 4 chickie babes which give us tasty eggs and 2 kitties which warm our laps and a lovable border collie. Would suit mature age/Phd student or young professional. $170/wk but couples welcome at $200/wk
Hi, I'm Marco and I'm from Italy. I'm coming to Perth to attend an exchange semester in UWA and I wish I could find a place really close to the uni. I'm really friendly and chill and I think I'm also a good cooker. I like to go out on weekends and practise sports when I'm free, especially with someone else.
Hi I’m 27 easy going and looking for a nice clean and comfortable place to rent. I love a nice drink on weekends and I’m clean and respectful of others :) I also love a good laugh and keep to myself throughout the week as I’m very busy with friends and working. I’m loooking for somewhere I can stay for a while and make it my home and feel happy to be there I also have a little home buisness at my mums house as a beauty therapist doing treatments. I would love a place for $150 a week with bills included if I can but for the right place that has everything I want I can go up to $180 is my max amount as I’m trying to build my buisness.
Hi, My name is Alberte. I'm 22 years old and from Denmark, Copenhagen. I'm going to study at UWA for one semester starting this summer. I'm friendly, easy-going and then I love sports, especially football (European), windsurfing and running. Moreover, I appreciate a glass of wine now and then. I will prefer living close to UWA. Other than that I simply look forward to spending half a year in Perth with a lot of new experiences!
South African born, I am a professional working in the western suburbs. My working hours span early mornings and late nights Monday through to Saturday so I'm not a party animal. However, there's no doubt I enjoy a social drink when possible. I lead an active lifestyle when I'm not working or studying. My hobbies include anything beach, playing music/sports, cooking, and generally keeping fit (anything outdoors and I'm there). Friends and family describe me as easy to get along with. Looking for like minded people to team up with and find a share house. Please don't hesitate to contact me as I love meeting new people!
Walk to UWA. This very spacious room with own bathroom has a double bed, dressing table and desk. There is plenty of space in the walk-in robe and the en-suite bathroom is well appointed. The Kitchen and living areas are spacious and look out to a tranquil garden. The home is air-conditioned and you will have a covered car bay. Majestic trees surround the house in this quiet residential area. The beautiful Swan River is just a two-minute walk from the house. The University of WA is only a 40 min walk away or short bicycle ride away. For other destinations, there are 2 buses, mainly at peak hours. Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and the Perth Children's Hospital are also nearby and accessible by bus. The only rules are to be respectful, clean & tidy and no smoking.
Hello! I am a 24 year old Research Masters student coming to Perth for a 3-4 month placement at UWA as part of my program. I am originally from Sydney, but have been living and studying in the Netherlands for the past 2 and a half years, and travelling in Europe. Ideally I'd like to sublet a room for this period, but we will see how we go. I am a pretty easy going person to live with, not a neat-freak but also not a slob, I clean up after myself. I am looking forward to living in a warm climate again and going to the beach and park on the weekend. I am really into art, theatre and culture, my placement is related to this. I also love cooking with and for people, I think it can be a really nice way to get to know others. I will only be in Perth for a short amount of time, so I would love to find some fun, sociable housemates who could show me around and help me meet people while in there.

Hi, My name is Sofiane, I'm a Parisian student and I'm looking for a room to rent. I'll stay in Perth from July 2018 to mid 2019. I'm very friendly and easy going ! I really want to get to know new people and fully enjoy the Australian way of life ;) I like heathy ways of life, discovering new things, socialising and partying ! I am a tidy person, and would prefer to live with others who are also mindful of cleanliness. Please feel free to message me with any questions! Thank you :)
I'm a relatively quiet person who loves cats (dogs are snazzy too), reading and writing. I'm studying film and television at uni and I work in a bookshop. I don't party, don't drink, don't smoke. I'm happy to keep to myself but I do also enjoy a good chat (especially about TV shows). I've lived in Perth my whole life. I work between Fremantle and the CBD, so I'm looking for a place that's got great public transport access - preferably right on the train line, and ideally a station that all trains stop at.
I am active, outgoing and friendly person currently working full time as an engineer. I am originally from South Africa and have recently moved to Perth. I have lived in a share house for the last three years in South Africa and would really like to do the same here. I am a clean, neat and homely person that is respectful of other peoples space. For fun I enjoy surfing, fishing and spending time with friends but also enjoy some chill time.
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.
Hello everyone! I am coming back to Australia to explore another part of the country that I have not seen during my gap year–very excited! I will actually be there for my exchange so I need a place to stay for the months I'll be going to UWA. All I really need is a simple room with friendly housemates, the rest I'll hopefully be doing outside. I really want to enjoy the nature as much as possible (hike and surf), make new chill friends and explore the city. I am half Italian and half Swedish (yes I speak both languages) so I am a great cook (actually just average but I don't mind cooking) and I want to be very active during my exchange (also just putting it out there, I LOVE DOGS, so I wouldn't mind that). I did the usual backpacking trip starting from Melbourne all the way up the east coast and ended up in Cairns and sisi I loved it! I'll be staying in Perth until around end of november I reckon, really hope to find a cool area to stay
I am Argentinian, I love nature and activities outside, I have just won a scholarship to study on UWA and I am really exited to have this amaizing experience. I am responsible with housework and neat. Nowadays I live on a flat in Buenos Aires.
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 2 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a nice neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, please, friendly place to live with nice drama-free people. I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!
I'm an assured med student at UWA, currently halfway through my undergraduate in Data Science. I'm a laid back, no fuss person, who is social and respects others space. I'm at uni a fair bit with clubs and study so won't be in your way!
I'm a friendly, honest and clean girl, Who respects others privacy. I enjoy the outdoors and staying active, I love walk on the beach early in the morning and surfing. I would like to go out some weekends and some relaxing time on Sunday.

I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
Hey :) I'm Ashley, Female, 27 years old. I’m looking for a clean and lively space. Full of natural light and no pets. Within 10 minutes from the city. I work full time as a manager in marketing and promotions. I'm an ex primary teacher from NZ and I have lived in Australia working in this position for 2years. We are a fun, friendly and lifeloving couple who are coming home to Perth after many years living away. We have 2 small well behaved dogs and 2 indoor cats so ananimal friendly home is non-negotiable. We are outdoors people and don't smoke, take drugs or drink alcohol, so a clean home is what we love!
I have big respect for someone else's belongings, I keep my space and things clean and I am not a loud person. I am from Argentina working on my PhD and while in Perth I'll be working in an Institute from UWA. I work in science and my PhD is about Astrophysics, I am also a Professor assistant in Argentina. For fun, I like knowing new places, doing new stuff, hanging out with friends (and why not making new ones?).
